This restaurant is fantastic. My platter was both enormous and delicious. I highly recommend trying the crispy fried pork. The sausage and steak were also very good.

The food is always fresh and tasty! Sometimes there is a languge barrier when trying to order over the phone but thats not even a big deal especially when they are happy to fix it for you. I definitely recommend this place to everyone! Great for the family!

The Ecuadorean food is really good, almost like eating in Ecuador. But because of the high demand they lost the customer service skills and the cleanest of the place. I ask to replace french fries for tostones and they told me NO impossible!!! Why??? Is a restaurant where is the satisfaction??? And they don’t clean!!!!!!

Walking into the door of this cozy restaurant with my brother was like walking into our childhoods. As though our dad had served us the usual amount of food, basically more than we could ever handle. It's not fancy or overdone, it's authentic and delicious.

They take super duper long to give food. Whats the point of waiting for a take out order for more than 1 hour just for a meal. The food was ok They gives soup for most of the meals. All over its a OK experience

I was so excited to revisit this Ecuadorian gem after being away from town for four years, especially for a lunch date with my daughter. Sadly, the experience was incredibly disappointing. From the start, the service was subpar. We were seated at a table that hadn't been cleaned, and when I pointed it out, the waitress initially tried to wipe it down with a dirty, smelly cloth. I had to ask for a clean one. While she did take our order and bring our food in a timely manner, the attentiveness ended there. When my daughter dropped her utensils, it took a frustrating 15 minutes to get a spoon, with no apology or acknowledgement of the delay. Similarly, getting extra napkins was a long wait. The food itself was also disappointing. The soup was overly salty, making it inedible for my toddler. I ended up leaving most of my meal. Seeking to speak with the manager, I instead found a supervisor who offered a dismissive "Oh, okay" without any attempt to address the issues. The atmosphere was chaotic, with tables uncleared, food on the floor, and staff shouting at each other. It's heartbreaking to see such a beautiful place fall into such disarray. Overall, it was a truly unpleasant experience."

Went to check out restaurant today, from a co worker recommendation. The two ladies working there didn’t greet me while looking at the menu or acknowledge me asking me if I would like to order. I don’t want to say because I am African American… so I’ll stick with didn’t speak English. However I will not be returning ever.

I can to order a pickup and they say 15 minutes, when I get there they say that they my food until an hour. I come back in a hour and they tell me that they have my food to some other people. Then they have the nerve to say that I should’ve been quicker.
