Tammy went above and beyond to take care of me today! I needed a custom sandwich tray for this evening, and she went out of her way to help me make selections and get it all put together. Wish there were more people out there with as good of customer service as her!

Clean, organized place. Good sandwiches and soup. Theres a woman in particular that works like she hates customers. She would not care to give special requests other Subway restaurants would gladly do. Even at this same location the other employees would do extra requests with out question but not her.

I understand that our Panhandle Subway has new management, that's awesome but do ppl really need to be hateful. If online orders are "supposed" to be picked up at the window I was unaware and apologize but really sparky comments are uncalled for i know y we stopped going for so long. Panhandle Sybway do better.

Very friendly good food. Just wish she would have changed gloves after she handled the jalapenos, because I don't eat them and they burned my mouth.

The employee seemed to be annoyed by us being there. I asked for something and she seemed annoyed it wasn't a sandwich. She said it was going to be a small salad cause she had to get more spinach. She didnt ask what else I wanted on it she just started packing it up. I had to tell her. She put peppercorn ranch when I asked for regular ranch. Just not the best experience.

Terrible service. Walked in. One other person being attended. Takes them 15 minutes to make two sandwiches for them. One lady is working on their order. The other is on her phone and walks into the back as soon and she sees me walk in. People on the road don’t have time for this.

I asked if it was a pick up order she said yeah it’s not due for a bit tho. So instead of making our two sandwiches for us who are already there she continues to make the online order that’s not even due yet. Never again.

I tried placing an order on 6/11 for two footlongd on the website, but I got a notification that my payment couldn’t be processed. I live in Amarillo so I decided to go home and just forget about it since it said my order didn’t go through, but then 2 1/2 hours later I get a call from a worker asking if I still wanted the order. I explained I didn’t think it went through because the website told me it didn’t, but when I checked my bank account it did show me the money was taken out and I did receive a confirmation email (my fault for not checking the email but the website said my order couldn’t be processed so I didn’t think to check email). I explained I live 30 minutes away and wasn’t able to go back immediately for him to make a new order like he offered, and when I asked for a refund he said he would “try for a refund.” I have worked fast food so I waited a few days to make sure it wasn’t refunded before calling back. I hadn’t heard anything, he never called back to say I could or couldn’t get a refund, so when I called back a few days later another worker said I was not able to get a refund. There are issues with the website ordering and I ended up paying for food without receiving it, and also the worker could’ve just explained to me it wasn’t possible to get a refund.

She touched our sandwhich with her shirt and when we asked her to remake our sandwhich she angrily tossed the sandwhich away and was absolutely rude. She also messed up our order badly and if we asked her to fix it she was rude about it. Subway is usually a good place to get food here in panhandle but today was not one of those days.

Now for some reason the GM refuses to let you "build up" your sandwich with vegetables. I wrote an email and I called, trying to get some feedback on the issue. I've never had this issue with any other subway. The staff is usually friendly but on this issue the shift manager was a little rude. It may be petty, but if I want some extra vegetables on my $8 sandwich I don't think it should be an issue. If vegetables are breaking your store, you might want to consider closing it down. My colleagues and I will no longer be visiting this particular store again.
