I love using the app. The first time you order with the app it takes your information on how to pay and from then on when you order you just place your order and it knows your information to charge. They give you a number, you go in, put that number in a little keyboard, out pops your pizza and you leave. No having to deal with anyone and them not having to deal with us. It's awesome!!!!! 💜💙❤️

One of the best Little Caesars around! Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is always "hot and ready"; unless of course you get there around lunch or dinner, it's most likely packed and you'll need to either wait or order a head of time. But that goes to show how yummy they must be. I recommend.

This location is one of the better ones but I definitely recommend checking your receipt & pizza boxes to make sure they typed in your order correctly but also check if they gave you your right pizza. I have ordered a few time and had to have them fix my order because they charged me for the wrong items & gave me the wrong pizzas. Other than that I like their pizza better than other locations. They just taste better for some reason. They are also pretty quick on getting your order out & the workers are all very nice. But mistakes do happen alot it seems. Still recommend over other locations.

I love the pizzas 🍕 😍 here. Just that every time I go ot at least most of the times I go, I always have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the hot and ready. That means they are not hot and ready.

I used to like this store. The girl that is usually at the front is always really nice and works quickly. Unfortunately the last many pizzas I've bought from there have been cut horrendously. We've had to get our pizza cutter out almost every time the last several months. Now I'm seeing that they're charging over $6 in random delivery fees, none of which are going to the driver, and a city and state tax, which Texas doesn't have. This brand has definitely gone downhill.

With short staffing and a lot of orders I can understand the frustration the employees have sometimes but even so they could at least clean the nasty door. Also boss person, an idea, get a screen that people can see outside for online orders. That way you don’t have a ton of people waiting inside that tiny area and that would also help lower the stress of your employees. Just food for thought.

food was fine but the employee was super rude for no reason. i walked in and before even getting to the counter they told me it was going to be a 20 minute wait (only took 5) because they were closing in 30 minutes. we acknowledged and then the cashier gave us attitude because we still wanted to order. There were several other customers ordering and she just seemed to be mad at everyone for wanting some pizza…

I ordered two pizzas online, went to go pick them up, after receiving the email saying it’s ready, when I finally got there it wasn’t coming up on the pick up screen, so I thought maybe I went to the wrong one, I left used the address the email sent me, and it took me no where near a little ceasers, when I came back I got it from one of the employees, one of the pizzas were missing an ingredient, and one of the listed beverages weren’t in stock. This is the second time that has happened. I gave a 20% tip and the pizzas both looked terrible. All these thirsty 5 star reviews must be from a different reality.

I HATE this place. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and the old lady told us to wait. Then she went outside of the store and started smoking. After a while she came back and gave us the wrong pizza, it's was CHEESE. Terrible customer service and retention.

I ordered a large stuffed crust. Crazy crust. There was zero crazy crust. The pizza was so overcooked the crust is completely dry and yet when I called I just wanted them to correct my pizza or offer a refund but lately the food has gotten so bad the breadsticks are dry old hardly any butter garlic Parmesan. This pizza that’s supposed to come with a crazy crust there’s nothing on it and the cheese is so hard from being overcooked and sitting, but they were zero assistance to me

The Doctor

Myself and my significant other went to the physical location and placed our order around 7:10 for two cheese pizzas with stuffed crust. After waiting for over 20 minutes, they bring us our pizza and we leave. We get back to our home around 8:00, only to discover that they gave us two supreme pizzas with no stuffed crust. Unfortunately, they close at 8:00, so my attempts to call were unsuccessful, and no other location will accept a return or refund of this particular order. The only way to get it changed would be to come back tomorrow which entirely defeats the purpose of having dinner. It was an aggravating experience all around.
