Great customer service. My coffee, teas and refreshers are always perfect.I don’t understand these people with their negative reviews. I’m sorry but if you don’t have anything nice to say just stop coming here and don’t say anything. I want to thank all the baristas for their hard work and effort. Keep up the good work and don’t take anything personal. Unfortunately there’s unhappy people that’ll try to ruin your day.
I was able to place my order and pick it up in a timely manner! The barista- cashier was very nice and friendly! My cafe americano tasted delicious ☕👍thank you!!
Very clean. Looks new. Plenty of seating inside and a large covered outdoor area with about 13 2 seater tables. Right off of Euclid. Convenient location.

Staff is very awesome very cheery in the morning they get you what you want they never mess up your order it’s one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time
My every morning go to before work... Love the drive through workers... Well most of them... Get the same thing every morning and she still manages to get my order wrong but over all I love this location

Came here with my parents and first the cashier was very nice and got our orders right and then harley was extremely sweet and kind but i didnt end up liking my drink and she offered to make me a completely new one. Starbucks you guys have two wonderful ladies on your team!!🫶

The place is great, the service is good, but inside the establishment it is always messy.
Do morning online orders and pick up in drive thru staff are always friendly and drinks are always ready and correct.

It's busy, maybe that's why it wasn't very clean in the sitting area. Staff can have a nicer attitude. I understand they are "short" staffed but still is customer service and at least a nicer attitude would change everything.
The location is in a central place in Euclid which was a good plus. Stores and food places are in good walking distance. They also have ample parking space (12 spots I think) + the sidewalk. The place itself was spacious both inside and out, relatively clean, and the ambience was good. The tables were equally spaced out and outlets were in reasonable locations and quite a lot compared to some locations. Sadly the outlets I was using were loose and hard to plug in. The music they were playing was a bit loud too for my taste (I go to coffee shops to read/study) The staff were nice, friendly, and fast moving. A solid 5/5. Overall, a good place to hang, catch up, and study (have some earbuds handy just in case it's too loud for you).

They forget everything
They always get my mobile orders incorrect. They also have not been filling my drinks up. If I'm paying five to seven dollars on a drink the least they can do is fill it to the top instead of half way, this is crazy.

Seriously, who hands out an extra hot coffee without a sleeve, I almost burned my hand. It only makes sense that if someone orders a hot coffee without, you also need a sleeve to go with the cup.

I asked one of the baristas for a straw because they were literally right next to him and of course they were behind the glass which customers can't reach over and grab and the way he responded was not only unexpected but also unnecessary. The guy said that the next time I asked for a straw that I would need to go over to the other side which was close to the exit all the way over on the other side. I thought that's no way to treat a customer but hey young people lack experience anyways.

What a pleasant afternoon I was having until Raquel/ Penelope, I don’t know her name exactly because she covered her name tag that was barely legible when asked her name, blessed me with her unpleasant hostility and I hadn’t done a thing to her. Maybe she had a bad day but she should really do better. Also the coffee was poorly made.
I tried to walk inside, but the doors were closed. The website indicates that it's open, but it seems it's drive-thru only at the moment. Just a heads up! Arrived at 10:17ap
I liked coming here in the morning with my boyfriend after dropping our daughter off at school to get our mornings started until one of the workers accused my boyfriend of stealing the drink I bought him. And she even stated that she just assumed that he was stealing it Update: Usually Starbucks is freezing… nope not the day I went (4/1/24) it was so unbelievably warm in there i couldn’t get my order fast enough cause I literally felt like I was going to pass out

I ordered a latte at another location through the drive up and on my way to work realized they made my drink with milk, when I had asked for oat milk due to my milk allergy. I stopped by this location as it was the closest and asked if they can remake my drink with oat milk. They replied no they do not do that. When I asked why, since other locations have done this before when drinks have been made wrong.. the supervisor “Mel” I believe his name is “Milton” was very loud and aggressive stating “no they do not do that at this location and if I’d like another I would need to repurchase the drink” He was very dismissive and had a very bad attitude. I will not be returning to this store. It’s very unfortunate that they have someone like that in charge of their store. He must have had a bad Christmas.
My experience at this Starbucks has been terrible. They messed up my order and refused to make it right. When I spoke to the store manager she was extremely rude and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Only Starbucks I’ve ever been to that has terrible customer service. It’s sad and pathetic. I guess this Starbucks is getting desperate to the point where they hire unqualified individuals as managers. All other Starbucks I’ve ever been to have been great. Just this one is not on par.
Today we were trying to do something nice for our Cafeteria Staff. We work at a nearby Middle School and we ordered 4 drinks for our cafeteria staff. When it arrived, it was missing a drink. When we called the store, their manager, Ocean was ridiculous. She said we could pick up our order after 12 OR THE NEXT DAY even though we ordered at 9:40 am! We stated no we need it now and are 2 minutes away. Mind you, the only reason we ordered for delivery is because we are doing state testing and we’re extremely busy. So not only did they mess up our drink order, our nice gesture to our cafeteria staff, but now a staff member had to drive to THEM to pick up the order we expected to be delivered. When we arrived, the manager Ocean blamed it on Uber Eats when the store makes and packs the drinks shut. She thought we were stupid. Then she was extremely rude to our school staff and basically said take your drink and leave. She took no accountability for their mistake and refused to comp the drink. We understand all people make mistakes, but it’s important to own up to them and make it right. I have never had a negative experience at ANY Starbucks before so I don’t understand why Ocean thinks this is okay. I will never return to this location again! Their behavior was ridiculous. It’s not about a coffee or a mistake, it is about the manager Ocean’s terrible customer service and unwillingness to to make the situation right. I would love the opportunity to speak to someone at this location. It was a very negative experience even though I’ve only had positive ones here in the past 😞
This Starbucks states that they are open until 11pm but the doors were already locked by 10:36pm. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT or LAZY EMPLOYEES? You choose, Starbucks. 👎👎👎
The service they’re OK, but I ordered a milkshake strawberry they didn’t Add lot of milk they put little bit of milk. and my Macha was very sweet and the temper was very good can you next time focus where you guys start doing because you guys can lost so much customers
Starbucks has never been so rude or as degrading as this shop here on Euclid....I have always gone into any Starbucks and got ice water cuz I love the taste of their water I was on my Nike exercising so I didn't have a wallet on me but the one male employee having never seen me before because this was my first and last visit to this location denied me water and demanded I buy something first loudly as if to shame me for asking for a water cup it was embarrassing and demeaning and I was shocked cuz I understand maybe some maybe regulars going in and always asking for a water and never buying from there but that is not the case here was again my first and last time ever entering this location I hope after reading this you will do the same ....you can do better Starbucks for real!!
Terrible I three people were making drinks and they took forever to take my order smh!!! Needs to be more organized
Horrible! Customer service at this Starbucks needs improvement. Workers here treat you like you don't matter. They ignore you and don't bother to ask if you need help with your order when they got it wrong.
Update: 10/24/25 "TATI" 👎🏽 "TATI"👎🏽 "TATI"👎🏽 Horrible attitude.(it's not my fault you made a drink wrong. It's printed on the side of the cup.) 10 people behind the counter= STILL slow, poor service. No response, no napkins out, no creamer out... ever. If you think I'm exaggerating, check the reviews for this location elsewhere. AWFUL. Even the response this franchise owner left here was just a generic response that leads to an option to order through the starbucks website:( Original review (07/17/22): It's shocking how poor the customer service is. The store is usually very messy (food on the floor, etc.) and they talk a lot, so you're drink will be shaken for too long and made of mostly ice and foam. I ended up buying another drink because the first was a cup of foam. UPDATE 01/06/25: don't know how,or why but there was piece of green onion in my caramel frap today . I have NO IDEA how , but a little chunk of green onion came up through my straw after a few sips.

Came on Christmas Day. Store hours said you closed at 530pm it’s 453pm. And you’re closed. Please do not make people drive for no reason. Respect your hours.
This Store along with it's Corp. Representatives have gone all out anti homeless anti lower class residents. For those who care about equality of all people regardless of their social status, I wouldn't recommend it.

I been going to Starbucks since they opened. Today, I decided to go to get three drinks! They have no flavor watering!
One of the workers named Alexis is just so rude.. I was at the window with the nicest manners possible and she just comes off with snarky remarks.. not good customer service at all on her part.. and she didn't even blend my drink properly leaving matcha powder still inside..
Today October 3rd at 6:35 pm the guy who was the cashier gave us an attitude when he told us we couldn’t do the Pumpkin spice order on the pumpkin we brought, so I sad that I was fine we were gonna order our drinks either way… but he gave us an attitude when one of my friends was paying So I told him we weren’t gonna pay because we didn’t like his attitude he reply back saying “Order Faster Next time” POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, NEVER COME HERE GUYS!

This place is so unorganized placed my Mobil order at 845m said it was ready went for my order and I still didn’t get it till 947 it’s ridiculous and the girl was so rude when I was trying to get refunded they are so understaff if there really that busy I never exprienced this at any Starbucks I would never recommend this place
