Excellent place to eat! Good portions at a good price in a pleasant setting. They have TVs, so it must be great when there are games on. They also have a bar with drinks and beer. Apparently, all the burgers come with a small portion of fries. The pasta is delicious in its various preparations. They experiment with flavors, so if you like trying something different, you can have a new experience here. Definitely an excellent place to eat and hang out. They have parking and accept credit cards.

Love this place, best burgers in town, my favorite for years is the Crunchy spicy chicken, it's a big burger, the wings are amazingly delicious.

Easily the best place to get a burger in Pachuca. They make a good clamatado too. I would gladly order just their fries.

Las mejores hamburguesas siempre, la atención puede mejorar. El chico que nos atendió traía la cara hasta el suelo. Actualización: fuimos de nuevo después de mucho tiempo y han cambiado varias cosas como que las papas son más crujientes y eso no me encanta porque son difíciles de masticar además de que las bebidas tardaron mucho en llegar y eso que casi no había gente. Las hamburguesas siguen estando muy buenas.

Muy bien ambiente, pero lamentablemente tardan muchísimo, solo porque mis acompañantes y yo no teníamos prisa y estaba acojedor el lugar, pero casi una hora por 3 hamburguesas... Volvería..? tal vez, pero si lo pensaría dos veces. Y por cierto, la arrachera super dura.

It's a fairly reliable place with a good value for money. The burgers are generally delicious, as are the boneless burgers. The bun is tasty, although a bit dry. What I dislike most are the fries they serve; if it weren't for the dressing, they'd be mediocre. The service isn't amazing; they take a long time to prepare the food, and it takes ages to bring you ketchup or your change. Sometimes the music is too loud and not in the best taste for the place. I think these are things that could be improved because overall, it's a place with good potential. P.S.: The blueberry splash is a 10/10.

The place is nice, but they clearly need more servers. Regardless of the wait time for food, it's very difficult to order anything after the first time they take your order; they just signal for you to wait, but then they don't actually serve you. The food is tasty, the menu is varied, and they have good options. If you have plenty of time and aren't too hungry to endure the wait, it's a good place.

This Benjie's is nice than the other one in downtown. More space and friendly service. A bit slow with serving the food, but it was tasty.

The food is delicious, from the wide variety of burgers to the wings, salads, and pastas. There's also an extensive drinks menu, including unique flavored milkshakes, beers, mixed drinks, and more. The service is relatively slow when it comes to food, but the wait is worth it, especially since the portions are substantial. It's a great place to go with friends and have a good time.

Pésimo tiempo de entrega. Tardaron 1 hora en entregarnos 2 hamburguesas para llevar. Ni siquiera nos pusieron aderezos. ¿Algo más que decir? No…

What caught my attention about visiting this place was that they offer charcoal-grilled burgers, but it doesn't seem like they're actually grilled. They're not bad, but I feel cheated because charcoal-grilled burgers are always better. The service and attention were great, the prices were very good, and the selection of dishes was good. The potato wedges, not really potato wedges, were very bad. I don't recommend them.

Asisti x primera ves a benjie's sucursal centro y me he llevado una gran decepción, no x los alimentos ni bebidas, desgraciadamente por la persona que se presento como ""GERENTE"" que toda mi estancia la hizo de lo mas incomodo por sus miradas de acoso y constantes intentos de toquetear al llevar el servicio Cuando reaccione a uno de ellos me hizo un comentario de muy mal gusto referente a mi escote. Esta observacion la hago más que nada para quien los contrate, y defina puestos. este mas al pendiente de que clase de persona ponen al frente de su sucursal. Desgraciadamente mi primer visita fue de muy mal gusto, sin ganas de regresar con ese tipo de ocosos.

Terrible service. We arrived and more than 15 minutes passed, and no one attended to us despite seeing us arrive. The place wasn't busy, and after they serve you, you don't see the waiters again and you almost have to beg for service. The food was so-so. We ordered lasagna and the meat was burnt on some sides and raw and cold on others. The "garlic bread" was just a piece of bread with butter. IT WASN'T GARLIC BREAD!!! The price isn't much, and we know that this type of place is what you expect. I didn't expect anything, and yet I was disappointed.

This place used to be good, but the food quality has gone downhill fast. Today we visited this branch and ordered a cappuccino, but they didn't tell us it had sugar in it, which I consider important since my companion doesn't consume sugar. When we tasted it, the flavor was awful, and I immediately knew it was made with a packet of instant coffee (which is anything but coffee). We told the waitress, who called the manager, and her response was disappointing. She completely washed her hands of the matter and simply stated that the coffees they offer are pre-made and contain sugar. She didn't even offer a glass of water as an alternative, and of course, they charged us for it. I find it absurd that they charge $51 for such terrible coffee, and even worse, that they don't mention it already has sugar in it, since by definition, a cappuccino shouldn't have sugar. Furthermore, the hamburgers aren't good anymore. The bread is supposed to be artisanal, but it tastes terrible. They used to put more ingredients in it, but now there's very little.
