Delicious food! Chicken pita was awesome as well as the Bacon Swiss burger- A muscle mans dream! Food was well put together and handed with great customer service. Greatly impressed. Will come again!

I went to order breakfast this morning @ around 12ish and i was surprised at the service of these young adults, they're heading for a bright future if that's the way they deal with people. They brought out out my order fast and the manager there was very friendly 👌. Their hard work cannot go unrecognized, that is why i'm leaving this review of my experience @ this location. 1/9/16
The woman working at the drive thru this morning deserves a raise! She was spot on with our order, her customer service was genuine and she was patient when my pregnant daughter wanted to add more to our order last minute. Gracias Por Ser Buena Gente!!! Kudos to her👍👍👍👍👍
Excellent job Jenny and the working crew today, the meal was fantastic, and the customer service was fantastic. Thank you Victor for making corrections on the crew from my last experience. Its turned around 180 degrees for the better. Wonderful food and once again thanks, for reinstilling my faith in this particular location.
I ordered 2 2 tacos' and they were the best tacos I've had from a JIB in a really long time. The egg rolls and the rest of the food I ordered was quality as well. Thanks for a great experience on a bad day.
Always have a good experience at this jack in the box. Jackey was super friendly, she hooked me up with a good deal and got me more food at a cheaper price 😮 Great customer service! 👏
Honestly, there was nothing that really stood out about my experience. But with that being said, it felt very professional, courteous, and in a timely manner got my food. On top of that, both my chicken sandwich and my curly fries came out piping hot, which I love, and the drinks were neither flat nor overly carbonated. And the best part about it was the presentation. It really looked like they took their time making the sandwich and preparing it. It wasn't smashed or sloppy looking. I really hope everyone working there gets paid a fair wage, because they definitely took pride in their work. All the tables were clean and I definitely will go back there again!!!
I'm just visiting Texas to see some friends and one of my friends took me here. The lady in the window was extremely nice, got my food out pretty quickly, and was overall a fantastic experience compared to other jack in the box's I've been to! Definitely recommend this location. Fries were great, the chicken strips were perfect, I sound like an ad right now lmao
Stopped doing fast food post Covid, basically just due to lack of food prep, or carelessness amongst employees.. But basically every now and again I get a craving for the tacos. My local Jack is wack’ and smells like sewage! But the other day as I was driving home, I saw this location near me and I was at a red light. So I decided to try it out. The tacos were made so fresh, with clean oil! I only paid $5.22 for 3 orders! That’s 6 tacos! I ALMOST had pre Covid nostalgia with that deal. Seriously though! The tacos were so fresh I was impressed. Been a very long time since I’ve been able to go to a drive thru, not wait in line for 25 minutes at a fast food drive thru. Not get overcharged, and the food was equally delicious to what I paid for. The way America used to be. Shout out to all the workers at this location. Making sure the establishment is clean, and they are respectful and not rude. Such as so many folks in food industry these days!
This Jack in the box is better than most fast food in the area as far as competent employees, but they're almost always out of something... No Dr. Pepper or they're out of churros. It would be much better and I would give more stars if they could figure this out.
This is your standard Jack in the Box people behind the counter are kind of friendly, but I also kind of want you to get you out as quick as possible. Food was made in a decent matter and was hot when received a little bit on the greasy side but that’s to be expected
For fast food it's alright. We went at about 11:30pm and it was super slow. There was probably like 3 cars ahead of us and it took about 15-20 minutes for us to recieve our food. I understand it is the night shift and less people are working but the service should be quicker.
This is my first time ever going to a jack in the box. I had the Jr Jack, and it was tasty. The coke freestyle machine wasn't working. If you wanted a Coke, you had to give your cup back to the front counter girls to get your cup filled. Place was also empty
Thee 1st time I went there, the curly fries were way overcooked, but the bacon ultimate cheeseburger was good. The 2nd time, I got a breakfast and the eggs were OK, the mini pancakes were hard and rubbery, but the hashbrown was perfect, and the UCB I bought to have for lunch was good, so all in all it was just kind of a mixed bag of good and bad.
The speed at which you are able to order and get your food varies greatly from day-to-day. Even at the same time of day. Some days you'll go through the drive-thru in 5 minutes and other days it takes you 40 minutes with only two other cars waiting the same amount of time. I don't know if it is a lack of staff or something else but it's annoying as hell to make a quick trip for food and come back an hour later with fast food. I have attempted to call business to inform a manager but they don't answer their phone. I've never been inside so I don't have a good idea about how the place is run or the attitudes of the staff.
Drive thru was really busy, long wait. The burger was kinda dry. curly fries were very good.
I just wanted two cheap tacos on my way home before bed I ended up having to wait 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru. I had time to write this review in the Drive-Thru. And I placed my order online for maximum efficiency.
Went to get lunch on ordered a double patty melt. Asked for no onions and was told there are no onions on this burger, even though on the picture it clearly shows onions. I told the person taking my order no onions please. when I get my sandwich, what a suprise, there are onions on it. I am not upset but I would appreciate if the person taking my order knew it came on the burger so I can eat it without having to take off what I dont want.
Don't expect anything to be above expectation here especially when served by the night shift. My last experience was Tuesday March 27th it consisted of Half filled burritos with ingredients missing, and small curly fry portions 4 the large price. When ordering the Prompt only had the total for a couple of the items ordered. I was told to pull forward for the total. When the employee told me what sounded like the wrong total I asked for him to repeat the order there was an item forgotten.
The food was as expected of Jack-in-the-Box, and wasn't anything remarkable. The customer service however could have been better trained and staffed. To elaborate, it was probably just bad timing due to location, but this was the longest wait I've had for a wrong order. Due to COVID restrictions, the lobby was closed and I had to wait for 45 minutes to place my order, another 10 minutes to recieve said order, drive back around bc the manager working the entire front half took our order wrong which meant another 45 minute wait to get the correct drinks. One additional person in either the grill area or the front counter would definitely have made all the difference, however I don't believe their scheduling warranted additional staff.
If you order door dash from here, please don't. The lobby is closed at night and the dasher will have to go through the drive thru, which will take for freakin ever. Seriously I was in that line for 30 minutes waiting to pick up a doordash order and the line was not even that long. I promise, it's never worth the wait.
I'm an uber eats driver and drove over 30 minutes to pickup two orders from here. It says on google and on the store itself that it has 24 hour drive thru. It was closed at 11pm. I wasted my time and gas just to have to cancel both orders. Hours need to be updated
Jack in the box says open 24 hours. However, do not go between 3am and 6am because the system is "updating" so they are unable to take any orders. Save your time and just go to McDonald's. At least when they say open 24 hours they actually are.
The cashiers are very unpleasant, nothing that would make me return to this place. The cashiers serve you with uncomfortable faces.
Absolutely disgusting. Don't usually judge fast food but I couldn't eat what I bought last night because of a water fall of grease coming out from box and the food. Took a sip of the sweet tea and threw it out immediately, tasted like someone soaked a sharpie in it over night. Never again. Do not go here.
Didnt have a good time watched employees walk around for 40 min while the same person waited at the counter. Witch was 7 customers ahead of me. In organized zero work ethic after an hour of waiting in line I left drove to the other side of pfluger ville and back and nothing had changed same cars waiting! I would never go there and I will not ever again.
So this location is supposed to be 24 hours but when we pulled up (about 1:30) there was a chair blocking the drive thru and one of the staff came out to tell us they were closed because there were only 2 people on staff and so they were taking a 4 hour “break”. Not sure if that’s the standard when you’re short staff and it may very well not be the staff members fault but very disappointed in the response and lack of service. I see that a ton of people have had the same complaint about this location going back a few months and I see the owner has responded but yet nothing has physically been done to correct the issue. We won’t be back, but we’ll likely contact the corporate office.
For a 24/7 jack in the box they're always closed at 3am til whenever. They start blocking the drive through with crates snd the menu sign for ghe drive though is off. Or they have a system rebooting every 30 minutes
I work in EMERGENCY Services (on duty) on Thanksgiving night approx 7:30 pm. After an emergent call I was starving I wanted something warm and protein to get me throught the night. I came to this location I expected a wait time due to the holiday. To the Very OBESE employee and the woman in front of me ..I needed to get out of the line to return to work. I asked and pleaded with my uniform on if you could move up so I can exit out.. You Refused ..trapped in the line I had to back up and jump the Curb. The amount of GREED that night was DESPICABLE. The employee refused to handle this properly. If you dont have the proper staff to handle customer STAY CLOSED. DO NOT OPEN!!! God Save You!!!
Absolutely worst management. Expect a 30 minute wait in the drive thru, incorrect orders, and rude unapologetic staff. I’ve never had a smooth experience, always a mess in the drive thru. Sad this is the only jack near me.
This Jack in the box is the WORST EVER! They have plumbing issues ! They had a huge puddle I would call it a lake of water in the lobby just sitting there. They are slow every time i come up here. And the restrooms are just old and nasty with bad lighting. They need to rebuild this place and hire new ppl.
The manager(Jamie) pretty much ripped me off two tacos I paid for 6 and Redeem two on mobile app but she only gave me 6 said I only paid for 6 and after I showed her I Redeemed two from the app she told me the app has nothing to do what his shown on her screen smh I have a issue every time I go to this store smh
The website and the store both stay open 24 hours for drive-thru. But I'm here at 2:55 a.m. looking to get a Munchie Meal because they're delicious. And the store is currently closed.
Messed up my order missing tacos not even the burgers I ordered online will never go again got an ice tea while I was waiting no ice in the machine only 2 people inside no one in the drive thur at rush hour now I know why
Burger tasted like paste. Not meat. Fries were cold and oil had to be old. Polite staff though. Used to be a good place, dunno what happened.
I literally just pulled out the drive thru without food because I was so upset! I'm next door at Taco Cabana. I waited at the speaker box for 2-3 minutes without help or response. The car in front of me waited at least 10 minutes for one bag of food. I had to wait there without an order since there's only one way out. The employees said the manager was not there and they told me management doesn't care they are short staffed and undertrained. I will be avoiding this NOT-so-short stop! That being said I got my food next door timely and correctly.
The cashier seemed to intentionally keep my change. He took the cash and closed the drawer, then quickly turned his back on me and walked away. When I asked the other person for my change, they both said they weren't able to get into the register to retrieve it, and stated that there was no manager available. Then someone threw a quYer on the counter, which was much less than what was owed to me, and they walked to the back as if I was wrong for asking for my change. It was an awful experience.
Came here to get some food but whoever was controlling the drive threw for taking orders, made me leave. I told the guy my order 3 times. He would ask me my order, and then ask my order again after I told him. After the 3rd time, I thought I was being pranked? Then I left and went to whataburger. Idk what the guy was on, but he was definitely not working.
Ordered chicken - got a burger. Requested no tomato - got tomatoes. Ordered a root beer - got regular soda. Edit: Had to repeat my order 4 times before they got it right, for each combo. Then when I was handed the food I did not get all my drinks. When I asked for the missing drink, she got on her phone and gave me unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. Oh and being rushed after every combo I ordered was great 👍. 😑😑
Originally went for a Meat lovers burrito that they where out of! Then I asked for a Ultimate bacon cheeseburger meal! They weren't serving drinks! I got the fries, but I got the wrong dang burger! I got this dry burger with no mayo or ketchup. It had lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles; but it was a dry sandwich! I particularly asked for mayo packets and they were out! Gave me lots of ketchup! Smh......
No one likes to work here after 10,they shut down windows and make you wait. Employees seem to not like working overnight. Should be shut down and replaced with something better. The Employees maybe should find another job.
Placed two different orders with two different cards took my money but said I didn't place an order
Not actually a functioning restaurant. They accept app orders and say they're open 24 hours, but actually close at 10pm. They're happy to take your money on anything you order after 10pm, and employees are on-site, but they're hanging out in a car blocking off the drive-thru. I seriously have like five chargebacks on my credit card at this place in the last few months because it's such a crapshoot on whether they're actually making food. Just change the hours so I can't order on the app. Please.
I went through the drive through and ordered 4 items (nuggets, cheeseburgers, tacos, and a large fry) of various quantities. After receiving my order, I realized I was missing half of said items. I circle back around and stop at the order screen (as there is now a car at the window) and explain I was just shorted my nuggets and fries. The lady asked if I had my receipt. I said yes but that I was literally the last car she helped. Car ahead of me pulls away, I pull up, and the girl looks at me confused, then turns and yells to people behind her that I need nuggets and fries. They all chat and laugh amongst themselves for a min (the drive through girl Laura, a skinny guy with gold hoops who was walking around texting, and a bigger guy who was standing in front of the fries) and finally the bigger guy bags up a couple things and comes and hands them to me. Everyone goes back to chatting as I sit at the window.. because I received a kid size fry despite ordering a large. Finally the girl comes back and I explain I ordered a large fry, I hold up my receipt, and ask for them to give me the correct size. The big guy in charge of fries SPITS IN MY FRIES, then bags them up and hands them to me. Does he not realize I have a perfect line of sight to the deep fryer from the drive thru window? By now I have people walking from further back in the kitchen to stare at me in the drive thru like I'm doing something wrong.. despite the fact that I was completely calm and collected the entire time. At this point I just leave. I trash all the fries as I really don't want this guy's cooties. I'm not sure who the hiring manager is at this location, but all four employees I saw and/or interacted with were exceptionally unprofessional. I hope there is video surveillance that can be reviewed and appropriate action is taken. I will absolutely never return.
They Sold me some under cooked rice 🍚 so I called them right away & the manger wanted to tell me how they cooked it & that the rice (is done!!) after I told her it isn't, so I told her I will bring it & she can taste it herself, she refused, so I informed her what I was going to do in returning it since she seemed to not have good mgt skills, I guess I had to do her job for her.. smdh. What ever happened to good customer service
Oeder my food was missing some of the items. Try to call No one answered. Had to go through the line again. Now my food is getting cold. Had to wait in line for another 10 mins. The manager pulled her shirt up and was scratching the left side of her bra. Had no gloves on did not wash her hands. Had no face mask on and the cook that I saw. While I trying to call had there masks underneath there nose as well. Thats is very poor. And unsafe........
If I wanted to go to a circus to order my food I suppose this would be the next best place because both of the employees that work there had been taking orders in their personal cars and no one was actually in the store. When I confronted the female clown from this Circus she told me that it's because it was slow and and that's why they weren't in the store. Very unprofessional... I visited this location in the early morning hours on 03.31.2020.
I used to love this Jack in the box. I've come 3 times in the last month at all different times. First time was in the morning. We waited in drive through for 10 minutes without anyone helping us, sober decided to go in, I know drive through can get bogged down Well, once inside we waited another 10minutes,befor Someone let us know they would be right with us. We left. I chalked it up to, them just Belg busy for breakfast. So i come back about two weeks later dring lunch with my family. And wouldnt you know it, we Waited another 10 minutes to order. Once we ordered we waited 20 minutes for food. And here I am tonight at 10:49, "the card machine is down", no big deal I was paying cash, as i start to order, i see the women look out her window, and shake her head...she look my order, rudely, then When i go to the window, i payed Waited, then When my food was being handed to me the bag almost Dell, i didnt have a grip yet, as the girl shut her window. Its poor, the service there is poor, and Because of the attitude, and the employees not wanting to be bothered, i Chunked the food in the trash....i dont trust food made by people who clearly cant be bothered to give decent service. So Jokes on me, Im out 8$ and still hungry...def wont ever be going back...
Employees are always there but their NEVER opened. Last week me and my wife waited in drive through for 30 minutes and the line was backed all the way around the corner, when we finally pulled up to order they said they were closed but there was cars still behind us wrapped around the restaurant. No one came out to tell them it was closed. Then I go this morning at 6:30 and the lady inside says their closed.
All the outside lights were off but we tried the door anyway and got in so we thought we’d be okay. Got a sour face and major attitude from the girl who stepped up to the counter. I won’t spend my money where I’m clearly not wanted so I just turned and left.
Decided to try again as it was before 2:00 a.m. when I got off work. 4 cars in drive, car in front of me took 15 minutes to get their order placed and another 10 sitting behind them in line at window. It just gets worse with each visit. Manager at window said "What was your order?" when I pulled up. I said to her "You've got to be kidding". She told me she was "training new people." So what? I told her again $8.08 cents for 2 tacos and a sourdough Patty melt combo. Food was stone cold. Tacos were over fried..the guy that gave me my food...I told him the service here was TERRIBLE and getting worse all the time. He leaned through and said "Sorry...I thought I was getting a good job here...but this is a mess". What?
Waited in a 45 minute line just to order so I was Already agitated. Basically had to end up screaming at the com box in order for her to hear me correctly and even then she continued to put my order as a #7 when I ordered I #6. I tried to tell her 5 times before giving up and just fixing it at the window. I had wanted an ultimate cheeseburger combo large with curly fries and a jacks deal jumbo jack. I thought I had corrected everything at the window, paid the $14 I owed and peeked inside the back to see what looked like an ultimate cheeseburger box and a paper wrapped jumbo jack. Get home only to find out what was supposed to be a #6 was actually a very poorly made jumbo jack. And not the combo one either, the cheap “dollar menu” one. I opened up the smaller jumbo jack wrapper with not much hope to find it was merely a dry patty with an extremely large handful of onions placed between two buns... this is pathetic. Cashier never gave me a receipt so I know there isn’t anything to be done. I just want you to understand how disappointed and upset I paid $14 for $5 worth of trash
I have given this place many chances. Food is usually stale or barely warm. Drive thru is pretty lengthy. Employees are often pretty friendly, though. That's the one standout experience at this place. The people ain't half bad. Just some decent folk trying to pay the bills. I cannot in good conscience condone a visit to this location for any reason. Jack in the Box is not high on my list of fast food desires in the first place, but this one takes the cake for sure. At least at a halfway decent Jack you can get some ok fast food and some hot curly fries. Here, all you will be served is lukewarm regret at best. Good luck to you in the future, Jack in the Box. I couldn't make my own drink, the employee did - put in next to no ice - what a way to go at things in 100 degree heat! The greasy thin paper bag broke open and my fries fell all over the ground, holes on both sides... I asked for medium, the drink was extremely large and the fries were tiny- if that's medium I hate to think how few fries a small order got me. I asked for ketchup, got none. Didn't give me the receipt. The straw was bent. The sandwich isn't that spicy, chicken a little hard, bread soggy, but not too awful, but is that worth it? Having ketchup-less fries land on the ground and a terrible soda? I wish I hadn't spent money on this. Never going back.
If this isn’t a 24hr location they should reflect that on the google search. They have been “closed” every time that I have decided to stop by on my way home from work. I’ve arrived at this location between 3:00 am and 4:00am and all 3 times they have told me they weren’t open….? First time I ever stoped at this location was around 4am, I was told it was closed. Next time around I arrived at 3:00 am ish with the same result. Today I was driving by at 3:58 am and saw two cars in line so I figured finally! I’ll be able to get some food after a long shift. You guessed it Closed again The person In front of me ordered and got their food but once It was my turn I was told they weren’t open. So which one is it? Is this a 24 hour location but the employees pick and choose who they serve? Or is there a closing time? In which case, the time for this location should be updated so people who are super tired from a long overnight shift don’t waste time pulling up to a drive through that is closedddd
I've been coming to this location for years. I live in the area. Never had issues until recently. I usually come at night when I'm off work and headed home. Used to be this really awesome, very nice manager that I would see regularly. Loved him. Always in a great mood. Now everytime I come I'm greeted as if I'm an annoyance and I can never finish my order without these people automatically giving me my total and getting annoyed when I say I have more. Then they raise their voice to me. Clearly they hate their jobs. Get new managers please.
rolled up to the window waited 5 minutes before anyone answered She says she'll take my order momentarily 25 minutes later still waiting in the drive thru, no order taken, multiple cars in front of me and behind me.. the later honking consistently. The truck in front of me decided to hop the median between the drive thru just so he could finally leave. That basically sums up how this Jack n the box location has become. They hope they can ignore you long enough and just get you to leave instead of taking your order.
I only get to eat Jack in the box when I am traveling. Never had a bad experience till today. The person working the drive through was completely incompetent. Repeated each part of my order at least three times and still messed up my order. Will not be returning to this location.
This is one of the worst Jack in the boxes in the area. If you want this food and you're close find the next one to go to. Tonight I ordered food, waited thirty minutes to get to the window and be told they were out of everything I ordered. And all drinks. Be better back in the box. This is one of many times this location dropped the ball. You will never get by business again.
So we pulled up at around 2 in the morning and then wanted to order but after a minute or so of sitting waiting someone told us the system is rebooting and it’s going to take 20 min. I know this was a lie because when we arrived there was no one waiting so that means they have been saying this to everyone for awhile now. We went across to taco cabana and we waited at least 15 min and still they were turning people away. Those people need to be checked to see what they are actually doing there. Very disappointed knowing that I’ve never been told that the system needs to be rebooted.
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Waited easily 15 minutes in drive thru to just ask the lady in front of us what was up, seeing as she hadn't moved yet and it'd been that long already. Only to find out they came onto the coms, told her to wait ten minutes, then came on again to tell her to wait twenty more minutes, went ahead and left, told everyone behind us what we were told, and are heading to another location as I type this. Unbelievable, I only rate it the one star because I can't give it zero and make my review.
Slowest service I've ever seen. I get off work hungry, and very late. If it wasn't the only thing open on my way home I would avoid it like the plague. Everytime I go, my order is either messed up completely or it takes about 8 minutes from the time I get to the window and pay, until I get to my food. (Timed it a few times) I strongly recommend against going here. It seems like maybe it's in dire need of New Management to kick it into shape.
Three cars in the Drive-Thru, and it still took over 10 minutes got my stuff wrong and were rude at the register, next time I'm just going to go a block away to the Taco Cabana even though it had more cars in the drive thru it would probably have been the same time with a better quality food and bitter experience. This is an edit to the review, I actually waited for 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru and ended up not getting my food. And this is a Sunday afternoon when it shouldn't be busy these people are slobs and don't know what they're doing.
Late night drive through waits are extremely long. Even if you are 2nd or 3 rd in line, expect to stay in the line min 30 min. Second thing, if you like to make changes to your sandwich or burrito, they will never get it right. Jack in the box sells my favorite comfort food but this place keeps pushing me away.
When I got my Sourdough Jack meal the fries were stale and warm, not hot, the bun of the Sourdough Jack was real stale and the sandwich was not hot at all, I ate in my vehicle so it was immediately after they handed it to me. They seemed overwhelmed and understaffed that caused my poor meal. Will NOT come back to Jack in the Box for a long time.
Food was OK but this is my 3rd time this month the fries are awful .Today they was just dark brown and taste like old grease. I took them back asked for fresh fries and the manger there gave me attitude for ask. This place has really fell off badly.
For some reason the girl that was working tonight at 1:35am . Was very disrespectful. She didn't listen to me when I was trying to order and I said um , about to ask her a question and she guessed the meal number and I said no. Give me a second. And then she askedwhat kind of fries I said a curly . And then asked for a sprite then I saw the redbull . Tried to change my mind for that and she said before I could say anything and that completes your order . And said the price and said pull up the the window And when I said no I have 3 more things to order I never said I was done . She didn't answer me for about 2 minutes. And so I just left . And didn't. Pay because she was very disrespectful and rushing me . I spend about 40$ at the one in roundrock instead . Getting my food now. Hmm I wonder why she was acting this way to the customers at their less busiest time.
I will never step foot back in this restaurant. The Hispanic women that work there during the graveyard shift are extremely rude and very disrespectful it’s disgusting. I was never greeted, I stood in line as their only customer in the store for almost 4-5mins before I was even acknowledged and then another 2mins before someone proceeded to take my order. When a woman did take my order she was rude and very unprofessional and I finally left the restaurant without any food.
Sat in the the drive through for 6 minute no response. Finally ordered came to window and they just stared through the window before a manager comes to the window asked again for my order, we explained we just said this at the box. She stated with an attitude "well i didn't hear you" of course i didn't spend my money and drove off. Being a business executive I really don't understand being rude with customers especially when they are not only spending their money but when they aren't being rude. Don't like what you do, do something else. I don't frequent fast food and this experience really emphasize why it won't be jack n the box ever again.
They must have gotten new people on the night shift and these chicks are terrible and dumb. Can't keep orders straight. Tried on 3 separate occasions to charge me for others people's food. And they are SOOOO SLLLOOOOOOWWWW. We can easily see them inside just talking and texting instead of getting things ready but no they Place tickets in the wrong order. What should be a 10 minute experience at the least, turns into 20-30minutes just sitting there waiting for these 2 to get to work. Every. Single. Time.... This past month has been terrible insofar as service. Everytime I'm there I'm 1 of 2 customers it shouldn't be this hard to have people do thier job CORRECTLY. It's overnight fast food. This should take a couple minutes at the most. I work overnights at Amazon so I know personally there is no excuse for this behavior on the night shift. It's unprofessional and I'm tired of showing up LATE from lunch just because these 2 want to sit there and chat and be on their phones. It's not fair I work so hard to keep getting into trouble because of THE LAZINESS OF OTHER PEOPLE.
05-25-2024 I took my son to get an oreo shake and ordered 2 combos and the shake at the Jack in the box #864 on wells branch and IH35 Around 9pm drive thru order #164. I took my son to buy some food. The girl employee Mari at the drive thru was very ugly and rude. I ordered 2 combos and a shake. She gave me the wrong size drink and the shake. I asked her for my other drink and my food. She was laughing and stopped to talk to I'm assuming her lead that had a gray shirt on at the food area and was just standing there with my food conversation with the lead. I motioned her to bring my food so I can leave. She came to the window started being loud with me to wait and yelled why was I in a hurry. I told her I was in a drive thru and the service should be quicker since we were not eating in the dine in. That there were 3 other cars behind me waiting also. She got mad yelling at me and laughing as if she was on something "drugs or something". I asked to speak to her manager and wanted my receipt. She kept refusing to give me my receipt and my other drink. She got my drink order wrong to begin with. She got louder and told me to walk around and go inside the lobby. My son even said she was saying it as if to fight me. Like whaaaaat? I asked her again to call her manager to the window she just kept laughing. She called the cook that didn't speak any English to the window telling her to come see what the crazy lady "me" wanted in spanish as if ai didnt understand what she was saying. I spoke to her in spanish and told her what happened. She was scared and said they didn't have a manager on duty. She didn't know how to print my receipt and asked if I can leave because they had cars behind me. I told her i wanted what I paid for I didn't get all my order plus the receipt. I mean this girl was ruuuude. Hispanic young female Marikela or something like that. Did anyone else have problems at this Jack in the box? How can Management not be on duty anytime? What type of business are you running? I will be reporting this to the appropriate offices and request to have auditors to inspect this store.
I don't normally eat fast food but I had Jack in the Box for the 1st time the beginning of this month and 3 other times since. It was amazing each time I had it so I figured I'd stop by this location on my way back from Dallas. Upon entry the dining room was dirty. The person at the register stood there with a blank stare so I said "hi, how are you doing?" Got no answer just the same blank stare. I ordered my food then went to the restroom quickly while they made the food. The men's room was DISGUSTING! Toilet paper everywhere, urine everywhere on the floor and feces wiped on the wall. Left there, got my food, it was NOT fresh, the fries were hard as a rock and my grilled chicken sandwich bun was soggy, as was the lettuce and tomato. The bun was ripped up & I feel sick to my stomach as I type this. There were NO other customers so I'm not sure why the dining room & RESTROOM WAS filthy and the food couldn't be made fresh. I'd been driving 4 hours and wasted $40 on this nasty food that I'll probably throw up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION
TERRIBLE PLACE! Terrible service. I order online and after over one hour had past from the accorded delivery time, they cancelled my order with no explanation and they still charged me. I’m disputing the charge with the credit card company. This is incompetence at its best. I’m actually happy they didn’t delivered, if this is how they handle their business, you can only imagine how they might handle their food! I might have dodged a bullet. Update: with all due respect, having a canned response to a customer you wronged to help you figure it out what happened in your business in a public forum is even more concerning than what I expected. Here is the order number 13548343378690049, from the initial order form you made me fill you should have my contact information, if not I’m glad to hear back from you in here. If you’re response is rooted in good faith, and not just a public demonstration to mask a scam, I sincerely hope to hear back from you. Also please note that I am willing to re assess my feedback and do a fair assessment depending on how you answer to this. At the moment of this update my charge still has not been dropped.
Cashier rolls her eyes at customer. My card was declined and I have money in the bank. There are no other customers here right now. She said they are not having trouble with the machine. I went ahead and paid cash. Just hope the food is good
I asked for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, which I have done almost every morning for months and got charged $10.90 for it before I could even ask about why it cost that much today when every other day it was about $3. The drive through clerk said “I don’t have that order” and then charged me again for the correct amount before I was able to determine what was happening. And then the clerk and another employee refused me a refund and didn’t even give me what I paid for. Nor would the employees give me the corporate or GM contact info when I asked for it. I will not be returning to any Jack In The Box for a long time if ever. You have lost a loyal customer with this pitiful service. As of 11:23am CST on 10/20/2021 I have attempted to contact the store multiple times by phone and nobody will answer the phone. I have filed 2 complaints on the corporate website (when I call it says the office is closed) and am waiting to see if anyone contacts me about this. As of 12:56pm CST 10/20/2021the corporate office is still closed and nobody is answering my call at the store either. It is now 2:10pm CST 10/20/2021 and still no word from anyone at corporate or the store Well I finally got a response and my attempt to give Jack In The Box a chance fo make this right we’re met with the only option of missing work and me fixing their issues. So not only are they stealing from me but now the only way for me to fix the problem is to take time off work!?! Definitely never returning ever
I would give them lower than a star for the service I just received. There are two people inside sitting down not working at all and four cars in line. It took the guy doing the orders 10 minutes to finally respond that they aren't doing any orders EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE "OPEN" for business as their sign says. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Either close or don't but don't have lazy staff working for you when you claim to be open.
The girl in the window on 2/2/25 @ 7:56 pm needs to learn how to count money. My order came out to $5.81 and gave her $10.81 not surr how i received $4.80 back. Then when i said something about it she argued with me.
The little girl taking orders for drive thru was drunk and couldn't do anything!!! Couldn't order anything because she was so so drunk.. We would try and tell her what we wanted about 10 times and she completely messed it up so we just left!!
Let start with I'm a true Jack fan. But this is the worst experience I have had in all restaurants experiences. The lady took my order was so rude in the drive thru, that I decided to go in to let the manager know and it was the manager that took my order. I asked for the regional manager number or contact info. I was told NO and that she had nothing to say to me and walked off. I asked the other staff members for the info and they just ignored me. I can't believe this. If you lost my $30 something order. How much more money are you losing because of the staff.
This is the third time we've come to Jack in the Box for T-mobile deals (split between this location and the Dessau one) and honestly I can't understand why they are still in business. Jack In The Box is the biggest loser of the chicken sandwich wars and their burgers are the worst out of any of the fast food chains while simultaneously having the most expensive menu. The chicken is just flavorless, the burgers have a bad aftertaste, and the fries have an old grease flavor. We couldn't even eat half of it this time. My wife and I agreed, not even for free, not anymore.
Got my order messed up after asking me 5 times in the kiosk and made me wait forever. Sandwich was terrible too. Disappointing
They don't deserve even 3.3 stars they have now. Every single time I've ordered delivery, the food arrived cold without a hint of warmth. The fries were cold and therefore tasted old and the burger wasn't remotely even warm. I understand delivery is always a risk in terms of warm food, but burgers and fries don't lose heat within 5 minutes. Now I'm being told it's not reasonable to get upset when my food delivered isn't hot. Total bull crap.
Trying to pick up delivery, staff proceeded to blatantly ignored and refused to address me, but would help other people that walked up. This is entirely unacceptable and is a clear reflection of poor management that must be addressed.
So me and a friend came threw drive threw Halloween night we was the 4th car so we couldn't get out of line we was stuck we waited from 3am to 5am for food. We ordered 10 tacos, curly fries and a chicken strip combo which came out to 28 and something odd dollars. I asked the manger to confirm the order and I asked her was everything correct she said yes. When we got home I had soggy tacos, cold fries and three egg rolls with no chicken fingers. So I called told the manger she said come back the next morning and she would give me credit. I went back this morning and got the chicken and asked her to replace the comb she got rude and said your getting nothing but the 3 chicken figures. I feel as if the entire comb should of been replaced because it was wrong, fries was cold, I waited 2 hours plus and I had to use my gas. That's the least she could of done. I am a district manger somewhere else at a store and this was not great customer service at all and the entire night shift needs to be replace. No one should have to wait that long for food I do not care if it's 2 people working this was ridiculous, unprofessional and unacceptable. Corporate most definitely needs to get involved.
This place needs to learn customer service! The manager had a rude attitude, like we were an inconvenience. Took 30 minutes to get our food. No service. Will not be back to this location!
Came to the restaurant, ordered some tacos. And a hamburger for my family got home, bit into my hamburger, and found a strand of hair in it. Long hair. So we went back to the restaurant, and we told them. "Hey, there is a hair in my burger. Can you please remake it?" The lady in purple who walked up does not speak a lick of English and has an attitude. I showed her another piece of hair in my burger and she Tried to tell me that the piece of hair was a piece of meat. Like meat fiber when it clearly was a long strand of hair. It's deplorable to be hiring people not from the states, let alone people who don't speak the language and have the gall to lie to my face. The other lady, a young lady, was very kind and understanding and obviously embarrassed. Please give this young lady a raise. Sep, 24, 2025. 8:00.
Just about rehearsed my order before I went up here this morning. Didn't get what I ordered, not a big deal. Wasn't being a dick about it but still got attitude and a lecture from who I'm assuming is the manager when maybe her not hearing the emphasis on "SAUSAGE" in the drive thru would have been perfectly fine and rational excuse for the order being wrong. Can't be nice to everybody I guess. Food was fine.
I went to Jack n the box on 7/27/24 about 11:30pm and the customer service was less than up to par. First of all the young girl was not too enthused to take my order. After I gave my order, the wrong order and total was displayed on the screen. I asked if she got my order because the wrong order was displayed and she said , "yeah I got it" I said I was just double checking because again the wrong order is displayed and I have a speacial order, it has an ultimate db cheeseburger up there and I ordered chicken sandwiches. So she added a db cheeseburger. I corrected her and afterwards she said nothing so I asked for my total and pulled up to the window. When I pulled up the window was open. She slammed it shut and just stood there. She never acknowledged or addressed me for payment or anything. Finally someone had to come from the back and take my money and give me my food. I thought it was rude and unprofessional. If you are not cut out for customer service, you should find something else to do.
This is place is super sketchy. Scam alert here. I drove up to pay for my order and there were two girls at the window. One was facing the drink machine and the other the cash register. I handed the girl in register side 83 cents and I dug in my wallet for a $20 bill. After I gave her the 20, the other girl hands me the note I have pictured, I take a moment to read it and felt soooo weird about it because I am at Jack in the Box. HOW ARE YOU GONNA TELL ME BE HEALTHY???? Right after that, I look back at the window and question why the girl at the register isn’t working on getting my change, she then lifts up a $10 bill and asks me “This is a really old $10 bill right?” I look at her puzzled and agreed, she then hands me a $1 which means she’s shorting me $10 in change. I tell her that I handed her a $20 and she said “No, you handed me a $10 bill I even asked you about it remember? I mentioned about it being old?” I said “Yeah but that was after I handed you the $20 and your friend here handed me the note.” She stuck to it and so I just said “ okay that’s fine, y’all have cameras here right!?” She said “yes, we do” I said okay I will come by tomorrow during lobby hours and speak with a manager about possibly looking at camera footage to make sure” I went back the same night and spoke to the manager, she took a picture of receipt for time stamp on video and she said she was going to let me know but she didn’t get my number because I was in a rush to get out of drive-thru line because I felt terrible for the people waiting in line. I tried to call them today and their phone line isn’t working. I guess I will just have to “stay healthy and strong” and stop going to Jack in the box. I’m almost positive the whole note thing and the question about the supposed $10 bill was to confuse me and I’m sure it’s not the first or last time they stole from people. Coincidentally, when I went back to speak with manager I heard that they had just turned in register and they were not over. I feel like they knew it was almost time to switch registers and decided I was a good candidate for theft. Sad.
Hours are incorrect, reason for the 1 star is that night shift employees know it and don’t care. Drove there on Sunday at 10 pm following the 24/7 hours marked in both Google and the Jack App, got there and all lights were down with the exemption of the 24 hour drive-thru sign. When trying to order, the employee told me it was closed. Okay, no biggy that’s not a reason for a 1 star, the real reason is that then I respectfully told him “Hey it would be good if you guys turn the 24hr sign off so that no more people come” he proceeded to say “meh whatever” and laughed at the comment. Save your time, and treat the hours of this location with a grain of salt.
