Love the food and I love that I can get grilled nuggets. I am allergic to wheat so breaded items are something I cannot eat. Always good service too. My only complaint is they still use peanut oil. Even though I ate grilled chicken, there was still some cross contamination because I had a mild reaction. I am also allergic to peanuts.

We were having a bad day. I ordered our food and noticed that I didn't have my debit card. I had no cash. I felt awful! I was super embarrassed. But Julio, the assistant manager came over and said no problem it's on us. He insisted we take it after I said no thank you. He was so nice! I'm going back today to pay them back. Every employee at this restaurant is incredible! Julio, you are the best! THANK YOU!!!!

Chick-fil-a is is the fast-food killer they blow everyone else outta the water. I love the Market Salad, it's so delicious and fresh one of the best salads I've ever had. The Mac and cheese is amazing and I would swear it was homemade if I didn't know better. The chicken sandwich is so good, perfectly seasoned and you can tell the meat came from a chicken not a test tube. I even love the crisscut fries with Chick-fil-A sauce and I don't usually even eat fries.

My children are addicted to the chick'n minis (the nugs inside of a yeast roll) you cant ever go wrong with that combination. We get two packs of the 10 ct minis with the honey roasted bbq sauce and a pack of 30ct chick nugs. Omg . And we buy a jug of lemonade to top our meal off with a fresh cup of lemonade. Feeds six of us with chick nugleft overs for snack for later. And we are all happy campers great start to great day. And the friendliest service ever. Even when they are standing out in the cold and sometimes rain. They are still smiling. ❤❤❤

Delicious everything! Not to mention every employee is just so friendly and kind, unlike any other fast food restaurant. The service is always just amazing and it's nice to have the staff be so friendly and great. This is my favorite Chick-fil-A location.

This is absolutely the best place to pick up dinner. Everyone is especially kind and goes out of their way to make your visit special. I’ve gotten to know many of the employees during my years of eating here, and I remain impressed with the kindness and hard work of each of them. I truly miss dining-in, where I could see them, but want them all to remain safe. The food here is amazing and is still my weekly treat.

Dropped in for a Cobb salad today at lunchtime. Outstanding service at the ordering counter and afterwards while eating at the table. Awesome employee (Ms. Sanchez) walking around the dining tables asking if any of us need anything. Great service and a GREAT example of business leadership at the management level. It has great food, especially considering it's still pretty fast, like fast food speed but a little bit slower. But the really amazing feature is the customer service! I was blown away the first time I went there by how polite and professional and helpful all the employees were. I saw the manager actually bussing tables, too! Plus, they had fresh flowers on each table, but not a huge bouquet so there's still plenty of room on the table. 10 stars!

I order from here all the time for work. They're really good about having the food ready at the requested time. Wish they had a better delivery system. I would say it's as good as any other Chick-fil-A. The parking during lunch rush can be intimidating though the drive through usually moves quick.

Came here with my family twice while visiting friends in the Oxnard area; while it's your standard Chick-Fil-A menu (which we enjoy), I did find the chicken tenders to be bigger here than at our local Chick-Fil-A. The service was outstanding, with a very courteous and friendly staff. Even though the drive-thru line was quite long, once in line we were through the drive-thru in about 10 minutes. Will be a go-to place for a quick bite next time we're back in the area.

I’m very critical with my reviews, so believe me when I say that this place has got to be the best fast food joint I have ever been to. I come here quite often and I consistently get A+ service as if I were in a Michelin star restaurant. The food is also consistently very good, in fact the new honey pepper pimento sandwich was probably the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. While other restaurants have betrayed me(I’m looking at you chipotle), chik fil a constantly outdoes itself. Bravo, chik fil a, God is good.

This is perhaps the most friendliest Chick-fil-A branch that I've visited! You wouldn't think that this is a fast food restaurant because their staff are so kind and hospitable! Their food of course is excellent, well prepared. This branch is also clean and well maintained. Kudos to their manager!

If you like chicken then this is the place to go. Other then the fact that it's a little pricey the food more than makes up for it. They air fry the food so the chicken is juicy & not all greasy like most places plus the their French fries are delicious and different in the way their cut. Sodas are tasty and the carbon flavors off the tap are great!

Chick-fil-A was good as usual. I think everyone knows by now, when it comes to chicken sandwiches they reign supreme. The service was great and the sandwich was everything you desire in a chicken sandwich, juicy, crispy, well seasoned, and the complements worked well, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles, um um good. The drive-through line was long, however, they handled it very well, with drive-through attendants moving from car-to-car avoiding a bottleneck. Great food and great service.

The workers are seriously so nice! I have never seen customer service that goes above and beyond like they do! The service is fast even though lines are long, they know how to get the line moving! And the food tastes great come on!! I love chick-fil-a!

The food and the staff are always great. Expect the normal crazy long drive thru line, which actually moves fairly quickly for the quality product and service you'll receive. It gets a little crazy with the traffic directing being next to other food establishments.

I have only had this once bout a yr ago in Colorado while on a business trip..didn't expect the chicken to be so tender and juicy. Quick and great tasting...the honey mustard is Very good, unfortunately they had limited supply as I only got 2 little packs.

I used to always avoid this place due to seeing the cost of the food on the menu. I admit I was totally wrong, a year ago I tried this place out and always stand behind the cost. It’s actually worth it and the food is delicious. There’s many items on the menu that are great choices. This visit I got the deluxe chicken sandwich with an Arnold Palmer style lemonade. It was a simple and filling meal. Covid traffic made it a bit difficult to get the food but this is worth the wait.

So happy this location offers lettuce wrapped option for their tasty chicken sandwiches! Plus they have great alternatives to their waffle fries including their SuperFood salad which was very good. Great customer service too is what I receive every time!

Chick-fil-A is one of the best fast food options there is. Definitely enough healthy choices along with all the tempting original choices. Even though their chicken is fried, it NEVER tastes oily or greasy-just tastes amazing. Iced tea that is hard to beat. Shakes that you dream about. The salads are great & served in filling portions. Typical of Chick-fil-A the food was great. Service was fine. I was a little disappointed when after making my order they were hesitant to let me use the restroom and to show them my receipt and assure them that I wasn’t homeless but other than that, I had no complaints.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lines move quickly. The environment is wonderful there. I saw team work in cleaning together and stocking up. The food came out quickly and was delicious. The staff interacted with the customers a lot, asking how the food was and if the customer needed anything else. I also went to the restroom and saw that it needed attention and one of the employees was using the restroom as well and he cleaned the restroom while he was there. I thought it was cool of him that he cleaned it while he was there and didn't just ignore it. Very good place to eat at, based on my experience and my observation.

The best fast food chain anywhere in the country. First they have the best customer service anywhere, that is the biggest difference for me. The food is amazing, I love the Market Salad with Warm Grilled Chicken. I love the online curbside pickup I use it every time now. Update: Their breakfast is delicious as well. They do a great job with providing sauces that you ask for when ordering via mobile. Very surprised how good their Strawberry Jam was with the Bagel sandwiches.

Food is always good, if a little pricey. Courteous service as one would expect here. Kitchen workers chose to wear masks, but front counter did not??? At this location, customer seating towards the back is separated from employee break area by only a nylon rope; kind of awkward.

Spicy chicken sandwich is the best! Extra pickles and double patty always, and they're so polite. Only negative is that it gets very crowded to park or go drive thru sometimes, so I have to go elsewhere occasionally. That is actually good sign that they're doing great but not when I'm really hungry and can't wait for the rush to die down. Otherwise great place for a chicken sandwich!!

The only complaint I have about this location is the physical location. It is incredibly difficult to get to and is located in a terribly congested area of Oxnard. During meal times the lines can be long to the point of being excessive (45+ minute waits, even when ordering ahead). Overall, service is great and food quality is top notch.

While truthfully I don't care for the owner's politics, the chicken sandwiches are decent. I don't come here much, but the quality of the chicken makes this a notch better than other fast food restaurants offering their version of chicken. I appreciate they only offer chicken too..not trying to be a jack of all trades. Service here is friendly and prices are fine. The store is clean, as are the restrooms by the way.

The spicy chicken sandwich was almost as good as it was hyped up to be. The sandwich just needs a little more spice considering I could hardly tell it was spicy. My only issue is that the drink dispenser is behind the counter when technically it's free refills making you walk up and ask having to cut through the line waiting to order.

There are cars waiting to turn into the drive thru from the left, right, and from Rose. Don't even park at the spots facing Rose - you will get locked in from the drive-thru line. All-in-all, staff does a good job, and food is always Gold Standard. I hope they build a location in Camarillo.

4.19.24: ordered breakfast; the chicken biscuit and hash brown scamble burrito with chicken, and they were delicious! The last few times I went for lunch, the fries were filled up. 2.22.2021: my LARGE fries came a little past half way full (bottom picture). I posted about this before. It just seems to happen every other time we go, I just don't want to keep on posting about the same thing. I get curbside pick up, so I don't dig in the bag and check, which I should and I will from now on. 1.31.2020: At night, they now block off the parking lot to feed cars thru the drive thru. Same thing happened with my fries, always about 75% full. My sweet tea was literally water filled up with ice. When there are too many people , quality gets forgot because they want to push the food out. But the sandwiches are still good. 11.20.19: Great food! However, it seems like everytime I get a large fry, they fill it up like a medium.

I have been going to Chick-Fil-A for a very long time, they have succeeded to keep me satisfied almost every time, but for some reason this time was different I placed my order at 4:26 and it is 4:58 and still haven’t gotten anything. I am a very patient person but I have 5 kids and a mother to attend to so I really can’t spend so much time just to wait.I only ordered a large Mac-N-cheese for 2 of my kids and 2 chicken sandwiches, and 8 piece chicken nugget. I feel the need to say that I will no longer be attending this Chick-Fil-A and I am very sorry to not give this location business but this wait is just ridiculous.

The staff is friendly. The lobby is clean. However, the remodeled parking lot and drive Tru is confusing and not the best design. I almost got ran over crossing the cross walk by a car that was leaving the drive Tru. Also they don't offer curb side pick up anymore. While I was waiting for my mobile order, someone stole someone else's order. They need a new set up to avoid food theft.

The breakfast combo #1 did not meet my expectations. The biscuit was greasy, and the chicken was disappointing. The only positive aspect was the coffee. I may consider trying the restaurant again in the future, but I would not recommend it to others based on this experience.

I love the nuggets. I'm not from Oxnard but I was in town and I stopped omw home. Line was long but it's expected. The nuggets were so disappointing. The breading was soggy not crispy like it usually is. And I couldn't even eat half of the nuggets I ordered. The chicken was full of nerves that you couldn't bite off the piece off. This is my first time at this location. Maybe it was an off day. But I won't be going back to to give them a second chance. Positive. Lemonade was delicious!

The girl in the drive through got an attitude because she came to my window telling me not to enter the drive through line even though there are no signs telling you that you can't enter from there. I'm sure her boss has her tell people, but it's arbitrary because if there is no line and I'm the next car, it would literally be driving through a parking lot for no reason. If there was a line, you would see it and drive to get behind the people already in line, not try and cut in there. Again, I didn't even know anything I was doing was wrong because there is no sign and it's just stupid to drive through a parking lot to line up behind the next car. I don't care if you make minimum wage, if your boss is telling you to tell customers things that don't make sense, he's the one setting you up for failure when you start arguments with customers.

I’m reaching out to share a deeply upsetting experience I had at your Rose location on June 11, 2025, around 11:09 AM. I visited the drive-thru to pick up my mobile order and followed the directions provided by a team member. The drive-thru was not particularly busy, and I was instructed to pull in as usual. As I did so, a woman in another vehicle began shouting at me, accusing me of cutting in line. I calmly explained that I had a mobile order and was simply following staff directions. Unfortunately, she continued to harass me with angry and inappropriate comments. I had my toddler in the car, who became frightened and emotionally distressed during the encounter. What hurt the most, however, was how the situation was handled by your manager, Joe C. Rather than listening to what happened or stepping in to support me, he seemed to side with the aggressor. When I tried to explain that I was not the aggressor, he said he didn’t care and even went so far as to threaten to cancel my order, the very meal I was planning to feed my child. This experience was not only embarrassing, but truly disheartening. I was treated with no compassion, despite being the one harassed and clearly upset, all while trying to protect and comfort my child. I came expecting kindness and professionalism, but left feeling humiliated and completely unsupported. I’ve always appreciated Chick-fil-A’s values and commitment to excellent customer service, which is why this incident stands out so strongly. I truly hope this message is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure no other customer is made to feel the way I did.

While the food always remains top quality. I wish you could say the same thing about the service. While my wife was at Chick-fil-A yesterday, she was ignored for over 10 to 15 minutes while a worker who was I’m assuming, responsible of servicing the lobby chose to speak to everyone else, but my wife These individuals were all white younger women while my wife and two daughters stood there, just waiting for their food. The worker even had time to throw trash away for another woman, white of course, but continue to ignore my wife. Never encountered a racial situation, much less anything less than pleasurable situation at a Chick-fil-A in my life.

Not a good experience. So much for being a family business prioritizing customer service and dedication to the community. Only had $13 available on my debit card. I didn’t have enough so I Canceled the order. My funds are still not available. Now I have zero dollars and I couldn’t even order a less expensive meal from here or anywhere for that matter. I enjoy the food but delivery is awful. I live very close but decided on trying delivery on the app. They work with DoorDash. I complete my breakfast order received confirmation text at 10:09am, with expected delivery approximately at 10:36am I check on the status close to the time to see the time was extended. This happened several times until I received notification that the driver was picking up my food and shortly after that order was cancelled because it was past breakfast time as at this point it was 11:18am. I will NEVER use delivery again!!!

Not only did she cut me off mid order and try to give me my total which was very rude, but she also put grilled chicken instead if the chicken nuggets for my son. Not sure who the thru girl eat because they conveniently didn’t give us our receipt. They were also missing a bunch of sauces that we told the lady we wanted and had to get them at the window. The guy at the window was able to help us with the sauces and also caught that they almost forgot to give us our cob salad. Sadly, we didn’t notice they also messed up on our son’s order.

I didn't have a great experience here. I went into the restaurant for an order that I placed for pick up. I was in a hurry to leave so I did not check my order to see if everything was there. When I got to the car, I realized that I was missing my order of chicken tenders. I did not want to go back in but I needed my chicken tenders. When I said i was missing my tenders, the man behind the counter checked my bag, I told him they weren't there. He then walked over to the people who were handling the food and talked to them for a little while. While I was waiting there, they were discussing how they gave me the tenders. Then a lady came over looking at me, looked into my bag and I told her, they were not there. Then the man who I originally told my problem to came back over and looked in my bag again! He then said, that they put them in the bottom of my bag. I felt like they didn't believe me, like they thought I was lying. I told them I did not get them, again. I spend over $30 on food. I'm not going to just say I didn't get chicken tenders when I did. This was a very uncomfortable situation, I hope they can look back at their cameras and see that they did not give them to me originally. I did not get an apology or anything. Although they did give me my chicken, I walked away feeling like they thought I was lying. Not a nice feeling. I did not enjoy my meal.

I’ve never had a negative experience at Chick-fil-A till today. Took my toddler and baby through drive through to get her some chicken nugget and I wanted to get 3 Mac cheese for my big kids for after school. Breakfast ends at 10:30. It was 10:23 and they wanted me to drive back through the line with my crying baby. The line had one person working and was SO slow. Not usually the case either. Idk why 4 mins matters that much. Why didn’t they take my order and have me park in the numbered spots and bring it out when it’s ready(like I’ve had done in the past). Idk. So we left with no Mac n cheese. Seems silly to wait 4 mins to take a lunch order.

No point in ordering ahead here, they won't start making food until you actually get there. Then you still have to wait another 15 minutes. Might as well go thru the long drive thru.a take order soon me 35 minutes today

Adriana in drive thru has horrible customer service. Looked annoyed the whole time. Was also rude when asked a simple question, that’s totally not okay because I wasn’t being rude to her whatsoever . Do better ! I always come here and it’s the first time this has happened to me.

Super disappointed. My first time trying chick fil a, food wasn’t even good, mac and cheese was super bland. They didn't even give me a fork so we had to tear our fry box to make something to eat it with. No napkins. Absolutely terrible experience….but the people were nice. Still not worth the money.

Waited over 15 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches to go and it wasn't even busy. People that were in line after us received their items first. The floor is always slippery in here and I've almost fallen every time we come here. We also saw an elderly woman slip and almost fall right in front of us. It feels like they clean the floor with chicken grease! The parking lot is a disaster and all of the parking to go inside is blocked by two lanes for the drive thru and mobile order parking Definitely won't be back here after experiencing the long wait from going inside and the constant slippery floor. After I told them the floor was extremely slippery, they put out caution signs.
