This friendly Dairy Queen has everything you anticipate in a Dairy Queen. Great tacos, burgers, chicken fried steak fingers, and the best basket of fries. Those pulling trailers or in RVs can appreciate multiple pull through parking spaces. It is easy on and off the I-10. They have all of the nostalgic ice cream treats as well as newer ones. There is a beautiful outdoor dining area.

Stopped by on our way home for dinner and food was great! Came out fast and the environment and people were really nice. Only thing is I couldn’t hear the person taking my order and she got my brothers order wrong when she put it in but it was still great none the less would definitely go again.

It was okay. Dairy Queen has lost some food quality over the years. The in store reps were a little between good on service and not. The front of house cashier seemed like she didn't like helping us. They messed up an order and I brought it up super polite. One rep was stunned like he didn't know what to do. The manager took care of it fast, which was great, but then later when I went up to order ice cream, she was real cold like she expected me to have another problem. Not sure where that came from. I asked for nothing, and was super thankful every step of the way. Maybe she's just used to it, or I look intimidating. Who knows. Also DQ has gotten more expensive. Even their meals are at $10. They also didn't have any national promos. All around though, I want to find a way to leave it at least 4 stars because they did take care of our order. Grateful for that.

It's not what Dairy Queen used to be. It was once the major stop for family's when going on vacation. That feeling and atmosphere, sadly, are no longer there. The chicken strips are still OK and blizzard was good too. Everything else was not. Restrooms are also not clean. I miss the old days of DQ.

Pictures are worth a thousand words. Rotten bananas were served in my banana split. The employees were more interested in screaming and hollering and laughing in the kitchen area than taking care of customers. This DQ has the potential to be a great one but when you let a bunch of teenagers manage it without adult supervision you can’t expect much.

I’m not sure who in the marketing department came up with this, but only in Ozona can you advertise on your billboard, door, and counter that you can get 3 Texas T-Brand Tacos for $5, BUT on “Taco Tuesday” they RAISE their price to $1.99 a taco. The tacos are decent and cheap, but I thinks crazy to advertise every where 3 for $5 and then raise the price on Tuesdays.. We even reconfirmed the price with the employee and she told us they raise the prices on Tuesdays.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch while traveling. 12/27/25 around lunch time. I ordered iced tea. There was (1) sweet & low package at the drink station. I went to the counter and asked the guy if they had any more. He walked over to the drink station, looked in the empty container and said, "I don't think we have anymore." He then proceeded to go and ask someone. The guy he asked seemed like he was in charge. He walked over to the drink station, looked in the empty container and boldly proclaimed, "we are out - we only have regular sugar." No apology no nothing. So after he walked away I took it upon myself to actually open the drink station cabinet - which neither of the two bothered to do and wouldn't you know it a whole box of sweet & low!!! Seriously? How much effort could both of these employees taken to make sure your customer had a good experience??? At least the first guy went to ask someone else. Don't worry about responding to me because next time we will go someplace else - rather use your energy to train your staff to give a crud about the customers that keep them in a job!!!!

Service was not good, and my chicken sandwich was so rubbery that it was tossed after a couple of bites. And $.79 for a bbq sauce seems excessive. The sauce had old barbecue sauce caked all over the side of the container. Poor experience today.

One of the WORST fast food experiences I have had in a while. (I will be writing a formal complaining to company headquarters) I called them and they were not able to provide basic services and were really delinquent in terms of the speed of answer. I was left waiting far TOO LONG and was very unsatisfied with general experience. Keep driving to San Antonio, where the service is stronger and more responsive

The beat was overcooked and dry like if it was sitting on the counter I just left it on two buns and some bacon come on manager you can do better than that I Dairy Queen look at my pictures that guy in the Drive-Thru needs to be replaced for that kind of food🤦🤬

Worst Dairy Queen I ever visited. They messed up my order twice so I gave up. I ordered a number one and they gave me a burger with spicey ranch and fried jalapenos. When I went up to get it fixed I said I wanted lettuce and mayo and they gave me one with lettuce and mayo. Highly dissatisfied.
