I went through the drive through but I must say this place is packed almost all of the time. This location could definitely use a second location in town. It would ease some of the strain on the workers and consumers as well. Maybe even add a location within the local Walmart 💕

They screw up evey order. Bunch of kids working there and all they do is horse around and play on their phone. Always check your bag before leaving the drive through window.

We visited 6/28/25 around 9 pm. It took three attempts to make a cheeseburger with mustard only. After returning to the counter for the 3rd time, I had to ask if they were messing with me?! A lot of people are at work just no one is actually working.

Did mobile order to sit in number two for about 25 min with no food. Had to go through drive through to request my order and got cold food and watered downed drinks fun!

Horrible customer service they will walk by you instead of taking your order to go talk with other coworkers. You ask for help and you get an attitude. Food was decent but customer service was a joke

Pulled up to the drive through to order our food and they were rushing us to order like they couldn't wait for a second. Then we pulled up to the other window to get our food and we were missing some our food and told them about it and they made some ugly, disgusting expressions. They were so rude for no reason. They weren't nice at all.

Ordered my food in the drive-up because I worked a 15 hour day. Waited behind a white car talking with the employee for 8 minutes about "who they liked, but don't tell them." Hollered," let's go" and they just kept talking to another employee. Backed up and left. Won't be getting any of my business here at Pampa, TX McDonald's.

So while I thought I was missing my big mac the manager came back out to check my bag and spent so much time doing so. They went back in for my missing fries only for me to get back to our hotel and realize we were missing two orders of 4 piece chicken nuggets. Horrible service, slow, we still had to wait on our food... and then still the audacity to take forever to go back and forth. I took the loss on this one!

Got cold and rotten McChicken. Meat was gray and tasted awful. Spat out bite right away. Went back to McDonald drive through and let cashiers know to tell manager and left. Did not want to risk it by getting anything else in exchange as when meat gets bad, it means other things got also bad in that fridge.

Was interesting that one of the ladies was wearing a Santa hat in the middle of March! Lol. I got the bacon big mac, which was pretty good... ordered the bacon cheesy fries... ummmm.... where's the bacon?? The fries were super salty, don't get me wrong... I love salt... but that was way too much. I was really disappointed in trying to try the bacon cheesy fries and it didn't have any bacon on it. 😐🤔
