The drinks here are so fresh! I ordered the Baby Peach, Strawberry Marble, and honey cake. The drinks tasted more like smoothies than fruit teas/juices texture-wise; you can really taste the fresh fruit in them, so you get a lot of bang for your buck. The Oatly cloud cream on top tasted much richer than I expected. The cake was alright but kinda pricey.

Chinese Online Celebrity punch card boba tea place! Would give 4.5 stars Since some top 2-5 drinks and cakes are always out of stock when we are there three times plus a bit pricy but given the location forgive you! Top One drink with A whole coconut is worth a try!

I'm glad I found this a high quality handcrafted fruit tea place in the bay. I ordered kiwi jasmine tea with aloe. OMG! It's so good! I can taste the kiwi chunk with chewy aloe in a subtle hint of jasmine! I highly recommend it. I also tried their mini cake boxes. It's very fresh, light weighted but melt in my mouth right away!

This place is brand new!!! I tried the peach drink and it was great. Real fruit and not too sweet for me. If you like less calories, there is a 0-cal sugar option too. Wait time was 10-12 mins, I had to go buy something too so it was there when I came back.

Some might think the tea is over priced, but honestly it is justified when you taste their drinks!! You can seriously taste how fresh the fruit is. Overall, the location is clean and small with plenty of outside seating!

Got the coco zero and the cherry bomb along with the coconut mango cake and lychee rose cake. This place is truly a five star boba shop. The ingredients are so fresh, which is a refreshing change from the artificial syrups. The presentation is also totally photographable. Will definitely be back soon. Make sure to come early before the cake runs out!

I ordered the “Coconut Zero” and it does taste like the fresh coconut, with slight sweetness that won’t bother you much; 2. The app is easy to use and relatively well-designed. You don’t need to wait in the line for nothing; Also, there are so many customizations you can do with your drink, even the diet sweetness choices; ——— Cons: 1. Though I understand Palo Alto area is rich, ~$8 per drink is still a bit much; 2. For the flavor of fruit tea, I’m expecting more unique taste, rather than just crank the fruit and juice it.

I used to love the drinks from this place until I got a terrible one today with sharp coconut shells (almost hurt my throat). Btw half of the bottle was mostly just ice. Disappointed with the quality given the high price. Appreciate the refund :). Please be careful next time and don’t leave sharp objects in the drinks any more.

I ordered an Ube milk tea for hot and it came out a strong burned flavor with no Ube chunks at all. I almost want to puke and the flavor got me headache. So I went back to ask why it tasted like this. They mentioned the machine is burned😂😂 but they can exchange me another drink or give a refund… they quickly got me a new cold drink…so that’s a good part for 3 star. I recommend the employees communicate with the customer ahead or mark the hot drinks out of order if the machine or cookware is not in a good state. ( Since this may lead to food poisoning or potential lawsuits you never know) Another thing should be concerned is the employee used the bare palm to press the top of the cup cover where we supposed to insert the straw. This also feels not very sanitary for me. Hope the company can properly train the employees and take care of them since it maybe related to low pay and afraid of losing business! Happy employees would lead to better quality and reputation. This maybe the keys to successful business

The milk tea had a good flavor even though milk tea isn’t the main attraction; 4 boba🧋balls out of 5 on flavor but the service (got the wrong drink first and then made other drinks before ours) and the cup top was janky making it more like a 2 or 3 out of 5.

the longest wait with only 2 people being in front of us. very slow and inconvenient service with unaccommodating workers. a line has built up because the staff weren't serving the drinks.
