Savannah is always so helpful, friendly and remembers our order. The smoothies are delicious and they have great food options. There are uno cards and it’s always clean and quick service. There is also a gentleman in the morning around 7:30pm that is super friendly. Highly recommend

I love Tropical Smoothie in Pflugerville! Not only is the food and smoothies delicious but the staff is always so welcoming and kind! Today I ordered a PB Crunch (thinking I was getting the PB Crunch Bowl) but instead received the PB Crunch flatbread. But with the name PB Crunch so I see how that would be confusing!! XY helped me out and insisted on making my orders right and didn’t charge me! That is what I call customer service!!

I absolutely loved the attitudes and atmosphere when I stopped by this Monday! The gentleman in the blue shirt was absolutely fantastic, making sure everyone was accommodated for and their order taken. The others were fast, and seemed upbeat, from humming to the beat of the music to being wonderful to watch work. The gentleman behind the counter even helped make my son's sippy cup able to be drank out of! 10/10 every part of my experience driving through here was phenomenal and it can't be fully expressed through words! Will stop by again next trip! The smoothies are bomb too!

All the staff are very nice! Food is great! They were fine with us working here for 3+ hours while waiting for the Hendrickson debate tournament. I 100% recommend this place for working and studying!

Edit: On 08/16/2022 I ordered online to pick up 1 sunrise sunset, when I received I saw the color of the smoothie was different than the other times. I asked a staff they said that is correct sunrise sunset. When I drank the smoothie was not smooth, the taste is not the same with the other times. I usually drink sunrise sunset every week, at least 3 times per week.

Got the açaí bowl and it was ok. I was expecting fresh fruit but it seemed like I got canned pineapple. Açaí bowl seemed pre frozen so I had to wait a bit to eat it. They ran out of granola and the worker was nice to let me sub it out for pb which I appreciated. I would return to try their other items but not the açaí bowl as they seemed smaller and lower quality as compared to pressed juices.

Usually love this place, however I just ordered the Thai chicken wrap and it was very disappointing. There was maybe 5 little cubes of chicken in it, the wrap was really hard and it was very small for the price of a $10 wrap. For spending $25 on lunch I would expect more value. It also took forever to get my food. So it may be awhile if I go back there. Smooties are good though.

Update 12/11/2025 I placed an online order to pickup and it was not made to the way I wanted. The Jerk sauce was added when I selected no jerk sauce. It's either the jerk sauce or the pineapple Salsa that made the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wraps too spicy making them not edible. I have been going to this place since it opened. I love the wraps and the sandwiches. Good generous portions, BUT lately the portions has been reduced. Usually one Baja Chicken Wrap will be enough to fill me up. Now the wrap measured 5.5 inches. Considerably smaller. Their customer service needs improvement. They have a phone number listed, but no one answers it and none of the messages are checked. I was informed of this by one of the staff. The reason was they're too busy to check. Hence this is the reason for three stars. It would be five if they kept the portion size the same and perhaps answer the phone calls.

Poor customer service. Came in and the Black female employees couldn't be bothered to say hello or ask if we had any questions. Mind you it eas no one else in the store but them and they carried on as if we weren't there. I decided not to patron this store and hope it goes out of business if this is all they have to offer.
