Honestly, I am sick and tired of coming to this location due to the fact that nobody seems to have customer service experience.I literally make my orders online, I go up to the window they don't even say hi how you doing nothing. They just give me my food, then i have to look, there's no sauces or missing food. I ask for and they literally look at me like i'm crazy.Hand me the sauce don't say have a good day.Nothing and this happens constantly. The customer service for twenty dollars an hour really needs a revamp.

Biscuits were not fresh ordered 4 Tuesday specials and the thighs had a lot of fat and skin which was disgusting and the legs had more skin than meat and very rubbery I'm better off making my own because I I know how to clean off the fat price has gone up but the quality is poor

Over priced and portions are off. I ordered a five piece tenders and asked if I could have them fresh to order, the cashier agreed and said it would be a few minutes. Received my order about a minute later, the tenders seemed like they were half sized, for the price of over $15 for 5 tenders no side or drink I was disappointed.

Came here yesterday around 6pm and was extremely disappointed. Started coming here when 4th street shut down, and I came to put in an order for a family meal. The two managers on shift, Yarizvet and Jonathan were extremely impatient, rude, and I will not be coming back to this location. Im also going to tell my family to not come to this location.

I do not go to Popeye often. I am not familiar with the process. Stopped by Popeye last night. Ordered at machine with option to pay at counter. Stood by the counter waiting for a while. Others came in after me and was waited on. No one asked if they could help me. At last someone asked. I said I was waiting for my order. They said there was no order and said I had to pay first. But no one asked for my payment.

Jayla (manager I assume in the gray) if you’re going to be extremely rude and condescending when I ask for ONE more bbq sauce, at least make sure you’re getting my order right. I got home and my sides were wrong, which was probably intentional based on your attitude from the moment you got on the drive-thru speakerphone. I also hope you’re only giving ONE sauce to EVERY customer and requiring they pay an extra 25 cents for every additional sauce. If you are only allowed to give out one free sauce, that’s fine but there’s a professional and polite way to communicate that. You definitely don’t need to be in a managerial position.

My visit this evening had to be part of a hidden camera TV show because it's has been absolutely ridiculous. Before I went to that location I called verifying that I was able to specify what I wanted in my three-piece. I clearly asked for certain pieces of meat, and they don't give it to me. When I tell them that it's a mistake, they make a whole big old deal just to fix it . And then it didn't look spicy when I verified I asked them twice if it spicy they just said yeah laughing and joking, not even caring, acting like children. I get to the car and it's mild so I called on the phone and get hung up on after saying that she knew it wasn't spicy and a long pause conveniently their phone is broken or something mind you I just called 15 minutes ago with no problem I mean it has been infuriating and uncalled for I don't think I ever want to go back up in there not even to pick up doordash Jayla? or Jada? get your crew together!

i ordered 5 spicy tenders. foolishly i didn’t look and trusted them that they got my order correct. when i got home i not only did NOT get my spicy tenders i got this unappetizing three not even five. pieces of chicken. what the hell popeyes. folks check ur boxes before you get take out.

Update: Not sure if they read the reviews here, but I see improvements in the service. Now I feel they care for and pay attention to us. ‐-------------------------- Worst service. Never call to pickup even we sit right before the counter. The order is ready but keeps ignore us when being asked. Employee was unaware of the promotion like Tuesday Special until being explained. Often missing items in order, e.g. all tenders in my combo, did not provide sporks or spoons until being asked after waiting for them in 10 minutes. Item size is another issue. Some tenders and wings are much smaller than others.

The place is nice and clean inside, even if the employees are irritable. The big problem I have is the food, almost all breading and no meat. I got horrible food posioning after eating here. Look closely at the picture, you can see there's no meat, it's all greasy stomach hurting breading.

After waiting in a drive-thru line for 40 minutes, being told that they are out of several items, and waiting ten more minutes after you order, the last thing you want to hear is it’s .50 cent for Megan the Stallions hot sauce. They should be offering something complimentary. The hot sauce is the cheapest thing on the menu….. start offering a drink or something. Time is money.

I was expecting something life changing. I got exactly what Popeye's has to offer and it wasn't life changing. They took forever to even take our order. We literally just stood there for 10 mins before they acknowledged us. When I started a video they started taking orders again. I was still open to the sandwich being amazing. It was nothing close to that, and I was highly disappointed. The entire time I kept thinking to myself Chick-Fil-A would never treat me this way. I am mad I fell for the hype.
