Jersey Mike's Subs

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jersey Mike's and I must say, their customer service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Not only that, but the place was immaculately clean, creating a pleasant dining experience. I can confidently say that this is one of the best Jersey Mike's locations I've ever been to! Shoutout to Rick , Juan , and Kile for their exceptional service. If you're looking for delicious subs and a delightful atmosphere, I highly recommend this place. Five stars all around! They definitely get a raise:)

The service alone will make you want to come back. I love being greeted when I walk into a business. I ordered the Portabela Mushroom & Swiss. Omg! It's so tasty! 😋 I'm glad I work nearby. I'll be back!

First time at any Jersey Mikes. The quality of the sandwiches was very good. Taste was very good. The pricing pretty much matches the quality of the product. This location has an entrance behind the building it resides in. I had GPS guide me so it wasnt hard getting there, which is a parking area just for customers. The staff working was attentive, courteous and promptly greeted and served me. The restaurant was clean!

Man, I love this Jersey Mikes honestly this particular location might be one of my favorite locations of all time right behind the Burbank location. I love the service here its great, I love it when they hand me napkins right after I pay really going above and beyond. I love the manager here too he's a cool dude. Also who ever is on AUX whenever I occasionally come by always plays bangers. what a g.

I want to give a shout-out to Joshua at Jersey Mike’s for his friendly, patient service this was the second time he made my sandwich, and each visit he’s taken the time to walk me through the menu and ensure I’m choosing exactly what I want. But it’s not just Joshua; the entire team at Jersey Mike’s is welcoming and keeps the restaurant clean and inviting. The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere makes me feel comfortable every time I stop in. I’m grateful for the positive vibes and look forward to coming back soon. If you haven’t been to Jersey Mike’s yet, I highly recommend giving it a try!

Jersey Mikes has always tasted better than Subway (in my opinion). Dropped by this location with my son this evening to enjoy a quick dinner. Service was fantastic! Employees were extremely friendly and welcoming. I especially wanted to thank Rick! Times are tough now days and his attitude totally made my day! It's people like this we need more in this world. If you are reading this Rick, thanks again and look forward to coming to this location many more times! Management, please take notice of the awesome employees at this location. I do apologize for not getting the other employees names but they were also great! Thank you!

Visited after the other location on Fair Oaks ran out of bread, and we were not disappointed by the additional drive! The tall gentleman with glasses greeted us and helped us out, everybody on staff was friendly. He made the best sandwiches and made our night. Thank you!

Sandwich tasted great. And their social outreach to the community and helping others is a major Plus Guess I'm going to He(double hockey sticks), ate here on Friday....forgot it was Lent and I ate a ton of phillly cheese-steak. It was good; not condemned in perpetuity good but still. Several of us had the large full size sandwiches; multiple drinks and chips. Dude behind the counter was really helpful with the suggestions...side note get the tangy marinated pickled peppers for your rich sub to cut through the meat flavor. Wonder if I'll be forgiven for my indulgences; at least this one

[This] location seems under-staffed and there is a real lack of organization when it comes to the cashier/mobile order pick-up/in-store order pick-up lines. Customers simply don't know where the line starts and ends, and there isn't a clear method for establishing a common understanding of "who was [here] first". Seems like in addition to more behind-the-counter-help, they need a line monitor or a referee.

Probably won't go to this location again. Full team but very slow. The big hair guy wasn't helping the two new guys and it just slowed their assembly line to a snails pace. Only 3/4 of my sandwich got dressing, rest was dry. 🙃 still love JM overall and won't shut up about them being best "Back East" style hoagie/sub.

I came there in the evening on Friday, July 25, 2025. This place was a bit difficult to access and find parking. Inside, it was remotely clean. The restroom could have been a bit cleaner. Everyone here just seemed to be doing their own thing, at their own pace, when they felt like it. The reason I say that is because I had mentioned to the guy who started assisting me that we were going to the Hollywood Bowl and that we needed to be at the park and ride by 6:30pm and that I wanted to pick up a sandwich before I go there (At the time I came in, I had 30 minutes to get there but, according to Google, I would only need 7 minutes). After I placed my order, I told the person that I was going to run to the restroom. By the time I went and returned, it had been nearly 10 minutes and my sandwich had not been made. The bread was just sitting out with the cheese on it. So, I asked if it would be a long time before it would be ready because I did not want to miss my ride and the response was, "I can make it now, if you want." Mind you, there were no customers when I first came in and there were still no other customers. There were three employees there at the time, from what I could see. I told him, yes, please. But, in my head, I was thinking,"Wow, really?" I had less than 15 minutes left to get there by the time he finished. I was so worried that we were going to miss the ride. Luckily, we got there just in time. But, it was very close. That was not a fun experience! I will not be returning to this location!
