First Cup is a great new spot in Pearland! The space is huge and inviting, and we love that they have a drive-thru. My favorite drink that I have tried so far would be the Eggnog Latte. They have lots of syrup options, including several that are made in-house. They also have a large bakery selection. We are so excited for this new addition to the Pearland community!
First Cup is like no other coffee shop in the Houston metropolitan area. Outstanding service and if you have children there is a play room just for them. Very spacious and homely environment to study or just read. If you need an office they have it for a very reasonable rental price. My experience with customer service and the quality of coffee has been outstanding. I highly recommend this coffee shop in the East Pearland area.
Today was my first time, and I promise it won't be my last. I can vouch for the excellent coffee, because I was born in a coffee-growing country. I already want to go back.
If you're looking for a place to study, work from, hangout or simply just enjoy a cup of coffee, this is the place to go. I'm so glad that I found this place. They have great buttery flavored croissants. Their coffe is not your regular Starbucks. The atmosphere is my favorite. Here, I get to work comfortably. Their private rooms are super convenient and affordable to book for a few hours, half day or whole day. I'm so glad I found this gem. Recommend this place over and over.
Ladies were very sweet and had good recommendations on new coffees to try than than the usual ones we get. Also very clean and quiet. I enjoy that you have a children’s area to play in as well.
A great place to go hang and work! They have private offices, a kids room and a conference room as well. More than anything else awesome drinks and delicious pastries/cookies! You can come in or go through the drive thru or subscribe online and you will receive excellent customer service! They also brew their own coffee! Got to check them out! You will love the atmosphere!
First Cup Coffee is a very nice coffee spot. The servers were nice and attentive. We received our order in a short time as well. We will be back.
Big coffee place. Good place to chill and to do some work here. They have a bunch of choices on their menu for coffee and even have kid friendly choices. I tried the shaken Ube and it was good ! It is a strong coffee flavor after the Ube flavoring is finished, needs more! They even have a bunch of pastries from empanadas to muffins and danishes. They even have a drive thru!
Vibe- This is a fairly new coffee shop in Pearland! There’s some seating outside and A LOT of seating options inside! They also have a drive thru. There’s some office spaces that you can rent as well. This would definitely be a perfect spot to come to if you’re wanting to study or get some work done. Customer service- Good! Food/drinks- I got a hot matcha latte with oatmilk and it was good. Parking- There’s a good amount of spaces.
Checked this out today with my husband for a little working coffee date. What a fantastic spot!!!! Everyone was so kind. The pecan roll was delightful and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the watermelon redbull refresher. There is so much comfortable seating, with a kids area in a separate area, great for mommy coffee dates. Lots of private office space available too! Can't wait to come back
The blueberry latte was a perfect balance of rich espresso and creamy sweetness, with just the right hint of blueberry to make each sip feel indulgent. The fruity notes complemented the coffee beautifully without overpowering it, creating a smooth and well-rounded flavor. Definitely a must-try for anyone looking for a unique and delicious twist on their usual latte!
I’ve been coming here with my husband close to the time First Cup opened. It’s such a relaxing place and you might think otherwise with how many people come here, but it really is. The music played adds to it. Then of course there’s the variety of drinks and other treats you can get. Bigger than the typical choices you have at most coffee shops. Everything is tasty too. Definitely a place to visit if you live around town or when you’re in town.
If you haven’t been to First Cup Coffee Co., you are seriously missing out! It’s not just another coffee shop. They roast their coffee in house. You can actually watch them roasting. As a result, their coffee and coffee-blended drinks are fresh, aromatic and missing that bitterness found in a lot of coffee shops (sorry, Starbuck’s). In addition to the one-of-a-kind coffee they serve, you can buy multiple different roasts on-site or online to enjoy at home. They have incredible pastries. You can rent offices and conference rooms, and they have an incredible play area for kids. Their atmosphere is as well blended as their coffee. It’s luxury, comfort and serenity. Stop waiting for your burned coffee at a sticky bar in a tiny shop. Check out First Cup today. It’s not just a coffee shop nits a coffee experience!
The coffee is great and this is the biggest coffee shop in the area with the most seating! It’s the go to spot to meet with someone in a great environment for conversation and coffee!
Absolutely wonderful coffee and amazing ambience! The owners ensured there were multiple spaces both public and private to conduct business. I loved having room to spread all my documents and work items without worrying about lack of space for others. There is a cool bar overlooking a glass-enclosed roasting area. Meanwhile, the his/hers separated bathrooms were kept clean-a huge bonus over shared bathroom spaces! Last, my daughters adore the shop and coffee! Keep up the great work First Cup Coffee Co!
First cup is such a great place to study, do some work or just to relax alone or with friends. They have an enclosed area for kids to play and office pods you can rent. They're coffee is delicious and the food is great!
What a coincidence that led me to this outstanding coffee shop! It took me less than an hour to love everything about this place, starting from the astonishing coffee fragrance that welcomed me at the entrance to the friendly staff and amazing decorations 🤩. First Cup is a new brand in the coffee world and I believe that it will be well-known in no time 👍🏻. I enjoyed their Chai-latte and the spinach-egg empanada 😋. Also what makes me happy is that they open till 10pm (Mon-Thu) & till 11pm (Fri-Sat) 🎉🎊. Highly recommended for coffee-lovers, students & workaholics who can enjoy their 4 meeting rooms 😉.
Continuing my explore through Friendswood and Pearland, I come across a coffee shop called First Cup. It was very much off my radar because my default was another well established coffee roaster in Pearland. But these guys are roasters too. And the coffee is good. A lot of times I have joked in the past that the better the graphics of the coffee bags and the T-shirts , more “iffy” the coffee may be. But in this case, I’m pleased to advise that their merchandise and their coffee get a thumbs up from me. Recommended. I tried a pour over, and also an Americano. And enjoyed both very much. It is a large venue and very popular. And they have a private room or teo for business work, you need to do something with your laptop and another private room with toys for kids to play. All in all a very impressive operation and I shall be back. They have checked all of the boxes of what a coffee shop in 2025 can be.
First Cup in Pearland is a total find. Whether you are there for the yummy coffee and tea or a bite to eat, everything is on point. They have a great selection for breakfast, snacks, or a lite lunch that actually tastes fresh and flavorful. The environment is what really sets it apart: Seating for every vibe: Incredibly cozy with sofas for relaxing, plus plenty of desks and tables if you're in work mode. Work-friendly: They even have rentable small office areas with a desk and chairs, which is such a smart touch for anyone needing a private workspace. Comfort factor: I’ve actually stayed for hours and felt totally comfortable and at home. It is the perfect spot to settle in, get some work done, and enjoy a great cup of coffee. 5 stars.
Better than Starbucks! Stop randomly to check this place out and wasn't disappointed. Very clean inside and out, great selection, fresh pastries (empanadas are on the menu y'all), and a welcoming staff ready to help. Decor is amazing, no other coffee shop looks like this on the inside. There are offices and a conference room to book for meetings (nice touch). Ordered a mocha and it was perfect. Shout to the morning staff for making my first visit a great experience. I will be back for sure; give this place a try.
This is our to go place for coffee. They have a great size menu for coffee as well as pastries and small bites, offer breakfast sandwiches. If your looking to work they have plenty of spaces with offices you can make reservations, they also have a large room for meetings, please scan the QR code in pics for more details. They also have a children’s playroom with table seating right outside the door for convenience. Staff is very friendly and fast service. There is plenty of parking they also have a drive thru
Awesome cafe location. It’s a great place to hangout by yourself, with a group of people, and to even bring your kids. They have a kid’s playroom, which is really nice. I do wish they supplied for toys for the playroom, but it’s not a deal breaker. The employees are friendly and they usually offer consistently made drinks. They offer a wide variety of different drinks. I rarely like to try new things- but my favorite so far is the Pineapple Coconut refresher. I love that they add new things to the menu. There really isn’t anything I’ve tried that I didn’t like. It’s sooooo good!
This such a nice coffee shop. Starbucks who? They have delicious food/snack options and the coffee is so rich! This coffee is shop is decorated in a farmhouse/shabby chic’/vintage style and it really is charming! They have lots of space to spread out. There are social seats, more secluded seats (for working/studying), office rentals, and regular tables. If you haven’t tried this wonderful little coffee shop out— you need to! Prices are affordable, location is easily accessible, staff friendly, and drinks/food delicious! Follow me on social media @sc_crew_family
This was my first time trying First Cup Coffe Co. and I can say confidently it won't be my last! The atmosphere gives a modern-rustic vibe that's like no other. The bakery and drink options were great, and super delicious! I asked for the bacon and egg empanada and was given the ham and egg instead, which was okay because it was still delicious. Truly awesome experience, can't wait to go back!
Soft opening November 28. I actually walked into this place about a month ago thinking it was open and met one of the owners(Chad). Saw the same owner today and was welcomed by him and the head roaster. Very big space inside with plenty of comfortable seating. Also has seating outside and a drive thru. Ordered a coffee americano and an apple pie and I'm happy to report that both were exceptional. This will be my new go-to place for coffee and dessert.
Inviting space! Love the whole vibe, decor on brand yet not like the average coffee spot. Open, relaxing, private rooms available, space for kids, well thought out! Coffee & pastries as it should be for a specialty shop. REALLY good, nice variety!
This has become my literal new favourite coffee shop in the Pearland area!! Parking is great, there is a drive thru, the wifi is good, the sitting area is very spacious, and some people can even reserve a room for business meetings or other meet-ups. There are also food being sold, I only tried the beef empanada, and it was so delicious! I’d recommend that if you get hungry. There is a decent amount of coffee selections, but not too much in terms of milk substitutes (When I went I only saw Whole milk and Oat milk). The place is beautifully decorated, and there is plenty of good seating and a nice environment for everyone to enjoy. I’d super highly recommend this place !
My new favorite! Delicious danishes, quality coffee, spacious place, nice vibes. Usually crowded with younger people studying, you’ll be sure to find good place to be relaxed. Highly recommend this place!! Also, you can get cash back through reward program.
I came here to check out the kids' area since I have kids and am always looking for place to take them. They have a room for kids with toys and a TV so your kids can be kind of loud comfortably. I just wished they had one or two adult table in here, which would easily fit so that I don't have to be outside while my kids are in the kids room. The pastries were good.

Out of stater here! I was in Houston for a doctor's follow-up and I love staying in Pearland. I tried this local coffee shop and I have no regrets! Food is great and the service is the best I've ever had at a coffee shop. They gave me options and took into account my being lactose intolerant and even remade my drink! So sweet! The coffee is delicious and you can taste the difference. Will definitely be going back every chance I get!
This place is great. The building has a cool distinct look on the outside, and inside it’s exactly what a coffee shop should be. Everyone’s so friendly and warm, and the coffee’s great. I chose the boring yet delicious cappuccino, and my wife left it to the young lady behind the counter to pick for her. I should have done the same, because my wife won’t share her drink now! 🥲 I commend places like this and encourage everyone to buy their cups of coffee here ☕️ 😄 Did I mention it’s our first cup here? Will be back!
love this place and is my fav go to spot for long study sessions! i love how they open early and close late, perfect way to get a good study session in. it does get packed during the day and makes it hard for you to secure a table if you’re coming with a group, but if you are by yourself there are plenty of places for you to sit at. the drinks are really good, especially the matcha, as well as the food!!

12-13-22: First time here and was surprised by how full the establishment was. I took a bit for my order to be made but I understand because it was busy. They do have a drive thru but it's hard to know where it is. This used to be an interior designers office (just built about 1 year or so ago) and it's huge for a coffee shop but they are making the best of it by having comfortable lounges with tables everywhere for community or individual use. Coffee was good and will need to come here a few more times to have a better feel of this place
This is an amazing coffee shop with their own roastery on the premise and merchandise. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was both iced coffee drinks didn't have enough ice and the drinks were slightly bitter. One iced latte and one iced mazapan latte. I bought a bag of whole beans that were aged in a whiskey barrel, "Buzz-Armstrong", medium roast, Guatemalan Antigua, found a roast date too, I'm in the process of drinking my first cup.....5 stars. They sell their beans by the pound, most places do 12 ounces. If you haven't tried whiskey aged coffee beans, you should....wow!
One star added exclusively for the blonde guy. This place ambushed me with colonialism. I walked in needing caffeine. I walked out spiritually clocked by a menu that reads like it was curated by a time-traveling AP U.S. History teacher with a latte machine. The Washington. The Carver. The First Park. Babe why is my coffee named after men who would NOT have let me vote. It’s giving “Founding Fathers but make it espresso.” It’s giving “Manifest Destiny, iced.” It’s giving “This roast has seen some things.” That said—plot twist—the coffee is actually good. Smooth, balanced, no weird aftertaste. I hate that I enjoyed it because now I have to reconcile liking a latte named after a historical land grab. HOWEVER. Redemption arc enters the chat: The blonde guy who took my order? Angelic. Kind. Patient. Perfect vibes. The calm eye of the storm. If colonialism had a PR rep, it would be him—but like, in a good way. Truly carrying the emotional labor of this establishment on his well-toned shoulders. Sir, if you’re reading this: you’re doing amazing. Never change. You deserve a raise and a drink named after you, preferably something neutral like The Vibes. Would I come back? Yes. Would I side-eye the menu again? Also yes. Would I trust Blonde Barista with my life? Without hesitation.
So I would give this five stars but the only thing is customer service, and when they heated up my pecan roll it was tacky and still kind of cold all of the drinks deserve five stars. But when I was waiting to order the workers were in the back near the pick up window and were making TikTok videos and doing dances! But overall really good drinks and food. Me and my friends go there all the time for study sessions!!! And we are very pick about where we study.🩵🩵🩵

I just randomly hit the drive thru bc I was in the area. I try to support local businesses when given the chance (I presume theyre local or at least small). I had the sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. Bread was a tasty brioche bun i believe. Coffee was macchiato which was also good. The only negative was the price. I paid what I normally pay for a full drive thru lunch! But good for them if they are able to get that much per visitor

Gave them a nice tip before I got my order, then waited about 10 mins at the counter and they “forgot” my order - so that was a little annoying. Coffee was about average. I ordered a Cuban and was not very impressed in taste or temperature. Staff was nice though and the areas were mostly clean but I probably will not go back for a while until they get this place more dialed in. Seemed a little disorganized and lacking of solid process and flow to ensure a great customer experience.
I have always liked this place, ambience and people are great but its become too difficult and expensive for me to go here. they charge almost a dollar extra for the sugar free syrup options. As someone with type one diabetes, this is something important to me. it doesnt seem fair or normal to charge extra for milk AND sugar free syrup options. just a warning for those wanting sugar free options. if you can afford it, go for it!

I noticed this shop about a few weeks ago and decided to give it a try. Ordered a frappe and a ham & cheese empanada. Employees were extremely nice. Frappe was good. However, empanada was BURNT. I didn't make a big deal about it because I didn't know how long they had been opened and figured maybe they just had a few hiccups that needed to be corrected. Like I said, frappe was good and that's really what mattered (to me). Decided to give them a second chance. Like I said earlier, maybe they still had some kinks to work out. Maybe they were having a bad day... we all do- right? Against my better judgment, I ordered the ham and cheese empanada AGAIN. I should've looked at it BEFORE I left. I didn't- my bad. The frappe was good and the staff was extremely nice. I know IF I do ever visit them again, I will NOT be ordering an empanada. The outside was burnt. When I pulled it apart, the ham was burnt to a crisp as was the cheese... just like last time. I guess this is their version of a ham and cheese empanada... I don't know.
My bagel was a little gross looking, but I don’t know if that’s normal or not. The strawberry matcha was quite bitter and you could see it was low quality / grade matcha with the color. It also was way too concentrated with caffeine and it gave me the jitters. It had a strong concentration of caffeine. The chocolate croissant tasted like other pastries and almost savory— must be the way they store it or toast it.
IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STAFF AND THE SHIFT MANAGER. WE GIFTED MY DAUGHTER A $30 gift card from this place. Money shows available on card but when you go to use it. ZERO. I have show them pictures evidence. They seem not to want to make this right for my daughter. She received this card in December we have been there 3x trying to get the funds posted to card correctly. Seems to get blown off and we don’t ever get a call back as we are promised every single time. So save yourself a headache. Don’t buy gift cards or make sure they add the money correctly. Cause they won’t make things right. They don’t care they took my money and my daughter is out of her gift.
I'm not sure what happened. This used to be one of my favorite coffee shops, but First Cup keeps disappointing lately. The white chocolate mocha was our go-to order, but it has tasted very bitter and off each time we have ordered it for the past few months. Secondly, the drive thru almost never gets the food order correctly. I've ordered empanadas and breakfast sandwiches on different occasions and got home and realized they were not what I ordered, which is always a bummer since I do love their food options but it's hardly ever correct. Lastly, my biggest problem I've experienced was ordering hot Chamomile tea in the drive thru when sick with a cold and the receipt said Chamomile on it, but it was instead a very cinnamon filled chia tea. For any other customer it would have been an innocent mix up but unfortunately I am extremely allergic to cinnamon (enough to carry an epipen) and this mix up could've led to a very dangerous anaphylaxis reaction if I drank more than a sip before realizing it was making my tongue itch and burn. We called the location to tell them about the incident so their tea bags were not all mixed up, and they simply responded with sorry and that they would move them away from each other but didn't offer a refund or anything which would've been nice. Because of this, I'm taking a break from First Cup until they get organized and are not experiencing so many inconsistencies. I love their Chamomile tea but have opted to ordering the brand they use from the direct seller online to avoid getting the wrong order after that scare.
