The food is good. It tastes good and is well-presented. The portions are adequate. Yes, the price is a bit high for a cafe. The salads are tasty, and their version of the club sandwich is good. It's a neighborhood place, so the customer service is very casual.

El día de ayer fui, la verdad el servicio es rápido. La comida en sí es sabrosa, son porciones grandes pero no es cierto que gastas de 100 a 200 pesos, gastas más. Entonces si quieren ir, contemplen unos 350 por persona (solo contando platillo y bebida, sin postre). No fueron groseros ni nada, estaba casi vacío pero lo que no me gusto mucho, fue que la arrachera que traían los molletes me la sirvieron seca y que el aguacate de los chilaquiles ya andaba medio pasado. Dentro de lo que cabe, todo bien.

The place is nice, the atmosphere is good, and the service is friendly and fast, but what was absolutely NOT WORTH IT WAS THE FOOD. We ordered sandwiches because the description made them sound delicious, but they were nothing like that. They were mostly bread and very dry (since the bread was super thick and nothing special). Honestly, for the price, it wasn't worth it. Two sandwiches and two drinks cost over $500. I was honestly disappointed. I don't know if it's expensive or cheap, but in my opinion, it's not worth it. It used to be delicious and reasonably priced, but now prices have gone up and quality has dropped. You'll spend between $300 and $400 per person (I went for breakfast), and the food was awful. I ordered Izamal enchiladas with "cochinita," which were just fat with a terrible flavor, sour tomato sauce, and sour cheese. If you've been to Puerta Niebla before and haven't been back, keep the good memories and don't return.
