Very affordable dim sum with quick service. Stumbled upon this place on a Monday around noon and the place was packed. You pick the dim sum items from a menu and they will steam it and bring it to your table. They also have a line for take out dim sum. I enjoyed the seafood dumpling, porridge and spare ribs. Most of the food was food was pretty standard, but the chicken feet were kinda sour and the turnip cake was too dry (they only pan fried it alone, didn't add any eggs so it was tough and dry).

The red bean puff is so delicious. This is a really good dim sum place I’d highly recommend it. It is now one of my favorite places and I can’t wait to go back. The prices are also very reasonable. Best custard bun I’ve ever had. I did miss choosing the dim sum from the carts though.

A great place to feel at home and enjoy a nice meal. Everything on the menu is delicious. Ordering is easy and service is great. Very polite and courteous employees, if you’ve never had anything on the menu, you will not be disappointed in your first taste of each item you order. By the time you know it, your whole table is filled with delicious food. My family loves it here and the portions are just right to your liking. Parking is available and is public.

Ar Kai

This is a hole in the wall type of Cantonese restaurant. The food is amazing!!! I went there for dinner and all the dishes were better than expected (see my uploaded photos). It tastes better than many Chinese restaurants in the area!! Must give it a try. Quick tips: They have dim sum during lunch time and the price is very reasonable.

Stopped by around 11/1130a on the weekday for lunch. There was no line and overall not busy! They have a variety of dim sum you can buy for to-go at the front, or seats for dine-in. Everything was delicious! Favorites were: BBQ Pork Puff Pastry (I think the best one I've ever had...), Coconut Bun, Chicken Rice in lotus leaf. Can't wait to come back!

Ocean Bo has great food, from noodles to dumplings. My wife loved the aromatic tea and I liked four out of five of our orders. When we visited on Sunday the place was almost full with the lunch crowd but they sat us right away. It is definitely worth going back to try out other dishes.

the price is reasonable starting to get packed around 10 am during sunday steamed chashu bao is alright i like the bread bun one better shaomai is pretty good i like their turnip cake as well thousand years egg porridge is amazing, remember to ask for the white pepper i just dont like the taro coconut dessert

Walk in and they have their menu on the glass. Just tell them numbers and they’ll get the items for you! It’s very quick! Mandarin isn’t necessary here! Food: it’s good! If you like egg tarts, I’d recommend this spots egg tart. It’s flaky! Ask for sauce before you leave! I could’ve used an extra sauce! Price: it’s okay. It’s about the same as other places.

first time here. good food, friendly service. this place is probably more famous for their seafood. the chicken and the ribs were a little tough, but the scallops, clams, and crab were very good. so were the bean sprouts and the pepper hog maw soup, cooked perfectly. everything was very flavorful and distinct. will definitely revisit.

24 Sep 2023 But for the price, it’s not bad. Nothing fancy, but it satisfies the DimSum craving if you want a quick and inexpensive fix. My favorite was the Gao Choi or Chive dumplings. Really delish! The Hargow was decent and not over steamed. The chicken feet tasty, although a bit too soft. The Bbq pineapple bun was good, with a lot of filling, not a lot of air like some places. The two worse dishes and I would never order again: the spinach and chive dumpling…which tasted weird, and the meatball, way overcooked and very soft and chewy, like too much tapioca flour mixed in. The best thing we ordered was the eggplant and green beans because it came out freshly cooked and still hot. My first time here and I enjoyed it. Not your typical Dim Sum restaurant. Instead waiting for the carts to come around, this place is order style. Just order what like and quantity. Very cool, laid back atmosphere. Clean restaurant. Good variety of Dim Sum to choose from, as well many dishes if you prefer. Food are very good, delicious. Prices are inexpensive, good place to come if you are on a budget. Service staff are friendly and attentive. Parking might be a problem during the peak hours.

We’re always eat here if we have a chance, food is good, service is good, after we ate I went to food to go counter and ordered some dim sum but when we open the to go chicken feet theres no sauce and kind of disappointed.

They had us waiting for 20mins and when the food did come, the server had his thumb in our food. The pork had what seems to be pork hair still attached to it. All and all, it was a once in a lifetime experience because I ain't going back.

Got some dim sum to-go today since my mom stopped by the bank nearby but when we got home to eat, we found a dead fly in the chicken feet. Unfortunately, my mom already ate one of the chicken feet before we saw the fly. Had to throw the rest away and we checked all the other food just in case there were more flies or other bugs.
