Definitely one of my favorite places to eat I'm so glad that they're serving indoors because every time you sit down it's so cool and comfortable in there, I always order the spring rolls they're out of this world 👍

I'm a big fan of Vietnamese Pho soups and I'm very critical of taste. I have to say that this place had a very good soup and even though I haven't tried their Boba Thai tea. I thin buy one get one free is a really good deal for $3.99. Other place charge $4.50 for one

This place is a hit and miss!! But we keep on coming because it’s the closets place to eat Pho in Pico! We have gotten hard noodles wrong orders weird tasting. But by the most it’s good! Love their egg rolls and milk rose tea. We mostly only get the shrimp pho here my husband didn’t care for the beef pho and the spicy beef has undo noodles which he hates. But it’s good will keep coming

Good flavor and big portions I ordered a chicken soup and they served with mint leaves, soy beans, hot sauce ,lemon and utensils on a separate bag In case you like to add a little or a lot 👍 and drinks are amazing they seal your cup to prevent spills .. fully recommended

Freshly made baguettes and only $4.35 each... Can't beat that! They also have buy 2 get 1 free baguettes, and buy 1 get 1 free boba. Had the thai tea and its great, just very sweet. Dilute it if u want and make two out of it. Bread is delicious as well!

It's a small place but with delicious and fresh spring rolls and I drive 45 minutes just to eat them.

The food is spectacular. I ordered the pho Tom yum ( chicken) Was nice and savoy, not spicey It doesn't have that " thai style" tom yum flavor. Shrimp spring rolls are delicious. Topped with the peanut sauce ( very good not vinegary). Pork sandwhich: the pork was very delightful, wasn't tough or dry. It was very filling. Definition of freshness. The drinks: Matcha latte ( hint of matcha/ more of a milky flavor. Honey lemon green tea( is very sweet, so beware) I can't wait to return.

Got the shrimp pho (#4) and spring roll (#23 I think), SO FREAKING GOOD. Best peanut sauce ever. Definitely coming back. Great portions and not stingy with shrimp.

First time trying this place and NEVER COMING BACK!! Old man is angry and has terrible vibe. I grabbed a can of peanuts to read the ingredients and he asked me on a very angry tone "are you buying them, otherwise don't grab!!" I immediately left after that. I only rated 5 star to keep my comment on top. I wonder why there's not much ppl, and it's always empty.

I got this delivered. This was amazing, I really loved the flavor. I ordered the Shrimp Noddle Soup and the Char Siu Spring Roll and the Rose Milk boba drink, all very tasty. I would definitely recommend!

No nonsense spot serving inexpensive pho and great value on sandwiches and boba drinks.

I’ve been to many pho spots through my life but this place is home. The service is outstanding every time I go and the pho taste like it is from the heart. Thank you to the amazing workers here who always make my day and are hilarious!!!! Conclusion: the pho smacks harder than my mom.

Update: Their food did save a lot for them, I added two stars. 2nd updated. Another star added for their really great and reasonable price!!! Original: Don't open as scheduled, even seeing me trying to open the door at 10:10AM (they are scheduled to open at 10A) and have people inside. The counter person still ignores me. Cool, now I have less concern for a lunch spot next time.

BMC Pho is one of the best places to get Pho. I always get a spicy Pho with a Vietnamese coffee. Our family always get an order of spring rolls and they are always delicious. They also have very good sandwiches. My go-to is the BBQ pork. Price is great and food is amazing. To top it off they are very fast for to go orders. Food is ready by the time I get there (about 10min drive)

In my experience, this is a lovely restaurant. They have plenty of menu items to choose from, and aren't priced terribly high. The Rose Milk Tea is splendid and Peach Lemonade is delightful ! Chicken Noodle Soup and Shrimp Noodle Soup are served very well. The atmosphere is modern, and the music is nice. Employees are also fast, and food is served quickly. Great restaurant !!

I like coming to this place. Let me get started with this isn't the best place for pho but the flavor and service is consistent. Noodle soups are pretty good. Rice dishes come in big portions as well as the vermicelli dishes. Only thing is that they do take quite a bit to make the food but as long as you understand that fresh cook takes longer to prepare you'll be alright. Drinks are great specially the buy one get one offer bit the best part on all the menu would be the baguettes... those sandwhiches are really good. Will definitely keep coming here to give them my business.

Excellent choice of area. Fresh food at reasonable prices. You can see that they are making food right in front of your eyes. I really like the wrapper of the company. Very satisfying. The sides are great. Try potatoes. Parking is steep, but lanes work better than their little fortunes.

I ordered for pick up and everything was packaged very neatly, good serving, and plenty of food. Will be ordering again. I ordered the 20 pc spring rolls and they came with plenty of peanut sauce.

Good place for a fast pho fix without the drive. The sandwiches are good as well and if you buy two you get the third free. You can’t go wrong with the pho and sandwiches in Pico Rivera. This has much better taste and price than Phonlogy.

Food's pretty good! I come here every few weeks and the food's never disappointed. If you have food allergies, you may really have to drill it into their heads for them not to add a specific food.

First time here and the food was really good. I had the fried shrimp rice and it didn't disappoint. It had the right amount of shrimp and a good flavor. Would come back again.

On the regular menu there is a $6 for a buy 1 get 1 free drink (averages $3/cup) with multiple drinks options that you can mix and match. Other drinks are only $4ish which is cheap compared to other places. Pricing on sandwiches and other items are also comparable cheap (forgot to take a photo of the menu) * Friendly staff * The tastes is decent compared to the price for the quality * The price-to-quality value is at par for what you get at the level of a fast-food drive through * Conveniently located at an intersection for going in both directions. Quick stop-n-go if passing by. CONS: * Spring rolls is pre-made a while ago, as is evident from the yellowing on the chopped lettuce * Drinks are medium quality, but can't complain as it's at par for the price charged Overall - If I'm passing by street again, feeling hungry, but don't want to eat the other traditional American fast food around the area (Mc'D, Jack In The Box, etc.), I wouldn't mind stopping here again for a fresher lighter-feel meal and refreshing drinks for a very good price.

Love the place, can’t beat the price, but lord some of this workers are clueless … I asked if there’s dairy in specific milk tea, normally it’s very straight forward , they use either regular milk or plant/non-dairy milk, and first time there’s a Boba place telling me they don’t know if there’s dairy or not, she said “probably, I don’t make them so I don’t know”. ?! 🤣🤣

Only went here because tge EVGO charging stations are located right next to it, they had a bathroom for customers so I bought a Boba Tea, it was actually really good, the people were friendly, the food did smell and look delicious, although I didn't get any

People are nice. The soup sucks. Hardly any flavor to the broth and the meats weren't that great. The rose milk tea is this place's saving grace.

The food is delicious. I went through drive thru and I do not recommend this. It takes them very long to have your meal ready to go. It is faster if you go inside. If you do opt for drive thru just turn off your car and have your phone charged.

This place is good for fast food Pho, but doesn't compare to Whittier Pho. Hoysen sauce was watered down. Gave my Pho a funny taste. Vietnamese spring rolls were pretty good. I would go back and try some rice or chicken dishes.

There is the rude guy working here. He is supper aggressive. I asked him for a soup with no Onion. I told him twice, before paying. He brings out the plate and it's loaded with onion. I told him that I did mention no onion. He blamed me for not telling him.

This new one in Pico Rivera has a lot to be desired. The service took forever and I went looking for The Steamed Buns and was informed they didnt have them at that location. I normaly head to the one in Hacienda Hieghts or El Monte, think I going to drive more the next time. At other location you can grab a pre packaged lunch or dinner and go. Here your menus is limited and the taste is not the same as other location.

Honestly I don't know if it's just this location but this is the second time I try it here and the chicken soup it's just terrible. The broth is really good but I don't know if they've downgraded to some sort of chicken jerky because this chicken it's so dry oh, it doesn't matter how long you need it in the soup it tastes terrible. And it looks just as bad. The one in City of Industry has actual real chicken breast and chicken thigh. This location need some serious help. But then again I don't know if they're all switching to this type of meat. I'm going to have to go back to my old location to see if it's true. The only reason I gave it to Stars was for the broth and the drink

Order online was no ready when I arrived. And I came here 10 mins after I was supposed to. They only have two clients inside and 3 cars in the drive thru. Why tell me it will be ready when it’s not. The food it’s good. The atmosphere is pretty clean as well. But the service is really slow. They are blaming it on the labor shortage. Maybe increase how much you are offering to pay? 2 out of their 4 workers are just gossiping, the other two are doing the hard work.

thai tea taste like tap water, i had ordered a shrimp noodle soup and it also tasted like tap water, they have a cart where to place dirty dishes and it was filled, would i come back here? ehhhhhhh...

Was not satisfied with any of the plates I ordered. Flavor was lacking for the pho. It was a spicy based soup but no spice or flavor whatsoever. I wish I could get my money back…the spring rolls were a surprise to me as well. Wasn’t expecting extra ingredients in the spring rolls. I thought it would have simple shrimp, greens, vermicelli and maybe soup shredded carrots but not this time. Came with some type of thick hard to chew meat and some crispy rolled up sweet tasting/fried piece all stuffed in this overwhelming spring roll…would not return or recommend if you’re looking for some flavorful Vietnamese food…

I have to say that the presentation of the food was awesome and tasted great, but what got my attention was that the young lady who took my order and was manning the drive through started to do something strange. She began to take pictures or use her camera phone to look into her mouth. I don't think she noticed me watching this happen. She then took an order and began to prepare drinks for the drive through. I did not see her wash her hands. So this prompted me to get up and leave. An older woman asked if everything was ok, I said yes. She handed me to go containers and bagged my food. I did not touch it after what I saw in the restaurant. Not sure if I will try it again.

Reduced menu and poor customer service makes it hard to keep being a customer. They never answer the phone. The posted hours are 10AM to 9PM. But, if you call the store at 830pm they don't answer the phone. The menu is is limited they don't have most items. Very disappointing 😕

It was my first time eating at this restaurant. The food was okay — I would eat here again if I’m nearby, but it’s not something I would go out of my way for. The place was quiet and clean, which I appreciated. Cleanliness is important to me, and they did well in that area. One of the biggest things for me, however, is customer service. Unfortunately, that was lacking. I had to wait a few minutes without knowing whether I should seat myself or order first, and no one acknowledged me. Because of that, I probably wouldn’t come back regularly. That said, if you’re nearby and craving pho, it’s still a decent option.

Poorly managed location. The employees will close early so they don't have to work and advertised closing time is incorrect. Google maps says 10pm, employee says they close at 9pm, but she won't serve you past 8:50pm. They will also substitute items in your order without asking and expect everything to be okay. Drove 15 miles for nothing, never going here again. Find another bmc pho or a better pho place, don't waste your time

Dirty chairs and tables. Its set up like a drive in Vietnamese restaurant. Pho was terrible and beef noodles was soggy and tasted old. Honey green tea is actually jasmin tea. There is absolutely no green tea powder. How does this place got above 4 stars. :(((. Its not cheap either.

The worst service! Very very impolite and this was my third time thinking the other two days were just bad days! They also got my order wrong when I let them know the girl got upset as if it was my fault had me wait in the car. She never brought it out. Finally about 20 min later I went in and my bobas were sitting on the counter ice melted and my order had been sitting there. She didn’t want to bring it out.

I don’t recommend this place the lady in the drive thru is very rude and she lied to me about having my egg rolls inside the bag with my pho and she never put them inside the bag I was so upset that I didn’t notice they were missing till I got home 😞. So I called restaurant to let them know about my situation and they always have there phone off line I will never return there again the stole my money and are so ever price too. 👎🏼

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Drive thru person had time to clean tables yet never acknowledged me. Another person doing food prep never said a word. Eventually I walked out having never been spoken to.

Trash. I don't usually leave such bad reviews, but this place was absolute trash. We had a party of five, and all five of us complained of upset stomach. We were literally ignored fornthe 1st 15 minutes, and then our drinks came mid meal. Mind you, we were the only party in the restaurant, except for those in the drive up line.

How is this place in business. Waste of my money, no wonder is $10 for Pho. Food is not good, wanted to try it because i live close by, i would much rather go to Montebello Pho! That place is super delicious!

Poor customer service and the fake pho Vietnanese food has no flavour. 25 cent Top Ramin tastes better than this garbage. Noodles were watered down and stayle, shrimp spring rolls had no flavor, and teriyaki chicken was burned. I've been here 2 times and will never return because the older woman (employee) is extremely rude --- as well as the older gentleman that works there (poor guy looks miserable and just plain angry). The place is very dirty and unsanitary (very old/dirty chairs and tables). I could only imagine how UNSANITARY THERE KITCHEN is. I will not return...

I was a returning customer to this retaurant but this time today I decided to order the buy 1 take 1 tea in the drive thru. The man in the drive thru sounds very stressed out telling me that he is busy or something. When he handed me my drinks, I noticed that he gave something else, not the one I ordered, so I was about to tell him about it but he did not even listen and he closed his window immediately, he was very rude and unpleasant. There was no line ups in the drive thru, but I just decided to just leave coz I just cant deal with it after more than 12 hours of work. I did not enjoy my drinks at all. Please dont assign this man in the drive thru or in the cashier or anything that is related to customer service.
