This place has a cute atmosphere, and the two people working there were so excited to make us happy. We got the burrito, and a monster milkshake, which was fun (i recommend getting it with malt added)

This was the best banana split I’ve had in a long time. It’s not cheap at $12.95 but it serves at least two people (we didn’t finish ours) and was beautifully prepared. Tom served it up and was very nice and had great energy.

Out of nowhere you find this place that can serve dole whip? In all nine flavors? I didn't even know they had nine flavors! Nice spot inside the large shopping center, shop is easy to get to and easy to park. Worth stopping by to get a great sweet dessert when in Palm Springs. Very aware of the sanitary restrictions of serving your own Dole whip by having blue gloves accessible for you. Also when you want to put your toppings in your cup, you pour them into a cup already under the topping of choice and then on to your ice cream or Dole whip. I liked it.

What a hidden gem!! You must come here and have one of their monsters shakes. They have a very large menu. They sell ice cream, dole whips, and shakes. They staff is very friendly and answer all ur questions. I got the uncorn monster shake. It was bubble gum flavor with a hubble gum ice cream cone, cotton candy, and candy on top. It was very delicious as well as they s'mores monster shake that they have real toasted marshmallows on it. We got the smallest size, yet it was so big you, we had to save half for later. They were moderately priced. They have a large selection of dole whips flavors like pine pineapple, mango, pomegranate, and much more. There is so much stuff to choose from there, something for everyone to enjoy. Don't hesitate just come and enjoy!

I visited Monster Shakes while in Palm Springs. It's a mom and pop shop that offers the most outrageous milkshakes I've ever seen! I got the cookies and cream giant, mega, etc, etc and it tasted as good as it looked. Fantastic experience, I'll be back!

Monster Shakes in Palm Springs is exactly what the name promises. Their milkshakes are absolutely crazy—in the best way possible. Over-the-top, creative, and loaded with flavor. Definitely check out the different variations because there’s something for everyone. On top of the shakes, they also have a big assortment of frozen yogurt, which is great if you want something a little lighter (or just more options). Fun spot, great treats, and totally worth a visit.

Welcome to the Monster show. Holy smokes! So tasty! This was our first time coming here and we should have arrived with a longer time since dinner. These shakes are huge. We got the S'mores shake, the Oreo Cookie Coma, and the Blueberry something something. The presentation is off the charts, every bit as exciting as the photos show. Not knowing the portions, we each got our own, but you can definitely share as these shakes come on generous portions. And the whip cream is stiff and fluffy. The flame-kissed marshmallows are next level, you really gotta try it. I've got one tiny (opposite of monster size) complaint, the video menu boards were super dense and complex, they kept changing as I was trying to read through all the options available. Then when it switched back I lost my place. Yikes. Maybe add another monitor or two and leave the menu still..

Okay. I have found a new favorite place for shakes. We all had the date shakes there, as it had been years since our last. This was, hands down, the very finest date shakes we have ever had. And over the decades, we've had plenty in Palm springs. The husband and wife team that own the place are excellent, conversational, and extremely friendly. Friendly. That they are also ex-military setting out on their own career path after their long service to our country was even more of a compliment to their willingness to provide the very best in service, cleanliness, and quality of food. I heartily recommend that you go in there and support this lovely couple. Of course, try the date shake, but there's so much more!

The place was nicely decorated and clean. The employee hustled on the complex orders. It took a little time of each elaborate ice cream but worth the wait for the presentation, size and taste.

Wondered in for a look whilst using laundromat Nextdoor. So much to choose from and the shakes we tried were fantastic. Lady behind counter super friendly and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend this place.

Delicious flavors. Great diverse selection. Plenty of seating and parking. The peach vanilla is like peaches and cream. So good!

Moster Shakes is as my son says "my favorite family owned business " and for good reason. They take the time to make artistic beautifully crafted shakes and send them to another level. Presentation is 10 out of 10 but what sets them aside is their customer service. Allowing us to sample the frozen yogurts and even the ice creams. If you haven't visited then please take the time to check em out and see what they can make for you. I'm sure you'll find something to take a picture of and enjoy!

Ice cream is good but WAY overpriced. Toppings are chintzy also. Menu board is absolutely terrible to read, it' s far too busy and you can't focus on anything as it's always changing. Monster shakes take so long to make that the are melting by the time you get them. The music playing inside was atrocious. Won't be back

Stated it was open on Google. We arrived in the afternoon they were closed. No other sign. Really cannot tell you about the icecream shop. Website should updated when closed. Or perhaps call before making the trip. We live over 2000 miles awy and really wad looking forward to the Monster Experience.
