Chicken was fresh and hot fries were fresh and of course I wanted to do shooters of the canes sauce

I did a curbside pickup order. The wait time from arrival check in to receiving my order was minimal. Even though one of the attendants was in training they both were smiling and pleasant. Order was perfect and quick.

Someone tender and juicy! Love this place and the price is tight. Great staff fast and nice!!

Cane's is bad. I'm not saying the food is terrible, it's just not special. Anything made here can be made at home with a little bit of effort, EXCEPT THE SAUCE. You want crunchy sauce? The chicken tenders are perfect for you. Squishy and slightly soggy sauce, the Texas Toast is great. A little bit of both? The fries. The only thing keeping Cane's afloat is this absolutely heavenly creation of a dipping sauce. Just talking about it makes me crave it even more as I'm sitting with it in front of me.

RJ was the best! The line was so long and even people were coming inside at 11pm no matter how chaotic it was he made me feel heard and seen even as simple as taking my order efficiently and with a smile. Big ups to the Rj experience!

The food here is good and prices are hard to beat. The food is prepared somewhat quickly though it depends a lot on how full it is. If you want to do drive thru be prepared to wait in line during peek hours. The customer service here is good though I would like it if they spent just a little more time cleaning. I appreciate how they support local schools which I live as an educator, and the environment is quite welcoming for individuals and families alike.

chicken tenders always served steaming hot. toast always on point... only thing no kool is being consistent. me and my son both got no slaw extra fries and sitting across from each other you can clearly see one plate covered in fries meanwhile the barely had any

The food was fresh and very good, front counter staff was fun, but the sitting area was pretty dirty, we had to clean our own table to sit down. And the menu was pricey.

Always love Raisin Canes, always thought that they had much better chicken than Chick Fil-a its always jucier and their sauce is to die for. Im also a huge fan of their coleslaw ik alot of ppl arent a fan of coleslaw but raisin canes has some of the best in fast food IMO. Also it is toddler approved (duh its fried chicken) but makes it easy on the parents

Canes is literally my family’s favorite restaurant we go all the time. we just moved back to pasadena and we went to this Canes and the fries taste like they were cooked yesterday and reheated, the chicken is literally mushy like 😭😭😭😭 Canes really let me down man. next time i’ll drive to the Canes in Channelview cuz they never get it wrong istg 🫶🏻 miss you, Wallisville Canes 🥀

Usually LOVE, but seems like the quality of food has gone down. Breading was coming off tenders. French fries are smaller and colder. Service was slow, took 15 minutes just to order and I was third car in line. They use to be so fast and the best. But Layne's moved in across the street, 🤔.

Ordered 3 kids meals with 3 toasts on the side. Only received two accurate kids meals. As well as 3 toasts in a box and the box that needed to have my fries and chicken tenders contained 1 toast. I don’t mind waiting longer for the food to be done if the store is busy but I’m disappointed and hungry 🤷🏻‍♀️

We have proof that the restaurant says open until 1:00AM!!! We get there on a Tuesday night, at 11:40pm, we got treated with little to no respect, and got told we have to pay for our food to go. We addressed that the restaurant dining space was supposed to be open, due to the fact that the time is literally pasted on there door! When we addressed that, we got treated with a nasty attitude from one of the employees. I believe the manager or at least someone with some what authority, told us we can stay to eat since we were a big party and there were people eating STILL at the dining space. We sat to eat, and at 12:17 they shut off the lights, basically pushing us out through the door. We left, and recorded a video of the lights being dim/off, and the employees were laughing. I would LOVE to talk to this branch’s manager or owner to address the situation more, as this was UNACCEPTABLE. If the employee’s don’t want to work nights, they should request for that specific store to close at 12:00AM, but if it doesn’t, DO YOUR JOB, OR GET ANOTHER ONE! Thankfully, we’re christians, but I can’t imagine what would happen with people with no heart or mercy.

You want to pay high prices for tenders half the size of a regular chicken tenders go here. Their prices are ridiculous and we get half tenders instead of tenders. These tenders are the size of my pinky. Highway robbery happening in broad daylight. They raise their prices and their tenders shrink. JC what a rip off I'm still hungry spending 26$.

Bro how do they always forget to put my extra toast or always find some way to mess up my order. Either it tastes burnt or they mess it up
