Ce que disent les clients de Juniper Table
Juniper Table is a cute cafe with a mid-century modern interior and a lovely patio. Many praise the food, especially the Ricotta & Pear and Croque Madame. Service is inconsistent, and some find it overpriced for the portion size and quality.

This cozy spot inside and outside the Ronan Hotel is a great find. I enjoyed a refreshing yogurt bowl and a glass of wine while relaxing in the shade. You simply order at the counter, and they’ll bring your food right to your table.
Excellent menu. I had avocado toast and the balsamic dressing was mind blowing, sooo good. Friends had the salad with strawberries and nuts and loved it. Service was quick, but I think our server was unhappy that day, didn’t offer a ton of smiles or warm conversation. I will definitely go back. Fries were also delicious and crispy.
Yum! Needed something quick and light for lunch and the sous vide turkey was delicious! Tender and juicy meat complemented by fascinating thick-cut potato wedge fries were the perfect meal for a weekday afternoon! I’m still baffled by how they cut the potatoes, but they were curvy wedges that were thinner than traditional wedges but thicker than fries. This is a quick-service restaurant where you order and then sit, but the service was warm and attentive. The atmosphere is great being in the lobby of the cool Rowan hotel with outdoor seating in the courtyard facing Palm canyon and the Starbucks reserve. Can’t wait to try some of their other offerings on future visits.
We had an amazing brunch experience throughout our stay at the Kimpton thanks to our waitress, Serina! Her attentiveness, warm demeanor, and genuine care made our meals truly special. She anticipated our needs effortlessly, offered excellent recommendations, and ensured every detail was perfect. It's rare to find someone who brings such positive energy and professionalism to their work. Thank you, Serina, for making our visit unforgettable—we'll definitely be coming back!
I live in Palm Springs and have dined at Juniper Table many times. Today was no execption, great service from Serina, fantastic meal. I love sitting outside and people watching. The meal arrived quickly and Serina made sure everything was perfect. Thank you Serina and all the staff at Juniper Table. Great job in the kitchen to the chef (s)!
We got takeout from here and it was fabulous. Hot coffee and savory dishes. I got the huevos rancheros, which was piping hot and made with fresh ingredients. In the time of covid, I've also taken to reviewing how restaurants do takeout (do they give you all the utensils you need, etc.). Juniper Table packaged everything in good, solid containers and had extra napkins, making it super easy to eat at one of the tables in the nearby plaza.
Was unsure about the dining experience at first as it was a busy pride weekend and all the restaurants downtown were overwhelmed. Once we were finally seated after waiting in the line, Amy our server was absolutely amazing. She made us feel like a priority despite how busy they were and we were attended to frequently with all of the items we ordered coming quite quickly. Props to the cooking staff as well for making our ordered accuratly and deliciously even with an onslaught of people. Cannot wait to attend again on a calmer day downtown, and I WILL be requesting Amy by name!
Delightful spot with wonderful service and lovely breakfast :) I enjoyed breakfast here all five mornings of my visit. I also tried a delicious sandwich on another occasion for lunch. The patio is in a great location adjacent to the PS❤️U sign, relaxing spot to sit where you are able to enjoy watching hummingbirds that are visiting flowers on trellis of neighboring restaurant, hearing guitarist playing in the piazza adjacent, and just enjoy a peaceful breakfast in a shady comfortable spot. Indoor seating is available also. Note adjacent areas of interest to check out after dining here include the invisible man sculpture and butterfly wings located just along the walk past patio (shown in my video and photos) also the Marilyn sculpture is just a block or two away.
Love everything about this place. The coffee is super tasty. I also ordered the avocado toast and they LOADED that thing up! Lastly, the interior of the restaurant is very mid century modern and it makes hanging out there a lot more enjoyable.
Recommended 100%! The 2 associates that helped us were amazing! I'm sorry i didn't get the girls name, but both associates make amazing lattes. The food was on point too. Than you Baron for all your help, will be back soon 🤗
This is the best Ricotta & Pear I have ever had! Nice and warm.
Came here 2 weeks ago...Love this place! Food was great, large portions, I ordered the French toast and it was amazing, the hubby ordered the chicken and waffles, he loved the waffles and the chicken wasn't his favorite together however separately it was great. We ordered the bloody Mary which was pretty good..

Loved the laid back but sophisticated atmosphere. Great healthy brunch and delicious espresso martinis.
This is the best Ricotta & Pear I have ever had! Nice and warm.
Very cute place. I had the Croque Madame for breakfast and it was magnificent! If you get the chance to stop in I highly recommend. Enjoy!
This is my fave go to brunch spot in Palm Springs. I’m a little surprised it’s not rated higher! The patio is lovely for ambiance and the service has alway been great. The food is also so delicious. Highly recommend their huevos rancheros!

The design and items are great, service is hit or miss. I enjoy visiting the Rowan but the pricing matches the hotel pricing which is on the high side.
Visiting PS during Coachella and stopped in for a late brunch. Normally, male staff at restaurants make me nervous (trauma) but I wanted to shout out Manny for being awesome, funny and quick. It seemed like he was the only one running around - I think he had 5/6 tables! Not only was he super cute, but gave great service as well. My only complaints are that some couple was letting their kid run around (not the restaurants fault!) and I asked for O/M eggs - but they were a liiiiiitle crispy. So that was sad. Everything else - incredible! Would come back!
We enjoyed their outdoor dining area and menu has interesting choices. Food and service was very good. Recommend their breakfast toasts and mixed drinks which pair very well.
Delicious breakfast, lovely outdoor dining area. Service was very friendly and our food came out pretty quickly. Great spot to grab food particularly staying at the hotel before a day of shopping or hanging by the pool
Pros and cons The food was actually surprisingly delicious. We got the panzanella salad, a schroom pizza, and pepperoni pizza. The shroom pizza especially had this unique flavor that was really good. What I have problems with is that I think their menu is quite inaccurate. The panzanella salad was supposed to have heirloom tomatoes. I found chopped cherry tomatoes in half. The shroom pizza was supposed to have oyster mushrooms. I only saw crimini. Don’t misadvertise. (Unfortunately I didn’t get a photo of the salad.)
Hip little coffee shop/eatery in a more up to date area of downtown Palm Springs. Good food and good coffee. It’s order at the counter and seat yourself. We had the French toast and chilaquiles. Both were variations on the usual items and both were good not great. We would go again for a quick meal.

We stayed at the Rowan hotel and had breakfast at the Juniper included with our package. 4 of us had breakfast 4 times and the food was actually pretty good. Pancakes were good, Tosdada was good, Yogurt bowl, bacon, coffee, all pretty good. Unfortunately we had the worst experience on our last morning with a rude staff member (Amelia, purple hair). We were treated with such utter distain by this lady that we were all shocked. She was upset because we forgot to wait to be seated as we came from the outside and didn't see the sign. She schooled us good and then continued to be rude. She did not bring us coffee or water when every other table had both. She snapped at my friend when he tried to order coffee while she was walking away. We had to flag down someone to bring us our items. Left a bad taste in our mouth.
Went early like at 9:30 am and they were already out of 4 really good menu items including the waffles. They were also out jam! Not to mention 1/2 of our food came out then 30 min later the rest came out. I will say the customer service was great and outside seating is nice! Overall a decent experience just need to stay stocked.
Positive: Nice outside seating away from the main road. Cozy for sitting and chatting. Negative: we were here on a Saturday for a long weekend at lunch time, and they did not have half of the items on the menu. It also took very long before the food arrived. The portions are small and proxy for what you get, and not very memorable. We had the grain bowl and soup/grilled cheese sandwich. Coffee was good. Very cozy, but potential for improvement on the food.
The eggs on the Eggs Benedict were over cooked and the bun on the waygu burger was soggy as if it had sat and soaked up the grease from the meat for a little bit before being served. Otherwise, the food was not bad.

Food was Great! But for portion and quality, not really worth the price. The service was horrible. We barely got waited on. They might as well just have you order at the front and seat yourself. And pay out back at the front. You aren’t getting waited on by any means.

Service was really great, everyone was so sweet and kind. Arugula salad was yummy. Shrimp roll is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had in my life. Took one bite and spit it out. I never eat at hotels because it’s so expensive and this shrimp roll makes me never wanna do it again haha.
There was no hostess at the entrance, we felt very uncomfortable when the waitress was taking our order, her attitude was very rude. We waited 45mn for two sandwiches and a salad. Too expensive for the experience.
First of all, the service was 5+ stars, which brought the rating up to two stars. Otherwise, it would have been a negative star. Second, the outside patio dining is very relaxing and enjoyable. Finally, the food is okay, but my barramundi sandwich was a joke. The tiny piece of the fish was less than 50% of the surface area of the French roll. It looked like there should be two pieces of the fish, but the chef only used one. I know inflation has hit us all, but reducing the size by half is just not nice. I basically ate a half of sandwich with just shredded cabbage. My wife’s and son’s sandwiches were okay and were not reduced in size.

Great location; drinks and coffee are good but food is average and highly overpriced. The staff were quite dismissive and more focused on turning tables vs. servicing guests; and despite being adjacent to a hotel, the staff were clearly not appreciative of guests with children. Given the range of other restaurants in the area, would not return

I was here on a Saturday an hour before they closed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And the atmosphere is very nice. However, I ordered a Greek sandwich and I got food poisoning. I’ve been throwing up nonstop. I’m not sure if it was maybe the chicken? The chicken was cold and dry. Anyways, I hope no one gets sick here and I’m just a one off situation. Update: I called the restaurant to ‘file a complaint’ aka I wanted to make them aware of the food poisoning. I spoke to a women named Vanessa who did apologize and said it couldn’t have been their restaurant and continued to dismiss my concerns. She said she was going to speak with the ‘culinary’ team but that no one else had complained. I’m pretty disappointed.
Unfortunately, this was a very frustrating experience from start to finish. We were told the wait would be about 10 minutes and were actually called after roughly 5 minutes. However, because our driver was about two minutes away, they refused to seat us. Shortly after, a party of 17 arrived and we were told we would need to wait behind them which made no sense, as there was an open table that could have accommodated our party of four, and no setup that would have fit a group of 17. That large party ultimately canceled after about 20 minutes, at which point we were finally seated. Once seated, we waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order, and then another 20 minutes just to receive our coffees. During that time, a glass bottle was dropped nearby and a shard of glass hit me in the back, which was unsettling. My orange juice didn’t arrive until I asked again and it came with my meal came out roughly 35 minutes later. As for the food, the fries were cold and the Wagyu burger was undercooked and also cold. The salad was fine, and the coffee itself was good, but those positives didn’t make up for the overall experience. Between the disorganized seating, long delays, and lack of attentiveness, the service was extremely poor. I wouldn’t return.
Had three separate meals as this is the restaurant Diamond members get free breakfast. Love you have until 3 to eat rather than just regular breakfast hours. Six different meals and everyone has been terrible. Barramundi sandwich had a tiny piece of fish and bread with zero flavor. Chicken panini sandwich is smothered in butter and has awful chips on TVs side. Tomato salad had four pieces of tomato and a full loaf of breaded croutons. The worst dish by far was the croque madam…no ham and smothered in vile tasting and smelling cream spinach sauce. Did not even eat a full mouth full. Coffees are good but I understand why the place is deserted. What I don’t understand is the food on the pool deck is great. Just bring that menu here or close this place. It gives the hotel a terrible reputation. Asked about putting a heater on - told she does not know how and said she would ask someone but 25 mins later nothing in a completely empty restaurant at 2.45pm on a Friday when other restaurants are busy. Stay away

Very disappointed and honestly one of the few but worst experiences ever in Palm Springs, of all 10 years we’ve been visiting. And in our case, it can all be traced back to the supervisor/manager at duty (guy). We were with 4 and 3 kids of which the oldest is 4 years. He charged us 7+ person gratuity of 20%…. This while they sat with us, were quiet, only had pasta and didn’t so anything else. Food wise is just OK and it’s severely overpriced for what you get. Only the cocktails are worth it with a proper price quality level. But $16 for a kids pasta the size of your hand with just the cheapest pasta a hit of butter and a bit of cheese, seriously come on. With so many good options around; please don’t do this to yourself and go elsewhere. Go to Tommy Bahamas around the corner instead. Great friendly service. And proper food with proper prices.
