Good customer service and delicious tasting raspados. I will not; however, compare to the street raspados. They both somehow have their own good tasting recipes.

On a sweltering day, I always need to make a brief pit stop at Raspado Xpress. Nothing can cool you off like a delicious raspado, and the service is speedy. There are just one or two workers behind the counter, so thank you to the staff members who are working hard to get orders out. It's beneficial to place your order by phone in advance as well!

I love Raspado Xpress! It's great. I don't live close anymore, but any time I'm in the area, I make sure to stop by and grab one. They have a lot of flavors with fresh fruits, and every flavor I've gotten has been good. I really wish they'd open one up in northern Utah! 😃

Loved these delicious “raspados”!!!! I used to visit this place on a weekly basis when I worked near Arleta, CA. It reminds me so much of my Latin American cultural roots. So sad there is no Raspado Xpress by my new job or residence area. Miss these raspados so very much. Please know you have plenty of fans in the Glendale, CA. area.

Great drink my only complaint is that when there are people, it takes a while to order and get your drink but besides that this place is the bomb

Raspado Xpress has refreshing and varied sweet options. A perfect companion on a hot summer day or whenever the sweet tooth requires indulging. 😋👍

Good place to go and buy Raspados. Variety of flavors. We bought 2 Chamangos, 2 bubble gum and one leche con fresa and lechera. All pretty good. The prices were semi fare.. i would come back again to buy raspados. The parking sitiation is horrible no parking other than street parking. And you have to stop traffic to park. The place could use a sweep and counter clean up.. has many tables with high chairs. May not be disable friendly. But overall a nice place.

Is ok now, it used to look better, they did dome changes on the inside look, for me it doesnt look good, they havent even finished painting, they are some missing spots, also they need to clean a little more often the trash can was full, u can see all the trash , the floorbwas dirty

Chamango is one of my favorites drinks, a bit spicy and sweet smoothie, my only complaint is that sometimes the mangoes are not ripe enough.

My wife got her strawberry with sour cream and whipped cream which came out to a cost that is similar to a burger meal. I don't think it's worth it but she does. We didn't have to wait long for the lady to finish prepping the order. My wife enjoyed her raspado here.

I wish i could give them a five star. Service was decent and fast despite there being a lot of people. Good amount staff helping. There raspados are delicious. I got the kiwi/mango/strawbery with a little lechera on top really recommend this. It is amazing you will love it!! Unfortunately..... Lets start with the esquite corn had great great texture but was overly sour too much lemon like LITERALLY THE ENTIRE CUP TO THE TOP WITH LEMOM JUICE and it overpowered the flavors and was sadly gross🙅 Number 2. There nachos were full of SALT!! ONCE AGAIN overpowering flavor ruined the entire thing🙅. Idk of staff was busy...tired... But unfortunately i wasted my money on those. Perhaps I'll give the esquite(corn in a cup) another try next time with NO LEMOM AT ALL. Overall raspados GREAT!!!!!!!

Came in for an order. Many people came and went i waited for a really long time had to ask then was told it was almost ready. They have 3 people on shift i don't understand why it takes so long.

Everything is good but the wait! I will call and order something and it will take me 15 to 20 min to get there and I'm still waiting another 10 15 min when they told my your order will be done in 10 min

I love the product and what they have to offer but customer service is key if you want customers to return refer you and bring friends when you don't answer a business line you've bound to lose a customer or two word gets out that terrible customer service so we go to a different city for the same product I'm only giving this place to start because the product is good but the people are horrible

Whenever I try calling to place an order, they never, ever pick up the phone. You have to at least call four times for them to finally pick up and when I do arrive, there’s barely any people there.

The raspados are good but the wait is terrible. Over 20 minutes for a raspado. They only had one employee working the front counter.

Out of 2 guys and 1 girl working only one guy is working and with no costumers just me they still made wait 15 minutes to get a simple raspado. Bad bad service

The person was rude and was more worried about going home than providing good customer service.

They always close early came at 8:45 and the doors wete already lock!! Hours of operation said 9pm

The girl who took my order dropped my cup on the floor and didn't bother to exchange for a new one. So, my order was delivered in a dirty cup. That's not sanitary. Plus, the staff has " I hate my job!" attitude.

I've been here a couple of times and had no problems since my order was fulfilled to my satisfaction, but today I encountered a very rude male employee who gave me attitude when I asked him to fix my order.

I took my family, the place is clean, but the person who was making our raspados was not friendly and touching her hair all the time while making them. There's no supervisor at that moment. I will not recommend this place.

Second time it happens I wait in line to place my order get to the window and they don't have strawberries. The first time this happened was at the Panorama City location now at this one. They don't have any strawberries. Hopefully the owner reads this and realizes they aren't just loosing sales but they are affecting the customer loyalty.

Terrible customer service. The lady who took our order was very rude, bad attitude, glaring at us, etc. If she was the owner, bad for the business. If she was an employee, someone who actually wants to work should be there instead.

Never come here anymore because of the horrendous wait time. Rather go to the store they have on Van Nuys and Chase. The location is tiny but you won't be waiting for 20 minutes for a bowl of fruit and a raspado

This was the place on laurel canyon in Pacoima. 👎🏼 We arrived at 8:45 PM, well before the posted closing time of 9:00 PM, only to find the doors already locked. My husband knocked, and although an employee saw him, she ignored him. When he knocked again and explained that it wasn’t yet 9 PM and your sign clearly said “OPEN,” she told him to “wait a bit” but never returned. After waiting, he knocked once more, and she finally came to the door only to say the place was closed. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially because this is not the first time we’ve experienced this kind of treatment. A similar situation happened last year with a male employee, and we let it slide, assuming it was a one time issue. Unfortunately, this seems to be a pattern. We are loyal customers. We’ve supported your business regularly, even in the rain and driving long distances to get there. Being treated this way, ignored, dismissed, and turned away early is not only unprofessional but also very disrespectful. We hope this message encourages you to address the behavior of your staff so other customers don’t experience the same poor service.

If they are in such a hurry to leave exactly at 9 they should let you know when you place the order that it needs to be to go. STAY AWAY !
