We came here for “La cresima” of our niece. We had a great time there. The owner and the staff were very friendly with good services. Italian dishes are tradional ones that origin Liguria. If you visit Rossiglione, don’t miss it. Highly recommended!!!

Recommended by a local friend, I recommend a lunch with a truly quality chef. ‼️ The best agnolotti (and I'm from the area) with a "Tuccu" sauce (meat chunks cooked until "exhausted"), order two plates and a house platter. I recommend a maximum of 1 for two, or even three if you want to get to the main courses... (We watched shanks and BBQ ribs pass by, with regret and with memories for our next visit.) Excellent beers 🍺, both on tap and single bottle, and we also tasted (for those of us who weren't driving) an excellent Nebbiolo... The village of Rossiglione is also worth a visit on foot, with its bridges, waterways, and churches...

The place is a gem...dined outside with live music. Very kind staff Excellent food, from cutting boards to meat, from troffie to ravioli. The host is a wine enthusiast and connoisseur so the cellar offers bottles from Piedmont and Liguria without forgetting the rest of Italy. I can't wait to go back!

We went to Vecchia Dogana on Saturday evening and had a wonderful time. It's a very quaint place with incredibly friendly staff, almost like being a guest at a friend's house! The platter was amazing, with delicious cheeses and cured meats! We'll be back to try the summer location!

I went to the Vecchia Dogana for Christmas dinner with friends. The restaurant is rustic, beautiful, and welcoming. The menu doesn't have many dishes; there's one appetizer, five first courses, and four second courses... in my opinion, a bit lacking in that respect. The dishes we ate were very good and fresh, the only downside being the portions were a bit small. For our main courses, we had a cured meats appetizer, Fassona tartar, and ravioli au tüccu. To finish, the panna cotta and tiramisu were both delicious.

This quaint restaurant located in the town of Rossiglione features a spacious ground floor with a very characteristic vaulted ceiling, while the upper floor is somewhat bare. There's also a large outdoor area where you can dine or relax. The food is excellent, with a charcuterie board paired with a good Barbera. This is followed by truly special ravioli and a spectacular, truly satisfying meat tartar.

I'd heard about this place before, and I have to say it was a wonderful surprise. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the service excellent, the staff very friendly, and the food is well-prepared. The location is worth... I recommend it.

Beautiful place... in the middle of Rossiglione, this restaurant shines. Good food, but the bread basket isn't up to par—too bland—and there's no focaccia, which in Liguria would be a must. Excellent wine selection, but prices are a bit higher than expected. The kindness and courtesy are appreciated.

Prenotato oggi per Pasqua per 4 persone,3 adulti e una bambina di 3 anni,arriviamo al locale che è molto particolare e molto bello. Accoglienza ottima ci siamo seduti e in breve abbiamo ordinato. Ci è stato portato quasi subito da bere e quindi il tagliere che era davvero davvero ottimo e molto abbondante. Finiamo di mangiare il nostro antipasto che erano esattamente le 13.20. Da qui iniziano i problemi. I primi ci arrivano alle 14.37(!!!) dopo aver sollecitato due volte la cameriera che a malapena ci ha degnato di uno sguardo limitandosi a rispondere con un li stanno preparando. Nel frattempo tutto il resto della sala,tutti arrivati abbondantemente dopo di noi,era già al secondo. Posso affermare questo con certezza visto che ad uno degli altri tavoli era seduto un nostro caro amico entrato al locale circa mezz’ora dopo di noi. Nel frattempo chiamo la cameriera per chiedere un ulteriore bottiglia di acqua e con fare scazzato nemmeno ci risponde mugugnando qualcosa al suo collega. Finiti i primi,dopo circa mezz’ora la stessa cameriera di prima ci chiede cosa volevamo di dolce. Le facciamo notare con sommo stupore che dovevamo ancora avere il secondo. Va in cucina e nemmeno 10 secondi dopo arriva con le due nostre tartare. E qui viene il peggio,avevano una consistenza ed un odore che non saprei nemmeno definire,e siccome erano veramente immangiabili,decidiamo di alzarci senza nemmeno toccarle tanto erano cattive e di andarcene. Facciamo presente al signore alla cassa,che non so se fosse il titolare ,il problema avuto con le tartare e senza alcuna discussione ce le toglie dal conto,offrendoci anche un amaro,dimostrandosi ,almeno lui ,molto ospitale. Conto che nonostante l’aver tolto i secondi si è rivelato molto alto,quasi 120€ per due antipasti e 4 primi. Partite con aspettative alte purtroppo deluse amaramente.

Devo sconsigliare questo locale. Passato abbastanza volte per scrivere senza esitazione che si mangia male, è troppo caro, e proprietari cattivi cattivi. Nn accogliente, nn vale la pena. Fortunatamente, ci sono altri opzioni in zona ed un locale con un menù simile, il ristorante Rizzo, a Campo si mangia molto meglio, meno caro, ecc.
