I ordered the double meat bowl usually steak and barbacoa. I wanted cilantro but non was available. The cheese and lettuce was there so I got those options. I also like the cardamom tea served at chipotle. I wish they have sugar free options but the tea is tasty. Overall there are burrito and quesadilla options. Overall good

Another great place to eat if in the Pinecrest area. I like this location because there is ample parking (not like the one in South Miami). A bonus is you can grab a cup of coffee or something from the starbux next door if needed. A note to management, the floors could be a little cleaner. Sweep it a little often, not a major concern for me. Also, please pay attention to your quesadillas, so they don't burn or under cook. Do you guys have a timer on that press? I find most of the time it's either overcooked, or undercooked where the cheese don't completely melt. Still 5 star tho.

Chipotle always taste good, some time the personal at the restaurant it's not the best in attention, but the food is fast and good. Mexican good stile, it's getting market with vegetarian people with good food, but at the same time they have many beef options. Tacos are good, and the most popular could be the bowl. Serve with rice and everything on top. Not to bad to be sincerely. I still love my burrito without rice and 2 kind of beans...

I love Chipotle, but it's unbelievable that during this pandemic, Chipotle offers delivery promotions and then the delivery guy comes and demands a tip back! Seriously? They charged us for delivery, I assume you pay the delivery guy... and it's not right for him to come here and demand a tip back... I thought it was rude.

Twice already I’ve ordered food to go and when I open the food the steak is beyond burned.

Rude service . My kids were not greeted, and they were treated like an annoyance when they asked for help. The servers included but specially the Asian girl at the cashier was rude.

the portion sizes are poor and the people serving have no idea how a Chipotle bowl generally looks. The customer in front of me complained of the same thing and the woman serving us the bowl kept making eye contact with the cashier about that first customer. This made my bowl look like it was served with her eyes cloed.

On Friday, February 20, 2025, my husband and I visited this location for dinner in the late evening. Although we had never been to this particular location before, it was conveniently located on our way home, so we decided to stop. Upon entering and after purchasing our food, we immediately noticed that the dining area was in unacceptable condition. Nearly every table had leftover food and trash on it, and the trash cans near the entrance were overflowing. Had we noticed the condition of the restaurant prior to ordering, we would have chosen to leave and dine elsewhere. While attempting to find a clean table, we observed behavior from staff that was extremely unprofessional. A female employee began clearing tables, at which point a male employee working at the register threw a paper ball at her. Shortly after, she returned to the front counter area where two male employees and another female employee were present, and the group began kicking the paper ball around the floor as if it were a soccer ball. This conduct was inappropriate and unacceptable in a food service environment, particularly while customers were dining. Beyond the lack of professionalism, the situation raised serious sanitation concerns. Employees were handling and kicking what was essentially trash and then returning to food service duties. This is both unsanitary and concerning. I strongly recommend that management review the security footage from that evening, as this behavior should be addressed promptly. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant, combined with the conduct of the staff, reflects poorly on the establishment and warrants immediate review and corrective action. Due to this experience, we will not be returning to this location. I hope this matter is investigated thoroughly to ensure higher standards of cleanliness and professionalism moving forward. What a waste of $40.00 spent on this meal!

What a disappointment every single time I walk into this chipotle. Every time I come to order, they are ALWAYS out of veggies and some type of meat. Not that they are in the process of making the product, apparently they are “out” of the product which if that is true, it’s terrible management on their part. If they see this is a recurring issue, they need to buy more product in order to accommodate for their paying customers especially when I come in on a Saturday at 2pm.

I placed a large order to go: several steak tacos with lettuce and pico on the side. I was surprised to see the 4 1/2 pieces of steak on each taco. Here is a photo. Wish I could say they charged me 1/2 of the price since they barely put any meat. But they didn't. Check your to-go orders before you leave the store and ensure you are getting what you paid for.

This location kills me every time with how inconsistent it is. Sometimes someone seems to have dropped a gallon of salt in the rice or beans. Other times I get brisket that was burnt beyond belief. How can you serve something like this and let it pass quality check????

Ordered through the app for pickup. We got the bag and came home. Opened the bag and our drinks were not in there. On top of that, as were eating our chips, we noticed a piece of twill? or a string? on one of the chips (photos attached). Placed an order for 3 bowls, paid for 2 portions of guacamole and 1 extra portion of steak, didn't get either. I picked up the order and didn't realized it until I got home. Then, the third bowl didn't have pico de gallo and hardly any chicken !! This location is always running out of toppings.

Do not eat here. I got the bacteria campylobacter and that lead to colitis. I was in the hospital for x amount of days, all symptoms of covid BUT I was swabbed 3 times and 3 different occasions during this time & all 3 negative. Finally a CT of my abdomen revealed it’s colitis. Samples of my stool revealed it’s campylobacter. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Unfortunately every time I visit, this place needs a good cleaning , the kitchen and counters are always dirty. The floors and tables always need cleaning, and the employees don't seem to care. Management needs to take better care of this location .. I went with my daughter and sister , we order to go , it was 8:15 no food in the containers , the associate did not look to happy , when I paid , asked for water cups , since it was to go , I asked for lids and straw , a lady jumped grab the cups and stated she need it to serve the water because of covid , then at the drink station she was going to serve our water , to me that was strange because of Covid 19 safety guidelines, I asked her why she was doing this ? If I go to three different Chipotles and no one served my drinks , and she need it to keep her distance from me , I asked her to give me the cups , because of covid I did not wanted her to touch our cups , and it was her attitude towards the situation , horrible ! I asked if she serves the drinks of every Costumer ? She did not like the question , obviously she had attitude of intimidation , the employees were intimidated by this Lady named Jasmine “ .. she stated she was the store Manager .. she was not worried about having food in the counter , like I said it was a mess , and she said they were about to close , and that is why they had no more food .. she got upset because I replied but is 8:15 ? This is incredible ? She then got a very nasty attitude towards Us ! I grab my cup and said I am going to serve my self , I don’t want you touching our cups ! And that she was not following the covid safety guidelines, she then said i will film you and call the cops ! I just did not listen because I was not doing nothing inappropriate, I was upset towards this Lady’s attitude , and she did call the Authorities “ .. my daughter couldn’t believe what we were experienced , the Officer came to us and asked me , we told him the situation , he apologized and said I understand , sorry for the bad experience , but you guys need to leave the restaurant , I said why this is happening , this lady have no costumer service, and that her attitude was not appropriate, the employees looked intimidated by this horrible person . 👹

I have been going to this same Chipotle for 4 years now and I've never been so disappointed with my meal as I was last night. The rice was overcooked, chunky, watery, and there were barely any pieces of meat that I requested. The guacamole was black, which means it's been sitting out for way too long and that causes a lot of sicknesses, thankfully I did not get TOO sick. I spent $25 on a meal for my brother and I which we both ended up throwing away since it was that bad. Really unhappy with the food preparation. I work in the same plaza and it was always my go to lunch/dinner, now I will be taking my business elsewhere.
