Chose whataburger cause I had a coupon! Buy a meal, get a free burger! Ordered a bacon cheese burger, free one the same! Counter guy had no problem ringing me up, I paid for what I got, the process went seamlessly! Food order come up, two paper bags, one with fries! I eat the fries 1st because I like them hot! Fries were fresh & hot just like I like 'em! .y order was "to go" but I sat in the parking lot & devoured the fried potatoes! The restaurant was clean & the drink dispenser produced the correct syurp/Carbonation, I could taste Dr. Pepper! Great service, food & personal! Sorry I didnt catch the young mans name!

When arriving, the store was pretty busy. An associate was delivering trays, ensuring all of the customers were satisfied. The associate was also prepping to go orders, & also checking. After getting my order, the associate stopped what he was doing, JUST to hold the door open for me 🤝🏽🤞🏾 His name is Cedric! Thank you so much Cedrick for working hard
James was Awesome and Friendly , appreciated him communicating with me on my curb side order! Someone was parked on my curb side number saw him looking around for me instead of him just going back in. Great Service James!
Best Location! This Whataburger KNOWS customer service. Manager went above & beyond to fix an order that was wrong because they were out of buffalo sauce. GREATLY APPRECIATED. !
I definitely come to this location often. More often than not this place does a pretty good job of getting my order correct. I have had a few instances, normally the night or evening shift, where my order has been incorrect, or the fries are kinda old and stale and dont taste fresh. However there is always one constant, her name is Lisa I believe. She always greets me with a smile, she gets my order correct EVERY time. She is super friendly and super kind. She is the bright spot at this location for sure. Lisa is definitely the reason I keep returning to this location. Customer service is great with Lisa!!!

Thank you James! I come there from time to time. Yes it’s a great place and reminds me of my childhood and the staff is always doing their job, but James goes above and beyond! Every time I go there he is running and cleaning and helping. This is what brings me back! Thank you for having James be a part of your restaurant. James and the twins are the people that make Whataburger the place we remember from our childhood! Great people who are thankful and enjoy helping others! Thank you all for who you are!!! They may sell our Whataburger up north now but no one does it like you guys here in Texas!!!
Awesome! The employees were cordial and helpful, the gravy for my chicken strips was thick like it should be, not too watered down. Handicap accessible seating with a ramp to the front door, restrooms had handicap accessibility as well. Real hometown feeling. Kudos for the staff that found a $20 bill and asked around to see who belonged to. Great place.
My drive through experience today was phenomenal! The lady that took the order had such a pleasant and calmly voice. She listened to my order without interrupting me and asked for my name. When I got to the window, she greeted me by name with a smile on her face. Very refreshing! Per my receipt, her name was Lisa Z. Thank you for making my morning a better one Lisa. Note- my order was perfect. No missed items.
The best experience there to be. Food is delicious of course. James was very attentive with us during out time there. He made sure our order was right and made sure we were satisfied. The rest of the staff provided great customer service and was quick with the food.
Hot and fresh, So delicious! But Slow as molasses every time. 15+ minutes to get our food but so much better than fast Mcds or the King. Worth the wait if you have the time. Ask for napkins and count your ketchups before you drive away.
The cashier was super friendly and nice
The milkshakes are amazing, great way to cool off. Don't let the size of the building fool you, it's a great place. The service was great too.

The drive-through can sometimes take a while, but otherwise, this is a great location to go to.
I had curb side service and the young guy who brought out my food was so nice. My food was hot and upon arrival, they were out quickly with my order. Soda was crisp and they did put all condiments in bag.
My experience today was quick, smooth, and accurate! Nancy and her crew members (Samrya and Gina) were all smiles, great attitudes, and more than willing to be helpful. At the order box, my order was repeated back to me, allowing me to correct a miscommunication about how I wanted to customize my order. Even when my order was delayed while they waited for fresh hashbrowns, they replaced the others in my bag too! This extra step ensured that all three orders would be hot and fresh. I really appreciate how they went above and beyond to take care of me today. THANK YOU for being an example of excellent service!
I rate whataburger more than mcd or vurgerking. The burgers are juicy and damn bulky. For people like me, the quantity and quality of the burger matters the most. The staffs were helpful too. Recommended

7:15am went through the drive-thru, only one car in front of us. Order was promptly taken. Got to the window and only three minute wait to get our order. Order came out hot and fresh. Well done Whataburger staff.

Best Whataburger in town as far as freshness goes! I did not have a long wait and the cashier was super nice and attentive! Even the drive thru employee was attentive and helped the front counter! Will definitely be retuning here again soon!! :)
Me and my brother come here pretty frequently on our lunch break. Employees are awesome and nice. Cashier during lunch time has our ordered memorized. We can get in and out with no Hassel.

Here lately they’ve routinely left out napkins and spicy ketchup. I come through this location a lot and the consistency has declined tremendously in the past 2 weeks. They forgot 2 of my taquitos three visits ago, then they forgot 2 hash browns the second to last time, and this most recent time they forgot my taquito, and the hash brown. It’s starting to add up to a lot of lost money. Before recently, this location was awesome. I always order online, and pick up in the drive thru late at night. I’m easily recognized by the regular staff. The food is always good, but forgetting multiple items in 3 consecutive visits is just too much to over look. Definitely make sure to check your order before leaving. Otherwise you may end up getting charged for something you didn’t receive. Update:
What's not to like about the big "W"? My order turned out to be not exactly right but that was OK. We have mustard and mayo in the fridge. Sadly, we didn't have any pickles. One of our burgers was missing it's lovely slice of cheese and fresh onions, but we had that in the fridge too! 🙂 Our burgers were hot and tasty, and so were the fries: as they were perfectly salted. The big drawback was that it took a really long time waiting to get them. But that is the trade off. They were still hot and yummy at home.
I always order online for pickup. The service is great. James is always friendly and makes sure to give my food and condiments promptly and always asks if I need anything else. Food wise I give it a 3 star because it's always a hit and miss with the chicken strips.. They have forgotten to put extra chicken strips that I ordered or the gravy. They have also given me a small chicken strip that looked more like a nugget.
Breakfast is great Everytime. Can’t go wrong with it.

Love me some Whataburger and once again did not disappoint. The store was nice and clean. The staff was nice. I have no complaints. Came during dinner time and they were able to keep up with the rush crowd. They had many folks constantly cleaning the dining room which was impressive. The place was spotless. We will come back here.

Ast night we picked up some meals for the fam, so I'm giving 4 stars for my food since it was perfectly made, but as for the associate taking our order, I gave a 1 star since he kept asking us "will this complete your order" after every sentence. I believe he asked us that like 7 or 8 times; we felt rushed. He should've been saying, "Is there anything else that I can help you with." But what do I know, right. He also sounded like he didn't want to be there but in bed. Surprised that our order was perfectly made though, so overall, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the sleepy rushing associate.

Drove thru to order. I had my app open and was told it registered (it did not) then when we got to the window the wait was one car ahead of us and it took 15+ minutes to get them thru. When we were up we asked for a receipt but he was unable to get one. This required I guess a manager since we'd placed our order at the outdoor staffed area. It took another 15 minutes to get our order and receipt. This was Sunday evening around 5:30 and wasn't busy until we got there. Maybe training new people? It was really inconvenient.
My order is always taken wrong even when i repeat myself 3 times and then they always forget to give ketchup when asking for it. Drive through takes 30mins max even when the line is short
Good food, very unpleasant overnight staff
This had always been my favorite location to order from. At least it was until the last 4 months. The last incident was tonight I dealt with having luke warm fries, the were busy. But when I got home and opened the gravy for the cold chicken strips it was less than half full. The second container of gravy that had been paid for was not included. That was for the cold piece of Texas toast. They did get my root beer correct.
Usually consistent in forgetting at least one item from the order. Todays order was complete but nobody took my order for at least 5 minutes even though i was the only one in line.
Fries were a bit cold but sandwich was great. Would’ve been a 5 star if they gave fresh fries (:

I think the food was good the service attentive. I believe I asked for one burger but ended up paying for two. Generally don't care if they mess up but to be perfectly honest the burgers were good. Glad to buy an extra meal that was indeed delicious.
This Waterburger is good. The food is fresh and the employees are friendly. My only complaint is that at any time of day the service snail slow. Even if im the only person in the drive thru it always takes close to 15 minutes to get anything. I know they do t start cooking tol you order but it's pretty ridiculous. Other than that...it's great.

Terrible experience here. I had to repeat my order in the drive-thru three times, and they still managed to get my order wrong, dump fries into the bag, and give me two cups of unsweetened tea despite what I ordered. I even clarified and had her repeat my order to me—which was correct at the microphone—but at some point between taking my order and bagging it, they missed almost everything I requested. For the amount I paid for the food, I am very disappointed. I definitely will not be returning to this location.
Please cook the food properly, I always get undercooked fries because you want to rush the orders out. I have seen 25 seconds or more left to cook on the timer and you pull the fries too soon !
It was busy ,people bringing out the order to curbside didn't check to see if it was correct. They forgot half my order.
Location is convenient but service is slow and management hides in the kitchen when they should be out in the open for customer service and cashier issues. I placed an online order and the cashier would not recognize I was even there nor look my direction even though I was standing under the 'Online order pickup'. This is twice so far this has happened in 3 weeks at this location.
I absolutely love waiting in line for 20min to only come home and find my order is wrong. Especially when it’s a pretty simple order.
What a sad disappointment. My first time to try the Spicy Chicken sandwich. It was very very thin and very dry. The temperature of the meat was barely warm. This was all I could get through before throwing it away. I gave two stars because the fries were hot and had the right amount of salt.

Last night, I visited Whataburger before my night shift and ordered a BLT with no mayo and mustard, but it came with mayo. Unfortunately, I couldn’t return it in time, so I decided to come back the next night. When I returned, Jesus was the one handling my order. He remade my sandwich, but instead of throwing away the chili fries that had been sitting out, he reheated them and included them in the fixed order. This led to me biting into stale fries and finding meat that had been out all night. It was a disappointing experience, especially since I initially thought their service was great for fixing my order. I would rate this experience as 0 stars.
I'm very disappointed because yesterday I ordered a #13 meal I Pacifically said NO salt on my fries spicy ketchup and gravy and a sprite for the drink. Now I was on my way to work so I go my food and was driving down the street when I started eating fries and noticed it had salt then I noticed no ketchup then the gravy was cold like it's been in the refrigerator and on top of it all the chicken strips were old. Please do better this was very Acceptable
Typically good service but today took 30 mins to get my order. I had to go up to the counter multiple times. Nobody seemed to know the issue with my order. I asked to speak with manager. He then gave me food that was sitting there for who knows for how long. All I wanted was an explanation and an apology. I refused the food and just asked for my refund. As I was getting my refund I finally got the apology I was waiting for. Sadly had to ask for my refund to get the apology. Terrible experience, wouldn’t want to come back after that. UnSympathetic.
I ordered online and they use a 3rd party delivery called Favor that I was not aware of. I spent over $50 and my food was never delivered! The manager said “yea, they’ve been scamming people.” And would not remake my food or give me a refund! They knowingly use Favor known for stealing and refuse to acknowledge that WHAT-A-BURGER is liable! The worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered!
A few months back I had a minor issue where I only received part of my order. No big deal, contacted the corporate line and explained the situation, specifically mentioning the good service and understanding that they were busy, basically just wanting a voucher or refund for the food I had missed. Instead I got a tone-deaf response from some alleged general or district manager and some reassurances that they probably reprimanded some poor overworked cashier and didn't offer any refund for the food I paid for and never received. Oh well, hopefully that management is no longer there cause if so they were pretty dense.
Waited in curbside pick up for over 20 minutes. I finally went inside and asked about my order in which they claimed “It didn’t pop up on the screen” yet somehow they had my drink ready on the counter and my food already in the bag. I was on my lunch break so I had hardly any time to eat. They could have at least offered something for customer satisfaction but all they did was say it wasn’t their fault. 1 star because at least the food was good
To start I only went to whataburger because only three vehicles in line . We ordered 2 hamburger meals and waited over 30 minutes to get our food . They were not very friendly. I asked after they handed me my bag and drinks just to make sure I had my order and they closed the window. I checked real fast and left. Did not get my receipt. I have tried them in the past and they are not the same since being bought out. Just disappointing. Whataburger use to be so good.
"Nomas quieren comida gratis" is what the cook said, when I didn't get my complete order. I dont want free food just want what I paid for. If you can't count how many burgers you made for the order then you need to find something else you can do.
After waiting a long time in line i get to the window and the young female employee with caked up makeup and glasses wants to be rude. I repeatedly keep asking for things as they are missing in my order and she wants to get an attitude for not placing my order correctly in the first place.
One of the worst Whataburgers in the area. They have messed up the last three orders I placed even though it was correct on the receipt. The management has no clue how to deal with customer service issues, they are either clueless or simply do not care. Go to Freddy's just down the street. Freddy's is customer service driven.
Went here an hour ago to pickup an online order through the drive thru thinking that would make it quicker. Wrong. Sat behind 2 cars for like 10-15 minutes and then they bring out mine while I’m still stuck behind 1 car, which lasted another 10 minutes so I call and ask them to move the car in front of me so I can get home before the rain starts as it was already sprinkling. They then finally bring out the car in front of me’s food and I get home and they didn’t even put picante sauce or salsa in the bag. This place always takes forever. Go somewhere else 👎🏼
Just spent 23 minutes trapped in the drive thru. Tried to get out, but both lanes are blocked after ordering so there's no where to go. Typical of drive thrus these days. Not only will I never go back, I hope whoever was responsible for the drive thru turned parking lot is cursed with ever present mouth herpes.
The absolute only reason I gave 1 star was because I had to….. We ordered our food at @12am give or take a couple minutes at the drive through got to the window at 12:25 or so paid for the food and it was only 6 taquitos and then at 12:35is a lady came and ask us what we ordered SERIOUSLY 😒. At 12:47am we finally received our food. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. When we ask for the district manager phone number apparently nobody has it. This was 11/19/2023 . Please keep in mind the unprofessional management on duty never 1 time did a manger come to the window and say a word as they did walk by it a couple times along with other employees. I will NEVER return and I hope all the other people behind me that were setting there doesn’t either. Then to top it off we didn’t receive everything we ask for absolutely horrible experience.
Their to-go service is extremely dysfunctional. Ordered via mobile 25 mins ahead (not ASAP)... STILL a 25+ minute wait; they marked my order as complete 7-10 minutes before it was delivered; I fixed my own drinks for the curbside order, and the manager offered only excuses. And of course, the food is no longer hot.
Went to get lunch for me and my kids and got home to find out that they didn't put my daughters Chicken strips in the box. She was craving for chicken strip. I called the store and they wanted me to drive back to the store to pick them up. So now they want me to waste gas and drive 10 miles to get them. I wish gas was free. This shouldn't happen in the first place.
Two burgers from our order were wrong, and another was cold! When letting them know the girl working at the register acts rude about it! Never had a problem here before. The only saving Grace was James, as he came directly to us after the fact and was very kind and tried to apologize for their actions. This establishment is lucky to have James working there!
I'm a delivery driver. Guy at the counter tells me I have to fill out a sheet before picking up an Uber order then walks off. I check the clipboard. No pen. I'm on a clock to get other orders delivered. This is the only Whataburger out of DOZENS I have picked up from that has asked me to do this. Doing this to drivers does NOTHING if the customer does not get the order. It slows the pickup and delivery of orders. Follow the claims process like everyone else if you have delivery issues, Whataburger. I cancelled the pickup and walked out. I don't have time to wait and many Whataburger locations make me wait for extended periods of time. This is bad for drivers and the customers who wait on the orders.
Horrible experience! It took me 30 minutes to get my food and that's because I went to the counter and ask them how much longer. When I received the food IT WAS COLD AND WRONG ! Send it back and still took them 15 more minutes to get it back!! Unacceptable! If you want to prioritize the Door dash and drive thru then should have at least 3 cookers at least. 1 specific for driver thru, 1 for online orders and 1 for main dinner. PEOPLE THAT CAME AFTER ME, LEFT BEFORE ME!!! I didn't treat or even disrespect anyone in order for me to get that bad service. NEVER AGAIN!
Goto a taco truck. Better food better service. Placed an online order. Arrived 10 minutes after pickup time. Was told they would check into it. Waited 20 minutes for rush to die down and my order was packed and ready before I got there. Wasn’t even correct. Pasadena has better options.
Been at whataburger for 30 minutes. Apparently I'm still waiting on biscuits honey butter chicken biscuits. I asked to pull forward requesting sauce that I never got. Will but be coming back
Came in to pick up my order and as I was waiting I noticed that the team members was sliding buns across the steal stables ..why not just put them on paper I would think that’s not sanitary given that people are eating this …how often do you clean the surface ..yeah hard pass for me

I made a order 30 minutes before receiving my food I made the order online and I was at the location within 5 min of paying for my order I sat in line for 25 minutes for a one burger and a 9 piece wing they made me wait and they were still giving other people food who ordered in line I was extremely disappointed for the FAST FOOD experience the food was hot and good but those people just talk in not a respectful manner at all I wish I could say more but thats all for now
Guy cleaning stops cleaning to attend the register that I’m at thinking he’s gonna help me so I tell him I’m there for an order then says okay and points to the guy behind me saying he’ll take his order then, but he didn’t tell anyone else I was there for an order and that guy he wanted to help was his buddy. So I wait for 15 minutes and guys buddy gets his food and leaves so then I ask the manager and it’s been sitting there. Told the manager it was messed up guy didn’t really help me he just wanted to help his friend order and he didn’t really take the complaint he just says he’s a hard worker. Not really.
Stood in line for 10 minutes with no service. No one else was in line. Staff new we were there. Did not acknowledge us or take our order. We left and went some where else.
Manger Samantha was very rude when trying to explain a mix up with an online order. The first thing she did when we first started talking was roll her eyes and when was asked why she was rolling her eyes she proceeded to say “I’m not rolling my eyes” while rolling her eyes.. Manger Samatha Levy rudely rolled her eyes 3 times when talking to a customer.
Went through the drive through , was super dead when we got there but it still took forever for them to hand out our food. One of our burgers was missing , took a while for an employee to notice we were still at the window, then took them forever to bring it and when they did it was the wrong burger but the employee disappeared literally as soon as he let go of it. Dug out our receipt to find they'd rang us up wrong but didn't want to hang around at the window waiting for someone to come back again to fix it. I don't know if they're understaffed or just hate their jobs but I would go elsewhere for dinner.
Should've been an easy order. 2 burgers and 2 apple pies. Guy comes out with a big plastic bag with 2 paper bags inside. Both burgers in one paper bag and 4 packets of ketchup in the other. Apple pies? Nowhere to be found. Called restaurant and all they could offer was an apology and asked me to go back to either pick up the Apple pies or get a refund. Unacceptable service
well firstly the food took almost 30 mins with only 1 car in front of me, half of it was wrong, i went in and nicely asked the cashier for a refund since at this point it was so late and we never even took a bite or sip of any of the order. the manager then came and said she would only get a partial refund for me. which my response was (again) nicely that it seemed unfair for me to bring my family only 1 meal back home while 2 other people were hungry …since the other items were made correct ( i ordered 3 meals 1 milk shake and 1 small fry… 2 of the meals were incorrect) in response she said (with attitude) that i should have just asked for the incorrect ones to be remade so i told her that didnt seem like a good option since it was already past midnight and it initially took 30 mins for the order and she looked up at me with a very rude expression and said bluntly “it did not i was back there making it” ( i have proof i was there for 36 mins in total from 12:11 am until 12:47 am) she finally obliged to giving me a full refund as requested ( AGAIN NOT A SINGLE BITE OR SIP WAS HAD OF ANYTHING) but made it a point to remind me that they will not refund me a full order of that quantity again ( $38.16) The whole experience from the wait time, the multiple incorrect orders and the unfriendly/ egotistical manger left a bad taste in my mouth from what used to be one of my fav childhood spots. and this is coming from someone who was a server lead in a very ritzy part of Houston for 2 years.
I was very disappointed with my visit today. First off, the girl taking my order seemed like she hates her job. She was speaking in such an off putting tone. I asked for a sweet and spicy bacon burger with no american cheese and just monterrey jack (because i dont like american cheese) and i got charged for a monterrey jack cheese, so i got two MJ cheeses and one american. and also, i asked for a side of ranch and a side of creamy pepper sauce and she rang in picante sauce, which i get it, she probably didnt hear me properly but because it was 11:40pm and i ordered a breakfast item, i was asked to pull forward and i said “okay im sorry but could i get a side of creamy pepper sauce too” and i had 50 cents in my hand to give to her, and she looked at me confused, like genuinely confused…? anyway i gave her the 50 cents and pulled forward to where she told me. then 10 minutes later i get my food and I ask “is the creamy pepper in here” and she looks at me, not angry but more annoyed and says “yes it’s in there” so i trust her and pull out of the drive thru. i get home and the creamy pepper is in the bag but not the ranch… so that definitely was the cherry on top of a bad experience here. in the receipt, it says her name is Anna so maybe Anna was having a bad day, which i get it because i worked at a different whataburger for almost 5 years and even if i was having a bad day, I would never give that level of unprofessionalism. Even now as a customer, and if I’m having the worst day of my life, I wouldn’t be as off putting as she was.
The set up is ridiculous. We only order onion rings and a drink. They tell us to go to lane B, the outer lane. 5 cars behind us were sent to the regular A lane. They all left. We got our order, our little order but were stuck behind a car with a larger order who had a problem and sent the girl back twice. Worst service. They could have asked that car to pull around to the front. Food was cold by the time we finally got out of there. Unacceptable.
Very expensive burger joint they are worst out of all the fast food burger palces. They basicly force you to get the combo meals the stand alone sandwich is like 2 bucks less then the combo for mediocre sized sandwiches they charge like 14 bucks for large combo and 12 bucks for just the sandwiches insane I dont know how they are still in business
Waited 30 minutes and then my meal was wrong. The bathroom was dirty. Staff were too busy playing around instead of getting the orders out.This was my first visit and last
They forget half the items you ordered pretty often
Very disappointed. Discovering the food is not fresh when you sit down to eat it at home is the worst. It's nice that you offer to replace it but who wants to leave the house after a hard day of work for something that should have been taken care of before it was handed to me? And, why can't you cut the bread in half like you're supposed to? This bread was hard and the gravy was very thick. There is no way they didn't see that when they put it in the cup.... unless they gave me a gravy that had been sitting there for a while.??
Night shift drive thru never fails to be the slowest and most horrible service
They got our order wrong 2 times and the girl with the red hair and piercings at night ALWAYS has a nasty attitude. I will not come here again. I don’t understand what is so hard about reading the receipts
I do think they need a better organizational skills, because after all the mix ups it was just frustrating. We began ordering our stuff at the speaker box but later an associate comes, and interrupts our order so that she can take it down on the tablet instead. Not only did she get the order wring but we had informed her prior it would be separate orders and begins to charge us all together. Then when we got our orders we were missing items and were charged wrong. It was just confusing, frustrating trying to speak and getting it fixed with the staff, and all through out frustrating
Ordered a meal online, I get to the window and the girl at the cash register whit pink hair didn’t get her name, asked me what I ordered I tell what I ordered then they start looking for the order I tell them I ordered in the app the girls attitude changes she goes your supposed to notify me if you order online I said you asked me what I ordered I told you what the order was,so after handing me the order whit the receipt she was so bothered and angry that she forgot to read it she says did it come whit a soda I see yes a large coke no ice she then goes to get it and before handing it to me whit the window half closed she says can I see your receipt to se before I hand you the drink I have to make sure you purchased it whit a drink so I take the receipt off the bag hand it to her she read it hands me the drink all that just to pick up a order if she was that angry how do I know know she didn’t tamper whit my food or drink just out of spite
I have been here many times and they never fail to disappoint. The staff is always talking and messing around, meanwhile I have been waiting for my order for 15 minutes! The order wasn't even correct!
Waited in drive through for over 20 minutes just for them to tell me they couldn’t take my coupon that WHATABURGER emailed me all because I didn’t have my receipt anymore so I said forget it. Do better Whataburger.
I would leave a star for food but they sold me a burger with no meat. I guess its better than the guy who waited outside 40 mins before coming in. At least I left with bread. This location is booty they need new management.
Service is the worst, place my order and I didn't get it on time it took more than 10 minutes I have to asked the employee to check on it and they gave the hot cakes with no syrup no butter and no fork The whole point to buy breakfast from there was to avoid getting home and cook but I have to get everything else Butter, syrup and forks You all don't know how people is feeling and what is the reason to stop and get breakfast or whatever and you all get the job to be just complaining about working and not doing your job as you suppose to. You deserve less than one star but ther is no minutes one.
