We stayed two nights at this hotel-restaurant. The rooms were very clean and welcoming, the breakfast was good, but the real gem was the restaurant, which unfortunately we could only use for one evening as they were busy hosting a reception the next day. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and very welcoming, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The wine list is extensive. We started with Celestino's agnolotti with roast beef sauce, for the main course, braised veal cheek and buttered vegetables, and a sliced ​​Coalvi Piedmontese Fassone beef with mixed salad and Piedmont hazelnuts. Finally, a semifreddo with salted pistachios, white chocolate, and vanilla cream. The use of top-quality ingredients is strong, highlighting the local produce, a perfect match for the chef's cuisine. The presentation of the dishes is also excellent. The quality/price ratio is amazing. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Minimal restaurant...typical Piedmontese menu...the mixed fried food leaves a bit too much oil residue...but not bad. The first courses are excellent and, among the desserts, the zabaglione is recommended.

The restaurant is wonderful! Great food. Great, quiet atmosphere. Friendly service. But “3 stars” because as great as the restaurant was, the hotel was equally terrible. No heat at times. When you ask them to turn it up, they say they will, but nothing changes. One time I asked them to turn up the heat and they brought me another blanket! Also, the WiFi... it was nonexistent! I would eat there again, but I would never stay there again!

Unpretentious location, sad decor and staff... food is nothing special, excessive prices, gnocchi with castelmagno cheese is practically just cream, poached egg is overcooked... not worth the money, I won't be back again
