Great location, friendly, and accepting cash, plus fresh food that is yummy healthy. The salads 🥗 are pretty good and mac-n-cheese. However, prices went up quite high. Free parking.

I was disappointed to discover that the bread had changed for cold sandwiches, it was great before. Also disappointed that they no longer have hot chocolate on the menu as well. It wasn't too late, and there were VERY few options for bagels. I wanted some hot chocolate and raisin or other bagels, but no luck. Two items that I preferred, no longer on the menu. Guess I'll have to go elsewhere.

This chain bakery and restaurant stands strong in the midst of multiple new cafe openings. I love their salad and sandwich combos as well as their bagels and cream cheese . They also customize breakfast sandwiches so it’s a win win for breakfast.

Going to Panera Bread was an enjoyable experience. The reason I only gave four stars was because of the slow service. For a place like Panera Bread, you gotta up it a little bit, especially when it wasn't that crowded. The restaurant itself is very beautiful inside, with paintings and plenty of tables on booths for the customer. Finally, the food was so good. I got the Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich, and it was so good. It was definitely better than the chicken sandwich at McDonald's and KFC. The agave lemonade paired perfect with the chicken sandwich. I would definitely go back here and get the same meal. So good.

Laid back Sunday crowd. Clean and tidy. Manager walked the floor to make sure work is done. Good job there. Food service was quick. However, there was a fly hanging around the soda fountain causing some concern. Standard food fair like other locations. However, surrounded by a number of free loaders soaking up wifi and power. Costs of business I guess. Post pandemic update just after the fireworks blew over. What pandemic??? Despite everyone here had a chance to vote for Nixon, ok, maybe Ford, back then, not beyond my own mask I saw another... Wow! The front of the store now on couple occasions I saw had became defacto staging area for large orders. The planters in front outside were good riddance. Never liked those for the always wet floor they caused due to watering them made a mess into the store as wet shoes brought in prints and sticky floor. Not much changed beyond that. There is still no power outside for the patio seats that are inviting and safer. Tempted to bring in light socket to receptacle converters to pull power so I could camp out. The cell signal for the old can you hear me now phone company for 4 or 5 G is pretty dead here. There is no power outlet outside despite the great setup.

Nice eatery, except their overhead menu was confusing. I had half of a seasonal salad and while it was a good portion, it only contained iceberg lettuce (a spring mix would be more fitting). Staff was friendly and helpful and the place was clean.

As soon as we arrived we noticed how clean the restaurant was and that is the first start. The second star came for all the different pastries, souffles, and coffee types were available. The employee that we had was helpful and brought everything to us, third star. Finally, the food itself was scrumptious and nothing beats fresh brewed coffee.

The food was okay, and the ordering/waiting area was a little abstract, but it's not like I'd swear against eating here ever again, y'know? It's just fine.

The food and atmosphere are comparable to that of other Panera locations. However, I come infrequently at different times of the day. I'm consistently disappointed with the slow speed of service and the poor wifi.

They used to have the most amazing military discount (50%) and now all of a sudden it’s down to 20%. Not sure why or what changed but it sure was nice while it lasted.

So this is the place I go to eat alone. And chill. I get exited about new menus items and come to try. Several visits they have been out of the dipping sauce, the soup make broken ( what is a soup maker? And really? ), been out of ranch, and out of the bread that makes special sandwiches. Be one thing if it happened once or twice . But literally the last three visits. I was sincerely curious as to why? Other than that, its ok. Just be aware you may not get what u want.

I’ve been coming to this location for many years. I have noticed a shift in the service from motivated staff with a great attitude to an environment that’s chaotic and stressful. This is by no means the fault of the staff. This is an upper management issue. They keep the restaurant running on a skeleton crew and have people trying to get to work expecting fast service waiting 15 to 20 minutes. I came yesterday 5/13/25 it was 7:30 and the doors were locked. There was 6 of us waiting out there and there were 2 staff members in there looking at us. They never came to the door and completely ignored us. I waited 15 minutes and had to leave. This is definitely reflected the traffic they used to have compared to a few people trickling in now during the week. Panera pls get your people some help, I feel horrible for the staff expected to put out a quality product with 3 or 3 people running the place.

The very little cheese that was on the Flatbread pizza was concentrated on one side. Which makes it look unappealing. It was also very salty. It's important to remember that people eat with their eyes first, if the food is unappealing then people won't come back. Please pay attention when preparing food to-go. The chicken take sandwich was the saving grace, otherwise this would be a 1 star review. It's a bit pricey compared to other products of the same name, but as a once in a while treat its pretty good.

Unpleasant experience every time I go. Each time I’ve walked in the past couple of times I stand at the register for a good 10 minutes before someone comes to take my order. The last time I was there there was no line and so I ordered and proceeded to wait about 30 minutes for my food which then came cold. I didn’t want to wait an extra time so I had my sandwich and soup cold. All the flavored waters/juices were out including the sweet tea. This was at 7pm, not sure if they don’t make them past a certain time so they don’t go to waste but they should point that out when people order. We sat outside because it was quite cold inside and it looked like this photo. Last time I go to this location unless they start making changes.

Ordered a simple meal and it took over 30 minutes to come out. The restaurant was not busy. By the time the food came out, my toddler had already eaten a meal in snacks to hold her over. Kitchen and ovens appear unclean and unsanitary

I placed an order online for myself and my coworker. She went a picked up the order. When she got back I was missing items and my sandwich was wrong. I called customer service to try and see if I could still get the missing items. She said it is a privately owned business and that the owner of this particular restaurant would call me in no less than 5 days. It’s been two weeks and I still have not heard back. Photo shows that I got something that I didn’t order.

For more than 5 days these devices have been out of service and I have spoken with different employees and managers, their response is different every day, the point is that I don't think this Panera is interested in the convenience that these devices offer customers, it is a It's a shame that a place as famous and extraordinary as Panera, being one of my favorite restaurants and one of many people who like to eat healthy, leaves it unattended, something doesn't work well here and I don't think it's the equipment.

Expectation and reality! I've been to the same cafe in Irvine, and it's just like the picture. This place is like a handout.

I've been going to Panera Bread for years. I did another review on this Panera Bread location back in Nov. 2019 and they're still messing things up. The item I ordered yesterday is something I've ordered many times, the Turkey/Avocado sandwich and I know how it's supposed to taste. At the Pasadena, CA location, they gave me my sandwich and with my first bite I realized it wasn't made right. It had no mayonnaise and basically no avocado (picture attached). I was told they had new staff. That's fine but train them properly before having them make the sandwich. I asked that the staff be shown the sandwich and talked to so that they could do it right the next time but the staff I talked to never talked to the sandwich makers and so they continued to make sandwiches wrong. When I asked for a manager, I was told that the staff are all on the same level and that there isn't really a manager; that I could talk to any of them. I've never heard anything so ridiculous. I wasn't told this by one person, there were three staff people standing there in the sandwich making area saying the same thing. Doesn't Panera have a manager watching the staff to make sure they do their job, make proper sandwiches, and take care of customer service?! I used to go here regularly but I'm done. There have been too many mistakes with sandwiches because their staff isn't properly trained or supervised and so I won't be back.

I typically go here @9am and for some reason the workers are very moody. today someone slid/threw a garlic aoli across the pick up counter just because i asked for one (btw the sauce said OS on the receipt so it should have been in the bag prior) i also ordered the food @8:50 and was not ready untill 9:25 when it was supposed to be ready by 9:07. prob the worse panera ive been too

I love Panera bread... Just not this one. They are always out of bread bowls they never clean out green tea dispenser and the staff is completely unbothered. 👌

DO NOT GET IT TOGO. The price for the small portions is ridiculous. Got a bowl of soup…it’s a cup. Forgot all 7 baggetts. Took forever to make and the employees outfits, not professional. Seriously so gross, no ice. The prices are ridiculous

This place has gone to crap! Nothing was cooked, every single order was incorrect and they never brought my food. It wasn’t until i walked up a second time that the girl began to gather the items i ordered and at that point i told her to give me a refund. Then another customer who waited 20 minutes for her food came up to tell the girl both her orders were wrong. Will NEVER EVER VISIT AGAIN! I will be filing an official complaint. I give this place 3 months before it’s shut down completely

Do not and I mean do not come here. I ordered a sandwich and a cup of soup. It took over 30 minutes to receive my food. They were out of chips, out of fruit cups and the only thing for a side was another piece of bread. The sandwich had so much lettuce that you could barely see the meat and cheese, the chicken and rice soup was sickening it takes like a can soup. I could not even eat half of the nasty sandwich or soup. Also while waiting I notice how dusty and molding the drink station was. Please do not go here.

Place is incompetent when it comes to delivery... my food was supposed to ready for pick up and said it was ready on the Order Board but no one bothered to help.. I had to cancel my order cause they said it would of been another 15 mins. When in comes to deliveries avoid this place when possible..you'll be losing money just on waiting

I was very disappointed with the Turkey Bravo sandwich I received. The quality was unacceptable, and I only realized after eating half of it how unappetizing it truly was. I sincerely hope I don’t get sick from it. This experience was extremely off-putting, and I will not be ordering it again.

Waited one hour to get food. Was late getting back to work. This was a great place to eat. But the last few times I have been here it is just not the same. Not sure what happed but this restaurant needs to be fixed.
