I’ve changed my initial ratings to all 5/5 rating because their burgers and Cajun fries are absolutely delicious! Their staff is always friendly and always try to communicate even if there’s a slight communication barrier. After my first review, someone actually responded with kind words and even discussed my hot dog/Chicago Celery Salt request. I’ve been coming here more often because it’s a great place to relax for lunch. I totally get why you give more fries—it’s a thoughtful gesture, but maybe a $1 discount to simply fill the fry cup without extra fries in the bag? You could call it fries-lite or lite-fries…I usually get the $5.00 for the drink and fries, and then I end up throwing half the dumped fries out…just a suggestion, cheers!

After a disappointing burger at another restaurant the previous week, I just had to try Petaluma’s Five Guys restaurant. I ordered a burger and it was fantastic!!! The only criticism was that there were several tables hadn’t been cleaned in a while and the ones that were clean were still sopping wet from the cleaning rag (early afternoon and empty).

The hamburgers and fries were great. We ordered the smaller cheeseburgers and they were more than enough for me. The buns hold up pretty well which is pretty important. The peanuts seemed a little over roasted for me but overall a great place for a burger and fries. I will have to try their milkshakes next time.

I got a BLT! And it was deeeelicious. Crispy crunch bacon piled high, with cool crisp lettuce and tomato. Extra mayo for me!

I love eating there, the food is really good, I rarely have to wait long for it and the people who work there are great and friendly. My kids love eating the peanuts. When I order fries I always get way more then I expect. The prices are a bit higher then some other places but it's not overpriced for what you get.

Fries are super whatever and the ketchup situation is nonsense.

6/13/25 around 9:00 Today I went in, me and my wife was taking orders and it went all good at first but then I noticed he got the wrong order down and I told him he did not fix it, all he offered was another party on a small burger I didn't even want then told me I had to pay for the right order when we already spent 71$ on different stuff. I am not pleased some one told me these bugers was the best in Santa rosa and San Francisco but then I noticed i didn't even fet bacon on my buger -.- we also had to ask for our drink we got for my daughter, they are supposed to give it to you I'm sure.. Terrible.. Customer service like he don't understand how to take proper orders or give what we got.

Apparently when ordering online you have to ask for toppings even though that isn't detailed. I got patties and a smashed bun the size of an in and out single burger. The worst burger I have ever had. The fries were undercooked, soggy, and inedible. I had to go to Panda Express to get a decent meal, which ironically was half the price. Don't know how they stay in business. Then again the store was empty when I picked up my food.

I was there today 12/14/25 and with the loudness of the of the employees behind the counter it was very uncomfortable . They were all standing around talking in Mexican and laughing. I felt it was very unprofessional. Which was very unpleasant . I wasn’t the only customer that noticed

I ordered my food at 4pm for pickup at 6pm. I got there to pick up my food at 6:14pm. Service was excellent. Food didn't taste fresh. I was hungry so I ate it. A hour after eating my stomach was upset. I was on the toilet with runs. I love eating at Five Guys. But I will definitely will not be going back to this establishment.

I love 5 guys. I’ve been eating it since the 90s. I eat 5 guys at least a couple times a month. That said, I got shade thrown at me and stared down for by the staff for a significant period of time because I didn't tip. (I was the only customer in the store, they literally sat there and scowled at me for a good two minutes across the restaurant). Listen, I always tip at least 20% at a restaurant when I’m being served, and I even tip for counter service like 5 guys if the cashier is friendly and gives great service. Tip shouldn’t be expected in this kind of establishment, certainly not if you’re going to give friendly service. I’ll never be back to this location.

Walked in at 9:30pm and was told they had cleaned the grills and therefore were no longer serving hamburgers. The employees working on 8/12/25 should be retrained on closing procedure and reminded that closing time is 10:00pm.
