Drive thru was a little bit of a wait since it was busy but Chris H. Was very kind and it was nice seeing a person from LA out here who is accomidating and hospitable nice conversation. Rare to see people who enjoy their job.
This is a new location that is closer to me, so not only does it have all the quality of service as all other locations I visit, but this one is in the best location for me, I am happy this location was thought about.

Amazing experience at this Starbucks location this morning. My boyfriend and I ordered undertows, and the barista wearing the grey beanie and circular glasses is known as the designated Undertow maker for a good reason. Our drinks were delicious and perfectly made, and the lead running the floor, Zoey, had an amazing attitude for the busy Red Cup morning they were experiencing. She was managing the outgoing orders and engaging with every customer as to make sure no one was waiting too long for their orders. I had to stop by four starbucks because of how busy the lines were, and I am glad we chose to stop at this location.

Polite staff. PERFECTLY clean restrooms. Fantastic service. They had a power outage on the day that I visited. But the minute power came back on, they went back to work immediately and served everyone as if nothing was wrong Now that's freaking service
Service is so good and fast they will prepare your order to your satisfaction. This is a calm and cool place that you can enjoy your favorite Starbucks treat and lounge on the wifi.
Typical Starbies. Quick service you know what you’re gonna get and you move on. 🤷🏽♀️ I much prefer local coffee shops but when I’m lazy or in a hurry and just want a drive thru, I go here. I feel like service is way faster in the drive thru than going inside to order.
Employees are always very friendly and willing to satisfy the customers to the fullest very clean environment comfortable seating arrangements satisfactory always guaranteed with your dreams it's Pleasant to see so many people with smiles on their faces and great bedside manner I enjoy the fact that Starbucks employees seem to be very happy with their job and extremely happy when the customer satisfied the drive-thru line is always very efficient.
Service was great and they were very quick. Was just as I ordered and they were very polite.
The young man who took our order was awesome, very polite and even had to pause for a moment due to an unruly guest inside the store. He came back without missing a beat, apologized for the wait (which was only 30 seconds) and continued with the order. Our drinks were yummy and made quickly
So this Starbucks is right up the street from my house they recently remodeled it and it’s really nice ! I used to go there 3 to 4 times a day now I just go there twice a day if that but for sure I go once every day. Ever since they remodeled it has been the best experience in my opinion, the employees are really nice and sweet and honestly my drink taste so good and it’s really consistent in the mornings I love the morning crew they always make my coffee perfect, the evening crew not so much lol but they’re still really nice and they have really great customer service. I’ve been going here for years but recently when they remodeled it just seems like they turned and transformed everything around including their customer service and the employees that work there . So shout out to the morning crew you guys are awesome and you always make my coffee perfect!

Drive thru: there was a long line but moved quick. Usually not long line. Always good customer service great attitudes. Makes it easier to go. Am tired of bad customer but Starbucks didn't disappoint :) they were nice and professional.

Wonderfully nice employees. I had questions about the beverage and they were more than happy to talk it over with me even when they were busy. The service was fast and efficient considering the amount of people they were helping. The drinks were crafted beautifully. I got the Toasted White Mocha latte and it was pretty good. The sweetness level is similar to the Pumpkin Spice Latte. I got mine without the holiday sprinkle topping/whip stuff, so if you're sensitive to overly sweet flavors, I'd recommend doing the same and ordering 3 shots of the white mocha instead of the 4 it comes with. Anywho, awesome service. I left feeling like a happy camper.

Okay, I’ve lived 14+ years in the AV and this Starbucks has remained my favorite. I currently live at walking distance and they are just amazing. Staff has changed through the years but their quality of customer service has remained impeccable. Shout out to my current favorite Barista, Karina and Alejandro!
This is probably the only Starbucks that gets my order right. I enjoyed unsweetened coffee and everywhere I go the person does not pay attention or inputs the order incorrectly. At this location they actually verbally confirmed my request while placing the order and also at the drive through window! Simply listening makes a difference

Never done a Starbucks review & I don’t frequent them either. But we were visiting & had to get some work done. Every single one of the five ladies working provided exceptional customer service, the most welcoming feeling, and the best smiles. 😊 Thank you Jay for taking our order so kindly and thank you for the rest of the staff on how well you all work together. It was great to watch y’all work so happily together and greet every customer as they walked in the door. Keep up the phenomenal work!!!

I was just there in California from Michigan on vacation. My best friend introduced me to your business and coffee in which I had tried once before and I must not have gotten the right coffee for my tasting and I never went back. But I must say because of the excellent customer service that I received just walking into your business was very welcoming, everyone behind working had greeted us💯💕And made me feel at home and respected. The place was very clean and organized and all staff seem to be working as a great team to make everyone happy and satisfied with their orders. They also will replace your beverage drink etc if it is not to your tastings or not made how it you wanted it made they will make sure to make it right. I had a great experience I visited almost the whole time I was there the whole month not every day but a couple days out of the week and I thank you all for the great experience you gave me the welcoming and the excellent coffee I now love, and I also signed up for your point system which is great I love it. especially the oatmeal apple hot and cold drink. I also love your coffee I tried when I was there and you made it to my liking and I was satisfied thank you very much. And just to let you know I visited another Starbucks while I was there and it was only once and I would never visit that again nothing like your location great job on everyone thank you again. 💯❤️ Keep up the great work from manager on down🤗🥰 would highly recommend if you're in the area and searching for great customer service and fresh coffee and a very clean welcoming location and business at Starbucks 😊
Review for January 2nd 2021. Starbucks Coffee. What a wonderful place. The people here are wonderful and courteous and very helpful. They always get my coffee right. I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely love the coffee here. Especially when I used my gift card that would give it to me for Christmas. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and I will definitely come back
Very hard workers here they have great customer service the setup is nice comfortable setting enjoyable atmosphere.. Edgar theshift supervisor was very amiable and a tree customer service and it's a hard worker as well they make a great team everyone there is a hard worker and a great customer service.

What can I say that is any different from any other Starbucks? Good Customer Service, Good Coffee, but so does alot of other places. Way to expensive..Need to update menu
Occasionally you get the barista that has no clue what they're doing and gets your order wrong but I mostly get good service at this location and hardly have to wait very long. My biggest pet peeve with this location is that when you walk up to the pick up side (I usually order via the app & you go straight there and it's already waiting) most of the staff will look you straight in the eye and then ignore you rather than simply ask if you need help. I typically have to announce that i need service and that I have an online order, it's not that I mind speaking first it's that there's often more than one order there and I'm not going to assume it's mine, it would be much better customer service for them to address you to see if you had a pick up order waiting
It’s a Starbucks, so you can get what you expect. Parking is easy to find and the restrooms are clean. The WiFi speeds are alright and the cafe itself is kind of clean but could be a little bit better. Overall a good experience.
I love Starbucks, but the guy that made my drink this morning didn't add extra strawberry puree, which was what I ordered, that's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 and he slid my drink in front of someone else and didn't call out the name on the drink he just seemed kinda rude but all the other staff were nice and welcoming.
The renovation to the place is nice and well needed. The drinks are made well here. The staff is medium amount of friendly can use a little more enthusiasm. The temperature in the building is great nice and cool and always have sitting in or out doors.
They didn't have vanilla flavor for my Carmel macioto and it was replaced with a suggestion from the clerk roasted vanilla and it was too strong I had to mix my daughters vanilla bean with it to make it sweet. But I guess. I don't like the new remodel it's less space for less people and we are in the desert it's over 100 degrees you'd think they care about people trying to relax with coffee and AC but I guess not.
The staff is always friendly. Miss Daisy and Sandy are really great they're very efficient and their mind on their jobs being courteous at the same time. The drive-thru is really quick compared to walking into the store. At times there seems to be lots of employees some talking to each other while only a few at the window and one maybe taking care of the counter for orders in door. It's puzzling when you have a lot of employees there just standing around talking to each other it's not good for business.
Oct 20th, 2023 20 minutes to get a quad of mediocre espresso. There were 4 people in line in front of me and at least 6+ baristas.
It was nice and warm in there and they had wifi and clean restroom, i highly recommend it for those reasons. I never buy anything there, i dont like coffee, and im not going to paid a bartista $8 for what amounts to a donut. Plus tip. I bring my own, nice tables too, this way you can burn all there energy, instead having high power at home each month. Dont forget to put yoyr business card in the jar for free what ever there giving
Very old Starbucks didn't have any outlets to plug in and charge your phones and they were busy and our food to go really long time to come but still love the good customer service and love the coffee
Coffee is great! Did perfect on my doupio macchiato. Bathrooms dirty!! Most Starbucks I've been in have the dirtiest bathrooms throughout California! Going to start taking pictures.
These drinks aren't the same anymore the Starbucks sucks the chocolate chip drink tastes like coffee grains horrible......
Only giving three stars because one of the ladies at the (in-person) order counter, a tall black lady, was nice, helpful, and a generally great employee. (Speaking of which, if anyone knows exactly who she is, give her my commendations.) Other than that, though, the two Pistachio Lattes I ordered from here did not have much, if *any*, of the actual taste of pistachios. Indeed, they tasted almost only like bland milk, and in which I had to put additional sugar *at home* in order for it to have *any* real taste. Furthermore, the service was, overall, dismal. I will not be coming back here again for a while...IF EVER.
I love Starbucks! This particular one had a very nice counter person but the barista was rude and you can tell he didn't want to be there. The waits are long for not having more than 2 customers in the store. Understaffed perhaps. My hot Mocha was made great! The food was fresh.
White girl got my order wrong ruining my craving. She didn't know about my coupon and couldn't explain to me the coupon. Also, starbucks need to have more details omin the coupon because It didn't have details and I had to ask. She had to ask for help to do it. Seems like she couldn't hear, got my order and name wrong. The pumpkin spice frappuccino was not good, I don't know what the buzz is all about. Stick to caramel frappuccino. They didn't have any napkins in the front. The Hispanic team lead seemed to have an attitude and not want us close to the front waiting for our drinks. If you order online maybe they wouldn't get the order wrong... maybe.
Be careful with the new potato bites, I'm not allergic to anything in the ingredients but had a reaction. I checked and saw some of the ingredients are bioengineered. I can have potatoes, chives, and cheese at home no problem, except these for whatever reason!
This location's time to prepare orders is horrible. I placed a mobile order today, got to the location and 20 mins after I placed order they told me they didn't have one of the items, the second item was made 2 mins after. The previous time they took about 25 mins to make a mobile order, nothing they sell should take more than 10 mins to make, even when they are busy, which they were not.
There's a few people that work late that always make my day but the fact that I've shown up 10-20 minutes before closing and their doors are locked pisses me off. I drive an ambulance don't expect me to pull in through the drive thru! =l
No wait which is nice but the servers might need to check their instructions every now and again and don't expect a conversation
Worst I have ever had in a long time. I order the Peach green tea lemonade with cane sugar an raspberry with equal amounts of each. An it normally is sweet enough to taste just right. I ordered the samething an even had her remake it an it came out the same. She proceeded to tell me that they upgraded there pumps that is used for the syrup. So it's a possibility that they squirt out less is what she tells me. Only thing she did to try to accommodate me was to give me a lil more cane sugar syrup wich did absolutely nothing to make it taste better. Very disappointed in Star Bucks. More than likely wont be going back. FYI they discontinued the peach an guava flavors for what ever reason.
This location has ALWAYS been super sluggish. Drive thru SUCKS at peak hours, and they're CONSTANTLY running out of ingredients for their drinks. Also, don't ask for pour-over if you don't want them to give you crummy customer service.
A few workers are very nice and make the drinks and food wonderfully. However many many times i have had to trash my drink because the coffee taste burnt and they didn't put nonfat milk like i asked. I was also told that the drink Caramel Mach did not have any Caramel in it, yet on the ordering app it has it in there as a description of ingredients and its also in the name. Lol when they opened again it was very nice, but now the drinks and food have declined a lot.
It used to be good. The staff here is fantastic. For some reason they recently started opening hours later than they used to open so I end up going to a different Starbucks on my early mornings. I was also just told that they somehow ran out of ingredients for all frappuccinos. I'm not sure how that's humanly possible.
I went got my drink and the drive thru girl was so RUDE I asked for easy ice and she gave me a cup full of ice. I asked to take out some ice and she blew up. I will not go back
I travel all over California and starbucks are my go to places for my early morning routine. This starbucks was one of the worst ive experienced. First of all there are no outlets, uncomfortable seating and cold air blowing even though its winter. All done to keep people from hanging out? A bunch of employees behind the counter, arguing!! Talking loud and dismissing customers who had questions. My cold, brown sugar espresso was filled to the brim with ice. I literally got 3 gulps out of it. Codes on the bathroom doors. Just a total disappointment. Will travel a little farther down the road next time.
Customers services is really bad. They didn't have the blond roast she said they don't brow it after 12pm. They gave my daughter the wrong drink and they didn't even give us the different. The drink they charged her for was more expensive than the one get wanted.

Always order my frapp the same and today this lady worst costumer service ever her name is Stephanie decides she gives me attitude after having to do my coffee 4 times and even throws my coffee and my coffee was still horrible! Im so pissed!
I love pumpkin spiced chai. They said they don't have the chai that is supposed to be in the drink and therefore it must be our fault they don't have it. That means we have to pay 60 cents more whether we're want 1 pump of chai or 6 in the pumpkin spiced chai. It isn't our fault they are supposedly using a different chai because they don't have the one it is supposed to have. What happened to giving the customer a substitute (still chai) for the same price? Why should I pay for Starbucks mistakes?
Joy she was very very rude to me when I asked for corporate number to make complaint everybody was rude to me. I was not offered my receipt. She was very rude to me one of the baristas that was working in the back with coming through the hallway and he gave me an extremely sarcastic rude look while taking the trash out no star😠 I gave them tip I want my money back.😠
No outlets, no comfy seats, pretty much just a drive thru.
They are very unprofessional to their customers since the moment you walk in. My girlfriend and I went in to this establishment to use the restroom and the manager was pounding on the door. She then told us if we both didn’t get out, they were going to call the cops. Seriously we aren’t kids. We were pooping and that was all. We were going to buy coffee and we told them that we would after we were done. We were then scolded as we apologized for the misunderstanding. Im not happy with their approach to the situation as they didn’t ask if my girlfriend had any medical issues that required assistance in which she does. I wouldn’t recommend going around the early shift because it seemed they weren’t having a great start to their morning.
Ive been coming to this Starbucks everyday for the past 4 years. Everyday. Vanessa who must be new is so rude, she looks like she obviously hates her job. She stares at me even when shes not the one servicing me. Another chick there a pastry at me. They weren't busy at all. It was rude and uncalled for. I MISS RENAL he had excellent customer service.
Most of the time the staff seems to be courteous but not very outgoing. One thing is a few of them or one seems to judge a book by its cover. My friend can seem a little eccentric with her bubbly personality and because she dresses with flare and color but a very kind, honest person. And she had frequented this location in Palmdale on Palmdale Boulevard. She had purchased a coffee and proceeded to use the restroom when the Clerk on duty cleared her table and tossed her coffee. She came out of the restroom to find that she no longer had her coffee she just purchased waiting for her on the table she had selected. The Clerk told her that she was there to long and dumped her coffee for a reason unknown. It upset her, asking the clerk why he had done that. She let him know it was very inconsiderate and she became emotional with tears for she had done nothing , not causing any problems and could not understand why he had done this. The Clerk offered no apologies, did not offer or replace her coffee so her only choice was to gather her stuff and leave. She was also charging her phone and tablet which he made a negative comment about. For one thing most of the tables are equipped and used for charging your phone and or devices. So I think and she believes he made a personal judgement based on appearance. People and more so, employees, should never judge a book by its cover. Remember to story of Howard Hughes who was judge prematurely and unfairly solely on way he looked, and he was a millionaire.
I’m in the drive thru, ordering a large order. Kind of sounding confused. I get my order it’s extra Carmel all over the frap, Tall size. I finish my drink and swallow a luggie. Someone spit in my drink. I guess from me being at the window to long adding things to my order. Nastiest experience I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. Only reason why I’m sharing is so people know what they are dealing with. Went back up there with the drink, manager peaches proceeds to tell me since it’s mask with covid it couldn’t have happened. Even tho it’s in camera with the young lady ADRIANNA HOVERING OVER MY DRINK. I ordered tall, same drink as my friend who ordered a grande and I received my drink last. With extra ingredients that I did not ask for. Good luck with this Starbucks & be safe every one
Horrible customer service this morning. Walked in no one greeted or offered help even though we were standing waiting to order. Thankfully the guy who took our order showed excellent service and provided great service thank you !
Rude employees. Came up to the drive thru just now and couldn’t even apologize nicely that they were closed. She just said “sorry were closed” supper fast. I get your trying to go home but couldn’t you be nice about it. Also you guys need to update your time because it says it’s closed at 10:30.
The female in drive thru at night is over charging at her own thoughts. I have always gotten the same thing and never been charged more any where. This female was very rude and young. She needs to learn manners. I am there almost every single day and never get treated this way. Or charged like this with such a rude attitude.
We come here in the mornings , obviously we need to start the day, the staff should try their own product , maybe they will be more cheerful and grateful for their job ! I got a hot white chocolate , we asked for extra sweet.. well we got hot water venti — asked for extra caramel , got the same drizzle as usual.. i mean the employees act like the product is coming out of their pocket !! Placed an order for pick up in store and when i got there, even though it closes at 1030 they were closed at 945. I knocked on the door they looked at me and just kept working. They could’ve just signaled to go through drive through. It was me and another customer waiting and they ignored us both. When i went through drive through they took forever. What was the point of mobile order then
Not going to lie they suck at making drinks and change workers every other week , most seem like they aren’t trained properly on how to make drinks. You ask for a remake and the still make incorrect drinks. Do better 🙂

if I could leave zero stars I would. the lady that approached me the second I came inside was extremely rude and dismissive. I am a partner from Alabama where we treat our customers with respect and hospitality!! Also lobby is closed unless you have a mobile order apparently? Been a continuous customer of this location, purchased coffee cake pops and teas often here. Lizette is one of the workers here , she refused to allow my daughter and I to use the restroom, and as a loyal Starbucks customer I feel completely disrespected by this company that to use the restroom I have to make a purchase ? So the hundreds of dollars I’ve spent here don’t matter to the company ? Horrible organization, this company needs to change its ways , and this young lady was very rude .
Always good customer service my coffee is always good but the girl name ashely on her tag says ash very rude ...has a attitude like she dont like her job.. all i ask was a drink i was not familiar with every other starbucks dont have a problem with reading it off my phone! will be contacted head quarters too. The Starbucks in Palmdale on Lowe by Wendy's. Not great. The customer service clerk named Arik wasn't actually wanting to serve as he told me that I had to buy something in order to get some water. I told him that I had bought something earlier and if he wanted to see the purchase on my phone. He said no. I must purchase something now, it's policy. I wanted to see that. All he did was give me a phone number. Also, I am on your app and purchase various beverages. If that is your policy That is not great. I am a customer of your establishment. I would have purchased something, but he was. I dont care employee..
Just went today at 10:50 Sunday April the 13th and the drinks we ordered taste burnt! Not even strong but burnt and I don't know how they could burn anything in a frappe, we couldn't even try to drink them. They are usually ok not great but ok, but today it's very disappointing because these drinks are not cheap and to get crappy drinks. I'll tell you, I've been to mostly all the Starbucks in the AV and today, this experience, has the distinction of being one of the worst experiences so far. I know you can do better.
