Sometimes i get these cravings to eat at wienerschnitzel, the food is good the customer service is great the wait time to get your food is 5-10min the icecream and shakes are very satisfying for my cravings. I do makes stops here every know and then just to pick a family pack and some shakes

Fast service and good food. The employees were kind and courteous as usual. I got their chili cheese fries and 2 of their bacon dogs with their all beef dogs and was not disappointed. Would definitely reccomend going here for some good fast food.

Although the food is extremely greasy it is also tasty as well. The service is quick and the prices are low. However when eating inside you can see the kitchen and it is visually unappealing.

I've always loved (Der) Wienerschnitzel since I was a kid. Their food is comfort food, but not very healthy. We loved the food! The service is good. Prices were decent. The new 4 chili dogs for $4 on Wednesdays in January is great!

I did a drive thru late at night. It's been a couple years since I have ordered food from this location and felt like they were a little short on the chili for my chili dog, but still enjoyed it. The corn dogs were excellent.

I have been going here for years and I feel like the general trend lately is improvement and quality. It is a little stop for a quick bite to eat. They have good deals and the food is always pretty good. It used to be you had to wait nearly an hour and almost fell asleep in the line. Depending, hot dogs might be overdone but more often than not the food will be good. The chili fries are your best bet. The people here are great and always have a great attitude. I hope they keep on track.

All time favorite place since I was little and it has been about 2 years since I had some awesome Chili Cheese dogs with onions! They were very good, Fry's were great too! Can't go wrong with the Chili Cheese dogs! The Kraut dog could of used a good bit more mustard and kraut, though.

It's ok. But the manager daughter could work harder. And not be little lazy. No matter if she is the daughter of the manager. The daughter should work harder to show the other workers that she could work hard too. And not take it easy just cause her dad is the manager.

I’ve never dined in, only drive through but the chili dogs are nostalgic. They remind me of my youth when my parents used to take us here. These hotdogs are not the best, but they’re still good.

Drive through is super slow, we ordered a family pack #7, we were in the drive through for like 20 minutes. Over all the food was good.

They could not make the chocolate dip right and the ice cream was yellow the chili Fry's were cold 😑 but everything else was nice and hot

I hadn't had a wienerschnitzel for years and years. Price has gone up alot!!!!! I can remember when a chili cheese dog was .15 cents, I was in high school and post graduation. McDonald's was cheap than too. I would rather go to IN&OUT for hamburgers and usually did. I was the driver and the burgers were always delicious and prepared right. I had, had issues with McDonald's I liked my meat cooked not completely raw. My friends always wanted McDonald's 'cause they were cheaper then, but again I drove. IN&OUT is now cheaper but mmoooorrrr delicious.

The parking is a little tight. The staff is helpful and I think does there best to be polite in spite of rude customers. It's not the greatest area. The dining room is small and sometimes the trash needs assistance. The food generally tastes good and is on time.

This location gives less meat in the sauce. The weenie's are down sized. It doesn't taste the same and if you are a person that doesn't eat a lof of salt. You can definitely taste the salt in the food

The cashier by the name of Courtney has trouble hearing the orders you place. I ordered extra fries 3 times and she still failed to add them to my order. Asked her for extra mayonnaise and I had to repeat another three times that I wanted MAYONNAISE and not pickles. I was damn near in her ear at that point with my mask off. I would have given my experience 5 stars had it not been for Courtney. I'm giving it three stars for the food that did make it on the receipt. The food minus the costumer service was good.

It's fine. Junk yard dog was cool. I would ask for a different cheese next time, they used American cheese and it didn't work well with the hot dog.

Long wait in the drive thru and when we got home our order was missing all of the chili dogs. Definitely take the time to open the dogs and make sure you have everything. Food we did get was fresh and tasted good.

There were several customers in store and a couple ladies asked if they would be able to use a table a little further back. They said no. Yet they let some men sit there while waiting for food. This was after they were a little less than kind to my family when we ordered our food. But then it continued. Maybe you should train your workers to be kinder to the customer.

Small staff. Most of the time they're nice but at night they tend to be rude. The total screen is broke at the drive through, rather than fix it they covered it up with an advertisement. At times they tell you your total will be at the window making it hard to know if your order is incorrect. Not cool. Food is good though. I recomend the junkyard dog.

The dr pepper was just carbonated water. They forgot the kids' frys, so we had to go back and get them. Fast service but incomplete. You should not be telling them what's missing from your order. On a personal note, the meatballs were not good, but the chili cheese fries, always delicious.

I have compliments and complaints #1 compliment - they are super fast,sometimes the lines are.wraped around the building and if you're in the area then you know that can be a major problem but they get you taken care of quickly. #2 compliment - Never rude. So far everything I went there everyone was nice and just wanted to get the order correct and I appreciate that a lot. COMPLAINTS #1 Quality - the quality is not the best the chilli cheese is extremely processed and the chilli is more of a chilli sauce then actual meat and beans . #2 prices- I do not eat pork and so I have to pay much more money for the same exact meal that someone else is buying that does eat pork and that is not fair . I do not enjoy paying $30 for less than 6 beef hotdogs . Seriously I can just make this myself . Overall its okay but honestly not worth the money they charge its pretty expensive for a meal in a can type of food you are.actually getting but the shakes are good and even then I can make those at home.

The guy has no customer service skills and at night durring closing he had the tiniest girl take out the big trash he should have done that but the food is fast i just would tip a guy like that no MANners.. lol

The one on Avenue S did a very bad job on the night of Sept. 2. The person who took the order was not listening clearly, messed up my entire order at the window, and the fries had no salt on them. Please fix your speaker or improve the management!!

Wanted to dine in but all the tables were dirty. Asked someone if they could clean one and someone came and wiped one down on the opposite side of the dining area from where my family was with cleaner still half all over the table so took my food and left. Unsure of how a letter A was given a month ago. They weren't busy inside at all and hardly cars in the drive thru

The food was amazing but the drive thru service on this day was ridiculous.If someone was training it would have been nice to be advised. I sat in the drive thru at the speaker as she figured out how to charge me with my coupon. I asked if she wanted me to drive forward she abruptly said NO. I couldn't believe how long I waited. I just wanted to see if any customer service would come at all. Never was there an apology.

Ordered medium fries for my autistic daughter, who loves Wienerschnitzel fries. However they were re-warmed, and stale at 10:30am right after they opened late due to flooding inside. I immediately circled back in the drive thru for fresh fries, and the server seemed to have an attitude. My wife just came from there with another order of medium fries for our daughter and the bag the fries came in wasn't even full. Please do better.

Came here for the first time last night 12/16/18 and the service was awesome. Today 12/17/18 there was a boy (awesome) & a girl, she was very rude gave me nasty attitude then gave me the wrong order. I asked her to fix it & she was on the phone running her mouth & even snatched the wrong order from me before leaving to fix it. She needs to be FIRED

Restaurant is really small, employees don't know how to upgrade combos, and my corndog was still frozen inside. How do you cook the outside and leave the dog ice cold. Never eating here again.

The girls were unfriendly and ignored us for 10 min or so. We were the only ones there. We asked if they could take our order, and they both still ignored us. They looked at us a few times but never said a word. The restaurant was freezing.

The food took long. The service was lacking. The food looked puny compared to the pictures in store. They got my order wrong and food received cold. It was my first and last visit. Their vanilla cone was awesome though.

The reason I gave 1 star was because the girl that was taking my order that had glasses on was not wearing a mask and that is a huge concern for me because of covid! Anyone who is working especially with food should be wearing a mask at all times!

Customer service was atrocious! It felt like I was being yelled at by the person taking my order. Certain menu items are not available at this location.

I waited forever only to have one of my three items missing and had to go back through the drive-thru and have another long wait did I mention I had ice cream and all they said was sorry so I had them redo my ice cream order.

My experience was awful I watched the girl make my chili cheese fries she Touched my fries to fit them into the Box she touched them and folded them I'm watching her she grabbed the cheese that goes on the chili cheese fries with her bare hands and sprinkled it on sprinkled it on she sees me watching her I continue to let her make it she also made 2 ice cream cones she also touched the cone so if you're getting ice cream guys don't eat your cone so when she was all done I asked her if she could remake my food with gloves because that has to be a healthy violation that winner snitzel is disgusting I am will not be returning there and the manager was standing right there watching how is that OK how has she'd been a manager there so long letting this go on If you're not ordering from the inside and you're going through the drive-through this is what they're doing to you

Totally grossed out I watched the girl make not just my food everybody's food to the drive-through and dine in with her hands she grabbed my fries she grabbed my cheese and continued to make my food with her bare hands no gloves and use the register all in the same moment And by the way she also made the other girl also made ice cream cones so don't lick your cone cause her hand was all over it And don't bother telling the manager cause she's standing right there watching and there's a whole Box of glove right next to them

This store was extremely dirty, bugs and webs in windows. Tables appeared clean but floors were filthy. We could not use restroom as it was in severe need of cleaning. Employees were friendly.

Maybe if they get low enough ratings then another one will be built. This location is absolutely horrible. The only reason we go here is because it’s the only one in Palmdale and we live on the east side and sometimes we just crave a chili dog. Sodas are never good. 9/10 times we are missing items. And it looks like the staff cares more about socializing with each other rather than doing their job as it takes forever.

March 12 2922 was told had to wear a mask even while the city lifted their mandate for customers entering their business. Was told by rude female employee they were private business is why they can mandate their own policy. I thought most were private, been going there for many years. Today is my last day I'll ever go there

Last time I came through here the drive-thru was very slow 45 minutes or so to get an order. I came in here on May 7th walked in with my nephew told them we had two orders my nephew's order was finished we paid for it 40 something dollars quite ridiculous could not get them to take my order even when they kept asking him about his order what he wanted how he wanted it I'm standing at the register trying to get them to take my order they didn't even seem to notice me decided when we left in his order was ready 40 minutes later that I would go elsewhere and get food this place is really bad on customer service would not suggest anyone going here

The girl that helped me today, was awfully rude, she seems to not care about her customers I asked her a question and I heard her talking bad about another customer. Didn’t even ask me if I wanted mustard or ketchup. I’m not sure of her name but she had curly hair and long blue nails. I will never be coming to this location again!!

If i could give zero stars i would. Night of 06/03/2022. It was 11:45 and I roll up and thier card machine was not working and only accepting cash. I live 3 min away, I came back with cash at 11:53 they saw me and the "Drive Thru OPEN" Light was still on and they refused to give me service. Horrible, if you close at 12 then dont close until 12 especially after I told the girl that I would be right back with Cash!

Very horrible customer service! The 2 girls working the night shift 8/16 were goofing around and were getting mad that people were upset for spending literally 30 minutes in the drive thru. I arrived at 8:50 and didn't get out until 9:20pm there was only 4 cars ahead of me how could a fast food place be this slow. If i could give half to 0 stars i would. Never going here again id rather drive the extra miles to Lancaster

Chilli don't taste like years ago. Although i keep going like once a year hoping things would Change. Chilli os bland and thin and hotdogs are Salty.... Ice cream is thee best because they don't make it. Im very sad to report this.

Wish I could give zero stars. I love weinerschnitzel, but this place is awful. I stopped ordering anything more complicated than corn dogs because the order is ALWAYS taken wrong. I don't usually buy at this specific location, but it's the closest to my home, and the last two time I have bought food here I have had items missing, last time was two chilli dogs and I was charge at my request for cheese to make the chilli dogs chilli cheese dogs and not only got no cheese but was missing two out of my six dogs. This weekend I used a coupon for 3 corn dogs, 3 chilli dogs and 3 fries, I doubled the order and when I got home I only got 3 orders of fries. I'll give them a last chance on another weekend and if the mess my order again I'll go full Karen on them, and most likely never come her again.

I am an Uber eats driver I spent gas money to drive to Wienerschnitzel seven minutes away. My customers ordered their food at 11:48 and I pull up to the drive-through. No one answers the microphone I go to the window and to rude employees were hiding not to serve me the customers food since they wanted to close early, I wrap around to see if the store is closed and anyone is in there and a girl pops up from under the counter and pops back down because she saw me then this other girl gets a drink and goes hide again not to serve me both should be fired. Whoever was working shift April 11 at 11 PM really rude had to cancel my order.!!! I better get compensation for the gas money I spent and rude employees unbelievable

Went for a couple of shakes. The lady who took my order was very nice. Ordered a chocolate brownie shake and a reeses peanut butter shake. The reeses shake had everything at the bottom with vanilla ice cream on top. Not really mixed. The chocolate brownie shake was basically a vanilla shake with brownie. I drive back around and stated that I ordered a chocolate shake and a different lady from before says they don't have chocolate ice cream. I then point out the bright picture of a very dark brown chocolate brownie shake. She says they put chocolate syrup in it so I ask for some. Once I get there she hands it to another worker and then says he wanted chocolate syrup. Get my shake back and it's barely brown. Very frustrating to expect a shake that taste like chocolate and get one that doesn't. I settled for the vanilla shake with a hint of chocolate. Will not be going back late nights. Sonics it is from here on out.

Always love the food, always want to go back for more, the only nicest things I can ever really say about the place unfortunately the more recent time I was there the service was worse than anything, they claimed to hardly have anything and then I had to wait forever for the order when it finally came to me it was ice cold, plus a few things were missing, when I brought to their attention they gave me attitude about it and seemed overly upset. When they finally were done with it the food was hot and the food that was there before was missing, felt like the bag was a bit light but they kept repeating to me that it's all there it's on the bottom, they kept rushing me because there was a line forming which is completely understandable but there wouldn't be a line forming if they had got the order correct in the first place. So I ended up having to pay full price for half the service and half the food I ordered. But like I mentioned in the beginning I always will love the food and will always want to go back for more, I guess partly because I have always had such fond memories of the food, just that I caution people for horrific service and you might get the feeling of getting ripped off in the end. Don't like giving a bad review like this but something seriously needs to change about their staffing and I just hope the next time I go there that at the very least all the food will be there and I won't get over charged for half the food like last time, bad service I can deal with, slow process of getting the order ready I can deal with, attitude I can deal with, lying to my face and overcharging me with food that was never delivered just really gets under my skin.

There was about six pieces of cheese on my chili cheese dog which was all beef and I paid extra for. You should advise your staff that they should make it the way they would like it instead of being lazy and just throwing some s*** on it. Smiles do not make your food taste good!!!

Very upset and disappointed with the drive thru girl ! I was here for my short lunch break, So disrespectful and I could hear her voice laughing with her colleagues while I was putting my order and obviously she had hard time understanding it ! Her name was Diana, if she had told me her name correctly! I hope management of restaurant read my review and teach her customer service !! Nice staff but i find It unsanitary that they don’t know NOT to touch peoples ice cream cones with their bare hands. They don’t touch the paper, they hold the actual part that you eat. Which is gross. Ive told multiple staff members about this but they still continue to do it. I will no longer be going to this location.

I showed up shortly before closing. There was 15-20 minutes left before closing and they said the computer shut down. I could see them counting out the register. They clearly just closed early. Considering I was close to nothing else open this was irritating. Instead of telling the truth they lied. Poor service in my opinion.

First there was no soap in the restrooms, so where do the employees wash their hands? One employee was only wearing one glove and touched his face and everything else then grabbed the hot dog buns with no gloves. Very unsanitary. Gloves should be changed several times. I will not be coming back.

Goo thing I paid of some kind of ingredient because these are the sorriest fast food item for the money ever! 🛑 management🛑 “AMANDA” is a very unprofessional, disrespectful, cocky person who is the manager at this location. I went through drive-thru to order, AMANDA who took my order was very rude & nasty. When I approached the window to pay & ask for corporate info. AMANDA was in the back & wouldn’t come out to resolve the matter properly. I knew the difference between female & male voice. I’ve spoken with employees who say she has a bad attitude all the time. That to me says LAWSUIT 🤨

Everything was cold , fries were not fresh at all, taste like cold grease, hot dogs were half done and chilly was really cold. I asked for a redo on the order and they got upset because it was a rather large order. I know you guys can do better, and please pay attention to lazy staff that’s what causes food poisoning
