The food is amazing. Full of flavor and a great variety of choices. Pretty big portions and great service. It will be one of our favorite spots from now on.

I went there with some friends to got boba after school. I was unaware of the no card rule and thought I had brought cash. I only had a $1, my friend let me borrow the rest. The lady at the counter said we were still 96 cents short. We were asking my other friends for a dollar, the young lady said “ don’t worry about it, I got it.” Thank you so much l! Bangkok City is an amazing place!

Absolutely delicious. I have ordered delivery a few times, but this was the first time dining in. Even my hubby, who is adverse to trying new things and that might be spicy, liked it!

This is not only one of the best Thai food spots around its arguably the best restaurant in the area! The great food and cocktails (even the virgin ones) are some of the best you'll have anywhere. They have an amazing happy hour too from 5-7pm

Yummy food with a wonderful lunch specials! Location is casual with very cool decor. I highly recommend the Pineapple Curry with shrimp & the Pineapple fried rice with chicken.

The food was absolutely delicious. I had the house dumplings, pad se-you, and the Thai chicken wings. The spice level in all dishes was well balanced. And the Thai iced tea was 💯. Also, the wait staff & owners were incredibly friendly and attentive. It was a short drive from my Riverdale apartment. Will definitely be back.

This is very reliable and tasty Thai fair. The owners are sweethearts. They made it through the pandemic because the foods excellent and the community upholds them. Great place for a date, or for a small family dinner. My wife says the drinks are awesome 😉

We tried this place out recently after a change in management are wow are we glad we did. We dined in and had a fantastic experience. Food was delicious, service was great, and price was reasonable for everything. We will be back soon.

What an amazing first time it was coming to this Thai restaurant, the flavors, the service, the atmosphere was incredible. I highly recommend this restaurant. The only trouble is the parking, you will have to circle around. But so worth it. I will be back.

You'll be hard-pressed to find a better Thai restaurant for the money in Westchester County. Great service, funky atmosphere. I'm 42 and a product of the grunge rock Era. I love a cool restaurant that isn't trying too hard to be chic. I ordered the pad Thai because I'm trying not to eat anything too spicy right now and it was just perfect. I've NEVER had a bad meal here. The Mai Tai was excellent. I would have tried the whole cocktail menu but alas, I had to drive. Go here and take your girlfriend or boyfriend! You'll feel right at home. 5 stars.

The food was great. We got a thai fried rice and a drunken noodle lunch special and it was really worth it. A mistake was made during the lunch but was easily corrected, and restaurant staff was helpful and friendly. Had two mixed berry mojito and they were great too. Would definitely recommend!

We have become regulars at this place and each visit whether for dinner, lunch, or just drinks have been excellent experiences. The food, cocktails, service, and ambience are top notch. I found you guys on Uber Eats and decided to try it. 10/10 for sure!!! We have the Brazino fillet in lime sauce, fried calamari, curry puff, wings zabb and drunken noodles! Everything so so fresh and delicious. The order was well secured, nothing spilled over! I cant wait to return.

I have been eating here now almost weekly and I had to leave a review- I have been to Thailand 3 times and eating at Bangkok City takes me right back there. When something as simple as a salad makes me want more, that says something!! my mouth is watering as I type this! I plan on going tomorrow- I will get my regular-- and then an extra salad on the side -- dont laugh at me!! oh yes the lunch special is also a great deal-- my friends and I have a saying "Bangkok City goes my way!" I can eat there every single day!

Those berry mojitos were the perfect compliment to the tasty thai food which we love for the savory, sweet and textured experience. Lovely outdoor seating and decor and excellent service. You must try the mango sticky rice. Its sweet, salty, chewy and delicious ! ! !

Great experience with the warm staff. This place fits in perfectly with the quaint little town. Order the curry puffs along with your classic and authentic Thai dish of choice. Personally loved the pineapple fried rice along with the pad woonsen. Nice portion sizes as well. This spot would be on the regular lunch or dinner rotation.

Clean and not over crowded with seating. I had 2 items on the menu. The Sate Beef was good, but the Chicken Lettuce Wrap was the winner.

A friend and I were in the mood for Thai and we decided to try Bangkok City because I liked the way it looked. Boy was that a great idea! Its very small and intimate, but the food is outstanding, and the service is unsurpassed! We ordered the Thai Samosas and chicken wings to start. The Samosas were deep fried and came with a sauce that was delicious. The wings were also deep fried, sitting on a tamarind sauce that was a little sweet and spicy, with a small portion of cabbage drizzled with aioli. My friend ordered Bangkok Street with Musaman Curry, and I ordered the same, except with Sweet and Sour. All I can say is YUMMY!! We also shared fried banana with ice cream at the end of our meal. The service was wonderful, and attentive, as well as very nice. The one drawback is that you have to look for parking, because there is no dedicated parking area. Still, we found a spot in less then 5 minutes. If you enjoy Thai food, or want to expand your palate, Bangkok City is a wonderful place to go.

Came here on the first date with a guy. I told him I liked Thai food. The food here is decent, however it is not the classic traditional Thai food fair that I'm used to getting from other restaurants. It's more of a Thai fusion in some ways. Atmospheres simple. I don't necessarily recommend it for date nights cuz it has no romantic vibe however a bite to eat with some friends. This is the place to go.

Pleasant little spot. Food was flavorful. I prefer thinner spring rolls. Wish they had complimentary thai spices other than sriracha. Otherwise good.

Very good quality authentic Thai food under new owners. My favorite is their crispy spring rolls and Pat thai. I also had Drunken noodles, which was tasty but quite spicy 🔥 We have been dining there on a regular basis since the change of ownership. Cute & cozy atmosphere with friendly staff. They added the kids menu, which is very helpful for families with small children.

Service was good. Pad thai was OK, it tasted very sour from having too much sauce. The fried tofu was dry, the noodles didn't taste completely cooked.. some pieces were hard and dry. Not sure I would come back.

We ordered for delivery. The portion sizes were so small for the price. The food was ok. Fried calamari was hard and chewy. They gave about 10 pieces about 7 of them were edible. The large soup dumplings were ok. It came with 6 dumplings and a ton of broth. Mango sticky rice was ok. The mango was sweet. Garlic chicken was just ok.

Im downgrading it. Portions have gotten smaller while prices have gone up. The spice level is now inconsistent, even when always ordering spice level #2. The outdoor tables look nice but the sidewalk is uneven and the chairs really aren't comfortable. Service is still good for the most part.

First visit to Bangkok City. I originally stopped in for takeout; I ordered two meals one for dinner and the other for the next day’s lunch. I decided to dine, as the atmosphere seemed welcoming. I ordered Pad Thai and it was soupy, not how I am accustomed to Pad Thai. I informed the server, and was advised that there is nothing she can do. Difficult customer service, in my opinion. She didn’t even try to accommodate my request. My second meal, which was the Panang Curry was really good! Night and day in the orders. However, service is more important to me, which is why I gave it two stars. Service is about accommodating the customer. From the review below; it seems as if that is the issue with this restaurant.

Salty salty salty While dining out it seems everything is too salty these days, but even this was way too much. From the minced chicken appetizer to the Thai burrito to the pad Thai, nothing had much flavor other than too much salt. The burrito was disappointing as I expected something to make it Thai-ish, but I felt like I was eating fried salty rice. Pad Thai was 3/10 and that's being generous. The entire rest of the day I felt bloated from the salt and very much regretted eating here. While there might be SOMETHING on the menu that's palatable, eg not ridiculously salted, this experience was so poor I would not venture to try and end up regretting again. It's too bad as the service was really good and the restaurant seemed cozy enough. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I won't go back.

Take out was bad. All three orders had dry meat. Not over cooked but dry like it was not covered properly in a fridge. It was like jerky. We ordered 2 beef curry noodles dishes and 1 chicken curry. We ended up eating around the bad parts. I think they passed off this bad food bc it was take out. No way anyone would service this in person. Not cool!

I spent over 60 dollars in take out. Unfortunately, the quality of food was not authentic. I love thai food and try to get it as much as I can. This place lack taste, chicken wing taste rubbery, like Tyson frozen wings with chili sauce over it. Shrimp was the cheap frozen breaded one with sauce added. I was extremely disappointed.

Terrible Thai food! We ordered take out, and the green curry was like a watery, brothy soup, as was the red curry, which had whole peanuts floating inside that were 100% rancid. The pad thai was awful, and had a red color (did they use ketchup???). Basically any Thai restaurant the offers Japanese and Chinese food on the menu can’t be good, but we thought we would try it since we love Thai food and there are not that many options in Westchester. We won’t be returning.

I've dined in and ordered takeout multiple times from this place and always loved the food. Today I placed an order for takeout and when I got home I realized they messed up my order and I was missing what I actually ordered. I called back and the woman on the phone was not at all apologetic for their mistake. After telling her multiple times I didn't get what I ordered she said "ok bring the food back and I'll change it." Her tone was very off-putting and not kind. It was as if she was doing me a favor for their mistake. I declined, said thank you and hung up. I'll be finding a new go to Thai spot now.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I am not feeling well today and called for a delivery to my home. Whom ever answered actually tried to discourage me from ordering. He explained I would have to wait an hour and then I would be upset. I asked to speak to someone else. I was told he was to get the Manager. I held on the phone and he returned to inform me the Manager would see to it my order would not be that long. I ordered 2 items. One appetizer and one entree. I was then informed I needed to order at least 6 dollars more for delivery. I live alone as do MANY other local people in this area. I am a frequent guest who will not be back! Not until I am confident these issues are addressed and I am welcomed to spend my money at your restaurant and get what I expect.

Second time ordering from this restaurant, via grubhub. Food was disgusting. Ordered pad see ew noodles with shrimp. As soon as I opened the container I immediately smelled smoke. Looked at the food and saw burnt pieces of onion, burnt bean sprout, burnt eggs, and burnt noodles. Even the veggie spring rolls were burnt. Everything had a smokey, burnt taste. Tasted horrible. I contacted the restaurant directly to express my issues and they told me that's how they cook and to contact grubhub. Grubhub rep calls the restaurant but the restaurant refuses to issue me a refund. No worries. You just lost a customer and somewhat good ratings.

My first time ordering from this place and the food was disgusting, the spareribs has no flavor and the shrimp with scallions ginger and peppers was watery like soup. I will not be going back there neither will I recommend anyone.

Second time I ordered the from this restaurant. DATE 3/2/19. This time it was a pick up. First time it was a sit in. The dinner was a BKK rice which was suppose to be fried rice. Instead they gave her white rice mixed with the veggies and sauce. It was 9pm and closing time was 10pm. Im guessing they were to lazy to fry the rice so they made a quick plate. I got the panang curry, fried rice, and I’m not sure what noodles my family ordered, but it was all just so blegh. The curry was bland, and the tofu was cut into massive, 2 inch thick triangles. They were hard and very undercooked. The rice was bland, smelled bad, and was completely inedible besides the shrimp. Noodles had a gross smell and the (I think cabbage) in it smelled soggy and tasted nasty. Not even the pork in them was edible. Only good thing was my Thai ice tea and the pork belly. Even the pork belly was kinda dry..

1-30-24 The drunken noodles were taste-LESS and very spicy! Ugh! I first ate here (dine in) when this restaurant first opened --about 10 years ago, and the food was great then. Today, this ($22) dish had only 5 shrimp -- and they were not cleaned-deveined, and the inedible tails were still on.😖 The dish also contained a lot of fillers (huge pieces of carrots). Very disappointing. I will NOT order from here again.

Take out was horrible. Ordered drunken noodles, was the saltiest noodles I’ve ever had. Had to toss in the trash. Not sure what happened because a year ago it was delicious. But the past two times I’ve ordered were consistently bad. Quality of ingredients also deteriorated because they’re skimping on actual ingredients that make the dish, instead they’re substituting with frozen veggies and carrots. Will not order from here again.

We’ve ordered takeout here consistently for six years. This place has done nothing but decrease in quality since COVID. The food unfortunately isn’t good. The veggies are undercooked and the protein is over cooked. It’s so disappointing because there was a time when this was the go-to Thai restaurant. We’ll never go back, it’s been too many orders that are so disappointing, and expensive.

I got a sweet-and-sour chicken and I was disappointed how much chicken was there was a very little bit and it was the chicken part was good but the pineapple and the veggies in it were not very tasty at all and very gross and the only part I liked were the egg roll and the rice the salad and another level of disgusting rice It got too soggy and it's all comes in one container and very little portion I am a little bit disappointed

The worst Pad Thai I ever had in my life. So salty. Forgot to add sugar. The lime it came on the top was rotten. Spoiled my Friday evening and there is no way it is worth sseventeen dollars. Soup and Basil Fried Rice were just okay. Never will order here and threw it in the dustbin.

Yikes! The food was ordered through Grubhub at 3:15 and didn’t come until 4:40. Food is overpriced and there was a hair in my pad Thai. Called and tried to explain that my food was in edible and they refused to listen to me. See that yummy hair?

My friends and I have been coming to Bangkok City for years. We’ve always come in large groups, brought them plenty of business, and genuinely loved the food here. Unfortunately, our experience today was extremely disappointing. After finishing our meal, we didn’t leave a tip because we felt the service didn’t meet the standard we normally expect. To our shock, as we crossed the street, an employee chased after us and said, “You didn’t leave a tip,” and even asked us for one. One of our friends handed him $10, but the situation was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Tipping should be a reflection of service — not something demanded. It’s not about the money, it’s about principle. That interaction left us feeling disrespected, and sadly, after years of loyalty, we will not be returning.

My teenage daughter ordered a basic panang curry during lunch (2 PM), but was charged the full dinner price—again. This is the second time this has happened, and it's unacceptable. Shame on this business for not honoring their lunch pricing or making it clear. The food itself is average at best. I’m a regular customer and the service is usually amazing. My order was green curry with shrimp. When I opened my meal I quickly noticed that it wasn’t cooked with fresh ingredients . It almost looked like the food was reused from another meal. I called and explained what was going on. I was told that because she made it herself she knows everything was fresh and that she would not refund my money OR replace my meal. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. They know me by name, and they know how much I come in. They will NEVER have my business again!
