So the Del Taco near me in Duarte completely screwed up my love for the place, but this is the location that I was sent to to fix it. The general manager here has been nothing but great. They replaced the meal that was screwed up and reimbursed me for it. They welcomed me to shop at their store and promised to provide training for the staff at the store that completely blew it. Well done Del Taco.

I got the fiesta pack, and the $2 value are nachos. They actually give you a lot of nachos for the price. Always pleased with this franchise. All the ones I have been to gave me great service.

When I'm feeling like a trash panda, it's late at night, my hinge date didn't want to make out with me, it's anytime after 10:00 p.m.. but definitely before 1:00 a.m., this is the place I come to. This is the land of opportunity, this is the place where a child of divorce, a middle-aged man, a person barely holding it together, can come to and order everything on the menu for less than a hundred bucks. I don't do that, I don't hate myself that much. But I love myself that much that I know that if I hated myself that much that I could eat the whole menu at a reasonable price that won't put me into the negatives in my bank account. And the people who work here? Give them all a raise. Idgaf. Give him a raise. They deserve it. Every time I see them at the window. I look in their face and they look into mine. We're finding the same battle y'all. And I just want to say thank you to every single person who works in that particular establishment. I love you. Haven't even said that to my own child. But I love you guys. And to be clear, I love my child. After I hit send or save on this review I'm going to tell my child that I love him. But just know y'all that I love you. This is the building, these are the people who nurture my soul with Mexican inspired delights. They don't do chalupas here because del Taco is for the people unlike that other place. Every time I come here I talk to someone who's real with me. They always ask me if I want hot sauce with that. And I tell them that I do. And they give me not one, not two, not three... But they'll give me like 20 inferno packets. I don't usually use all of the inferno packets I usually use like 5 to 10 of them and I store the rest in my everything drawer. Del Taco is a legendary place. Sure, maybe it's not real Mexican food. But real Mexicans like the food. And yes I can tell by my avatar I don't look like a Mexican. But I am. Del Taco. Heck yes.

This is one of the better Del Tacos. The food is properly prepared and the staff is friendly. The drive through moves at a reasonable pace. The strawberry shakes and strawberry lemonade have actual strawberries in them. The inside restaurant is interesting. Plenty of seating. The clientele is from all social strata. Some homeless go there, but they are quiet and keep to themselves.

This is a solid location. Parking is good, service and food is great. Incorrect orders are rare, and I have never had a good quality issue, over a 10+ year period. I like the menu way more, and the food is less processed than Taco Bell.

OK as far as fast food American style Mexican it pretty good. Crispy tacos with American Frys is strange but popular guide good and 4 food groups represented although not health food it is nutritious and filling. A bit high on fat as expected from fast food but much lower than most fat food.

I mean I love Del Taco so I'm giving it 4 stars but sometimes they do mess up my order but it's nothing I can't fix. When I say no lettuce about a quarter of the time there's lettuce even after they read it back to me but like I said it's a quick fix. It's expensive food that fast good.

Usually reliable preparation of regular menu items. Rating for drive through service only, which can seem slow due to all orders being prepared only when ordered. Big menu can be confusing for infrequent customers. Free parking in lot can fill up at busy times. Best to enter driveway from eastbound Foothill.

Came here for lunch after leaving Harbor Freight down the block. I usually eat Taco Bell but tried Del Taco for the first time today. It's better than I thought it would be. Chicken soft tacos for $1 is a deal but the regular crunchy beef tacos were .49 for a reason, there is not much to them.

At Del Taco, the ingredients hold up on their own and taste individual, whereas at another taco drivethru, the ingredients taste like premixed mush squeezed onto a tortilla. The workers at this Del Taco are consistently helpful. I don't like the back parking lot, though. Weird people hang out there in their cars.

Drive thru always busy here. I ordered their quesadilla stuffed tacos and was pleasantly surprised!! They had a nice portion of chicken and steak in them. Not enough cheese inside tho. They were not "grilled" more like steamed, and couldn't find the nacho sauce. They get 4 stars.

Staff is friendly and helpful and are very accommodating with substitution requests. Food is typically accurate, but occasionally suffers due to a lack of sauces/cheese/lettuce etc. Essentially, some visits you get a dry burrito with barely any sauce or an aenimic taco with a few shreds of cheese and lettuce. Sometimes that can be attributed to busy ordering period, but at this location it happens randomly and during slow traffic periods. Overall this is a great location and the 24/7 dive through is extremely convenient.

For what it is, I rate this place highly. I was extremely pleased that the person who took my order provided me with advice for a cheaper meal (which I took) and gave me a senior discount without my knowing one was available. I'm over 80 so no I.D. would have been necessary. This was my first time there, but I'll likely become an irregular customer.

Taco was not bad, but their cheese burger was really meaty and tasty. Only the thing I didn't like about the burger was the bread which was hard and cardboardy. If the kept the bun soft it would have been better then MD or BK.

Had the nachos and a few tacos for lunch. I feel these is more beans and sour cream than there is beef and queso. It tasted slightly different that the meat used in the tacos, which is strange to me since they appear to be visually identical. I would suggest the workers to spread out the meat more evenly when preparing this dish and to go easy on the jalapeños. The cheese was alright, nothing too remarkable. I suggest planning your trip to this location because it gets packed really quickly. The last thing anyone wants to do is spend half their break stuck in the drive-thru.

The food & service is great but the building needs some TLC. Rain is seeping through behind the facia & you can see the paint is peeling. Hopefully it's not as bad inside the kitchen area.

Milkshake machine was already off . It's Southern California. Plain bean burrito short on beans. Beans, cheap , plentifully, not a profit breaker as for putting 2tablespoons more to at least be able to call it a "burrito"

Food taste and value are good but the wait is always long whether you do take out or drive thru.... That's my complaint.

Not a bad Del Taco. I like the chicken rollers because they are cheap and I can get a big meal for like $5. If you're looking for high quality Mexican food, look a bit more. If you're looking for a Del Taco, you've found your spot.

This location does not serve breakfast at night. The sign says they do, but this location actually does not. I've tried three different times now, and they always say that they're not serving it right now. Food wise they are a decent Del Taco but the dining area has been pretty yucky. I went there again this past Saturday Dec 22, 2018 and it was pretty bad. Tables were messy with food shrapnel and dried sauce. Some parts of the dining area smelled bad...

Usually pretty good but here lately the lack of co2 for soda, no tea bags for tea, the never ending receipt problem that's been going on for a month now. Not sure what's going on here but I enjoy my tea and appreciate a receipt, hopefully the problems can be fixed or I'll have to find a new place.

The service at this Del Taco is subpar for the chain. The wait can be longer than usual. The staff seems inexperienced. The only upshot is that late one night they handed me my food and then proceeded to continue cleaning the floor behind the register and I waited 3 minutes for him to remember to charge me, but he never came back to the window so my meal was free. Or at least it was his treat.

I would have given this store 5 stars a year ago. Must be new manager now. Employees are great. Service has become very slow through drive through and food quality varies alot. Sometimes sauce, sometimes not. Sometimes the drink is a Surprise drink. Wow...what is it? But I'm not into spicy. ..so I ask for no sauce, that doesn't mean no sauce on everything. I think they aren't listening. The food is good quality. I usually go late at night. Their hours are confusing. Fri Sat late? Other nights close at??

Haven't had Del Taco in awhile so decided cone with family after swim. They added new items in the menu since the last time I visited. Far from traditional Mexican food but the food is ok and it does fill you up. The place is clean.

Dirty dining area. Wet French fries and hard chicken. The only redemption - Matthew, our cashier had the customer service skills and brought some normal fries.

The drive thru worker big guy is so rude rolls eyes and everything definitely will not be back here he has no respect like hello and your welcome

Very disappointed today. I only get a 30 min lunch. And today I sat in the drive through lane for 20 min because someone had a large order. Del Taco could of taken the payment and asked the customer to pull in front to get their order. Was let down. Got back to work late and never got a chance to eat

Slow service, dirty dining room. A genuine feel of no one cared around there. And its not that they were busy at all, it was 1035am and only 7 people there, of which 4 of us were waiting for food.

Food was and has been the last few times I have eaten here, cold. They forgot to season/salt the fries and the wsit time i the drivethru always takes longer than it should. Also the cleanliness inside is unkept and dirty with the sods machine's drip trsy area flooded with water and nobody bothered to fix or empty it!

Don't like leaving bad reviews. Unfortunately I have to. Simple order of couple tacos a burrito and an order of fries. They took extremely too long. And then I didn't even get my fries. Felt like saying something, but thought better and just drove away.

After ordering my food, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. I was denied access. I was told it would b 20 more minutes.this is ridiculous.this place should provide an area to wash your hands. This location is fairly clean with inconvenient access to a bathroom. The store has one door, the front locked. The girl who greeted me was to the pleasant side but looked and acted like she hadn't slept in a week. The order took a long time, and the crew moved in slow no. The girl got my order wrong and seemed annoyed when I brought it yo her attention. However she did make an attempt at courtesy. The food was well prepared. I had the carne asada breakfast burrito which wad decent and had caramel cheesecake bites which were really good as was the strawberry lemonade

This location is not open 24 Hours and instead of telling you they close at 1 AM they look at you like you are stupid when you are sitting at the speaker. This location is also not attentive to your order as they give you the wrong items frequently. If you have time to waste it's fine but you might as well just head down to Union Ave because they are so much better.

The young employee who took my order in the drive through was really friendly, however once it came time to pick up my order at the window he forgot to give me my drink (I had ordered a root beer with "extra, extra ice"). I had to ask for my drink. I also asked for ketchup & mild sauce packets. When I arrived to my destination I found the tacos I had ordered "with NO lettuce" all had a ton of lettuce on them. My drink had hardly any ice and the ketchup & mild sauce packets I had asked for were not there. I know this all doesn't sound like a big deal, but its is totally inconvenient, especially since these were all simple requests. Basically it comes down to employees not paying attention to their customers.

I don't know what happened to this place but it certainly has hit a rock bottom. There are a bunch of people sitting out in front with a tent and other items just hanging out with all of their stuff and also in the parking lot. Some of them are right there near the exit of the drive-thru as well. I let the managers know when I went through the drive-thru but they didn't seem to care.

Horrible, they didn't bother to properly wrap the burrito, whole thing fell apart... sloppy just threw it in the bag, I ordered a sprite and got a lemonade! The people working here would rather be someplace else, don't waste your money here you'll regret it.

Repeated my oder to me multiple times and still didn't give me what I asked for. I hate their eggs and they clearly don't like making lunch early so they gave me an egg filled breakfast option and said absolutely nothing, at least warn me I'm not getting what I asked for, incredibly unprofessional

Drive thru and wait and wait and wait. The drive thru attendant has a horrible disposition, she's certainly not people friendly. If you have a lot of time to sit in line for 20 to 25 minutes for bad attitude and food then that's the place to go.

Feels like the staff here is either waiting for their shift to end, or waiting for their turn to end their life. Sad scene. Paid for food and got so depressed watching them scramble to put beans on tortillas that I walked out without getting my order. No one should be eating this "food" anyway.

I have been in this Drive thru line for 25min. This is beyond ridiculous. It takes 4min per car to place an order and every car has been at the pick up window for at least 4min each. Total time in line was 33min. Then to top it off finally got my food and not one thing was actually hot, not even warm. The Quesadillas barely had cheese in them and were hard and cold. Oh HELL No! I called to complain and no one would even answer the phone. I'm calling back later to complain. This place needs some serious help.

Terrible customer support: The staff is sitting on top of the box furniture, they are not trained for the alleged promotions available in the store and after 15 minutes they say they do not know having the photographs of them.

Workers are lazy and rude. Del taco should train workers how to be friendly. Encourage and be welcoming to customers. Example, if you advertise a certain price for a large drink, but you only have small cups( then del taco should charge less for smaller size cup) , but del taco won't do price difference. Don't go to Pasadena del taco, unless you want sass & disrespect with your meal. Instead Go to Del taco on Huntington dr.(at this location, del taco employees are welcoming, friendly, pleasant & most importantly helpful !

Got our order wrong so when we got home everything was cold. The employee handling the money was making the drinks and not wearing gloves nor was he using hand sanitizer between customers 😐 not happy and will not go back.

Worst bathrooms I've ever seen. The soap wasn't empty it was gone so tell me how the employees wash their hands. There was Feces all over the Toilet and no seat protectors. When i told tge cashier about the condition she looked at me like i was stupid and gave no response at all!

I love going to del taco for fast and quick bit to eat while running errands. But this is my first time going to this one and they not only got my order wrong. Charging you more than what I asked for. Ask for condomist forgot to give it to me. But also had to wait a long time for my food.

The people working today were different than in the past and perhaps that is the reason for the terrible experience. My visit started off with being greeted with trash bags at the front door. Cashier looked sloppy and unpresentable. Messy hair with a dirty untucked faded shirt. Waited 12 mins. for a macho Combo meal #10. I wanted ice tea but I had to get a reg cup from 3 containers. After receiving my order I checked my fries and they were cold. So I told the cashier my fries were cold and all he could tell me we can "REHEAT" them.. SMH.. As the shift manager sat in the dining room on her phone. I love Del Taco but I won't return to this one.

I walked in to order. When I got my food I asked for a couple of each hot sauce. The guy looks at me turns around and grabs a handful of only del inferno throws it in my bag and walks into the back. I know it’s not that big of a deal but I just feel like it was extremely rude and just plain right bad customer service.

Super long line for the drive through so I got off waited for about 10 minutes for my order I ordered the grilled chicken soft tacos should of checked the wrappers make sure what was inside like "I normally do" they were beef soft tacos I know they were busy but be a better team. They didn't give me my asada taco 3.59 plus tax. They loaded taco and ketchup packets on top of the food. The phone just rings busy. Disgusting employees. Check your food order before you leave. Ask that all items are put into separate bags so you can easily see

Wow, Del Taco isn't exactly gourmet food but come on! The service was terrible, drive thru is always a really long wait when there's only two cats in front of me. The fries are always so dang salty, so salty my mouth puckers! 😒 The food I order is always a shamble in the bag, they definitely need to straighten up their kitchen line and other employees. I avoid this location.

Once I ordered my food through the drive through I had to park and wait for my order. As I waited, I noticed that everyone also had to wait for their food, about 5 customers after me. I wondered why not hire or have more staff since it seemed so busy at that time of day (5ish).
