We had such an amazing experience tonight at Tacos Del Cartel! Everything from start to finish was perfect. Our waitress Paulina was absolutely incredible, so attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations. Steve, the manager, was also so kind and welcoming, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The food was to die for!! the churros, ceviche, queso, birra tacos, plantains, and potato side were all delicious. You can tell how much thought and care goes into every dish. The drinks were not only tasty but also served with such a fun and creative presentation, it made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great vibes, amazing service, and incredible food. We’ll definitely be back!

My daughter and I went to celebrate our birthdays that night but without the birthday song lol. The food was amazing. The rib eye guac is my favorite. Our server Wilmer was the best. He checked on us often and made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. This will definitely be a revisit

So much fun! Ive been here twice and the vibe is always the best the ambience is so cute! This is where you take someone to show off! Diego was my server this time and i highly recommend great personality, great attitude, came out for my sisters birthday and he made it that much more special!

This is a very cute little place on Clamatis. When we first walked in we were greeting with smiles very polite. The atmosphere was amazing nothing but fun and happy vibes the time we were there, they had 5 birthdays. The food came fast and it was delicious everything we had was delicious. The dessert cart was also delicious. The prices are not bad very affordable. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for good Mexican food. We had the birria tacos…. Yummy!!!

We finally made it to Tacos del Cartel in West Palm Beach after seeing them pop up on Instagram just two months into their opening, and wow… it did not disappoint. Actually, it exceeded every expectation. The Atmosphere: Walking in feels like stepping into a party that was waiting for you to arrive. The décor is spectacular, every corner carefully designed with so much attention to detail. Even the unisex bathroom was photo-worthy. I left with design inspo after falling in love with their sink. The Food: From start to finish, the food was unforgettable. We kicked off with the queso fundido, which was rich and perfectly done. For brunch, we tried the tacos de canasta with truffle fries and the tacos de carnitas de cerdo with sweet plantains. The tacos were a cultural explosion of flavor. The carnitas paired with chicharron sauce was brilliant. And the plantains? Hands down the best I have ever had. Perfectly portioned plates, and when dessert arrived, the tres leches was big enough to share, but I was secretly glad to take some home. The Service: Our waiter, Everton, truly elevated the experience. His humor, attentiveness, and warmth made us feel like regulars on our first visit. If you are lucky enough to have him at your table, you are in for a treat. Before leaving, we also spoke with the manager, the owners’ son, who was just as welcoming and genuine. Overall: This place is an influencer’s dream to review and a fellow foodie’s paradise to experience. Amazing food, stunning atmosphere, outstanding service, and surprisingly affordable considering the high caliber presentation and quality. It is already on our list to return.

Last night I celebrated a joint birthday with my boyfriend at Tacos Del Cartel in West Palm Beach, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious! every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The food and drink presentation was very unique and picture perfect. The staff were so friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our celebration was special. The vibe and ambience were exactly what we were hoping for and we seriously had an amazing time. If you’re looking for a place to host a celebration or just enjoy an unforgettable night out, I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

Visiting the restaurant was an incredible experience. I had the chance to see the before and after, and the transformation is truly impressive. As always, Danny Jr. took care of me at the highest level his service is exceptional. The food was amazing; the tuna tostadas and the green ceviche were definitely my top picks. A complete experience that I highly recommend!

Went to the soft opening last night and it was AMAZING! The vibe is on point - gorgeous space, great energy, and the tacos... absolutely delicious 🌮 The team was super friendly even though they were packed. You can tell they really care about what they're doing. So happy to have this gem in West Palm Beach! Already planning my next visit. If you haven't been yet, definitely check it out!

Very well decorated place. Recommend to make a reservation before you go. Staff is very polite and helpful. We went on Saturday afternoon and it was a little bit busy and noisy. We visited Tacos El Cartel for dinner. The place is medium-sized, with pleasant décor and quite busy, so I recommend making a reservation. Parking is on the street, so it’s best to arrive early to find a spot. Our server, Marlene, was excellent: very friendly, attentive, offered great menu suggestions, and provided fast service. She was always checking on our table, which made the experience very enjoyable. Regarding the food: • Starters: Morita Dragon Roll and Shrimp Aguachile – 10/10, delicious and beautifully presented. • Main courses: Ensenada Tacos and Soft Shell Crab – 6/10, good but could have used a bit more flavor. • Dessert: Tres Leches Cake – 10/10, highly recommended. Only downside: the volume of the music. The atmosphere is more of a party vibe, which makes conversation difficult. In summary: great service, excellent starters and dessert, lively atmosphere. Perfect for those who enjoy an energetic place with great attention to detail.

Place is new and hot. It's beautiful, fancy. Service and atmosphere was good. I went for brunch and ordered eggs Benedict... food was not good. eggs were fully cooked vs. Pouched barely hollandaise sauce. Called for brioche but it was more like a cake. I was expecting potatoes didnt come with it. Not my favorite at all. Drinks too sweet, too little too expensive. I need to go for dinner or happy hour too see if I have a better experience.

This place is delicious. They make good drinks and delicious food. The service can be great but if you are there during peak hours you won’t get a drink for 15-20 minutes. Kevin saw we hadn’t been addressed yet and he helped us out he was very nice to keep an eye on us throughout the night. The menu and drinks are not cheap. This place is overpriced for a taco restaurant, but they make good quality food.

We visited this restaurant recently with dear friends from out of town, based on a high recommendation. While I can see how this could be an enjoyable experience for many, unfortunately it was not the right fit for us. We had a reservation but were seated at the bar rather than at a table. The bartender was kind and gracious, though a language barrier made communication difficult, and our drink order was incorrect. It also took quite a while before we were able to order food. We started with the guacamole, which arrived without chips. Once requested, a very small portion was brought out in a cup. We also had to ask for silverware and sharing plates. The atmosphere was the biggest challenge. The restaurant is undeniably festive, with tequila flights and birthday celebrations marked by full processions through the dining room—complete with fireworks, loud clapping, and music. This would have been fun once or twice, but within the span of about an hour, we counted seven. It was overwhelming, and we couldn’t carry on a normal conversation. The food itself was okay, but not memorable. After appetizers and one cocktail, we decided to leave and enjoy dinner elsewhere. Overall, while the staff was friendly and the celebratory atmosphere will certainly appeal to some, the experience wasn’t what we had hoped for on this particular evening.

Across the street is a humble shop with neon letters advertising “gyros, falafel, kebabs”. This place is anything but humble. Built for instagram, the dining room is beautiful and reminded me upon arrival of the sort of place that may offer only a tasting menu. I settled in at the bar excited for an amazing meal. If only. The food looks a multitude better than it tastes. Somehow everything is under seasoned. Carnitas wet - like Sloppy Joe wet; Guacamole while fresh starving for salt and garlic. Combined with service theatrics - staff dances, chants, and sings as it serves flights of shots (aided by a strobe light) seemingly every three minutes. Dare I mention the menu has a sushi section? If only it had the refined subtlety of neon. Falafel anyone?

Here’s my honest review. The environment at Tacos del Cartel is undeniably chic and elegant, but honestly, it’s way over-hyped. Make a reservation well in advance — without one, you’ll likely never get seated. They don’t have enough tables to handle walk-ins, and they won’t seat you until your entire party is present. Which is common for a lot of restaurants now an day do this. I respect that and understand. If you reserve a table for more than 5 you have to give a credit card to keep on file in case you don’t show. Which is also something restaurants do commonly specially in Miami. A fun touch is the light-up menus, which give off a cool, futuristic vibe. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the ambiance. We didn’t receive water until an hour after placing our order, even after our appetizers arrived. The water glasses are tiny, and they didn’t leave a pitcher on the table, which made it worse. As for drinks, the presentation of the Rosanova was beautiful — it looked like the enchanted rose from Beauty and the Beast. But at $20, it wasn’t worth it: just a few sips and overly sweet, like the other cocktails we tried. For starters, we ordered the ribeye guac. The balance was off — way more guacamole than ribeye — and I personally wouldn’t serve it with tortillas; chips would have been better. For my main dish, I tried the Tendero de Birria, and I’d give it 2/5. The tacos were very oily (which I expected with birria, but still) and the truffle fries were greasy. The elote also disappointed — the sauce was only on one side and extremely spicy, with no water to help. Every 10 minutes there was a birthday celebration. Honestly, it felt excessive — even the staff seemed tired of it. My friends ordered the tomahawk, which was served very raw and had to be sent back to be cooked a bit more. And this course also brings a celebration from the staff to over hype this dish. To top it off, I ended up with a stomach ache afterward, likely from all the grease in the tacos and fries. Then, at the end of the night, their payment system wouldn’t take Visa (even though my card worked before and after). After finally paying, we were “politely” asked to leave because another party had reserved our table. My friend hadn’t even finished her margarita. I’ve never been asked to vacate a table like that before. Tables are also placed so close together that I kept accidentally bumping my elbow on the servers body, vice versa. Our server himself was kind and tried his best, but overall, the experience was not what what we expected. This was our first — and last — visit to Tacos del Cartel.

Came for my wife's birthday (party of six). Heard it recently opened and had good reviews on Google. Made reservations online for 6pm. Restaurant called me in the morning to confirm reservation and typ of celebration. We arrived at 530pm, however we were still seated at 6pm. Hostess mentioned that there was another reservation at 830pm, so we have enough time to eat (very awkward especially we came early and spending money at your establishment). Server came to our table within five minutes. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. Recommended the rib eye guacamole (which was the best thing we ate that evening). After that it went downhill..... Our soft drinks took 30 minutes to arrive. Then we order three kids meals which took 45 minutes to arrive. Some of the chicken tenders was not cooked all the way. We couldn't find our server to get more condiments for the kids meals. Also ordered one cocktail (smokey margarita) which took 45 minutes to arrive. Another manager came over to switch servers (I believe our original server was too busy with other tables). Our new server got us more condiments and checked in our main dish. We order tomahawk steak with bone marrow experience to share with my wife and mother in law. The tomahawk arrived over an hour after server took our orders. The restaurant came out with a little presentation (which was cute). However when we started to eat, we noticed it was very rare and not cooked medium at all. The meat also didn't have any favor. At this time the kids were ready to go home since it has been over an hour and a half since we got seated. The server asked if we wanted desert but we declined since we was disappointed with the food. We took the meat home since we paid so much for it ($160) and was going to cook it again. The manager asked how we enjoyed our experience. We told him we was disappointed with Food and service. Also they forgot to sing happy birthday to my wife (which I told them twice before our visit). When I got home I noticed that we didn't get the bome marrow, even though we paid for it. Glad to hear other guests had a better experience. Unfortunately we didn't and do not plan on going back.

Sooo disappointed! Let’s start with the layout. Small and very crammed. Noise- super loud! Like club music loud. Food - I walked out after the appetizer, which was greasy chips. And the waiter brought my lemons for the water on a table.
