I rate the restaurant for a business lunch, or rather, for lunches, as we work in the area for several days. There's no fixed-price menu, as you can choose directly from the daily menu. Excellent appetizer buffet. First courses aren't particularly sophisticated, but they're good and plentiful. For second courses, there are two price points: obviously, a sliced ​​steak can't cost 6 euros. Generally, a first course or buffet plus dessert, coffee, and water costs around 12 euros. Ultimately, excellent quality, more than fair prices, and excellent wines. Courteous and friendly service from the owners. Well done.

Siamo stati in questo locale per una apericena di battesimo. Bel locale, molto pulito, grande parcheggio, personale molto efficiente, cortese e sorridente. Il cibo offerto è stato del territorio, cur…

Ottima specialità piemontesi ... Ma tempistiche drasticamente eterne . Con tutta la buona volontà .... Ma non si può servire una portata ogni 40/50 minuti . La gente alla fine di facciata é contenta, in realtà tutti si lamentano della lentezza. Comunque complimenti per location, prodotti e pulizia

Ottimo ristorante qualità prezzo dove si possono mangiare delle specialità piemontesi come i gobbi di Saluzzo una splendida pasta ripiena e ho mangiato un buon brasato. Il vino eccellente io ho bevuto un Barbera favoloso e non parliamo del moscato che ha accompagnato il tiramisù alle castagne. Il personale molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Il propietario rispettoso delle norme anticovid. Il ristorante è sito A Revello una 20 di km da Cavour.

The restaurant is located near the Via Saluzzo roundabout. It's visible thanks to a large sign erected on a pole. You have to enter the Gaia garden and walk a few meters before reaching the entrance. I've always been there in the winter/autumn, but I imagine the entrance must be nice in the summer. The restaurant is an open space, with tables of varying numbers arranged in an orderly fashion. The decor is thoughtfully designed. The menu is entirely à la carte. In the photos, you can see some dishes such as plin and pllo (exquisite). Overall, the dishes are very good, but slightly expensive for the town they're in, but in line with similarly priced restaurants in Turin. The staff is friendly. Generally closed on Mondays.
