I met my fiancé for a quick bite to eat, and the staff was very accommodating and quick to serve us. The food was fresh and the restaurant was not crowded when we went around 4pm. Our waiter KC was fantastic! He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. His suggestions were great. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We absolutely love coming here. We drive over 40 minutes just to come to this location because the service is amazing. Ally is so sweet and does a fantastic job. The food is very good and the place is always clean. We try to come twice a week. See you soon ally. Thank you for always taking care of us.

We came an hour before closing and the staff was more than happy to accommodate us with seating and food. The food was tasty. The cheese curds are so good and the beer cheese is to die for.

We love the wings and the side of celery and carrots with ranch! Recently I was recovering from surgery. When my husband shared this with Jordyn, she did this….see the photo! So special!

I've eaten at a bunch of Buffalo wild wings and I think this one might just be the best I've been to. The service is prompt every time we come here, and the food is always good. The manager is always up front and doing something which shows just how much they care. The wait staff is attentive and very friendly. Overall always a good time and good food.

Michael was my server - he was VERY busy…a 9 top, a 7-top, a 3–top and my table - never showed a sign of stress. Great job! Food was great too!

This was my second time at BWW and once again it did NOT disappoint! Our waitress LauraRose was AMAZING. She was so attentive, sweet and all in all one of the best waitresses we have ever had! Now the wings, per usual, were AMAZING! Crunchy, spicy, and very meaty. And the fried pickles, UGH. Amazing!!! And to top it all off, surprisingly we had room for dessert. My husband got the New York cheesecake and it was DIVINE! I got ice cream with chocolate and caramel sauce as well as tortilla chips that were dusted with cinnamon sugar. The perfect things to calm our taste buds down! To finish the night off we both had shots of tulmoredu. So smooth, yet rich. Perfect was to end the night! We love going to BWW! I know this was only my second time going, but I CANT WAIT to return!!!

The service here was ,by far, superior than the north Babylon location. I had an issue at the north Babylon location almost a year ago and never went back . The service there and the quality of the food was terrible. However, the farmingdale location does not have this problem . Everytime I come here it’s excellent service .

This was a pretty cool place to hang out at. Always love the B Dubz experience 🫶🏽 Spicy wings are actually spicy. I have a very high spice tolerance and I was impressed! Got the hottest of both dry rub and sauced wings. Recommend ✅

I ordered online and picked the time i wanted to pick it app and when I got there, it was sitting on a rack, ready to go. No weight Nothing I didn't even have to deal with anybody. Just picked it up and left and the wings. The prices of it were half the price of hooters. Right down the road for double the wings. So thank you buffalo wild wings

We ordered mushroom swiss burger it was great and cooked to perfection. I had fries with my burger , my hubby his burger with onion rings. The wings I cant remember which flavor we had, but oh my it was so so good. Definitely going back for more.

Do you really not a big fan of sports bar food but I was genuinely surprised and pleased with the wings I got. I believe I got the Asian zing and one of the spicier dry rubs as well and I was extremely fulfilled. Beer selection was also pretty spot on.

The wild sauce on the wings are delicious. I have been here a few times and both times had waiters/waitress complain in some way about their jobs. Probably shouldn't complain to customers. I made me a bit uncomfortable both times. Food and atmosphere are great though

They're variety of sauce and levels of heat makes this one of the better goto wings restaurants. The other menu fare is good as well from the burgers to the various apps. Drinks can get pricey but no more than anywhere else. It's highly suggested to get their app so you can earn rewards. I've never had issue dining in here. Service is always fairly prompt and friendly. Interestingly enough taking out is sometimes hit or miss on how long it takes them to prepare. They tend to be backed up around dinner almost always. Just maybe keep that in mind to give yourself ample time post putting in a pickup order. All in all a solid 4 to 4.5

Waitress was very friendly and serviced our table quickly. The food didn't take too long but we were given our food and the person walked away so quickly we didn't even have a chance to ask for utensils. We tried to get the attention of anyone really just to get utensils but it took a few minutes which was disappointing because I really wanted to eat my food as soon as it came to the table.

I love this particular store. Go there often. The food is always done perfectly, staff is very friendly, and a great beer selection. Only negative is I don’t think I’ve gone once when at least one of the beers listed is unavailable.

Restaurant was clean and the staff seated us quickly. Server was amazing and took good care of us. We ordered the fried pickles and chips with salsa. Both came out excellent. The wings themselves were on the dry side, a little more sauce and theyd be perfect.

It was pretty good. Our waitress was very attentive to the table and the entire team seemed to work together really well to bring out food and drinks in a timely manner. Just sad that the atmosphere was pretty dead considering it is Monday night football.

My favorite place. All wings are cooked in Beef Tallow. They were able to accommodate my carnivore way of eating by doing my burgers a la carte. Great place! Still good, although my waiter today was obnoxious. 😂

UPDATE.. been to this location for the third time since this post.. and just chalked up the chaos to the restaurant having a bad day. Unfortunately, I dont think you can have so many of those without people starting to notice. I think it's attributed to poor management... especially since the managers are nowhere to be found. God knows what they are doing, because they certainly are not managing staff and customers, from the looks of our experience last night. --------------------------- Pretty quiet for a weekday.. quick service. They now have paperless checks.. your bill is generated through your cell, you get a text and use your card to pay virtually. (UPDATE.. this is now only if you use your app/scan the QR code at the middle of the table) Tip.. before confirming, check the amount that is defaulted for tip. It's set as an automatic 20% (UPDATE.. This is now 18% and only if you pay through the app). Felt a little but hurt when I sent it through for a waitress that really didn't deserve as much.

Standard chain wings, they have a really good assortment of suaces and rubs, location has a ton of TVs and multiple sports being covered which is great if you want to watch something else. Solid location but nothing special.

Buffalo Wild Wings is always a solid choice for wings the food is consistently great, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. However, if you’re ordering a draft beer, make sure to give it a smell first. Some of the taps aren’t replaced as often as they should be, and more than once the manager has admitted to forgetting to swap out a keg or not fully flushing the lines. The result is a less-than-fresh beer that no guest should be served. Either the management needs to step up and ensure draft quality, or at the very least comp the beers when mistakes happen. Until then, stick to the bottled or canned options and enjoy the wings.

I had a nice time here, it's a great place to come after work. We stopped by here before catching a movie down the road, it's not too expensive here but also not cheap. The portions are great, depending on what you get and the staff are friendly and enjoyable!! I had a great time here and I definitely be coming back here and I highly recommend the desserts!

Food was good tacos buffalitos, fries were perfectly done. Bartenders there seem to tend towards their regular customer base. Seem to treat us with lackadaisical attitude. We stop by every other month. Beer always fresh and cold.

Food is good as always but the service is not as good as it used to be, after getting the table no one came for 27 mins to ask for water or to take orders. We asked for additional napkins they took so long to bring just the napkins. Looks like they are cutting on staff and girls have a lot on their plate to cover which is causing poor customer service.

My friend and I decided to change our order to a On-The-Go, so they cooked everything to perfection and in a carry-out-bag. When we left and about 8 miles away, I got everything out of the bag and found out that they didn't supply napkins, and we bought greasy hamburgers and didn't know how to wipe our hands and mouths!!!!! Everything else was perfect

This location was pretty good but the boneless wings were slightly overcooked. The actual restaurant was clean, the wait staff were very helpful, and overall it was a positive experience. The lunch crowd is not that bad considering all the office buildings a couple miles down 110. Prices were competitive and the food was prepared fairly quickly.

Depending on your taste! For the price it is good and service was not bad. Food is just not great. Perhaps at my age now I have too high expectations... my nephew's birthday choice. Watching the games on mist monitors is good. Although some need repair. Wish that I had tried the margarita instead of beer. If that is good I probably would have a higher rating, cause when they're good, so is everything else. I believe back when I was in my late teens and early twenties I would have fancied this place, but now in my middle age...not so much.

Waited 10 minutes to be seated. Staff passing by avoided eye contact with anyone waiting. Once seated, there was no place setting, needed to ask for everything, hard to find server once order was submitted.

This is the 5th time they messed up my customized order..... I customized my order for delivery to have no special sauce on my food cause it's too spicy for me but I like the meal, and they DON'T ever look at the customizations. They're lucky I'm not actually allergic to anything. This could be a problem ..... I'm very disappointed AGAIN

The best thing that happened there last night was the service, the place it self is not pretty, the food and ambiance are ok, but there was plenty of parking available.

It’s okay.. We went in for wings and ended up also getting the doble cheese burger.. everything was ok.. nothing special. Fun surprise they do have late night bites.. after 9pm only a few appetizers are $4 dollars I got the mozzarella sticks (very mid..) and the everything pretzel bites (I did not like those.. they had so much seasoning which I didn’t expect and it made it taste bad it would have been better with out all the extra at least the cheese sauce made it better) but like I said everything was fine. Sorry no pictures because we were starving and the food took a long time to come out.

Honestly, not that good, just to start off. Chicken was dry and flavorless, only thing that saved it a little was the dipping sauces. I order 10 pieces of traditional Nashville Hot chicken. Not spicy whatsoever, just dry and no flavor. Now the Beer Cheese steak and the fries saved this rating, the sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and hot(unlike the chicken) and the fries, honestly the fries with no condiments had more flavor than the Nashville "Hot" chicken, they were crispy, tasted fresh, and kinda addictive. The chocolate cake was actually so good. It was moist, creamy, and just the texture and flavors you want in a cake. Service was great, entertainment was great, chicken... Not so much.

Food was okay but unfortunately their food selection and cleanliness has gone down. It's not what it used to be. We were given a table as soon as we arrived which was good but the table wasn't cleaned from the previous party that had used it so there was food crumbles, water stains as well as other debris on top of it. The carpets were filthy and the bathroom was little to be desired. I am no where near a picky person but unfortunately when you see an establishments pride gone down its a disappointment. I'm hoping they were just having a bad day but it's the second time my wife and I have gone and we experienced a similar occurrence.

Was not impressed with location on rt. 110. We (2 pep) got there before it was busy and they still made us wait 10 minutes! There was alot of tables open. When they did seat us, the table was wet & still was dirty that they sat us at. I had to ask them to wipe the table because it was sticky. When I used a napkin to dry table napkin was a little dirty. The positive was that wait staff was nice and boneless wings were OK.

The food was great and the atmosphere was fine. The service I Have to say was not great. When we arrived there we 6 tables with people (not full at all). We were two families with 4 kids and it took an HOUR before we got some food and another 15min before we got the rest. I have to say it was pretty bad for me to give it 2 stars. The food was good however and will still go to "A" Buffalo Wild Wings, just not this one.

Buffalo Wild Wings is definitely not what it used to be. The traditional and boneless wings are dry or maybe it's fried in the morning and reheated when we order it. There is barely any sauce on the boneless wings and God bless the amount of fries that you get with your order. My family and I used to go once every week or every two weeks. Now it's once every two months and that's because I'm trying to use up my rewards.

Just went here for a quick dinner with my family and i was Not impressed. It took too long to be seated for how many people were inside and it took too long for our food to come. This is basically a high end fast food place. Why would the food ever take so long to come out? My husband said this place doesn’t pass the vibe check. Never ever again.

It was mid the fries were okay. The Buffalo wings were not as good as I thought they would be it was hard to bite on and dry. Although the chesse hamburger was good just that the meat was a bit salty. When I entered I wasn’t immediately greeted I had to get the attention of the lady who was in front doing nothing. The server was nice I don’t know his name but it was a male server. Wouldn’t come back again though since the food is mid it can be improved.

Boneless wings tasted like they had freezer burn. Was there for over 2 hrs and was seated immediately because the service was so slow. Ordered potatoe wedges with my dinner and they were brought out 10-12 minutes after my sandwich, which I waited 45minutes for. Won't be returning.

The good infrastructure, the service not to mention there is a very helpful lady because she has five stars. But the food is not fresh unfortunately. I recommend the cookie dessert with ice cream, very tasty, it's the only thing we liked.

Gone here 4 weeks in a row and all 4 weeks I came home and our order was wrong. Finally called and spoke to a manager but that really didn’t do anything. They offered to remake the food the way we ordered it but I really don’t want to drive 20 minutes each way for that, primarily because we order before we watch the football games. We even had the manager read back our order and the order was entered correctly. He said the problem is that the cook made it wrong but there really should be some checks and balances for whoever is packing the order as well. Just a complete fail from management on down. I know this is a little harsh, but this isn’t that difficult to get correct. Plain means plain, cheese only means cheese only, etc. personally my family is done with this location and probably Buffalo Wild Wings as a whole. If your ordering to go, try another location!!!!!

I have eaten in this place before. The service has gone downhill in the last year. The restaurant part is messy and the staff is unorganized and rude. My takeout order tonight I ordered a 10 peice wings. I barely had any teriyaki sauce on my wings and the sauces they gave me were in these half filled cups tiny cups. Thry also have no way to keep my order warm. I have given them a few chances to fix things but I think tonight was my last trip there. It is to expensive for bad service mediocre food. There are plenty of chicken wing places on long Island. You are better off going to one of those.

If google would allow me to give this place zero stars, I would. We came in at 9:30 at night, Waited 20 minutes for a booth that was open the whole time. By the time we sat, it was not busy, matter of fact the tables around us were not occupied. Finally, the waitress came and took our order around 9:50. The food came out at 10:20, cold as if they just took the chicken out of the fridge and forgot to cook it. Im sure they were just sitting in the passbar for the 30 mins we were waiting for it. The wings weren’t even lukewarm, at this point I just wanted to leave. We had to get “permission” from a manager before we could leave and they didn’t even compensate us for their horrible service. They offered to remake it but I waited long enough and was disgusted. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I don’t even want to give any Buffalo Wild Wings my business any longer.

No bartender at an empty bar on a Sunday night . . Manager had a nasty attitude and didn’t care . The bartender who was sent over was very nice & apologetic but that didn’t make up for a bad experience IN G3NERAL. My daughter and I arrive last night 6/30/22 for dinner about 645. We were seated by the bar area. Waitress comes over super friendly ……. At first !! We order , she asks for my phone number. I declined. She then said it’s for contactless receipt , I decline again stating I will be paying cash. ( I don’t want to give my phone number out. ) immediately she gets an attitude , walks away shaking her head. When she comes back I explain there are reasons some may not want to give out their number , she responds with an attitude “I’m just trying to do my job “. Well doing your job should not consist of having an attitude and shaking your head because of a simple decline to give my personal phone number. Her attitude was completely unnecessary and if my daughter wasn’t so hungry at the time we would have left. First and last time we will be going here thanks to Mrs. Attitude.

Was seated quickly however, took very long for us to get our food. Almost an hour and 20 mins with is completely unacceptable. Waiter did not even tell us anything until we had to look for him and ask directly what is going on and he stated that they dropped our food in the making and we had to wait for a new batch which took an additional 20 minutes. Comes the bill and we had no adjustment and we asked multiple times. Horrible. Would not come back.

I’ve been to almost ever Buffalo Wild Wings in the New York metro area & Long Island. I usually love it there, but this location employs extremely rude employees/managers. A few friends and myself decide to go out for my friend’s birthday. Upon getting a table and sitting down the server walks over and was extremely rude when I asked him a question, and then when I asked for more details he rudely stopped me and harshly asked if I just want to speak with a manager about it instead (no clue as to why he couldn’t resolve the situation right there as it was a very simple request). He walks off in a rage to go get his manger (a white woman in her 40s) who approaches us and asks what the problem is. I began to explain the situation to her but then she immediately stops me from speaking and starts raising her voice very loudly. At this point half the restaurant is looking at us, which is extremely embarrassing and ridiculous. I have no clue if she thought she could talk to us so rudely just because we were the only colored individuals in the establishment at the time or if she is genuinely a horrible hospitality professional (or shall I say unprofessional). Long story short, after being yelled at like a 5 year old, myself and my 4 friends decided to take our belongings and just leave. I refuse to ever spend money at this establishment ever again. The manager lacks quality hospitality skills, and that shows because she hires employees that are equally as rude (at least the 3 I dealt with). Ps. If the manager( white woman in her 40s) is reading this, I’d hope you learn to treat others with respect because your attitude is disgusting(to say the least).

We asked to sit at a high top by bar and we told no, the surprise there's 6 open high tops by the bar.. which didn't matter... went to the bathroom to wash our hands and everything we touched was sticky. From the door to bathroom to table and chairs, just feel like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. We ended up walking out since no waiter came over in 10 min. Just not what we are used to from BWW and super disappointed.

So apparently you can’t split a large order of cauliflower wings into two flavors but you can do it with regular wings. It seems this bww is a little lazy . They also forgot my carrots and celery. Disappointed in this place.

Went there yesterday with a few friends. Was told to order through the QR code on the table. Food was brought to our table many times but we turned it away because it simply was not our food (destined for another table I believe). Not only that, but food wait times varied per order for our group, with our last member getting his food 20 minutes after everyone else had already received theirs. Not to mention I was given my food first, a plate of wings, but without any utensils, and because I was so hungry I started to pick at it with my fingers and ate 3/4ths of my 20 wings with my fingers before the waitress even came by with waters for the table. Then she disappeared for another 15 minutes while I again, was without utensils. My friends also received some of their appetizer orders and they too had to eat with their fingers because the waitress didn’t bring out any utensils or napkins. I feel like it’s common sense as a proper waiter or waitress to seat your table with utensils, unless there was some kind of utensil or napkin shortage (then I understand) but there was no indication of the sort. If my friends and I weren’t good people we would’ve just walked out and the horrible service was the talking point of the dinner. Absolutely embarrassing. -Side note: The wings and apps were good so the taste of the food was not an issue.

Do not EVER visit here on a Sunday night. They have a total of 2 food servers (which includes the bartender who also cleans tables, takes food orders, and has to make all o the drinks). This is EVERY Sunday night we were told. Manager was totally unapologetic about the poor/slow service. Also, upon leaving we couldn’t help but notice how many tables were filled with dirty dishes. Poor employee’s. It’s not their fault 2 people doing the job of 4 or 5. Will not return.

This review is intended for the shift manager Rick. He was unhelpful, and unwilling to assist my family with resuming 9,000 points. Our meal was supposed to be free and instead we had to pay full price for it. In order to build this amount of points shows how faithful we are to Buffalo Wild Wings. My family and I come here every single week. Thanks to the manager Rick, they have lost a faithful customer. Someone needs to retrain Rick! Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Idk all the managers, but this was not Junior this was a middle aged man. It’s very rude for you to “take care of your long time friend” before your customers, especially if they get there before your friend. If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed my order for the superbowl 6 hours prior because I knew it would be busy today because it always is. I invited guests and placed an order and I went twice to see when my first time going they said my order wasn't ready went back Two hours later for them the tell me that they can't always fulfill orders when that's a part of your job. You shouldn't take orders if you aren't going to be able to fulfill the order. I ended up getting my order refunded because the night was basically over and I didn't even want the food anymore. I had a similar experience with this place last year.I am incredibly pissed of the service at this restaurant and should definitely reconsider their management and employees.

The worst experience I’ve ever had eating at a restaurant. I came to eat a few hours before the game started today. My girlfriend ordered a cheeseburger and I ordered wings. My girlfriend’s cheeseburger came out and the waitress said that my wings would be out shortly. After 30 minutes my girlfriend finished her meal and I still never got my order. The kitchen was apparently “too backed up” so after 35+ minutes of asking and asking for my food, I finally decided to cancel the order and ask for the check. Thats when the manager came over to my table in an extremely nasty tone saying “food will be out in a minute i’ll get you a free dessert” which I declined. I didn’t want a free desert, I wanted my food that never came. Not even an apology from the manager. If the restaurant can’t handle in person orders and to go orders then it should focus on one. A manager is supposed to be a good representation of the business and he was definitely not that. Extremely unprofessional, will never return.

It was a madhouse.Waited till 5:30 got my food went home and it was all wrong. I ordered boneless wings mild and I received bone wings spicy. I ordered blue cheese and received ranch. You should hire more people or take less orders saw many people asking for refund.

We pre-ordered 100 wings the morning before superbowl Sunday. We were scheduled for a 5pm pick up Sunday evening. When my husband arrived at 5:30 he said they were packed and that they told him they are an hour behind. Fine...I return at 7pm, the parking lot was full there were cars parked all the way down the road and in neighboring parking lots. I went inside and waited 30min on a pick up line only for the employee to tell us web orders were to be picked up on a different line inside the store. That line was wrapped around the inside of the restaurant. I asked for a supervisor and was told by another employee that they had eyes on my order and they saw it "getting bagged up." After another 30min of them scrambling and looking for my so called already bagged wings, a supervisor came out and said that someone else took my order! I asked him how something like that could happen. He tilted his head and very condescendingly said "I don't know how that happened" he then went on to say they are making me a new order (Mind you people who came in and ordered were being told that their orders would take 2hrs to be completed). I asked him how long it would take and he said "I don't know". He was holding a clip board with names and card numbers for refunds. It must've been 50+ names on there. Then he said you can just get a refund. I was so upset that I just walked out. I will be going back today for my FULL refund. Unacceptable for a big name like that to fumble the ball on the day of the superbowl....Very poor planning.

We were there for hours for their unlimited boneless wings. We waited 25 minutes for our drinks, and another 20 for our first round of 10 wings. They didnt bring out the promised celery or carrots, and they only gave us 1 of 2 promised sauce cups for the first round. We ate that in 10 minutes. Then we waited another 15 minutes before our waiter came back. We ordered again, and waited another 30 or so minutes for 6 more wings each. The food wasn't great. The food was usually around room temperature. A lot of the wings lacked sauce and the fries tasted like cardboard. The atmosphere was chaotic and annoying. It was incredibly loud, and at any given time there were at least 5 different tv programs going on at once. The speakers they had on the ceiling also went full schizo and made incredibly loud and startling noises multiple times while we were there.

Ordered wings for the superbowl one week prior to be ready at 430pm. I understood they might not be on time. I get to the location early. They're behind an hour. Only door dash orders are coming out. Everyone else whom ordered in advance was waiting. Completely unorganized. If people are ordering a week in advance on a busy wing day like the superbowl your restaurant should prepare. Stuck around an hour and a half later than my order shouldv been ready for and then canceled it. Who knows when that order would be ready. Buffalo wild wings, you suck. Poor staff failed to prepare tonight.

The recent increase in pricing, coupled with a noticeable reduction in portion sizes, has prompted me to reconsider my patronage of your establishment. The fries, in particular, were so diminutive that I felt compelled to depart without finishing my meal. The cost of $5.00 for such a meager serving is simply unjustifiable. I brought this discrepancy to the attention of my server, who concurred that the portion sizes have indeed changed. As a long-standing customer, I am reluctant to continue spending excessive amounts of money for diminished value. I attached a picture so you see I'm not just talking. I spent over 40 bucks there.

Food was literally D I S G U S T I N G. I ordered from doordash I got the “cheese” fries. It literally felt like I was eating rubber and let along the fries were hard and all burnt, looks like they just let them sit there and serve them to their costumers like that, do NOT go here unless you’re trying to have a stomachache and I’m so upset because I spent so much money and the food was bad. And I also ordered wing and they were alright.

Came here for dinner with a nut allergy, server and management were unable to confirm if food was safe. They were very “uncertain”. Not sure how restaurant staff/management is unable to find out ingredients in their food for the safety of their customers. My son paid for food that he couldn’t even eat in fear of it containing his allergen. Horrible customer service.

Ordered for takeout, called right after placing the order to ask for the burger to be crispy well done because that’s how I like it the girl assured me that the burgers are smash burgers and are always well done, I get the burger it’s neither a smash burger nor well done. See photo, it’s legit grey when I asked for it to have a literal crust.. actually tasted gross and I couldn’t even make myself eat it there was zero flavor and the meat tasted almost like it was steamed it was literally the furthest thing from what I asked for. I also got fried pickles that I asked for extra crispy as well and instead they were a pale soggy oily mess. Very disappointed in my experience.

Have ordered from this place 4 times, once my order was stolen somehow (came to the restaurant just 10 minutes after time told to do so) multiple times I’ve had to drive back to the store because my order was done completely wrong. Will not be ordering from here again, staff catches an attitude with you when they’re the ones that messed up your order. Just start the whole restaurant over.

Denying veterans! I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I experienced today, on Veterans Day, at approximately 3:38 PM. I called this location twice regarding the Veterans Day meal promotion. On both calls, a woman informed me that this location was not honoring the veteran meal today and that the restaurant was closing due to an electrical problem. However, I am currently outside the building, and there is no visible sign of any closure or electrical issue. The lights are on, and no employees or maintenance personnel appear to be addressing such a problem. I called again to confirm, and I was told once more (her name was Sam, but this name maybe not true) that the location was closing, despite no indication that this was true. I found this situation disappointing, particularly on Veterans Day, when most locations are proudly participating in honoring veterans. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and confirm whether this location was indeed authorized to opt out of the Veterans Day promotion or to close early for the reasons provided.

Ordered the American cheese buger that came with fries , also ordered onion rings and a drink... it took over 20 minutes and cost over $20 , got to my location to find they put the onion rings in with the buger and I did not get the fries. The burger and onion rings would have tasted better if they were not so greasy. This was my first time at Buffalo wild wings and my last time

Went with a group of friends to get wings after work. My real, NJ ID got denied- as they claimed it did not match their reference. I understand their vigilance when serving alcohol, but I am 21 years old, of age, and have a real, recently renewed horizontal ID. A picture of my passport wouldn’t pass to prove my age. And I asked them to scan the ID and they said they don’t have that. What bar doesn’t have an ID scanner!?! After this, they refused to serve the entire table. We decided to stay anyways and just get food. The service was terrible. We ordered apps to share and didn’t get any plates. Server walked by and saw us eating our food of NAPKINS and didn’t offer to get us plates. When we ask, she brought over 1 plate for the whole table. Overall terrible experience, will not be returning. Restaurant was not busy, yet we never saw our server. Service was slow, and the food was mediocre.

Ordered take out food for 30 wings (sauce on the side), they are super dry, the meat near the bone tastes like a chew toy. The cashier’s attitude is a bit off too. Not good experience here.

Awful experience from start to finish. Wings were made with the incorrect seasoning which is fine, accidents happen. What's NOT acceptable is simply putting the correct seasoning over the incorrect seasoning and passing it off to your customer. Overpriced and emaciated wings I wouldn't even serve to prisoners. The 'manager' who visited to remake the wings didn't introduce himself, didn't apologize, didn't offer to comp any other part of the meal, and most importantly, ran off before I could even finish explaining myself.

i never leave reviews but this was the worst service ever. the waitress came over to us 3 times the whole night: once to take our order, then a few minutes later another worked brought our main course out before we even got our appetizer, then we received our appetizer before even receiving drinks! our waitress had finally brought over our drinks and then for our whole meal, she did not come over to check on us. she was at the bar serving drinks as if we were not longer her table. we sat there for twenty minutes, not touching the (below average) food, and then i had to ask a bus boy for the check. finally a different server brought us our check. not to mention the food was not good, the everything pretzel knots were doughy with rarely any seasoning. the wings had very little sauce and were weird looking… all in all i can’t believe i had to pay for this horrible meal.
