Took a long time in the drive thru. Person at the window took our money and handled our whole transaction and then used the same gloves to put our fries in the holder. Location doesn't look the cleanest either.

Haven't had Del Taco in awhile so decided cone with family after swim. They added new items in the menu since the last time I visited. Far from traditional Mexican food but the food is ok and it does fill you up. The place is clean.

The young employee who took my order in the drive through was really friendly, however once it came time to pick up my order at the window he forgot to give me my drink (I had ordered a root beer with "extra, extra ice"). I had to ask for my drink. I also asked for ketchup & mild sauce packets. When I arrived to my destination I found the tacos I had ordered "with NO lettuce" all had a ton of lettuce on them. My drink had hardly any ice and the ketchup & mild sauce packets I had asked for were not there. I know this all doesn't sound like a big deal, but its is totally inconvenient, especially since these were all simple requests. Basically it comes down to employees not paying attention to their customers.

This location is always one of the slowest in the area. And it looks like it's an abandoned building with no upkeep at all.

I don't know what happened to this place but it certainly has hit a rock bottom. There are a bunch of people sitting out in front with a tent and other items just hanging out with all of their stuff and also in the parking lot. Some of them are right there near the exit of the drive-thru as well. I let the managers know when I went through the drive-thru but they didn't seem to care.

They take forever to give u ur order and there restrooms are half star 😁 very dirty and smelly like a 3rd world country always empty restrooms toiletries

Not the best. They don't have fresh nachos chips, tasted like old oil n bitter. Drive thru moves the slowest. Place had old signs and looks not too clean. It's 1 of the closet location for me, but I drive further every time now

Ordered two fish tacos and a chicken salad. It was only worth throwing away. I hope Dell taco does a better job because this type of horrible Quality will close them down. It was not like that years ago. The people that served me were very nice. I wish the food was nice

Worst experience. 25 minutes in drive Thu to get home to a wrong order. Went back. Trash outside. Couldn't refund my money. Fifteen. Additional minutes to correct order. Never again.
