Is a great place to have breakfast(especially pancakes)at any time, even though they have a good food quality, I was a bit disappointed since they don't have maple syrup.

We went for lunch. The food was very good. We ordered a sandwich and a cheek, and I highly recommend it. I didn't like the service from the staff; it took forever to serve you. In fact, if you didn't call them, you could spend three hours without anyone coming. I must emphasize that they weren't rude, but they weren't attentive at all.

For me, VIPs is currently one of the highest quality restaurant chains available. The food is more than decent and reasonably priced. Both starters are highly recommended, and the cachopo sandwich was delicious; the fried egg added a creamy texture. The cheesecake was also quite good, although I prefer it cold (it's served hot). A restaurant to keep in mind if you're in Heron City.

This is the second time I am here for breakfast and they don’t have orange juice available. Last time very dish was cold, and this time they were OK, not warm but not cold. Unfortunately I don’t think I am gonna return. The dishes were not that tasty and don’t look that much like the pictures.

The cuttlery was dirty. Like they had no clean forks. All the cuttlery in the house was smeared with the spit previous guests. Can't they afford a proper dishwasher?

I've been having breakfast at Vips with my family for years, but for the past few months, we've noticed that the pancakes are getting smaller and smaller. They're actually small. You can see the size in the photo. They're not as fluffy as they used to be. My family and I were disappointed. They should let us know when they take orders that they've changed the size, so we don't get caught off guard.

Second breakfast at this VIPS. We put the first time down to an off day but unfortunately that wasn't the case. After waiting 10-15 minutes to order (not many customers there) and having to ask for our order we placed our order. After being very specific about what we wanted it was a waste of time. Might as well say bring me whatever you want because that is what you are going to receive. The concern in addition was receiving a poached egg that wasn't edible due to it being under cooked, choice a healthy breakfast and received with oil like it was sprayed on, cold, and 30-35 mins wait. Unbelievable, not sure what he enters in the tablet but it wasn't what was specifically ordered. Coffee drinks the same..... Not sure I understand how you can so much wrong while it is quiet. Good luck when it is busy

As soon as you come in this restaurant, a strong smell of sewage hits your nose. Not a great start. They changed the things around so it now takes ages to get served. They also removed the top uo drinks and took forever to get one. I ordered a cachopower, as usual, and it was the worst one I ever had. VIPS heron City is sub par. Very disappointed looks like a cash grab, given their higher prices.
