I'm a daily costumer at this place and My experience this day 1/30/26 was horrible because the manager acussed me of stealing the food that I had already pay for and she just kept treating me bad and they also gave me my order wrong.

Very unkind folks very sad atmosphere yes I got my order but with tude and iratation never coming back the guy on the drive through sounded nice mostly thuggish people inside the kitchen hopefully I find another jnb that isn't like this

I order the ultimate cheese burger and fries and they give me the wrong order, they didn’t give me the hamburger, I got a chicken tenders, I call them but no body answer the phone call

Horrible. I stopped by here after work because I wanted a burger. I ordered a classic smashed jack and I said it clearly. I should have checked the bag, but who could screw this up. I got something completely different, looked like a tortilla something. I showed it in the picture. I did not want this garbage. I want my money back. This is wrong on so many levels, I will never buy food from here again. You guys ripped me off and gave me garbage. Im not going to eat this , this is horrible. It doesn't even resemble or sound like "classic smashed jack ", what were they thinking? Can I have my money back please, I'm not going to eat this.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’ve had enough with the service at this Jack in the Box location. The staff are constantly distracted and not paying attention to their work. During my most recent visit, the employee almost forgot to give me my change and instead started handing me another customer’s order. This kind of disorganized service has become a pattern here—workers seem more focused on chatting or multitasking than actually taking care of customers properly. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. I hope management takes notice and makes some much-needed improvements.

The service was terrible the guy on the speaker didn’t greet me or anything nd wasn’t just professional.. but also when I ordered this new ice cube munchie meal they forgot to give me my 1 taco which wasn’t disappointing and it’s also a new menu you guys have and there already messing it up. You guys need to fix your service and always complete your order Just order the $6 meal deal from the app and I redeem this 75cents hash browns and when I got home I didn’t get my hash brown in the bag. Like I said yall midnight shift people need to get it together

They really just don't care about doing orders and wrapping them right. Also they give you a very small portion of the item you order when you say large it's like a kids size. They're super rude at the drive through

They don't cook right the hamburgers I just live up the street from them and my hamburger was cold and the meat tastes like they just put it in the microwave

The last time I visited, I got a breakfast jack meal. There were so many egg shells in the sandwich that I couldn't eat it. It was like they just threw a whole egg, shell, and all on the grill. When I brought my food back in and asked for a replacement, the cook started calling me a liar in spanish to her coworkers, thinking I couldn't understand. Once I saw that, I just asked for a refund. I can't eat food that is cooked with so much hatred. You would think she was covering the cost of the $2.00 sandwich out of her own pay or something! Also, the place was a mess, and there was so much loitering that i was scared to leave my car. It was filthy. I will NEVER go back to this jack in the box. There's practically one every few blocks.

Rude service. The lady had an attitude and argued with us after getting our order wrong. Then, instead of making a brand new milkshake, this lady just dumped the old one and re-used the cup to give us the new one!

Honestly I really like Them but came tonight at around 11pm Order chicken strips and fries combo, Get home. Taste and smell like smoke and ash. Tried calling their number and it says all circuits busy. This happened two days ago on Saturday and I thought it was a one off. Simmering about the night crew doesn’t seem to give the same quality. This oil is obviously really bad and it’s ruined the quality of food. Wanted to bring this to the attention of whomever was in charge tonight but no one answers. Hope someone sees this soo they can hopefully fix this problem I can’t be the only person who smelled and tasted the smoke tonight. Very disappointing.
