Avis sur Tea Spots Pasadena
Tea Spots is located at 1443 East Colorado Boulevard Pasadena California 91106. It is located in a small group of stores just east of the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and Hill Avenue. There are three small eateries and a nail salon located here. An adequate parking lot is located in front of these stores. Upon entering tea spots I was greeted by a friendly hello. I walked to the counter and asked questions about the types of food that they had available. The staff described a variety of selections. They are definitely more than just tea and smoothies. They have what they call ‘snacks’ on a large menu. These are more than snacks, they are full meals. I decided on some Ramen and Potstickers. I was impressed that they asked me exactly how I wanted things prepared. Spice levels were a prime consideration, so I decided on medium spicy. As I waited on my order, I looked at their beverage menu that was filled with different Boba coffees, teas and slushies. There are also quite a number of items on the menu that I want to try with different styles of preparation. After about 10 minutes my food was ready and I was out the door and on my way home. They do have areas inside this location to dine inside. When I unpacked my food at home, I was pleased to see how carefully it had been put together. They had everything individually wrapped. I was eager to try the potstickers first. The Pork Potstickers were delicious. Great flavor and moist with a crisp outside edge. The Japanese Miso Ramen wes filled with flavor and spice. I added some Sriracha and Soy Sauce to complete my preference. I look forward to coming back and enjoying some different beverages and flavors from the kitchen.
A family favorite! Always fresh and delicious..Kid and picky eater friendly! They have so many flavors of smoothies to choose from! The iced green tea is my favorite!💚 From snacks and drinks to plate combos and dessert.. you will definitely find something to please your taste buds! I have been a regular since they opened the location over 10 years ago! Once you try it you won't be disappointed
Great spot near PCC/caltech for boba and snacks/food. I enjoyed the honeydew milk tea I got there. Good place to get work done / study as well; I typically see a few people on their laptops working. There are many power outlets to charge your devices, and they have wifi too. Their bathroom is good
My daughter introduced me to this place. I have loved it ever since and come as much as possible.

Serving buckets of tea everyday!!! Literally... Your cup is a tiny bucket lol. I ordered a large Taro smoothie and it was definitely LARGE. Love it, will definitely return. I have it pictured next to my beef bowl I ordered next door. Pictures don't do it justice... It's THICC! 😏
I ordered an Oolong tea with crystal boba and a grilled chicken steak snack. Tiffany brought over the food to my table. She was very nice. The oolong tea was very good and the chicken steak was very good with the bbq sauce.
Love the food , beverages and desserts. The shave ice is amazing. Very nice and friendly and very accommodating . One of my favorite spots for casual dining. They have lots of students during the week because they have free WiFi.

Pretty nice, chill spot for some drinks and eats. The actually have a good selection of snacks and meals so not just a tea spot. The place is clean and the staff are very nice. The food is not the greatest but also not bad, basically what you would expect from a type of place like this. Pretty well priced with good value.
First time here. Quite a wide selection of food and drinks. The fried pork chop was decent in taste, with egg, rice and ground pork as well as veggies ($10). The taro slush was good, though the grass jelly was kinda frozen ($4ish). Good friendly service. The plaza parking is only 30 min or possibly get towed.
This place was pretty cool, open late and had food. We had the spring rolls and they were good! Had an interesting seasoning on the outside. We also got the shaved ice. My bf and I got a small one each. HEADS UP the size is massive, we deff could have shared 1 small together. I would highly recommending getting 1 small to share, even between 3 people. It was pretty good though!

I absolutely love Tea Spots! It is hands down, one of my favorite boba shops that I have been consistently going to for years. In my opinion, their snacks are a huge part of what sets them apart (they are delicious!) and their boba is always cooked to perfection. The teas are great, although I would say my personal favorite flavor for the shop is their Thai Milk Tea - it consistently tastes amazing in comparison to a few other flavors I've had. I love the rewards points system as well!

This was my first time at T-Spot, and overall the experience was pretty nice. When I walked in, the place felt exquisite and welcoming. As for the food, the crispy chicken and fries were decent, but not perfect. The chicken was nicely battered, crispy, and crunchy, but it was a little too salty for my taste and a bit dry. The fries had good seasoning, but they were a little stiff. The highlight of the meal was definitely the zucchini. They were crunchy, crispy, and honestly no complaints at all. I’d rate the zucchini a 5/5 and would recommend them to anyone. One thing I didn’t love was the cups. The music was good, but the water cups were plastic. I think recyclable would feel more sanitary and be more convenient for customers. Overall, I’d give T-Spot 3 stars out of 5.
Had the Pork Chop with rice and the taste of the quality of the pork wasn’t satisfied. Not exactly Taiwanese style too much fat, the flavor wasn’t quit right, and the veggies are cold. Smoothie is pretty good and reasonable price 🫠
This is my go-to boba tea and food spot near PCC. I usually love coming during their happy hour because they have great deals on tea, shaved ice, and their bowls. Recently, I got an email saying they now have new sizzling plates, and I couldn’t wait to try them. They offer four different sizzling plates, and I went with the beef fried noodles. Honestly, it’s not the best—the flavor is a bit off, but I was really hungry so I ate about half. It’s okay after adding some Sriracha, but I wouldn’t order it again. The sizzling plate comes with a tea, and I got an oolong tea with 50% sweetness. It was just okay. Parking can be challenging at times, and the spaces are pretty narrow.

I love their drinks! I always like to mix mine, I had an almond & coconut with lychee balls milk tea. My orders are more complicated than others but it taste delish!! They do it right. Thanks tea spot Update: had a chicken combo plate but idk what kind of meat the stew is. I was told it is pork. But it really doesn't taste it. Maybe it's just me but I think I'm not going near that "stew" ever. I did enjoy the chrysanthemums tea. They added honey. Very good
I’ve been coming to Tea Spots in Pasadena since 2018, usually 2–3 times a month. I used to love this place, but in the past year the service has gone downhill. My orders are wrong more often than not — for example, ordering a super-sized drink and being given a regular. When I let the cashier know, I’m told I have to pay the difference (which I don’t mind), but then I have to wait for them to remake it. It should be correct the first time. I’ve also had my chicken and fries come without ranch, sometimes it’s included, other times I’m told to pay extra. The inconsistency is frustrating. When I point out mistakes, especially during the evening shift when a male cashier is working, I’ve been met with attitude instead of a simple fix. Lunch service is usually fine, but evenings are a gamble and often inconvenient for me and my friends. I want to keep supporting this place, but the repeated mistakes and poor customer service are making it hard to recommend anymore.
Drinks are good, made fast. Some of the employees have very bad customer service, are rude. While others are very polite. Especially one female employee is extremely agressive I just go to starbucks nearby, where employees are nice.
3/2026 - I got the wonton noodle soup, potstickers, braised pork belly rice bowl, and Taiwanese meat sauce rice dish this time around. Wonton dish was on the bland side per usual, pot stickers were okay, pork belly bowl and meat sauce were good. 2/2026 - I tried the crispy chicken, honey soy glazed chicken, shrimp wonton noodle soup, pork potstickers, taro milk tea, and Thai milk tea for delivery. The drinks were really sweet but good. The soup was decent. The potstickers were not the best; they tasted dry and the chili oil I got with it was not what I asked for unless that's what they call chili oil. They forgot to give me another chili oil for the other item I ordered; I received sambal instead, which did not pair well with the food. The honey soy glazed chicken and crispy chicken were both really really dry. I would never get the honey glazed chicken again. The regular crispy chicken tasted better when I added more cayenne to it. Mild cayenne was not enough. The sweet and sour sauce that came with them was watered down. It tasted more like salsa or tomato sauce. I would try some other food items on the menu if I were to eat here again.

Food is good BUT YOU MIGHT GET FOOD POISONING LIKE ME AND MY FRIEND DID. We got the potstickers, veggie spring rolls, and crispy chicken. Later that night, we had stomach cramps and nausea. Then diarrhea. Not worth the stomach issues.

I went in to try to place my order at the register. The employees were talking to people and ignored me for the longest time. I then turned to order from the kiosk. About half hour later, I went and asked about my order which were just two orders of spicy chicken snacks. Ended up my order had been ready and I was never called. My food was pretty cold at that point. I was in the restaurant the whole time. I enjoy the chicken from this place but service is pretty bad.
I Ordered a matcha milk tea, theres no matcha in this and I can feel the sugar crunching between my teeth while drinking. Im sorry but what is this. This isnt matcha. They use matcha flavouring not real matcha
Friendly cashiers, nice ambience, What would’ve been a nice experience was instantly ruined after realizing the wings I had brought home were not only cold on the inside but appreared suspiciously undercooked. Experiencing stomach discomfort as we speak. Strangely at odds with their often overcooked popcorn chicken
