I absolutely agree with the previous reviews 🙂 A lovely place on two floors with outdoor seating. Truly a wide variety of croissants, including many vegan options. I also had a cappuccino with almond milk and pistachios, which was delicious. Prices are a little higher than average, but it's also true that almond milk is more expensive in general. They're very nice and friendly. Highly recommended. Parking with a parking disc is easy to find.
One of my absolute favorite brioche in Biella. Rich and creamy filling, wide choice of space flavours. Brioche always enriched on the surface with fruit, chocolate bars, kinder bueno, nuts and many other good things 😋 My favorite is the salted caramel one. The owner is kind, friendly and helpful. Trained staff. Not to be missed for excellent breakfasts, but also for lunches. Also worth trying is the owner's Made in Biella Cashmere Gin.
Amazing croissants! The place is really cute inside, especially upstairs.
The bomb! For breakfast, they serve really good pancakes with maple syrup and beautifully plump brioches with unusual fillings! I highly recommend trying the pancakes with maple syrup and fresh fruit, which I think are truly delicious. The place is also very cute, and the staff is truly kind and welcoming.
Bar with outdoor seating in Biella on Viale Roma. Nicely decorated. Good coffee, but I'm not a fan of the frozen croissants, even though they offer a wide selection and the fillings are fresh and delicious. Service is now regular, and I go back often.

Fantastic place for a mouth-watering brunch. Dishes are made with the finest ingredients available. Very friendly staff, and the menu ranges from savory to sweet. The salads and berry pancakes are highly recommended. Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays. They currently offer a popular takeout service. To start the day off right, I treat myself to a super-stuffed brioche—a real treat.

A top-notch breakfast. Various coffee blends to suit all tastes, especially the exclusive Gulf blend. Brioche with over 100 different cream fillings. My favorite is the pistachio cream. For lunch, you can choose one of their excellent sandwiches, truly generous salads, or one-pot meals made with high-quality ingredients. The staff is top-notch.
Excellent pastries and friendly service. Unfortunately, the place is a bit small, so you might not find a table if you arrive late. The location also makes it difficult to find a nearby parking spot.
Excellent selection of croissants. The staff was kind and friendly, but a little funny. I wanted to pay by card because I only had a 200 euro note. They said it was no problem. Then they insisted I pay in cash with the 200 euros, but they checked and rechecked it several times :-D.
Coffee, cappuccinos, and croissants of all kinds to suit all tastes. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. In the evening, try the "gintoneria" (a spirit made in Biella), CashmereGin, recently mentioned in Paolo Massobrio's Il Golosario 2023.
Nice place with an outdoor terrace in a busy area of Biella. Good breakfast, with an excellent cappuccino and delicious filled croissants, a little different from the usual ones found in other bars. I found the price a little steep, however. Friendly staff. I recommend freshening up the outdoor terrace, which is a bit run-down, although very pretty with the lights and the climbing jasmine plant (I think).
