Avis sur Cocco Bar Paullo
I'm a regular here. The staff is incredibly friendly, the place is well-maintained and immaculately clean, and warm even outside. I've had their pastry chef make my cakes for several birthdays, and well, the photos speak for themselves! Prices are absolutely reasonable, quality is guaranteed—in short, always a guarantee!
A modern yet very welcoming atmosphere, with warm wood tones reminiscent of some mountain village eateries. The brioches are exquisite; the pastry is simply extraordinary! The cappuccino is delicious. The complimentary glass of water is an added bonus. The table number is printed on a wooden place card, which has a QR code for accessing the menu, which is even accessible via NFC, simply by tapping your phone. Brilliant!
Good food
Very good very nice
Although I don't have anything to compare it to since it's the first pinsa I've ever had, I'd say it's excellent! It's a shame the toppings on one of the two we had were rather sparse, but the dough is so good and light that it wasn't a problem. The apple pie was very good, and the tiramisu was neither good nor bad. Fair prices, and the service was friendly and fast. Recommended for an evening with friends.
"2.Zero" is a restaurant located in Piazza G. Marconi in Paullo. Its mission is to offer customers original products, made using select raw materials, guaranteeing a high-quality finished product. It offers a wide range of artisanal desserts, both fresh and dry, to satisfy even the most discerning palates. The restaurant also boasts a Roman pinsa, a variety of high-quality burgers, a café for lovers of good coffee, and a cocktail bar. The indoor dining room is air-conditioned, with a few comfortable seats, including sofas, while outside there is a heated terrace. We had lunch with burgers/fries and Roman pinsa with prosciutto. Excellent and tasty products. (See photo) Good selection of beers. The review isn't entirely positive because I found the prices high. Fast service and friendly staff. Recommended. If this was helpful, follow me and leave a like! 👍🏼☺
The food is excellent, and the pinsa is absolutely delicious. I discovered it here and always eat it. The desserts are also excellent. I ordered a cake from them for a birthday, and we were all pleasantly surprised—it was delicious. The aperitivo was generous. It's not the one in the photo because I don't have any photos, but it was a mix of fried foods, cured meats, and a pinsa, definitely plenty for two. My compliments to the staff, because even when it's packed, they try not to keep customers waiting too long, and everyone is really kind. My compliments!
Pleasantly surprised. A great place to stop for breakfast, with seating inside (air-conditioned) or in the covered outdoor area (not air-conditioned). The counter invites you to eat, and the items we've tried are very good. Brioches filled to order, with a variety of fillings (cream, chocolate, Nutella, ricotta, etc.) Fast service and friendly staff.
Craving a good gourmet burger, but tired of the "traditional" ones? Well, at 2.Zero in Paullo, you can create truly amazing DIY Gourmet Hamburgers! 🤩 Just choose the type of bread, the cut of meat, the toppings and sauces, and tadaaa, there you have it, your super burger! 😝 I decided to build it this way: charcoal brown bread, 200g Angus burger, tomato, lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and mango-habanero sauce. 🔥 The sauce was truly exquisite, sweet yet spicy, and it paired perfectly with the sweetness of the meat and Parmesan cheese. In short, it was truly a mouth-watering sandwich! 🤤 Have you ever heard of gourmet tramezzoni? These are huge sandwiches made with their pinsa dough, simply unique and delicious! 🤩 I had their Jaen tramezzone: grilled chicken, salsa rosa, olive pâté, lettuce, crispy onion, and buffalo mozzarella. 🤤 Truly fabulous! The dough was just the right amount of crunch, and the different ingredients paired perfectly! 😋 For fried chicken lovers, they also have a fried version of this tramezzone! 🔥 You absolutely have to try this delicacy! 😍
It's not the first time I go and like every time I'm always satisfied. Pinsa Gourmet very good as well as the vegetarian one. Very interesting the possibility of assembling the sandwiches to your liking, choosing the type of bread and all the ingredients to add. In my opinion their strong point are the desserts... VERY GOOD!!! Very welcoming and helpful staff! Fair price!!! Must try
Saturday for lunch we went to @2.zero_paullo in the center of Paullo (MI), in the south-east Hinterland. The place is a bar, a lounge pub in the evening but you can eat different things, meat pinse and obviously hamburgers. The real cool thing is the possibility of customizing the sandwich to the customer's choice, among the various options we wanted this sberletta with Angus 200g, bun Nero, bacon, cheddar, scamorza and mayo 2.zero (made by them). Eating it was really porky as in the photo, the flavors blended perfectly together and then boy what a mountain of potatoes! A wonderful discovery for us who would like to try all the possible combinations 🤤🍔 The only flaw I had asked for a coke that I had to ask for at the end of the meal after the burger was finished due to an oversight by the staff but nothing serious I'm more than sure it was a coincidence.
This isn't my first time here. Their signature dish is the pinsa, probably not the best I've ever had, but absolutely delicious! Crispy and fragrant, with excellent ingredients. Prices are a bit high compared to regular pizza, but in line with other pinsa restaurants in the area, so it's okay! I really appreciated being able to book through The Fork and therefore be sure of a seat. The place is quite spacious and the atmosphere is pleasant. They have a wide variety of desserts, among which I really enjoyed the vegan cake (for those of us who are lactose intolerant, like me).
Very good pinsas, although a bit expensive. Nice paper placemats. Microfiltered water (I assume, since it's not written anywhere but it arrived in an open glass jug) at 1.50 Euros per liter! Cheesecake acceptable but a bit sad served in a plastic container. Slow service (more than 30 min.) but friendly. There is no name of the place on any object, as if it were borrowed. Can be improved.
The blonde waitress was unfriendly, never once cracking a smile. When asked for more information about the non-alcoholic cocktails, as listed on the menu, she responded hastily and incomprehensibly, almost as if the customer had to guess the answers. It's a real shame, because the food is excellent; however, working so closely with the public, a more welcoming attitude would really make a difference.
