I’ve eaten at several Fleming's Steak Houses in the past and have never been disappointed, and tonight was no exception. The Chilean Seabass, and sautéed mushrooms were outstanding. The food was fresh, extremely flavorful and cooked to perfection. The portions were generous and and were plated in a manner which, was pleasing to the eye. Our server was attentive and pleasant, which, made for a more enjoyable dining experience. Well done!

Worth the $$$ perfectly cooked Filet Mignon and the softest Seabass. The Flemings Potatoes were incredible! Great experience for my Wife's Birthday.

Since it was my birthday so my family took me to this steakhouse for dinner. It located on Colorado Blvd in City of Pasadena, there were also many of restaurants near such as Cheesecake factories, BF Chang and other popular establishment nearby. Streets we’re crowded with people coming out for a good time. Back to Fleming restaurant, I reserved in advance, therefore We didn’t have to wait for long. This restaurant was specialized with their specialty of steaks. Indeed, their filet mignon was outstanding. It was soft and juicy, my daughter also ordered steamed halibut steak , and wife had chicken with their special sauces. The dinner was nice and beautiful. The services here were excellent and amazing superb. The foods were tendered and delicious. They also served some of fresh and warm breads that they made for you before your main course were served. The parking was in the same building structure and of course they will validate it for you.

Family dinner night out, post covid -19, was a different dining experience to say the least. Uncertain about the unknown factors, we decided give it a go at Fleming's! I'm happy to report the following results. The Restaurant met new safe standards as was compliant. The menu's is easy scan to prevent direct contact, six feet distance was not a issue and the Food was DELICIOUS! Food was DELICIOUS! Food was DELICIOUS! This was our post family outing and we are looking forward to sharing more SMILES and family time together during this transition. Be safe everyone and be safe.

First time here and the waitress that attended us was very friendly. The tomahawk steak was absolutely delicious. And those flemming potatoes, were to die for. Cannot wait to come back and try more of their steaks

Let's talk about all other thing asides form pricing. ( As we know that will be off the charts) The environment was great and parking luckily was not hard to find on father's day. I have heard they do parking validation but didn't need to run through that process. My parents had the prime tomahawk medium well. I had the Chilean sea bass. Everything was cooked to perfection. Presentation could of been better as there were spotty mess ups due to the fathers day event but overall experience is a good one. Would recommend!

Country boy from Indiana flew to Huntington Beach for my sisters 40th anniversary. Her husband hosted about 30 family members. Our wait staff was outstanding! 1-15-21 was the day I received the BEST SERVICE of my life. I can't even begin to tell you everything that happened yesterday. So I'll keep it short. There was a hiccup with the online system, when my family ordered almost $400 worth of food to celebrate 🍾. The senior manager Joshua C. and the lovely Ms. P-Rose went above and beyond! Thank you two for providing my family with excellent customer service even during times of COVID. My family and I will always support this location. Thank you Joshua and P-Rose.

My husband made a last minute Birthday Dinner reservation here for me. Of all places to eat steak, my favorite is always Flemings. Everything was absolutely amazing. When we entered, everything was so special. Everyone was so friendly and kind from the reception to our waiter. The food was so amazing. The fresh baked bread is always delicious. We always get the fleming’s salad as our starter. I usually half this with my husband. As for our entries, we all got the prime bone-in ribeye but since it’s my birthday I wanted to get the truffle-poached lobster. Lol why not. It is my birthday! Hahahahah so go big. My steak and poached lobster was amazing. It was cooked perfectly. (Just by looking at the picture….I’m still drooling. Lol hahahha) As you can tell. We came here… hungry! As for the sides… we got ….mostly everything lol. Roasted asparagus was cooked perfectly. It was soggy and still had that nice bite. Creamed spinach always hits the spot. Mashed potatoes always goes well with your steak. Brussels sprouts is so amazing. So crispy and goes well with bacon. My toddler also had a kids meal too. He didn’t complain and had a great time. Thank you Flemings for making my birthday more memorable. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic restaurant and great service. I went with a party of 10 and the food still arrived quickly and correct with all sides and steaks accounted for. The atmosphere is slightly dark with low lit lights around. Super good spot to eat.

What an incredible experience! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. I was celebrating starting a new job and Fleming’s Pasadena went all out to make it such a special evening. We walked in and to our surprise, we saw that the table was decorated with glitter and a card stating congratulations. They also gave us complimentary chocolate where the plate also stated congratulations which was embroidered with chocolate as the lettering. The food was spectacular as usual. We ordered two tomahawk steaks and two lobster tails, which were perfectly prepared. Our server Daniela was so friendly and inviting. She was the cherry on the top to our fantastic experience here. Thank you Daniela and Fleming’s Pasadena for such a memorable experience.

I had the best birthday with my wife at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse. The service from Maria Luna was impeccable. The food was out of this world. Everything was just perfect. It was my first time experiencing Flemings. But, I can say without a doubt. It definitely won't be my last. Thank you again Maria and the Fleming's staff for making my 60th birthday memorable one.

Had the king crab legs, flemings potatoes gratin, aged rib eye, lobster mac & cheese and molten chocolate cake. It was our first time there, the service is great, we were very happy with our food and the sides tasted great as left overs. Will definitely go back again!

Celebrated our anniversary here and had an amazing experience. Our server Devon was very attentive, friendly and made good recommendations on wine. Our ribeye was excellent and we had a great time overall.

I stopped by last week and Manager Rocco was introduced to our party by a mutual acquaintance. Rocco was kind, engaging, and very much on-the-ball. Joking that he had "never had any complaints" about his customer service... I can see why. He is definitely an asset to Fleming's and we hope to see him again.

My new Favorite. Pricey though $$$. Got to say, very casual dress code (Jean's and T-shirt or better). Now to the environment and the food...Fantastic! The Seafood Tower as a appetizer was a hit. Had the Angus Ribeye with Lump Crab topping. Good good good. Valet parking is best for this area of old town Pasadena. We'll be back.

I love this steakhouse, it has excellent service,food and drinks, everyone here always gives exceptional attention, the food never dissapoints, my only complain is the restrooms they were filthy . We ordered the fried calamari, dry aged rib eye, chipotle mac n cheese and the famous flemings potatoes.

One of my favorite things to do is sit at the bar of a steakhouse and order a martini, a baked potato and a wedge salad - and Fleming’s is a fantastic spot to do it. First, the service at the bar was warm and friendly. I received a genuine welcome when sitting at the bar. The martini - dirty with blue cheese olives - was perfect. The martini was served ice cold with ice crystals floating atop. The olives were meaty and fresh. Really stellar cocktail. The wedge at Fleming’s is a little different than the traditional version as it has a balsamic glaze. It adds a great layer of flavor to the salad. The baked potato is BIG. It has a crispy, salted skin and pillowy interior. Fully loaded, it’s a meal in itself. Fleming’s Pasadena will be a go-to spot when the craving strikes next.

Sunday 5 p.m. reservation Love the open glass window setting of the establishment; parking can be a nuisance since there is not valet/ lot on site. You can park on Colorado just in front of the restaurant street parking if you're lucky. Numerous parking structures throughout nonetheless. The pumpkin spice spread for the appetizer bread is marvellous! Mushrooms were my favorite side of them all, paired with the Filet Mignon. Lobster was a bit tough & overcooked for my liking; consider sticking to the land meats here. The topper diablo shrimp compliments the steaks nicely as it somewhat sits in a broth and oils. Mashed potatoes— great, Macaroni & Cheese could have been creamier but still flavorful. A bit pricy, mostly due to the newly built location, but lovely atmosphere with ATTENTIVE staff. The staff was on top of it at all times, so that alone merits a 5-star review. The desserts are delightful also & the chocolate in house truffles will make you thankful you were born. Overall, the steak is superb (medium rare being splendid), staff makes you the main priority, and I LOVE the high ceilings and super open space feel. Opt for steak over seafood, and take a second to look up parking if you're not familiar with the area prior to arriving P.S. Would really appreciate toothpicks in the restroom if possible; I dismissed myself from my table to remove some food lodged in my teeth, and was struggling in the restroom to take it out with a paper towel

We made Birthday dinner reservations couldn't have picked a better place. We enjoyed everything from the moment we walked in the atmosphere, the friendly service and attention to detail. The cocktails and food were delicious. Our server Jacob was charismatic, attentive and made some wonderful suggestions. We will definitely be back.

First and foremost, I would like to thank the two awesome hostesses who were very friendly and inviting who worked on July 9th for seating us in a great booth that had a birthday card and confetti on the table, that was a nice touch! Secondly, our server Maria was very nice and friendly and made sure we were checked on frequently throughout our birthday dinner. She was very knowledgeable about the drinks and made a suggestion for my wife that hit all her favorite taste buds. Her service with the help of the other service team members made it more enjoyable for my wife and I. The meal was filet mignon and lobster tail with a salad and desert of our choice. Everything was on point and fresh to the taste. Our end part of the meal was cappuccino's and latte's with our decadent oeey gooey chocolate cake. Also Maria was kind to bring out a small present with a candle that was blown out to a happy birthday song! All in all the meal is always on point and service is always a 5 star. We have come here at least once a month for the last 10 years!!!

This place knocks it out the park! For a "chain" and josteling for top steak house with Ruth's Chris you cannot fail to be impressed. The steaks are suculent cooked to perfection the sides could win prizes and the wines will have you ordering 2nd bottles. The nice spacious interior with high ceilings and soft lighting make this place a goto for anniversaries and such. I was there for me birthday. The photos are a bit naff due to the fact I was enjoying myself so much I forgot to take any till after the event.

For 3 people, with a main course and desert, it was well over 200$, but it was amazing! We got the Main Filet Migon, and the BBQ roasted Salmon, they were prepared so deliciously. For sides we got loaded mashed potatoes and asparagus, both of which were great. For desert we got the Creme brulee and chocolate lava cake. The lava cake was exceptional, would definitely order it for a dessert! Waiters were super nice and attentive, and sitting area was very relaxing, amazing service!

Oh man this place was delicious! I came here yesterday and took advantage of the DineLA menu and got the 8oz steak and lobster tail and it was amazing! The steak was cooked perfectly and had lots of flavor! Our waiter was also very attentive. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Great vibe, great food, great service. My friends and I went there on Tuesday for a birthday celebration. The Tuesday set (Filet mignon or the tomahawk steak) is of good quality. The chefs cooked the steak perfectly, and the sides are tasty as well. The set comes with salad, sides, and dessert! I ordered a ribeye with lobster tail, and they were amazing. I'm pretty sure you will feel full after the set, so the portion is decent for 2 people. We opened wine as well which is not bad at all.

Amazing restaurant, just so classy! Not only the food is so flavorful and one of a kind But the service also is outstanding!! Bone marrow, Steak, lobster, mac n cheese, potato mash, desserts, WOW! My sister in law made reservations and took us out for our Anniversary to have dinner. When we arrived, they said happy anniversary and when we went to our table there was a card with confetti. It was truly a special evening! We are Blessed to have family like them.

Fleming’s was a great choice for Thanksgiving. This is the first time in years I didn’t cook, so I was very skeptical when my friend suggested it. Due to some issues I couldn’t make the large Southern style dinner I’m used to having. But, they had a fantastic Thanksgiving special and it was really dope. I particularly enjoyed the bottomless green beans because they were seasoned in something I never had before. I ate, watched the game, drank a glass of wine, and enjoyed myself. They were particularly busy because of the holiday so many of the waiters helped out multiple tables, so our food was never slow.

Easy to make a reservation online to celebrate my Mom’s birthday. We requested to sit on the patio. Friendly reception at the front desk, great service by our waiter and the food was amazing. The fresh baked bread and specialty butters were melt in your mouth. We ordered the ahi tuna poke appetizer and it was perfect! For our entrees, we ordered two prime dry-aged ribeyes, fully loaded baked potatoes, and creamed spinach. I also had a dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives which was delicious.

Fleming's is always a great choice for a steakhouse. This was my first visit to this location as I usually go to their Woodland Hills location. We made reservations, for a party of 6, for a few days before the actual holiday. A large parking structure behind the restaurant makes arrival easy. They validated our parking ticket when we left. They also have valet available but I did not get the price. They have a nice wine list with lots of California wines available and a wide price range. If a bottle of wine is too much, they have a wide selection of wines available by the glass. Near the top of the price list is a 100-point wine that comes with two Riedel glasses. Cocktail list was excellent as well. I ended up enjoying the Manhattan off of their cocktail menu. Knob Creek rye, Carpano Antica vermouth, and a rich black cherry; it was delicious. My meal started with the lobster bisque, followed by the dry-aged prime rib eye steak. Sides are shareable so my wife and I split the mushrooms and creamed spinach. For dessert we shared the fresh fruit with chantilly cream. All food arrived on time and the dinner moved at a smooth pace. Steak temperatures were all correct. Server was attentive. Everyone left full and happy. Pro-tip: If you like salt, ask for the salt trio. It comes with Himalayan Pink, Black Lava, and Vintage Merlot salts.

Food was 10/10 we got the tomahawk tuesday deal for $153 I believe. The service was wonderful we were celebrating my bf birthday and they added a little decorations to our table along with a birthday card which I thought was very thoughtful. Must try the tomahawk, Mac and cheese and Asparagus! Chef's kiss. Red Wine was paired nicely with our dinner.

I prefer this Fleming’s over the DTLA location. They definitely have more respectful waiters and the food is always amazing. We tried the pork belly appetizer with cauliflower mashed potatoes & it was so soft, it could melt in your mouth. We also had the calamari which is always great! The potato & brussel sprouts are always amazing sides to steak. Not the biggest fan of the steaks, I’d bleeder Taylor’s a bit more over these steaks. For dessert, the crème brûlée(on the right), chantilly(on the left) & the brownie with vanilla ice cream filled all 5 of us up. Always love coming to the Fleming’s in Pasadena & having a great time. Service is always spectacular

Upscale food with excellent customer service. The interior is modern with nice lights. Staff is super friendly and very-very courteous. A big choice of meat, salads and seafood. Recommend when you are in Old Town of Pasadena. Atmosphere is like in Beverly Hills.

Came on Thursday for Dine LA. Great Dine LA offer, and the service from Kion was perfect. Our bartender Derrick was very funny and made us feel at home. Definitely coming back very soon.

My husband brought me here for our anniversary. They make it so special for you. Service is exceptional. The food is quite delicious and it's plentiful, large portions. Our waitress was amazing, we witnessed her save a life as she performed the Heimlich on a choking client. They are very organized, neat, and clean. I appreciate what they did to make our anniversary a great experience.

Fleming's restaurants are consistently great around the country. This is no exception. The wedge salad is geberously proportioned, and the brussel sprouts had a wonderful flavor, but were on the soggy side. The Lobster Mac & Cheese stole the show. It was perfectly crusted and decadent. The Prime cut of steak left a bit to be desired, but when you're eating a tomahawk, its more novelty than anything else. The steak was cooked to perfection and had an EXCELLENT charred crust. The chocolate lava cake was indeed molten... "Chef Casper" would have been proud. All this for a VERY reasonable price due to their famed specials. Recommended date night spot.

From the Host to the server to the atmosphere to the food everything was beautiful and just perfect. I loved how they ask if you're celebrating anything in particular when you arrive because they put a sign at your table like birthday, anniversary etc. I think that's really nice touch, making it personal. They give complimentary bread and butter which was delicious. We then ordered the ribeye steak with side Ceasar salad and mashed potatoes and those were probably the best I've ever tasted. Everything has to be ordered seperately. Pretty pricey but definitely worth it. My kids loved it here and had the kids salmon plate. Overall a great experience. I can't recall my waiters names but they had excellent service. I gave them both a baby Jesus figurine. I appreciate the great experience and hope to be back once again when we're in the area.

My husband and I came to have dinner at Fleming's Pasadena.It's our second visit to this location. First time, we really enjoy ourselves.But this second time was exceptional. Our server Efrain made great recommendations and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. He was attentive and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. So we happened to be in town for a musical performance nearby and decided to join a friend of ours who had never dined at Fleming’s before. To give a little background, we’ve dined at Fleming’s previously, but at their San Diego Gaslamp location, and it had only been for either happy hour, or for their Tuesday Tomahawk Tuesday dinner-for-two special. So in a way, it was kind of a new experience for us as well. Our evening began at the bar where we were served by Anne, who mixed two Time is Honey cocktails for us and served us some of their house bread. DELICIOUS is all we can say! We were very well taken cared of prior to our 5pm dinner reservation. Once our friend arrived, our table was ready and our server, Jonathan, kindly escorted us to our booth. He was friendly, easy to speak to, and most professional. The dining room wasn’t very busy so it was easy to hear each other as well as our server. We ordered their NY Prime Steak 16oz, Petite Filet w/ Diablo Shrimp topping, sautéed mushrooms, French fries, and North Atlantic Lobster mashed potatoes. We ordered a bottle of Penfolds, which I might add, was superb! All in all food was delicious, service was AMAZING! Jonathan knows the menu, their wine list, shared his favorites, and he made sure our night went as well as it could. The dining room, bar area, and restrooms were well kept. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to begin our evening. We stopped by and spoke to their GM, I believe her name was Paulina, and let her know how pleased all three of us were with our dining experience.

We had an amazing experience at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, and our server Efrain made the night truly unforgettable. Efrain provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was attentive, kind, and made us feel so welcomed. The tomahawk steak he recommended was absolutely delicious, and the seafood tower was incredible—everything was extremely fresh and perfectly prepared. This visit was for my 18th birthday, and Efrain went above and beyond to make it special. He surprised me with complimentary drinks and chocolates, and even gave us two servings, especially thoughtful since we had kids with us. That extra care meant so much to us. It was truly the best 18th birthday experience I could have asked for. Great food, amazing service, and wonderful memories. Thank you, Efrain—we will definitely be back!

This was our first time dining here for a date night, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The ambiance was great, and the food was incredible, every bite stood out in its own delicious way. We tried two different appetizers and entrées, and everything was outstanding. What really made the night special was the service. Zach and Keon were both fantastic; attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of without being overbearing. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do. Rocco, the manager, also stopped by and made us feel incredibly welcome, which really elevated the entire experience. My husband went here to celebrate my birthday and everything was excellent. From the moment we stepped in to the moment we left the restaurant, we felt seen and well attended to. The food was excellent - my steak was perfectly pink and not dry and my husbands was also done to the perfect wellness. I am pregnant so I couldn’t drink and both cocktails were so good! We had the chocolate lava cake for desert and it was the best we’d ever had! It was a generous portion as well, my goodness. Our server Emily was the best - she was very kind, attentive, and had an excellent attitude. We will be back!

Went to Flemming's in Pasadena to celebrate Mother's Day this year. As expected, the restaurant was busy, but even so, we were treated with nothing but kindness and respect. We were seated at a table separate from the main dining area, which made the experience feel more intimate. I appreciated the effort the restaurant made to make our experience a great one. Everything we ordered came out at a reasonable pace and tasted delicious. I loved my steak and the Mac and cheese side. Additionally, I loved how attentive the waiters were. When we ordered dessert, I mentioned how much I loved strawberries. When our waiter heard me, he gave me extra strawberries on the side. Overall, I had a wonderful Mother's Day experience at Flemming's and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice restaurant to bring family to.

We came to Fleming’s to celebrate our birthdays (both of us have the same birthday). The experience was fantastic! The smiling snd welcoming staff had our table prepared for the birthday occasion, with star-sprinkles spread out on the table cloth. We were being served by the best, smiling, and cheerful staff ever, consisting of Daniela & Gery. They both displayed a great pride in providing a perfect service. The bread was served with a AAA tasty red onion & cabernet spread as well as butter. One dinner consisted of the best filet mignon I have ever had in a steak house. It was tender with no fat, great flavor, and with very easily chewed pieces. The other dinner consisted of the best crab cakes ever, with a delicious sauce around the crab cakes. After dinner Daniela brought a box of chocolates for each of us. Instead of indulging in the chocolates right away we opted to share a delicious ice cream chocolate lava cake. We highly recommend Flemings!

One of the best steakhouses around for any celebration or date night. Their tomahawk Tuesday deal is perfect for a date and includes 2 starters, 2 sides, 2 desserts with a giant tomahawk steak. The staff are exceptionally friendly and the interior design is top notch. All of the food was delicious and well presented.

Maria was a great server and the staff did a great job helping us celebrate our anniversary. They provided us a booth like I had requested. The blueberry lemon drop was good and we did the DineLA menu which was a good deal. The steaks were cooked exactly as requested. Got very full and had to take the dessert to go. It's a nice place for a celebration. Would go back.

Hosted a work event here for about 30 guests. We were given a room on the left and it was cozy and nice! The service was amazing and the pre-fixed menu had choices, so everyone could choose specific items for themselves. The steak was everything I wanted it to be- I ate the whole thing. It was amazing. The mashed potatoes were also stunning. Overall, if you have the funds I think work events should try at least once to host a dinner or lunch here ;) I’ll be back!

Great ambiance and the food is just the best. The only down side was that our table was right at the spot where the waitresses and waiters gather around to have a chat or semi break and that took away the privacy between my wife and I. I really felt like getting up and asking for the manager.

My Tomahawk was slightly burnt the closer the meat was to the bone. Ordered medium and got medium-rare instead. Had to chew more than necessary. The Gooey Butter Cake is the tops! You simply must try it!! Servers were very attentive. My glass of water was never dry. Ambience is business casual friendly.

I went with my son and best friend to have a Prime Bone-in Ribeye, Tomahawk, and sweet chili calamari, and none of It was a disappointment. The host was funny and was happy to answer our questions regarding the menu.

Expensive for what you get, but the food was good, not great. Went as an office work party., so our menu was probably different than regular. Example, no sauce with the fillet, just the normal cook it in butter, so that was disappointing. Some foods seemed way too salty and the asparagus was a bit too soft.

I came here with my wife family to celebrate her brother birthday. He made reservations before so we wouldn't have to wait if they were busy. They have a parking structure where you can park in the back so keep in mind that on Sunday, it's a flat fee so there no need to validate. When the whole party arrived, they took us to be seated. The dining area and decorations here is very nice and they have their wine showcase right in the middle. We didn't get any appetizers so we just went to order our entrée. My wife family all got their ribeye steaks, my wife got the Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass and I got the Barbecue Scottish Salmon Fillet (I asked if I can get the mushroom on the side on another plate so my wife can eat it since I don't like mushrooms. For our size dishes, we asked for Mac & Chesse and Asparagus. Our entrée took a while to come out and they forgot to put the mushrooms on a side plate for me. It wasn't the end of the world since I'm not allergic but it just want ideal because the mushrooms where all on the bottom of my salmon. I thought the Salmon was delicious, cooked and seasoned perfectly. My wife loved the mushrooms from my dish and her Chilean Sea Bass, the portion just wasn't that big. Her family enjoyed their ribeye and also the side dishes we got. We asked for another plate of Mac & chesse but it took forever to come out so we just canceled the order and our waiter was able to do it. It was kind of hard to find him when we needed refills but it was probably just due to them being busy on a Sunday night. Overall our dining experience was good and we ended it with getting a red valet dessert and the chocolate lava cake. My score: Food: 4 star, I like my Salmon beside having some mushrooms taste on it. My wife loved her Sea Bass and her family enjoyed their Ribeye steaks. Service: 4 star, it was sometime hard to find our waiter when we wanted refill so we just waited for him to be near us. Atmosphere: 5 star, the dining area is very nice and you can enjoy the view of Pasadena since it's windows all around Parking: 4 star, you'll have to pay for parking if you come on the weekend so be aware of that. If you come on the weekday then it might be free after the restaurant validate your pass.

Prices have gone up quite some, but the service is top notch. From server, management and bus boy all checked on us. Food was good and plentiful. The drinks are properly stiff. Seating was a bit tight at the tables but server moved table to make it more comfortable. It’s a great spot to go for special occasions. A short walk to old town to stretch your legs is a plus after dinner.

Booked dinner here for our holiday party. Its a Saturday night so its busy as expected. They are packed. Not much standing room while waiting at for the table. After being seated our server was very attentive and got our orders in. Unfortunately due it being a busy night with other large parties. The kitchen was behind. This lead to our food being delayed. Once our food came out half of the plates/steaks were cold. My food was hot and really good. I ordered a Petite Filet Mignon and a side of Diablo shrimp. The way it was delivered with the shrimp on top of the filet just added to the flavor. So I was one of the few happy with the few. The manager did take care of the items that were cold and gave some of the much hyped lava cake. But unfortunately it didn't contain much lava. My food was good, service was good minus the delay. (I was hungry and didn't get a picture!)

We had a fantastic experience at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse in Pasadena for Mother's Day! I like this location. The atmosphere was elegant. I recommend the filet mignon and lobster plate, which was delicious. The kids got the filet mignon, chicken strips, and mac and cheese plates with fries. My son’s choice of a rare steak surprised everyone and he liked it. Our waitress was very nice. We parked on the street.

We were celebrating birthday dinner at Fleming last night. Party of 9. We order Porkchop ( Good) ; Prime hamahwak Steak ( Very good) ; Prime dry aged ribeye ( no so good, not tender even middle) ; bone in ribeye ( no good; not tender as well); Seabass ( average); side dishes ( crab cakes; mushroom; calamari- all good! ) dessert ( lava chocolate, very good; cream buree very good) ; brownie ( good) Staffs are all welcoming and nice. However, the kitchen was so busy. We had waiting for our main dishes more than 25 minutes. Atmosphere is good . We were seated near window. Although we were little disappointed of the steak but we had a good time .

Went here for Christmas dinner with friends. It was easy to find parking in the lot behind (they do validate as of posting). The food was delicious as always! Cooked to the perfect temperature as requested, I like my steaks blue or rare. I think Fleming's is still my favorite steakhouse in LA so far. Our server was super friendly and it definitely helps to also be the bartender - drinks came quick and delicious! The crispy mushrooms are sooo good, definitely recommend!

Great service, great atmosphere. However, the steak s were very unsavory regardless of the price, the sides very dry. Drinks were tasty.

As we walked in there was no host or hostess to greed, that’s fine we were going to seat at the bar anyway. Half of the bar was packed, the other side completely open. We set at the available chairs . Group of waiters, bartenders were chatting and ignoring us completely, not sure why? Couple came up and set 2 chairs from us, they got the attention immediately. Finally one of waiters who just clocked in noticed us being ignored, took the order for the drinks and went to change to his uniform. Food is well prepared and delicious but establishment of such a statue should have implacably trained staff.

We went after the lunch rush and the table and utensils were dirty. The steak sandwich from the lunch menu was good, but service was mid for such a nice restaurant. One of our servers said that he would bring something out for us for our anniversary at the end but after waiting for over ten minutes he never came back to our table so we left.

I had Thanksgiving dinner here in the Pasadena location. I was so disappointed. Our reservation was at 8pm and already they ran out of the Thanksgiving trimmings. Omg! How can you not be ready for the most important day of the year. They said they didn't have anymore white meat turkey, but, they came back and said they found some.Omg, the turkey look like it came from Costco and was warm up in the microwave and they added some salty gravy on top. Nothing looked like it was top quality. I also ored some stuffing. But they replace it with mashed potatoes with out letting know that they had ran out of stuffing. They all was very nice employees, but, they just weren't professional and they kept making mistakes all nite. I even ordered the chocolate lava cake,but the cake had NO chocolate lava inside at all. Omg could my nite get any worse when the manager dropped 4 glasses of champagne on me. I was soaking wet including my underwear. But, I was still hungry for some traditional Thanksgiving dinner, but, still never got what I wanted. I even decided to to get a steak or lobster, but, they said that the kitchen was closed. Flemings Steakhouse ruined my favorite day out of the year and also ruined a very nice outfit that I was wearing. I was so embarrassed and hungry. And to make matters worse. I had to go into work rite after and I was smelling like liquor the whole night with out a change of clothes. I will never go back to Pasadena Flemings Steakhouse ever! I will only go to the surrounding areas Flemings Steakhouse.

Came here for Brunch before Christmas. The service was friendly, prompt and attentive. My daughter and I shared a salad, petite filet, and potatoes. We were bummed that we couldn't order off of the Brunch Menu because we are gluten free. It's odd that there is gluten in Steak and Eggs but go figure. We all shared the poke. My boyfriend got the Eggs Benedict which he thought tasted a bit off, but he ate anyway. I wish he hadn't because a few hours later he became best friends with the bathroom.

I ordered the Tomahawk 35 oz steak It arrived burnt black on the outside and and red on the inside I asked them why it was so burnt and red on the inside with blood running.. They tried to tell me when I wanted it medium well no blood running that's why it was so burnt on the outside but yet if the blood was still running on the inside the person I was with there was a party of 5 the other gentlemen got the same thing I got his came twice the size of mine and they said his was larger because I wanted mind medium well he got his medium rare and they both were the same they looked the same I have photos if there's some way I can send them to you I'm not trying to send them both photos to you so you can see them. What is so bad I have been to that restaurant before during the day with my stock broker and we've always eaten there but I never really ordered a Tomahawk steak so I have no ideas that the way they cooked them are what but I've had steaks at other restaurants before and never seen a burnt like that so needless say I was not a happy camper.. Will mostly not go back...

Disappointed with my Brussels Sprouts that I ordered, they brought very reduced portion. It is almost half. I have eaten at this place several times. But this never happened. But this time I am very disappointed.

Adam’s behavior was completely unacceptable. I don’t understand how someone with such poor emotional intelligence is placed in a managerial role at a so-called “fancy” restaurant. I have a legitimate service dog, and the way Adam questioned me—specifically asking what my service dog is for—was humiliating and inappropriate. He made me feel embarrassed and judged in a setting where I should have felt welcome. As a retired veteran living with PTSD, the last thing I expect when I go out is to be talked down to. His attitude was snotty, snobby, and unprofessional. This experience left a very bad impression.

I’ve dined at top-tier establishments across the globe, so I’m well-acquainted with what high-level service should look like. My visit to Fleming’s in Pasadena started with a stroke of luck—being seated immediately without a reservation—but the evening spiraled into an absolute disgrace from there. We ordered our first round of drinks, but the moment they arrived, our server had a massive accident. Every glass shattered onto the table. My wife was soaked, my clothes were ruined by red wine, and we were suddenly sitting in a literal "splash zone" of booze and dangerous broken glassware. Accidents happen. I get it. It’s the recovery that defines a luxury brand, and Fleming’s failed miserably: They only compensated the two spilled drinks. They thought a $30 credit was enough to make up for a ruined evening and a table full of glass. They handed us a number for a dry cleaner claim. For a traveler like me, who is going to chase down corporate paperwork for a $25 cleaning bill after having their entire night ruined? In any other world-class restaurant, an accident of this magnitude—involving physical mess and safety hazards—results in a compensated meal. It’s about acknowledging the massive inconvenience, not just the cost of the liquid spilled. To prioritize $30 over a customer’s experience is a joke. I will never step foot in this location again.
