Great pretzel! Why go to auntie Anne's when this is right here. Very soft and fresh

The staff was warm and welcoming when I stopped by yesterday and the pretzel bites were soft and delicious! Not to mention, this is better than Auntie Anne's. I will definitely stop by this place the next day I pass and visit St. Augustine again.

I had a great experience here on December 1st- we ordered the pretzel bites and the cinnamon bites 😋 - they were fresh and yummy! I asked for mustard packets and she very nicely said they didn't have packets but containers and usually you have to pay for the plain mustard but she was really nice and gave it to me for free tonight! ❤ I really appreciate that because it helped boost my mood... as silly as it is... free mustard really matters sometimes! So thank you for giving great service 👏 I appreciate it and we will be back!

The garlic parmesan pretzel was absolutely delicious. It was soft and buttery and had excellent flavor. The customer service was top notch and you could tell the employees take great pride in their work.

Loved Ben's! Just a few steps from our Inn, and a daily treat. Who wouldn't want a dipping cup of icing for his pretzel bites? Staff friendly and helpful with an allergy question. They have an amazing garden courtyard to enjoy. Top notch!

I got a cinnamon and sugar pretzel, and it was so warm, fresh and delicious, and the customer service was absolutely phenomenal. The employee with red hair & septum ring was super sweet.

Pretzels are delicious! The beer cheese dipping sauce it came with was great, too! The hotdog Pretzel was amazing, and I definitely recommend getting a couple of them. Staff was friendly and fast service.

Great pretzels, I had the Dutch almond which was so good I was thinking of getting a second one. These are fairly large and delicious. Well worth the $7 for the tasty experience. There is a sitting area behind the restaurant. Very nice employees and fun to watch them be made.

Don’t miss the Secret Garden!! While they are famous for their delicious soft pretzels, pretzel dogs and stackable pretzel bites, this is home to one our our hidden gems here in St. Augustine. After you order you freshly prepared snacks walk through the shop to the beautiful shaded garden out back. Occasionally you can even catch some great live music here in the Secret Garden as well. We went with his brother and wife and wow! The area were very busy and hopping! There were so many shops and things to see! We went on a Saturday afternoon so that’s why it was busy. My husband went on a weekday and he can easily find a parking spot. Since we went on a weekend, we had to park far and paid $20 for a parking spot! If you want to browse around the area, go on a weekday. But if you like the busyness, go on the weekend. I got their Garlic Parmesan pretzel and it was so good! Of course you can’t just order one, we ordered four pretzels (some for family members). I believe it was $7 per pretzel, but it was worth it. It was huge! We had to wait for a few minutes because they were out of the original pretzel and had to make it. The wait was no longer than 7-8 minutes for some freshly made pretzels! The wait was worth it! So if you’re vacationing in Saint Augustine and around Saint George Street, check out some shops and definitely stop by Ben’s Soft Pretzels! You won’t be disappointed! Check out their different types of toppings and seasoning!

Excellent tasting pretzels with the best outdoor garden seating area. Reasonably priced pretzels and various flavors of cheese. Such a cool seating area offering a relaxing environment that’s child friendly.

The pretzel was excellent, especially since I got it fresh from the oven. However, the service could use some enhancement. The individual attending to customers seemed unfriendly and appeared to prefer being elsewhere. I chose to visit because of their charming garden at the back.

Great place to stop for a bite to eat in St. Augustine! Walking with little ones who are picky makes finding something everyone likes a challenge, but this place definitely made everyone happy. The staff we encountered were super friendly. I made my order and she placed things in meals so it was a much better value. They were out of what we wanted to order, the chicken bacon ranch things, but what we got in place of that was delicious! They were also out of nacho cheese the day we were here, but the cheddar cheese was acceptable. They also have a very cute dining area that made this a truly great experience!

Pretty good pretzels, especially when they’re fresh. The beer cheese is very good! The woman with the heart tattoo under her eye was very rude to me and my family, she doesn’t need to interact with customers. The man working with the woman was very nice and friendly. Service has declined over time.

Meh. We went on a rainy day and there is 1 bench to sit on, so we had to stand while we finished eating. The regular pretzel was fine, beer cheese too liquidy for my taste, and the cinnamon sugar pretzel had giant salt grains on it. It kinda took away from the sweetness of cinnamon sugar. I was bummed bc we were craving good pretzels.

They look great from top & the bottom is completely burnt. If you show them how burnt they are on the bottom, the staff says that's how they come out. None of their photos reveal how blackened they will be & they taste burnt as a well. $7 waste
