We just had the best fast food pizza customer service experience of our lives on New Years Eve at our neighborhood Pizza Hut! My wife and I needed a quick dinner before going to a New Years Eve party and were both craving pizza. I recently downloaded and setup the Pizza Hut App. I don't recommend the delivery option as the fees and tip could cost as much as the pizza itself if you are only ordering one. I do however highly recommend the carry out option. You can choose a specific time on fifteen minute intervals for your pizza to be ready to pick up. We arrived almost exactly to the minute of our designated time and our order was already in the warmer behind the counter. The crew in the back had their A game going cranking out the orders. The manager was working the register, and the room, the way a skilled stand up comic does crowd work at a show. He had big charismatic energy and was bantering with the customers and joking about working through midnight on New Years Eve. After asking for my autograph on the receipt he said, "God bless you" when he handed us our order. We said, "God bless you" back to him and remarked to each other afterwards about what a great experience that was. My wife actually said that I had to write a review about the experience right away. We ordered our standard favorite pizza, the medium Super Supreme on hand tossed crust. It perfectly hit the spot, slightly exceeding the franchise standard in quality. Yum! The star of the show was actually the new melt that has recently been added to the menu. We tried the meat lover's melt. Holy freaking cow! I could hardly believe that it was Pizza Hut! Coated in a generous and wonderfully aromatic dusting of herb and cheese blend the crust was thin and crispy like a cracker. It was filled with lots of melty cheese and all the meats that top their famous Meat Lover's pizza. As I was floating out of my chair with food joy; my wife joked that eating what was basically a Pizza Hut version of a quesadilla reminded her of places like Taco Bell. The same ingredients with a different delivery system. I couldn't argue with her point. However, if you find yourself craving the flavors of Pizza Hut but don't want to order a whole pizza, this new menu item is the perfect means to satisfaction. In conclusion, the addition of this individual portion menu item is a stroke of genius. It's Pizza Hut, but better. It could easily be a small lunch or dinner for two for only seven dollars. So, do yourself a favor and give this new Pizza Hut Melt at this great location a try soon.

Went there with a coupon to order a quick lunch for myself - boneless chicken wings, personal pan pizza and soda. The two employees there were very nice, informative, good at their jobs and polite. The videos playing in the lobby kept me entertained while I waited for my order. I took my lunch to close by and gorgeous Washington Park to enjoy my yummy food. Thanks, Pizza Hut, for a good lunch.

Thank you for fixing my order right before closing time. The employees looked like they had a long busy day and were ready to go home, then I came in with a "complicated" order 20 minutes before closing. The young lady (sorry I didn't get her name) took care of everything and we were out the door with food in hand! Great customer service and the pizza and wings were delicious! Definitely going back again soon ♥️

We wish it was a bit less expensive and had more "green things" at less cost,, but the pizza was delicious, and we appreciate our local restaurant and the company values of DEI as a differentiator from other pizza chains. We were upset at our "closest" store for being rude, inattentive and careless - but we started going to our second-closest store and fell in love with Pizza Hut again.

Highly recommend that you use their website and check for deals since pizza is kinda pricy now. They do have pretty good deals when you use their website and check out the deals section. Prices are more reasonable with those deals applied. Also highly recommend ordering ahead but once you place your order you should start heading out since you rather wait at the store for a couple of minutes for a fresh pizza than a soggy and warm one. Personally I really like their Bone In Wings. I think their wings are by far the best compared to other pizza chains! Service is okay at this location, had super friendly staffs which made the whole exeprience awesome but also had a few visit where did staff did not care. We were always here for pickup and never really needed to interact with the staff much so it's whatever to me since it's more of a quick grab and go.

I've been buying from PizzaHut for some time and especially because of their stuffed crust pizza that my wife really enjoys. As our routine of buying pizza once a month, we decided today would be a nice day to eat pizza and watch some movies. I decided to purchase some cheesy bread and extra sauce to dip the bread and stuffed crust to give it an extra punch of flavor. However, I was greatly disappointed by the sauce. The extra three sides of marinara seemed watered down and had a lack of seasoning so it didn't have much flavor. The sauce that came with the cheesy bread seemed to taste even worse if that was even possible. I'm not sure if every location has the same sauce, but unfortunately I probably won't be ordering these items or any from PizzaHut. The service of delivery is still fast, but the quality seems to be declining.
I rarely eat pizza, but Pizza Hut is my choice when I get a craving- because of the crust. The personal pizza dough was bulky as if the dough wasn't rolled out. What's worse is how oily it is. I can't eat this on a regular basis.

I've been buying from PizzaHut for some time and especially because of their stuffed crust pizza that my wife really enjoys. As our routine of buying pizza once a month, we decided today would be a nice day to eat pizza and watch some movies. These place is the worst. 10 out of 10 times something is wrong (pizza is terrible or ranch dressing is not Sent or forget to deliver the Pepsi). You guys are absolutely horrible. I only continue to order from here because my two daughters love Pizza Hut. No more. We will find somewhere else. You guys are the worst!
The employees at this pizzeria are completely incompetent at their simple job. They gave my order to someone else. Also, the staff takes a very long time to prepare orders. I have to wait from 10 to 30 minutes.
Ordered a large pizza with ground beef-onion-green pepper for, pick up, asked them to open it, all looks well, got it home to eat a slice, and couldn't chew through the onion skin and soggy bell peppers and the meat tasted like pork sausage. We don't eat pork! I called the store and was told nobody else complained. Took the pizza back to the store, and they wouldn't even make it right. I left the pizza and will never go there again. I'm a cashier myself, and the customer is always right. I don't like wasting my time, money, or gas going back and forth with disrespectful, unprofessional, rude staff.😕 I hope no one else has to go through this.
One pepperoni per slice on personal pan pizza should NEVER happen again. I’m not paying $11 for 4 slices of pepperoni. There’s plenty of room for more. Don’t rip people off being SO skimpy.
The first pizza came with the seal open, and then I found a hair embedded inside the cheese of one of the pieces. The replacement pizza was sealed properly, but the pizza itself did not seem very fresh. Additionally the cinnabons were really soggy and overall gross, I threw out the whole box. I don't think it's fair to only offer a replacement or store credit, I think full refund should be an option. Because of this issue, I will not be ordering Pizza Hut again for the foreseeable future - especially because this is only one of many other issues I've experienced with Pizza Hut orders.
Thick crust pizza does not taste how it did before which is niw thicker and not "fluffy". Pasta did not taste how it tasted before red hearty sauce no sausage or pepperoni and will not order again. Having to pay a Service Fee $3.14 and deliver of $5.99 makes me want to splurge on something better.
I hardly ever leave reviews, however, our experience today calls for one. Ordered online got my confirmation that my order would be arriving at 2pm, now I'm not unreasonable so I get it if it goes past 5-10 minutes heck I'd even let 15 slide but our food arrived FORTY-FIVE minutes late! The delivery guy was super apologetic which I appreciated, anyway, I open the box and it's not even what I had ordered. I called the store and the manager said he was "sorry but there's nothing [he] could do about it" ...i guess what I'm saying is step it up with your customer service! ...That is all 🙂

Ordered the contact less pickup. Confirmed when I arrived, received confirmation and was informed pizza would be out shortly. Sitting in my car with the trunk open about 10 mins during Xmas rush wknd in a sketchy neighborhood. Had to walk in to actually get my food and it was cold and hard by the time I got home. Very horrible experience.
