The staff their is amazing. Very friendly and there is lots of seating with little to no wait time when I arrived. Huge selection to choose from with a payment of both card and cash accepted. Starting with the food and drinks. I was offered their special and wow was it delicious. It was a mix with Blue Curacao and tequila such a great combo. Starting with the main I ordered the steak that came with a huge salad. A must try if your looking for all the gains. As for the steak I ordered it via medium with a side of broccoli and there mashed potatoes. All of it was cooked honestly great with good flavor. Especially for a chain restaurant. As a chain restaurant I would have to say this location did things great. I won't put a rating on here as I felt most people have tried an Applebee's before.

Darien was a 10/10 server. He recommended the best drink that there was and how to order it never had 10/10 drink at Applebee’s until Darien and told me what to order. Also told us what dessert to order. BEST SERVICE!!!!!!

Today's dinner was not as good as it could have been. The food was delicious, we ordered the all you van eat wings and another plate, with drinks. The service was outstanding today, our server was the best. He was on top of the empty drinks and empty plates and he did it with a smile. The atmosphere unfortunately was extremely bad today and that's due to the air conditioning being out. I was told that there was cool air in some parts of the restaurant but non in mine. So that was very unfortunate because my family and I although we enjoyed the food and loved the service our over all experience was horrible because I was eating and sweating at the same time. Not a nice thing when you are trying to have a nice family dinner. The waiter wasn't the same that sat us so I blame the host for putting us where no cool air was flowing.

We dined in tonight and were well taken care of by Andrew…. Such a sweetheart, attentive and knowledgeable on a few questions i had about the menu. My family just moved out to the AV and we haven't been to an applebee’s in years. We’ll def be back as our food was great and our waiter Andrew was phenomenal.

Frankie is one of the best servers I have ever had. We continuously come back to this location because of him and some of the other staff. We truly love our experiences every time!

The bar tender was very attentive to our needs. The whole restaurant is clean and presentable. Food was cooked right, delicious and great presentation. The manager (Gaby) was very nice and respectful. She came up to us and checked up on us multiple times in our visit. 10/10 would recommend.

As a vegetarian it was possible to ask for the chicken on the side (for our dog) and have a pleasant meal.

First time at an Applebee's, and this location did not disappoint. Nice clean establishment, friendly and outgoing server, and the food was seasoned nicely. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and while I personally prefer the chicken to be cut to a more uniform thickness, it was still tasty and I'd order it again.

First time eating at this particular Applebee's. I have in other states and typically not great reviews. However, today was a good day! We were greeted and seated quickly. Big screens everywhere, and the restaurant was very clean. We were served by Mikalah and she was awesome! Very attentive and helpful. The food was prepared well and the prices were very reasonable. I was very happy with our visit today.

We went to visit the Palmdale Applebees for Father's Day and we enjoyed ourselves. I can't go over what we all ordered because it was 6 of us. However, I have no complaints and neither did my family. A small mistake was made but it was also quickly corrected by our server. Her name was Jas or Jasmine. She was quick and very friendly. She even rolled the dice once in our family game. The food came out hot and delicious. Now I have to mention that host, Felicia! When we walked to the door she opened and greeted us with an upbeat spirit and a lovely smile. She super friendly. We felt as if we were special or something the way she opened that door. She made the kids feel welcomed and made them laugh. She got us a table quickly on a busy evening. She is definitely manager material. She knows customer service. We will be back!

I love coming here, any time of day the food is great. Unfortunately there is always a wait, but that's just a fact of life at this point. There drinks are delicious and the food is ALWAYS on point, which is a big deal because that rarely happens. With all that in mind, the reason we always come back is cause of the service. They are always so friendly and attentive, we drink a lot of water and get refilled at least four times without ever having to ask for refills. Our waiter most of the time is Micheal, and he is just the best! My husband and I love coming here with our daughter or just us for a couple of drinks and some quality time.

We waited 20 minutes for a table, even though there were empty ones available the entire time, likely due to staffing issues. We told the host we were fine with a table, but after the wait, they seated us at a booth and apologized, saying everyone prefers booths. We reminded them we had originally said we were okay with a table. Moving forward. The food arrived in a reasonable time, but unfortunately, it was dry—a reminder of why we stopped going to Applebee’s long ago. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. Applebee’s is a basic establishment that serves typical bar food.

Apps are great, main dishes you'll find to be a bit oily, yet lacking in spices or taste. They look nice, but taste.. bland. Pretzels I order were very good, the sweet sauce was delicious but the gravy was incrediblely salt in certain area of the dish itself. Service is alright a bit lacking, manager was always around checking on people. The way to pay out is through the app on the desk, it's also how you order extra thing but then whats the point of a server, but it's never explain what's it for or how to use it or even how to cash out. Seems weird to tip out when the whole system is largely automated and lacking the actual service one expect in a diner style restaurant.

I've eaten here two times and both times the food was OK and the service was OK as well. Hard to find the waiter when you need her.

We stopped here with our family of 5. We were seated immediately and helped by our server with drinks. Gave our order and food arrived quickly. We were checked on once and no refills were offered. Our server finally came by and asked if we needed a box, we said yes we need one. 20 minutes later- no box and and no server. Finally, my husband stood up and asked her as she finally passed by to bring us our check. She gave us the the check and then left for another 7 minutes- after clearly seeing he already had his card in hand. No apology was given and we still left with empty glasses and no box. The manager sat at the bar- laughing and showing pictures on her phone, eating cherries from under the bar, and then at one point had a wire basket on her head. We were there 10/10/2022 around 7. I would please talk with this manager about how she can assist her servers(instead of eating from the bar and looking at pictures on her phone while seated at the bar) as this particular server was covering quite a few tables.

Flavor of soup was spot on , but cold . ranch dressing like water . Server walks by a lot but never really stops to check on you and your meal ,.... probably because he knew it was unacceptable. He did try hard to get us coffee , after that , we could've been a fly on the wall . My dad's burger was good but all my Mom and I got was soup and salad ,...sad they couldn't get that right....saw the manager over by kitchen once and never saw her again. Seems like a great place to hang out and drink. The service at the tables wasn't awful but it wasn't great either. For the food, the pretzel sticks and beer cheese dip was great, however the mains courses were both super salty. I'd go back to hang at the bar and watch the game, but not to eat. That said, there are tons of better places to watch the games.

Good tasting food. Tables are not clean. No silverware offered. Cocktail drink tasted like sugar water. No waiter or waitress checking to see if things were okay which they were not. No napkins offered. No one came to see if we needed anything else. Paid them and left the restaurant and not one person acknowledged me and my family leaving. We ordered online and we should have noticed the red flags with the hard time it had processing the card. Went to pick it up and it just kept getting worse. Beyond rude service, manager included, our food was ready, the restaurant was quiet (it was 230pm, we had early dinner) and it took 15 minutes to recieve the order. By the time it was brought back home it was all lukewarm. They ran out of waffle fries and when they offered to give extra regular fries as compensation, THEY UPCHARGED $2 AND DIDNT GIVE EXTRA. Garlic steak had NO GARLIC and was a round lump of fat primarily, it was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside not pink, still mooing. Burger was dropped and ended up close to dismantled, it additionally had no whisky sauce even though it was a whisky burger. Crazy. Wings were violently small and overcooked. Only thing worth shout out is the chips and artichoke dip. Additionally during payment in store they tried to automatically add 11% tip. The audacity after even upcharging the fries. Just go Chillis or anywhere else nearby is you want edible food.

They had a 4 star rating at first but after tonight definitely a 2 star rating my food was cold there was two managers giving different instructions to the workers and I'm sharing a picture of my food for $6 that zombie drink is super small like wow at least a bigger cup would do i would have even paid more.

Last night June 6th 2024 we wanted to have dinner around 7:30pm to celebrate my daughter's graduation, but with the restaurant half full of tables occupied, the guy at reception was the most grotesque and not at all friendly, he told us that everything was reserved and that for At least the wait was 1.5 hours, we said yes but he insisted that he would have many parties, in some way saying better go somewhere else, we decided to go to the Olive Garden where in 50 minutes and with excellent customer service as always they gave us table... This place doesn't know anything about customer service

If less than 1 star was an option that’s what it would be. I’ve given this location more than one shot. This time was a disgrace to the establishment. One of the managers was taking pictures with another staff member with their middle finger up. Not family friendly at all. (There was children around) there was a guy just walking around aimlessly and then at one point talking with 2 other staff members like it was bro time. They never seem to get orders right. That’s been my biggest problem here. It’s just n ver pleasant anytime I go in this location. Luckily the one girls who was our server was decent today but she was stranded behind the bar.

It is unfortunate that our family experienced the worst service at our neighborhood Applebees in Palmdale Ca. Our server Katerin P took 20 minutes to come to our table after being seated. Instead of greeting us with a warm introduction, she annoyingly came to ask if we were ready to order without asking us if we wanted beverages. She didn’t introduce her self nor took interest in any of our needs. We placed our dinner order which was Two, 2 for $25 meals, a side of fries for a CHILD and three Alcholic beverages. needless to say she NOT once came to check to see if our food was okay or even see if we got what we ordered, the runner brought the food (we never received the fries until later when we waived down another server and he then waived her down) we got tired of waiting for our alcoholic beverages so we kindly told her we didn’t want them anymore. At this point our appetizers and entrees were out & finished. (Still waiting on the child fries at this point). She then walked straight to the bar to get the strawberry Margarita that was sitting in the bar brought it back to our table and sat it on the table without saying a word, we looked at each other puzzled & advised her didn’t want the alcoholic beverages anymore AGAIN since we were already finished eating our appetizers and Entres. her exact condescending words were ‘Oh You don’t want it anymore!? okay fine, no problem’ and snatched the drink back, it was absolutely baffling. After this occurred we asked her for the check. It was then when I decided it was time to make mangement aware of situation. Once i explained to manager what occurred she said ‘oh okay i’m sorry i’m going to go ahead and comp your drinks’… my words to her were, i wouldn’t except anything less We never got the drinks and in addition when we did receive one of them she Sntached the drink away. To recap this is what happened 1. Server Katerin P took 20 minutes to come to our table after being seated 2. Never introduced her self nor asked about us the consumer, 3. Katerin P did not ask for drinks went straight to ‘you ready to order’? 4. condescending behavior 5. rushed us to leave non apologetic 6. manager made it seem she was doing me a favor by compting beverages we never received 7. over all bad experience, cold food & poor service wouldn’t frequent location again.

In a nearly empty restaurant at around 2p.m., we ordered a burger, 2 chicken strip baskets, and the pretzel appetizer. After a lengthy wait, everything came at once. The pretzels looked nothing like the menu picture. The garlic butter, cheese, and salt shown in the menu photo was puddled on the paper instead of on the hard, presumably microwaved-to-death sticks. The burger bun was saturated in so much grease it was like touching a soggy kitchen sponge. The chicken strips were small but standard fare; the fries each meal was served with were cold and mushy. The food and service here were a big disappointment.

Really bad customer service. Waited in line for about ten minutes just to place a to-go order. The servers even the manager walked right past us and never acknowledged us nor the other customers in line. Besides the servers and the manager, the young guy working at the front was very helpful.

I came today for my husband and grandson bday I asked the waitress when my husband comes if they can sign happy birthday for him n my grandson,she said yes. My husband was irritated and wanted to leave 😒. I didn't want to prolong it more so we just left. I will not be returning to this location. I've never experienced something like this is other Applebee's. Thank you for making my husband and grandson a good birthday. I spent 161 dollars. Including tip. Food was great delicious. Looked absolutely nothing like what was being advertised. Definitely won't come back here again and wouldn't waste your money on the O-M-Cheese burger.

It’s Veterans Day and this place is empty but we are told it’s an hour wait!!!! Everyone should be terminated!!!! One of the biggest days of the year and you are understaffed!!!! It’s giving we don’t want to give our Veterans a meal!!!! Damn it’s only once per year. This is the main reason why I stopped coming here!!!! The greeter please terminate!!! Do better Applebees because right now y’all are on some BS💯 Signed the black lady who was treated rudely by the damn greeter!

There is hardly anybody here and there was a really long wait to be acknowledged. The manager Jasmine came up to me and asked what I’m waiting for and if I’m ordering to go or waiting to be seated. All I said was yeah, and her response was “don’t get an attitude with me.” Her questions were confusing me because there is a separate to go area so I mean yeah I’m respond to being seated. She didn’t come up to me saying hello or apologizing for the long wait. I had my son with me and she asked if I was eating alone, not acknowledging him and we were the only ones there. Her tone was aggressive and I felt so uncomfortable, I’m shocked she’s manager being so rude to customers. APPLEBEES what are you doing, and why are customers being treated so poorly by management

I went to Applebee’s last week and had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, all because of our server, Leslie. From the second we sat down, she had a bad attitude—no greeting, no smile, nothing. She acted like we were a burden and clearly didn’t want to be there. She never checked on us once after taking our order. No refills, no asking if the food was okay—just completely ignored us. It honestly felt like we were invisible. If you hate your job that much, maybe don’t take it out on paying customers. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant. Applebee’s needs to seriously reevaluate their staff if this is the kind of service they think is acceptable
