We ate lunch here for the first time. The dishes were absolutely delicious (we each had prawns for starters, one pizza and one pasta for mains). We came here with our two kids and they prepared two lovely dishes for them. The service was phenomenal and the interior of the restaurant beautiful. We will be back and a restaurant that shouldn’t be missed in Ponte Tresa :-)

Very good everything, the food is very good, service friendly, fast and professional, the environment is very nice, building is good, next to the river, is very very good place, actually it should have more clients, the prices are very good and in fact a bit cheap for that quality, i don't know how they manage this prices, then i always leave a good tip. They really knows how to cook good food, and i 100% recommend at the end an Expresso with Tiramisu, This Tiramisu is one of the best or even the best i have tried. 100% recommend this restaurant.

Everything was perfect at La Perla in Ponte Tresa! The place is very modern, beautifully lit, and super clean. Even the restroom was impressive – very elegant and well-maintained, which is rare to see in other places in Italy. I had the Black Angus Burger with fries and their special sauce – absolutely delicious! The food was fresh and full of flavor. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended – definitely 5 stars from me!

Very nice place for lunch, right by the border. Food was excellent and proportions were generous. we tried the seafood linguine, papardelle with mushrooms, mixed grill meat and the seafood pizza.

Excellent pizza and food, went here on a sunny day and I'm really happy we went to this restaurant. The service was great, the staff was very nice and the food was really good. Ordered two different pizzas, and they were really well made and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and I would eat here again.

We were the only ones there that night due to it being off season, I suppose. However, it was a great time and we had a lovely waiter that night. The service and food was amazing! Recommended my father to go there whilst on his bike tour. The pizzas, risotto and pasta were delicious! 😍👌🏽 We were too hungry to take any photos of the food sadly. Another time!

Went for lunch (in the middle of a wet MTB ride). Wanted a pizza but when entering the restaurant the enticing smell of fish steered me towards a fish pasta dish. This was fantastic, deep flavour, good amount of seafood and a perfectly cooked pasta. Great place good service

Il posto è bellissimo decorato molto bene e anche il personale è molto carino ci sono rimasta un po’ male vedendo questa pizza però…il mio ragazzo ha chiesto come fa in tutti i ristoranti una pizza ai quattro formaggi ma con su il pomodoro non tutta bianca e gli hanno portato questa🥲però buona era buona😅

La location è carina, appena costruita anche se l’arredamento risulta essere già usurato. Il personale è disponibile anche se un po’ poco organizzato, nonostante ci fossero solo due tavoli da servire. Seduti al tavolo ci portano due menù con pietanze e prezzi diversi; alla richiesta di un nuovo menù ci viene portato un altro menù incompleto (mancavano delle pagine). Nel complesso abbiamo mangiato bene, ma niente di speciale. Comunque da provare

We ordered both pizza and main dishes. The pizza was below the Italian average and did not meet our expectations, so we would not return specifically for pizza. The main dishes were generally acceptable, although the pasta was overcooked, and overall pricing felt high for the quality delivered. On a positive note, the service and staff were excellent—very friendly, attentive, and welcoming.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and is beautifully decorated from the outside, which created a great first impression. However, our experience was mixed. When we arrived, it took quite a while to be seated, and once we were, there was a noticeable delay before we could place our order—and again before the food actually arrived. The menu was not translated, which could be a challenge for non-local guests. That said, the food itself was delicious. Everything we ordered tasted great, with the exception of the fries, which were extremely salty. One issue we noticed was that the tables were too high in proportion to the seats, making it uncomfortable to sit and eat. This affected the overall dining experience It was clear that the service team was struggling. It seemed like the regular staff may have left recently, and the replacements were new and inexperienced. Our waiter, for example, had to refer to the menu to write down the exact names of the dishes, which isn’t something you typically see in a well-prepared team. They were polite, apologetic, and clearly trying their best, but unfortunately the lack of training and coordination made for a disappointing service experience. With some staff training and better organization, this place could really shine—especially since the food and ambiance are already strong.

Pur essendo una pizzeria, è stato comunicato che il pizzaiolo è stato male nel pomeriggio e quindi il servizio indisponibile. Per il resto tutto bene. Aggiornamento 04.07.2025: Siamo ritornati per assaggiare una pizza e con nostra delusione, visto che alla prenotazione del tavolo era garantita la presenza del pizzaiolo, niente pizza neanche stasera. Il personale sembra più disorganizzato rispetto alla prima volta (all'esterno il cellulare delle comande prende con difficoltà). Spotity FREE in un ristorante (comprese pubblicità con la Maionchi e pastiglie per il mal di stomaco) anche NO. Piatti consegnati con impronte del cameriere ed aperitivi serviti (non a noi, ma poco importa) su tavolini di vetro con macchie di sporco degli avventori precedenti (una pulita almeno quando si prende la comanda o quando si "sbarazza" il tavolo ...). Cibo migliore la prima volta. Come nota finale: entrambe le volte non si è visto lo scontrino fiscale. La gestione va rivista come pure è rivista la valutazione. Desolè.

Siamo stati con 2 amici (in totale eravamo 4 persone) nel bel giardino per un apero fuori orario (21), chiedendo se possibile visto che si tratta di un ristorante. Permesso accordato, personale gentile e attento anche con il nostro cagnolino. Abbiamo ordinato e consumato 3 spritz e 1 campari soda senza ghiaccio (quelli in bottiglietta). Visto che non era ora di apero abbiamo ordinato una porzione di patatine fritte. Purtroppo la sorpresa è stata con il conto, sballato sia nel numero di persone (c’è uno spritz in più) che nella quarta bevanda, ce ne siamo accorti una volta arrivati a casa dopo cena. Non pretendiamo di essere rimborsati, un errore può capitare, ma rendiamo attenti i proprietari di fare più attenzione, soprattutto perché si tratta di una nuova attività.

Locale Bellissimo, servizio pessimo, abbiamo organizzato una cena aziendale di cui vari drink sono stati dimenticati, hanno fatto servizio a 26 persone ed a me mancava il piatto richiesto, hanno finito tutti di cenare ed io aspettavo ancora il mio piatto, non solo, hanno portato un piatto non richiesto. Abbiamo fatto la fame praticamente, spero che il servizio e la qualità cambino.

Dall esterno Locale molto invitante ... Ho riservato 4 giorni prima della data di prenotazione chiedendo se fossero aperti il 1 novembre per poter fare aperitivo. Mi hanno confermato ed ho riservato per 4 persone alle 18.00.... Peccato che al nostro arrivo era chiuso...

Non ci torneremo più. Posto sporco, i menù eranp unti delle ditate altrui, sedie scomode e piu basse rispetto ai tavoli, tovaglia sporca e posate mal tenute!E sporco anche per terra (fazzoletto di carta nell'angolo vicino a una poltrona). Locale piccolo e stretto e anche la terrazza con queste sedie cosi grandi non ti potevi nemmeno muovere. Cibo cosi cosi, hamburgher senza salse e asciutto, cosi come il pane! Lo sconsiglio vivamente! Prezzo alto rispetto a tutto il resto! Personale, unica consolazione: gentile. Al proprietari: inutile rispondere che la recensione non e' valida!! E' la verità! Noi non ci siamo trovati bene. Ognuno ha i suoi gusti!!
