Food was great, had to wait several minutes just to find someone to take our order. Table we dirty had to clean one off ourselves so we could sit and eat.

While visiting the Palm Springs area, we were craving Mexican food and decided to try Del Taco. We ordered one of the Craver Boxes along with the carne asada fries, and everything was really good. The food tasted noticeably fresher than Taco Bell, with better flavor and quality overall. For a fast-food option, Del Taco exceeded our expectations and was a solid choice when you want something quick but still satisfying. We’d definitely stop again

The food was good as always. Service was good. But cleanliness was lacking. The area next to the soda machine was really dirty. The restrooms were dirty. The place just wasn't clean.

The self serve kiosk is the only way to order unless you use the drive thru. The kiosk is difficult to navigate. Printer is out of paper so no receipt is available. There was a problem with my order being “sent to the kitchen” according to the Kiosk. Since there is no counter orders taken it was difficult to get an employee to help me with my order. Once again, no paper in the kiosk printer to give me a receipt. It took about 10 min to get an employee to help me and place my order. These self serve kiosks are not a replacement for counter service!

We got the 3 grilled chicken tacos deal on a Thursday night. It was late night like 10pm. I. Understand it was a bit late but the quality should be consistent. The tacos were packed with a grip of cheese, 2 prices of chicken and very very little lettuce. This was a lower than standard Del Taco. For a chain restaurant it should be consistent and I always enjoy del taco never have had a bad experience with quality before until today. Specifically at Thai location. The wen in the drive thru however did have great customer service. That is usually the hard part but they did great here.

I live near this del taco on sunrise and I’m a regular. The food can be stale and Cold sometimes like is been sitting out for hours. couple times it was inedible had to throw it out. Sometimes it can be the best tastes fresh and everything is right but it all depends on who’s working is a hit or miss

So… they appear unsupervised. Waited 5 minutes to be able to order at all while sitting at the front of the drive through line. Ordered 5 burritos - as they appear on the menu - no special requests. They charged us for the full order. Didn’t give us the high priced items of our order. Waited. Grudgingly handed us the burrito after waiting another 5 minutes. 3 of the burritos turned out to be incorrect (and lower priced items than we ordered). When we called an employee hung up on us, and then left the phone off the hook, apparently trying to hide the errors from the manager.

Employees don't stay here long but the roaches do. Since this review has to be at least 85 characters...EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I am simply tired of the inconsistency of the prepared food. It doesn't seem as if this restaurant has standards. The good is good but the size varies every time.

Food taste old. hard shell tacos were stale. taco meat had no salt or flavor. Chicken soft tacos had zero white sauce.

Just got done standing in line. I was the only person in the building and stood there while no one even recognized the fact a potential customer was standing there. They don't want your money.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I have never had any fries arrive from here I’m convinced they don’t even keep the deep fryer hot. Never comes with sauce. Also missing a taco and a quesadilla, absolutely garbage service and they also don’t care to do anything about their lacking employees.

Customer service was awful, nobody was in sight when I went to the counter and then when I asked a question I was rudely addressed with an attitude. Management might want to remind these associates that without the customer they wouldn’t have a check.

I used to eat at this one a lot growing up until recently this year when my food had plastic in it and I almost choked on it. They didn't want to refund me. They never would give me my order entirely and the tortillas are always hard. Employees are very rude. They are never really busy either.

To who may concern I'm writing about an issue I had with the cashier working at this location. Let me describe what happened I'm an Uber partner. I supposed to pick up 2 orders last night around 11:50  one for Justin M. another for Sam S. I drove to the drive through,  inform the cashier that I had 2 picks up  when I finally got to the window he told me that it wasn't ready the food and I had  to go back on line and come back to the window. As far as I know your protocol is to get online once you get to speak inform the cashier which orders are you picking up while you wait on line you get your order and drive away. No get back on line to cheat on your metrics. That way  doesn't look in the cameras that are behind. That being said they were doing this to everyone I hope you can review the cameras and see that the same cars were there 2 times on line. I did got back on line ask again on the speaker that was coming for those 2 orders I wait already for about 30 minutes I reported the issue already about the store with Uber while I'm on the line waiting I get another order added to my Uber I informed the same cashier and he told me very aggressively "you don't cut on line you have to make a line again. He just gave the order for Sam,  I was still waiting for the Justin order when I told him I also got Sara S. He told me move make the line again, I was not going to make the lane again when I just have receive one of the  two order.... He told me you have to move or I'm calling the police I don't care don't come ever again; he said he was gonna cancel de order of Uber eats I said ok do it.... then I'll leave since the order its  being cancelled. But he didn't he still tried to intimidate me by taking pictures then a second person come and start taking pictures of me and the car. Anyways the police came, it's a police report. I also call the police since they were calling the cops on me I haven't done anything but asking for the food they have to follow the guide lanes and if it is on the red,  is the store manager fault that didn't schedule enough people or the employees aren't able to handle the rush. The main reason I'm writing this email, is for corporate to know about the issues that affect my metrics as delivery partner too, affects the customer  and also affect your business. I've been in restaurant business industry and this completely unacceptable to treat  deliver partners this way it is not need to call the cops to justify that you are not doing your job. I beg you to deeply investigate this issue with your cameras with the police report when I call 911 because the way that your cashier was trying to intimate you can ask for recording call to hear your employee! I would not be writing or taking my time to inform about this I didn't understand the importance of customer service and the attitude of your cashier was disgustingly rude. Also is on the recording line of Uber support. I was also reporting the incident to Uber so it's a lot of material  that can be checked to fix this issue. I have some screenshots about the orders I also have the tickets from the location. This order was received at 11:40 pm on 06/13/25  and and it took a an hour and 9 minutes to be completed on 3.52 miles  for a fast food that's insane. I apologize for the inconvenience but there are ways to talk to people and that cashier has cero customer service skills. Thanks  for your understanding and if you have any questions and be happy to answer  through email, text or over the phone. It's not about me, is about the customer service, your business and customer satisfaction.

Late night cravins, so we settled for Del Taco. Went through the drive thru customer service was good, associated was friendly, and the drive thru wasn't busy. We were actually the only car there, so I don't understand why our food came out the way it did. We were so disappointed, I've never had something like this happen before. Not only was the food tasted awful, but the amount served was disappointed as well.
