Young kid attending the drive-through seemed annoyed and bothered. Steak finger combo with a vanilla shake. Asked to see the difference between a medium and a large and looked like he got pissed. The vanilla shake was melted and looked like a glass of milk.

Not terrible. The food was ok and delivered to the table warm. Cleanliness could definitely be improved. You can tell that they wipe most main areas down regularly but you don't have to even turn your head to see a neglected and nasty area hidden in plain sight. From the wall's by the tables to the lid dispenser, this entire place is over due for a spring cleaning.

After I placed my drive thru order it took 30 minutes for two steak finger baskets a chicken finger basket and a bacon burger combo how the hell you gonna say "fast food" when you've got a thirty minute wait the quality of this establishment has gone down drastically in the last couple years idk that I will be giving them further business sad to say but personally I'm tired of people doing half the job.....

Food is thrown together. Hamburger buns are cold unless they throw the whole burger in the microwave. Also cannot get cherries on their sundaes

It's hard to get a great score at a fast food place today. But even DQ used to be known for their higher quality food. The burger I had was not fresh. The buns were not heated on the grill. The onion rings were tasty but not hot. The overall service was lackluster but edible. I hope DQ reads this and realizes this customer cares. I hope they improve soon.

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!! My experience was horrible with them. First of all, it was very dirty and trash cans were full and it was only around 1 pm. Second, I had a few troubles with reading the menu as it didn't features all the items and also I didn't expect burgers with no ketchup or cheese but only mustard. I came there with my mom and sister. My mom ordered what she thought to be a chicken sandwich, but it turned out to be a beef sandwich with a weirdly made sour meat. It's called chicken fried steak but not being a Texas local it's hard to think that a sandwich will have chicken in its name but not in the sandwich. My sister ordered a taco salad, since she is a vegetarian. But since they only had meat salads she asked to just not put the meat in it. I totally understand that they're not going to give me a discount for not adding meat to a salad. But they charged me for a beverage as well, which I didn't order and they didn't let me know or I wasn't given the cup for it. And then when I asked do burgers come with meat, they told me no but we can add it and it'll only be 5 cents. 5 CENTS. So I said okay for cheese and so did my mom. Turns out it was around 60 cents per slice and for my burger since I had 2 patties they charged for 2 cheese slices without telling me. And plus, they charged me for texasized combo AND large drink which I didn't notice at first. When they gave me my receipt, it only had the price with no details. So I went back to get a detailed receipt. After that, I went back to the register minimum 3 times with all their mistakes. Turns out I paid more than $4 more from what I should. At the end I spent at least 2 hours there waiting for assistance every time, since they spoke Spanish with each other and I didn't understand them. I only gave 2 stars because I got my overpaid money but no refund or any complimentary dish.

The workers work at a snails pace. Waited 5 minutes to get help at the register just to be snarled at. Terrible service from a mundane employee below.

To friendly look I understand if you flirt at work but infront of someone’s wife is disrespectful this girl Amber or whatever her name is keeps trying to get my husbands number and or gives him it like little girl enough stop! I can’t enjoy my ice cream in peace

Very sad. They forgot our order completely, made us wait over half an hour. I had to remind them of the 3 items we'd ordered then wait another 10 minutes while the staff argued with each other about it. I'm a cheerful person, but it hurts that they didn't even care 😔

Worst fast food and Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Waited over 20 min for my food, when I asked if it was coming soon they said they didn’t have the order. Waited another 15 minutes to finally get my food. Could have gone to a sit down restaurant quicker. Multiple other people had to retell their order while I was standing there. Very unorganized and food and blizzards were not even close to as good as other Dairy Queen’s.

If we could give minus ratings we would. We arrived here 1/27 and waited app 35 minutes for 2 blizzards. Really 35 minutes! !! When I commented to the server once we got our order ( only before threatening to ask for our money back ) how poor the service was we ended up getting a back ended comment from her. Corporate should close this store or get competent staff.
