I’ve went here today so clean and great service

Very busy during lunch hours but the wait is short .. especially if use the McDonald's mobile app! Highly recommend.. plus you can earn free food!!

I like this McDonald's because it's close to my house, the service is fast, the food is well cooked and the customer service is excellent. The staff is super sweet and respectful, and we ask know that we can't find that just anywhere.

Love this location! I always use the app. I’ve only had to wait for my food twice, and it was a short amount of time to be fair. My order is always correct, golden brown (which is how I like my nuggets and fries!), and quickly-made! Edit: I spoke too soon. They forgot my slush lol.

I think this is one of my all time favorite McD layouts...FIREPLACE and nifty seating. It should make the Hutto McD hang their head in shame IMO

Order was correct and hot

This location has Dr. Pepper slurpies! 😍 There wasn’t any soap in the ladies room. The dispenser was taken apart and laying on top of the counter. Employees were friendly, service was quick.

I mean, we go here often enough that feel obligated to give it four stars. Food order is always right and quick, my toddler likes the shaded play area, and they have decent frozen coffee cheaper than Starbucks. Works for me!

So I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's food but there's just something about their coffee that stands out. So we frequent McDonald's in the morning to grab a cup of coffee. This location has become our go to spot to grab a cup of coffee in the morning! Depending on our route, it's not always "on the way" but the staff in the mornings (at least M-F) is on point. They are super nice and truly define what real customer service is all about. I'm the kind of person that will go out of my way and even pay a little more for good, if not great, customer service. So, stop by in the morning and grab a coffee. These ladies will bring a smile to your face! :)

So here's a place that has their ship together. Dates and liners on the brewed tea stations up front makes me feel good about what I cant see in the kitchen. The fries and chicken were cooked fresh. Generally good vibes. 👍 P.S. I was there waiting for my car to get done at Discount Tire.

It's Mickey D's and everything you would expect. This particular trip, everything was great but the line in the drive thru was pretty long and my little one almost lost her mind wait for her happy meal. We have had mix ups at this location occasionally and the play equipment needed some love last time we were allowed to go in. Overall, no surprises.

An outdoor play place?!? Heck yes! The kid taking my ordered so didn't seem to knowledgeable was still helpful and polite. Barely had time to get my drink before my food was already out here outside with us. Great service, great atmosphere where kids can play outside... Perfect pit stop!

It's McDonald's. You get what you pay for. But the fries have always been hot and fresh and never turned down when ordering frozen coke. Two of the most important things in my book.

Food tastes amazing as expected, BUT the service was not great, no cashiers and it took half an hour to order. IF I WAS DYING OF HUNGER I would of have died, now the atmosphere made me feel like i was sitting in garbage because it was not the most comfortable seat. So in all honesty go there BUT go to drive thru.

90% by the time they get our order right through the drive-through, but when we order through the app, it’s always correct. So we tried to always order that way!

I was peeved at first because I had an app order for pick up. I get to the door and it's locked!! How am I gonna get my food? I called the store number & they explained they didn't have enough staff that day to have both the dine in and drive through open. So...I went through the drive through, gave them my order number from my app, and received my food that way. Bless their hearts🤷🏿

They forgot to include the chocolate milks in the happy meals. Unfortunately we didn't call right away and when I went back a week later they oh well, should have called can't do anything now. I feel they could have done something. I was there ordering food again, it's not like I randomly stopped in asking for milk.

I order the same thing every time I show up and they keep forgetting to put the cookies in my bag, and sometimes the cookies are burned and are uneatable. The nuggets are not edible, too!

I gave 3 stars because THIS time I only ordered a sandwich (no drink, no fries) and it turned out ok. The guy at the drive through was kind. However the reason WHY I only ordered a sandwich is because every time I order fries from this location, they are either half full, cold, stale or a combination of these. I got tired of saying something and being looked at like I'm being snobby or unreasonable. Last week I even got viciously ill (vomiting) from the fries. The rest of the order went to waste! I live closest to this one but again didn't want to be looked at like I'm the one in the wrong. 😔

The food was adequate. The service was very responsive and professional. I love the kiosks in the front for ordering, they make everything a little bit easier. I also like the furniture and the way everything is set up, it makes everything look modern and chic. However, the Flies are atrocious. We could barely enjoy our food without being bombarded by many flies. I understand that the playscape is outside and the door in between is being used all the time, which will let flies in. However, the store needs to employ fly repelling measures to combat this. There are many available. These flies pretty much ruined our experience.

I order from store for delivery. I watched the dasher leave the store and he either made 2 other stops or was lost. I was the last stop even though I was the closest to the store. Our food was barely warm and I had ordered coffee and it was lukewarm by the time it arrived at our home

I always have to check my order at this location. I order through the app and purchase add ons for my food that always seem to get missed when I order from here. Definitely recommend checking any special orders at this location.

Hit or miss on the quality of service. Some days you’d get rude employees taking your order (no basic manners). Although food is somewhat consistent and solid overall, the restaurant is clean and well maintained.

Experience not so good this time. They brought me burger and fries but no coke. He apologized. They brought burger with no cheese. I let it slide seeing how he didnt listen to me when he rang it up incorrectly and didn't charge for cheese. The meat was definitely not hot and fresh. It had been sitting for a couple hours. This needs to be corrected ASAP.

My Dr Pepper was water. The fries were cold. I went back in to tell them about the Dr Pepper and get it refilled but they were not able to get it switched because it froze. I traded my cold fries for luke warm fries. Almost asked for a full refund.

It's a McDonald's so don't expect much, but you can expect I'd basic hospitality and them getting your order right. So far they've always got my son's happy meal order wrong and sometimes they even forget to give it to me. I see them always fooling around at the drive through window, I'm pretty sure that's what affects their attention to their customers.

This is a really mediocre location. The poor experience begins with the wait. The line is ALWAYS wrapped around the building. I have seen employees out with tablets on a few occasions but it is rare that they take more than 2 orders before meandering back inside. Also, the app ordering is a joke. The app in general is not designed like other fast food places where you order food and it gets made, therefore decreasing wait time. Rather, they don't even actually charge your card or start preparing the food until you park and check-in. Also, although you can order on the app at this location, it is the only one I have found that does not allow you to park and check in. If you try, you will get an error message over and over. It forces you to wait in line anyway. This feature has obviously been disabled for their convenience. After waiting in the horrendous drive through line, the experience is inevitably made worse by lack of order correctness.

I asked for lemonade with no ice. I got a partially filled cup of lemonade.... So I asked for my ice, which they gave me in a separate cup. 🤣 Crazy

The Manager at the Pflugerville 685 McDonalds has got to go. She is a loud, rude, unhappy person working here. It is obvious she yells and always seems to be in a bad mood. Talks bad when she thinks the customer doesn't speak spanish then gets surprised when customer confronts her about customer service because she was talking ugly rather then like a manager. When I asked for the manager , I was shocked when she said she was the manager. Oh McDonalds , what are you doing??Do you not take anymore pride in the service of your customers? Avoid this place, the Apple fritter is old and hard , they serve you old apple fritters and remove the date off them. Avoid!

Horrible experience. Fries are not fresh. We ordered soft serve, the person who is giving have no gloves atleast. No hygiene measures are taken.

I ordered 2 # 6's and a medium fry. They gave me a 2 for 5 and a medium drink. Eventually spoke to a manager. I thought he understood me and so I paid the difference for 2 more fries. I guess he didn't understand me because they only gave me one fry. Oh my god I am frustrated. The lady at the window ended up just giving me another fry.

They've messed up my order before, and unfortunately, it happened again. The manager is always rude, and the food quality at this branch is significantly lower than in other places. I don't recommend it.

Mcdonald's food is mcdonald's food but the manager was extremely rude to me when there was an issue with an app order. I called to get her name and she answered and ended up telling me I was "overemotional because I was pregnant." We haven't returned to this location since. The food is fine and the cashier's and other staff are more than friendly.

To start off with I'm a frequent visitor to this location, but not after tonight. I will be going to the one in Hutto now. Some lady came inside from the drive through to get her order fixed because the drive through had messed it up. Now, I work at a fast food restaurant and when we mess up an order we replace it and come up with an opportunity to make their experience better after the mistake that's been made. But the associate that was in charge of the drive through, it could've been a manager I'm not positive, he argued with the woman about the fact that she did in fact order what she was trying to replace and that if she wanted to get the correct item it would be an $.83 up-charge. He made it and the woman sent her daughter to get the money out of the car. She came back inside and gave her mom the money. After that she walked out with the correct item. The woman then gave a female worker, the manager of the store, the upcharge and was frustrated that they couldn't have just changed her incorrect item to the right item. She walked out and the manager began yelling her apologies in the most sarcastic tone I've ever heard in a fast food store. As I was getting my drink the manager proceeded to go to the back and complain to the workers about "how that fata** just needs to lay off of the hot fudge" I believe that if a customer can hear you it's highly inappropriate. I will not be back to this location after seeing how this manager reacted to an incorrect order on their part.

The fries at this location are ALWAYS undercooked and soggy. I only go here for breakfast and go farther to a different McD’s for regular meals. Come to think of it, the English muffins on the sandwiches are usually not toasted enough either.

If you want to try the new Savory Chili WcDonald's Sauce don't even bother ordering inside or drive-thu. As an employee told me, "You can only get it through mobile order." I'm paying for a product never though I would be limited on what I can get. Ridiculous.

Epic fail had order number 1911. No BBQ sauce that I paid for, fries were only 3/4 full and cold. It's a shame people can't read, follow orders and deliver hot food in correct quantities. I thought the mobile app was supposed to help prevent these issues. Should have went to In N Out burgers instead, at least I get ALL of my order and my food is hot when I get it.

Ordered through the mobile app for pick up and this place didn’t have my food and could not find my order, although it stated on the app that my food was ready for pickup. Manager here is a liar and told me that the mobile app would refund my money for the food being unavailable, although it clearly states on the mobile app that they do not provide refunds once a payment has been made and that I would need to contact the specific store that I ordered at in order to get a refund. So basically, the manager here stole my money because she refused to give me my food or a refund for my food and kept deliberately lying to my face stating that I’ll get a refund, which is untrue. She should be fired for incompetence.

What time does the lobby close?. I will not go back to this McDonalds. The managers are rude and don't care about quality food or customer service. Both managers don't know there employees names. The employees don't know each others name. You wait in line all day and never get your food hot and fresh. I told them I would park so they can make my food fresh. I didn't pay for old food. I asked twice. I had to send them back. It was the same batch, not hot at all. They put 5 chicken nuggets in the fryer and put them on top. They sent them back to me. I wasn't going to keep going back and forth. Plus they send the black guy out to deal with the black women. The managers were rude and acted like she didn't care. I will be making sure to call McDonalds and let them know. This is a horrible franchise that continuously hires Hispanics that hire more and discriminate against colored people. I have had this happen at more than one McDonalds. Its not that hard to get fast food and make it fresh.

We did a drive-thru order via the mobile app. When we got to the window. They told us that the soda machine was down in the drive thru. And had to redo our orders for drinks. When we told him we wanted lemonade to replace the Fanta orange drink, they said they couldn't do that. Somebody went to the lobby and got the orange fanta drink. When we got home our french fries were cold and stale and our order looked messy. We will not come back to this location again for quality, product, and customer service, which are all bad

Every time I order food for delivery they always cancel the order. No reason, ran out of special sauce or no unions or the bread guy didn't show up. Just plain cancel the dam thing. I have limited time for lunch 30 min, I burned 20 min waiting for my order and finally get the message on grubhub order canceled.

The place wasn't busy but it still took just under 20 minutes to get out food. The food was cold because half was just sitting out not and not under heat or anything. Items were missing and my burger was made wrong. It was replaced with another made wrong exactly the same. The staff seemed to be have a great time from all the singing and laughs we could hear the entire time from the back. Maybe if they hired people who want to work instead of play they could get an order correct and on time.

I just ordered 3 mighty kids meals with Mcdoubles and extra fries. They not only gave me regular burgers but they are now using the tiny fries containers for the fries instead off the white paper containers. Looks like they are cutting back. I also ordered a large fry and only half the container was full. Looked like a bag of Doritos.....full of air!!

I always buy breakfast at McDonald’s and this particular store always rips my family off. They break the bacon strips in half and sell them for double. I paid for 2 orders and they give us one and break it into two. This is the only McDonalds that does this. Won’t stop at this McDonald’s again. Same thing every time, rip off. Choose another location.

Unfortunately the closest one to me. I’ve given this location sooo many tries and they never fail to disappoint. The most recent: how do you mess up a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I was literally the only person in the drive through and you can’t remember to put EGG on a sausage EGG and cheese biscuit? So tired of them. Seems like every time I go there there’s something missing or wrong. Do better McDonald’s. You’re prices sky rocketed over the last few years, you want people to continue to pay for your mediocre food then you may wanna train your people to do the simplest of jobs so the mediocre food isn’t combined with terrible service.

One of the worst run McDonald's I think I have ever been to. There was an issue with my order and they had me waiting 20 minutes before helping. I showed the receipt of my order and they couldn't do anything so made me pay twice for the same order and I have yet to receive any refund.

The staff here are the WORST. The manager is a condescending person who acts like they have no clue what is going on. I ordered through the app. Took a screenshot of my order confirmation with he order number. Received an email with my order as well. Showed up 10-15 minutes later, they said they didn't receive an order. I showed them the email and the order and my bank page that showed it charged me. She told me "oh well you can order the same thing again, then tomorrow come back and I'll give you the money back". Like.... What... Then on top of that the app has no contact information for the app. It only lets you send a complaint. So I'm out money, have no food, and got ignored. Usually I don't complain about my fast food places, cause they are all terrible (but I love them) but I just got my money stolen and I'm pissed.

I attempted to use a promotional deal through the McDonald’s app and provided the code to the cashier, who stated it was invalid even after repeating it twice. When I asked if the barcode could be scanned at the window, I was told there was no scanner available. This was surprising, as I have previously ordered in-store at this location and successfully had my app barcode scanned. Unfortunately, no effort was made to review the app on my phone or offer an alternative solution to honor the promotion. Additionally, being charged 40 cents per sauce added to the frustration. Overall, the lack of assistance and customer service was disappointing.

I ordered online to pick up at counter and a few minutes after I went inside and staff said your order is cancelled which on my application said it was valid for pickup 2-5mins. I ended waiting in line 10-15 minutes just to find out they cancelled the order. Poor management skills, lack of prioritize online orders. Left store without meal since it was cancelled
