Placerville only has a few 24 hour locations that serve good food. This is definitely one with good food!!
My favorite Mexican food in El dorado county. Fresh prime ingredients. Big portion size and constant quality. It's worth the stop. Staff is nice and patient with the costumer.
The rolled tacos with cheese and guacamole was great. It was exactly what I was wanting. Fast service and very friendly people. Always a joy to go here even if it's just a quick stop.
Go to meal is the #24 breakfast burrito, but you know me, I'm a breakfast guy. Point being, that burrito is big enough to need its own plane ticket. Love this place, I get the meat sweats after every time
Oh. Em. Gee. I LOVE THIS PLACE. It is about 2 minutes from my job and the french fries are soooo good, LOL. French fries at a Mexican place? Yep? And they are just right. Not a huge fan of their enchilada sauce (red) - it is a little too vinegar-y, but they make a delicious bean & cheese burrito, very good flavor, so I qm guessing there's a little bit of lard in there. Their burritos are HUGE and yku can help yourself to the chip & salsa bar inside. They also have a drive through for convenience. If I weren't watching my weight, I would be there at least 4 times a week! Try it.
I love this place! The ground beef crunchy taco with pico de gallo is my favorite! When they first opened, I’d drive 40 min round trip for a taco! Every day!
Thier good is always fresh , I love thier Tacos Tuesday deal. They always put a great deal of meat on their Tacos. The prices are very reasonable , great service with a smile.😀
Update- Came by for some carnitas street mini tacos for $2.15 each and some watermelon water agua de frescas! Excellente'! Muchos gracias! Came here for the first time year. We're in love with this place and can't hardly wait to try more things on the menu. Excellent chile Colorado. Beautiful burritos! Refried beans and rice are excellent. Friendly window service. Nice location. Clean, courteous, respectful and excellent service. What a gem for our county. 5 stars for sure!
We attend the drive thru normally. It's always worth the wait. Food is fresh and always a pleasurable experience.
Super authentic Mexican food. I ordered fajitas and it was delicious along with their rice and beans. The re fried beans were amazing as well. Very delicious. We'll definitely be going back.
The prices are very reasonable and they are open 24 hours a day. For less than the price of most other fast food places, you get generous portions of food that is equivalent to what you could expect in a sit down restaurant. Its my favorite place to eat.
Good, fast, and reasonably priced Mexican food. Daily specials and healthy fresh juice options. Street tacos special on Tuesday includes Carnitas at no additional charge. Need an energy pick me up? Try their beet, orange, and celery juice combo.
Food was good, prices were fair, so many delicious options. Got to admit, even the churro was fresh. The guy at the counter was very nice.
We were traveling through and orginally wanted In N Out but they were really busy. We saw this place next to it and immediately said "Mexican food sounds so good". The food was amazing and you get alot of it. The prices are really good as well. It's a good thing we didn't feel up to waiting in those long lines at In N Out. We will come back the next time we travel through Placerville.
Wow, great little fast food restaurant. Much better service than the ding dong chain in town not to mention the food is very good too. Prices are higher but the orders were correct, piping hot and took less than 8 minutes compared to 20 for a lukewarm incorrect order at the other "fast" place. Clean facilities too, you don't stick to everything you touch!
This has quickly become my favorite place when I dont feel like cooking. Open 24 hours a day & a drive thru make it convenient. The price is a little steep but so is any fast food nowadays so it's not horribly expensive and the quality of food is way better than any other fast food. I LOVE their enchiladas and carnelian asada fries. The menudo was a bit too spicy for me but portions are generous and flavor is excellent. They use real ingredients and authentic foods so it's not gonna be canned nacho cheese like taco bell. I hope the break out tamales by the dozen for the holidays.
This is my favorite mexican place in the world outside of Chando's tacos in sac and its attached to an am/pm...go figure. Super fast drive through and a very nice clean inside with two big TVs and a fresh clean little salsa bar. The people who run it are very nice.
Just tried this place for the first time and it's my new go-to from now on. Was irritated at first because our order was running late and of course our kid was throwing a bf because he was hungry, but after finding out how good the food was I wasn't surprised it was a bit late. I bet they get slammed! Such good food and large portions for the price. Had exact same thing from another mexican food place on Placerville dr. and El Forastero's was twice the size and better quality all around in my opinion. Love it!
Generous portions of food at, or below on some menu options, a fair market price, comparatively speaking. Service was prompt and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. There was enough on my plate to cover lunch and dinner on this day.
Delicious food and great comfortable atmosphere I recommend if you like Mexican food. This is the place
Phenomenal pulled chicken burrito, good salsa
My husband and I found ourselves in Placerville today so we tried out this restaurant. The girl taking the order was SO sweet and patient and helped me with ideas! Then the Food came and WOW!! It tasted Amazing! Absolutely delicious. We live an hour away, but we are still going to start going there as much as possible!!
I've been eating here since they opened and I really enjoy it. it's fast and the quality of food for how fast they are is really good. there has been a few mistakes they have made here and there over the years, but if you can check your bag and talk to them before driving off then they will always happily fix whatever is wrong. and you may get some things extra out of it thier new frozen mangonida is delicious and if you have something to add to it at home that is not encouraging anyone to drink and drive but it's a little step away from a professionally made margarita. So all in all this is a for sure go to especially late night. Not very Manny options late at night and from what I've experienced this is when an order is messed up the most often...
Classic typical family run place. They have lengua! Good chips, salsa and beans. Quality ingredients prepared well. Good stop on the way from the Bay Area to Tahoe or the ski resorts
Always delicious and the girls that work there are always so polite and friendly. They have a really good salsa bar. Only downside is that they don't make a flan in house and instead sell some kind of pre-packaged flan. I should take off a star for that but they are so good otherwise
I ordered 1 of taco for each meat option. They were amazing. Atmosphere is what you could expect as it’s attached to an AMPM.
When your on your way to Tahoe south lake it's a perfect stop to get gas and food 24/7
Delicious food!! The restaurant stayed open late just for our big family gathering for my nephews graduation from high school that same day!! May 23rd, 2024!! Excellent service!!
Great place to go anytime, but especially late night as they are open 24 hours (drive through). Good food, it’s consistent every time. The people, it’s the people that make the businesses what they are & the peeps here are fantastic. Not a lot of turn over as I see the same faces working. They are always polite, cheerful & pleasant. They work hard & ive had one or two “mistakes” with my many orders. I would not even call them mistakes as I felt it was more like misheard through the drive through speaker next to the loud car wash. LOL! Nothing that I had to go back to them to fix as it was trivial. Again they are amazing! When you see the line at in & out all backed up, try this place.
Their food is always delicious and consistent! Out of the 2 in town, I do prefer the restaurant on Broadway but both are awesome. The prices are great too and you cannot beat the drive thru service and excellent food. 👌
Food is always perfect and tasty, friendly and helpful staff! Our go to when in the area.
They are one of the best around and they are open late. Their food will not disappoint, I guarantee you will be hooked after your first time. If your feeling especially hungry try the asada fries, its probably the best thing you will ever have.
Open 24 hours baby! There's not much open late in the area, and it's a great choice with a drive through and it's attached to a gas station too so pretty heckin' convenient. It is just as delicious as I expect every white building, red-roofed fast Mexican fare slinging place to be. Yum! Comforting!
I had a fantastic experience with this Mexican restaurant. The portions were perfectly sized, and every dish was full of flavor. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality of food provided. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy delicious and budget-friendly Mexican food.
This was the only place open in the middle of the night so we were about little worried, but oh my goodness! Two of us are very picky eaters and I have eaten at many of these 24-hour Mexican drive-thrus, but this was seriously some of the best Mexican food I think I have ever had anywhere! The carne asada tacos were by far our favorite, but every one of our meals was so delicious and fresh.
Quick spot to grab some street tacos. The taco bar had delicious spicy salsa varieties and the tacos were really full of flavor and good sized portions.
Clean restaurant, the smell of Fabulosa follows me home🤣. Everything is fresh and yummo. The chips and salsa Bar is phenomenal 💖. Always a fav on the way home after a weekend up the hill!
I’ve eaten here twice and feel like I’ve discovered a hidden gem. Warm staff, excellent carne asada burrito with tender meat and great flavor balance. Up to the SF mission burrito standards. Worth noting that when the menu says the burrito is meat, pico de gallo, and cheese, it’s truly a primarily meat burrito. More than I needed, but not a complaint. Keep it up!
Driving through on a road trip from Southern California. My wife and I stopped because we wanted some fresh hot food. We ordered a breakfast burrito and a chicken super burrito. These things were MASSIVE, the size of a newborn child! Delicious too. Good amount of meat, toppings, and well seasoned. The potatoes in the breakfast burrito were seasoned really well. Their salsas were great too! There’s a few reviews saying it’s not worth the price, but I disagree. These were on par with a lot of San Diego burritos and that is saying something for all the way up here. They weren’t too expensive at all and were enough for two meals for me. Even more incredible that they are open 24hrs and have a drive thru! The woman who helped us was very polite, wished us a safe trip and a good morning. Saving this place for next time we’re headed through!
Great little fast food Mexican restaurant. I was super excited when I saw they opened this. Pretty much like an Adalbertos. I grew up with Adalbertos in my neighborhood and loved it. Always great customer service. Fast to get your order ready and food has always been fresh. Decent prices. Was exactly what I expected. $1.50 crunchy tacos on Sunday! The shredded beef tacos are great! Also the California burrito or Carne Asada fries! I would definitely recommend this place in the future and will be coming back soon!
I like food... Theirs is good... Personally I go for the carne asada steak burritos at every Mexican restaurant... This one, although like everything else in this world now, it is a bit pricey, is big and tasty too... One thing about their meat, it is usually pretty greasy... I don't mind a little grease, but this is a little more than that... it is good though... Staff generally seem to be a bit unfriendly...
Love this place, customer service is great and food is good fir a fast food Mexican restaurant. I love their rolled taquitos with guacamole & cheese, chorizo, egg & potatoes burrito, their street tacos are good too. My favorite are the carnitas street tacos. Definately try it out.
Our family loves the street tacos at El Forestero especially the east Placerville location! The taco salad is pretty good as are the burritos. Definitely a great value :-)
Do you like fries? I do. Do you like steak? I do. Do you like cheese and sour cream? I do. Then you will probably enjoy their asada fries! I do. The place is clean. It's open 24 hours. The prices are reasonable. And the food is good. Very good. Eat here with confidence.
Extensive menu full of delicious, more authentic Mexican food! Make sure to order clearly as there can be challenges in communicating and free chips, salsa, limes, etc are often forgotten in the order. Items ordered are sometimes forgotten, so check your order. There is a small indoor dining room (the other half of the Arco AM•PM), so not big on atmosphere, but the food will be hot and fresh. The dining room is usually half-populated or less. The biggest draw is the drive thru. 😂 However, be prepared for a wait as this is freshly made full-sitdown restaurant style food. Full meals, large burritos, as well as smaller ala carte items, galore! All of the traditional flavorful and juicy marinated and grilled meats and tasty variety of melted cheeses. They have their own unique spin on many flavors and items - extra delicious and a change of pace. Also one of the few places anymore that you can get homemade horchata 😋 and freshly-sqeezed juices.
I hit this one on the way home probably once a week. Ive never been disappointed. Food always tastes fresh. Occasionally their drive through takes a bit but not a huge deal
I love the food here! Everything is always fresh, and the staff is always courteous. My one very small complaint is, that on occasion some dishes have to much or too little salt. In those rare instances, I just mix the things with "to much," with the things with "to little" and it's PERFECTION! 😁
Carne asada tacos, rice and beans, and a vegetarian burrito is what we ordered. It's quick, easy, and inexpensive to order, like a fast food chain, but, the food here is way better than fast food. They have a fun salsa bar also.
Just another Mexican restaurant. Chile Relleno not bad. Street tacos had very, very dry meat. Probably cooked in advance and held in a warmer all day. Good variety of sauces & salsas, but the three I tried were a bit bland.
Good food and not bad prices!
Went late evening and had quick service in drive thru and great food made to order. Portions were great and taste was as good.
Did drive thru super late night and during lunch hour and both times I've been very pleased with my meal as were my friends each time. Portions were good, very flavorful good use of spices, not too much salt, food tasted fresh, smelled great! The to go packaging incling meals bag of green and red salsa containers, plastic utensils, appropriate amount of napkins etc and no spills or leaks ,food stayed hot! Will be coming back for sure,I don't do In n Out!
Fast service, very clean. I had the California burrito and the guacamole and cheese nachos . The burrito was average. Tasty, but its missing something. Maybe more spice, idk. But, it was big and very filling. The cheese on the nachos was not melted and the guacamole was cold. That being said, it was super tasty. Alla and all, good value for decent "fast food" I will definitely be back to try the rolled tacos. Also, they have help yourself chips and salsa.
The food is really good. the staff is pretty inefficient. My order usually gets messed up and it's always slow coming out. They always charge me a few more dollars than they say it is at the window. The food is great though. Love the california burrito.
I went through the drive-through and it took a little while for them to give me my food. The chili Colorado Was disappointing. The beef was chopped up in little tough cubes although the sauce was good.
My first time going here and not sure if I'll go back. I ordered a couple of tacos and when they came to my table, they looked really good, but unfortunately they were very bland. They pretty much had no flavor to them. If they could add some taco seasoning to their ground beef it would make them way better. See if anything changes next time if I decide to go back
The food was pretty good. I spent $14.99 on a combo meal and it did not come with a drink! I was surprised by that. I ate indoors and there were so many flies that it was hard to enjoy my meal.
Good: The Placerville area there are not a lot of options for take out food 24/7. It is convienient that they have a 24/7 drive thru. Service was polite and fast. Bad: Steak in my burrito tasted like burnt grill. Overall the rice/beans were WAY too salty. Had trouble eating it. The size of burritos were generous however that doesn’t make it taste better. If the grill had been cleaned recently and the food was tasted by cooks before serving.. would’ve been good. Would not recommend unless you are drunk.
The food was decent. Cisterna service was great. However, their salsa is bland. It made the meal taste like it was missing something. Also, I had the super nachos. They need to add beans to their nachos. Too much meat was overwhelming.
Where's the ingredients? For how much you pay. Look at all that extra tortilla. Fill it up. So stingy. Everything was just rolling out of the House Burrito. Not cause it was big but because it was dry.Ingredients dry whole beans, old rice, hardly any chicken. Not worth the money spent
Every time I come to this establishment, I get a super burrito. And the price changes most every time I come here. They tell me one price at the the speaker. And then when I get to the window, it's more.
We stopped here on a road trip. The cashier was friendly, and the food looked good but my mom got a little sick from her food and it was more expensive than I expected, conflicting experience.
The serves thru drive thru was horrible they tried to argue with me telling me I order one thing when I ordered sum thing totally different. Went to exchange it cashier didn't offer to remake my order just gave money back and slammed the window in my face. And when they remade my order the meat wasn't done and it was hella wet and falling apart.
If you like salt, this is the place to be. We ordered the carne asada fries and the enchilada combo. I expected the fries to be the offending party, but the enchilada sauce tasted like a mouth full of ocean water. We spent $27 for lunch -for two -that was inedible. A $27 lesson. We will never be back.
I have been there 2 times now. First time we remember it being better. This time wasn’t as good, and he accused me of stealing a drink. I clearly asked for a soda and a water when we ordered, little bit of a language barrier maybe, but an honest mistake that should have been handled better. He was combative and wouldn’t even listen when I was explaining I asked for a soda and a water. He also didn’t hand me any cups when we finished ordering so when I asked for our drinks, as he was walking away, he motioned where to get cups instead of getting them for us. If he had handed me cups it may have gotten sorted then. I did check my receipt and indeed I wasn’t charged for a drink so I went and paid for it, but we won’t be back. Food wasn’t good enough to overcome that type of experience.
My girlfriend works next door and I get food there sometimes cuz it's convenient but I've waited and yelled in the back for assistance and they take there sweet time.to help you.then complain to you when you take to long to make your order..food is good when you can get it .
The restaurant is clean, but very junky looking, and it needs some cosmetic repairs The food had very little taste, and the meat was very dry. I thought it was expensive for Mexican food. The people that worked there were kind, and the food was ready quickly. We won't be going back.
If you're looking for good food with quick service, you're far better off going to the other location on Broadway. I don't know what the deal is with this location, but their drive-thru is ALWAYS excruciatingly slow. There have been multiple occasions where I've started to wonder if I was being punked, because my order would be taken at the intercom, but when I'd pull up to the very dark tinted window, I'd be sitting for several minutes without so much as being acknowledged and no signs of life inside the building (again, the window is dark so you can't really see inside). Anyway, I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the food is decent once it finally gets to you. You just have to exercise a bit of patience...
Meh. Wasnt impressed. I ordered a taco and enchilada dinner for $14 plus tax, tip and a .35 fee for using a debit card. The taco was decent. It had a lot of shredded beef and lots of lettuce. And that was it. No cheese, tomatoes or onions. The beef was seasoned nicely. The enchilada was very small and covered with a thick, heavy enchilada sauce which was not to my particular taste. Served with a large serving of mushy refried beans and bland rice. No chips and salsa, no extra tortilla, no drink. I felt it was quite overpriced for what I received. Ive had their tacos before, chicken and street variety which I thought were pretty good, but I won't be ordering a meal there again. I would actually score them a 2.5 if I could.
I paid 8 dollars for chicken burrito, gave me a tortilla with soggy chicken in it. I Called and they refused to refund my money and said that is a chicken burrito... no rice, beans or cheese. Save your money, go somewhere with better quality food and service.
My girlfriend and I were working a double shift, on Saturday, October 3rd, 2020. We pulled up to the drive through at around 8:10 pm , which was realatively full, compared to a normal visit for us. I noticed a gold/silver first gen Chevy tahoe with the suicide rear doors on the back, it had a bumper sticker that said "I <3 El Forestero" Now I recognized this car, because we go to that el forestero quite often, and that Chevy tahoe with the Forestero bumper sticker is parked in the employee parking area in the very back of the parking lot next to the dumpsters, every single time that I've visited that restaurant. This time the chevy was in the drive through 2 cars ahead of me, mind you its a busy Saturday night.. the tahoe proceeded to the ordering speaker, got the computerized prompt, then the guy driving promptly pulled his phone out, this proceeded for a span of time in the neighborhood of about 10 minutes during this time I realized that I had a line of cars behind me so I was now trapped in the el forestero drive through. So I called the restaurant and told them a truck was parked in their drive through, after I hung up I heard the drive thru speaker crackle to life, and finally the drive through cashier took the order of the familiar Chevy tahoe with the "I <3 El Forestero" bumper sticker that had been sitting in front of the El Forestero drove through soeaker for 10 minutes TEXTING. Thank you all at this location for allowing the drivethrough to take up to 38 minutes to get through. I now know that if I'm in a hurry or only have 30 minutes for lunch I definately won't be visiting this drive through. Plus their lettuce literally tastes like dirt from the ground.. i always order my entrées, sans lettuce.
I was on my way home from working the night shift. 1:30am the guy says they dont have burritos. So i ordered 3 crunchy shredded beef tacos and a large pepsi. On my receipt it said medium mr. Pibb, no big deal. Got home and opened my box to find carne asada fries. I was the only person in the drive thru at the time. It was a guy. Did he mess up the order on purpose or are they complete idiots over there?
Tacos had no flavor. And over priced
I was looking forward to trying this place out, but then I found out they want to charge me extra to use a credit card. Seriously? If they're going to nickel-and-dime customers for using credit cards then I can only imagine what cost-cutting measures they're using on the quality of ingredients. I told them they can keep my order and left. When they change the policy, I would love to go back and try out their food because the reviews from other seem to be pretty good. But I did notice others complaining about the credit card policy as well so clearly I'm not alone. It's the principle more than the $0.35.
First time going here, got our drive thru order home and found two hairs in my food and a taco that appeared to have a bite taken out of it. I do not even know what to say, other than we will never be going here again. Called hoping for an over the phone refund and have to drive back into town to bring them the food, so they can see it.
Update: quality of the food has gone way down. Completely burnt chile reano that couldn't be cut through, and the rest was undercooked. Go there quite often, went there tonight and while the food tastes okay the presentation was absolutely awful which easily ruins the appetite.
Gone here twice, as a local chef myself closing after 12 it's this or in n out when I want to mix things up. I have had the super burrito abodaba which was dry and nowhere near an al pastor I'm used to. The "salsa" is an embarrassment to Mexican cuisine. The green is repulsive and the red is just boring. There was maybe a spoonful of sour cream in the whole burrito. So many great reviews though I gave it a second chance. Got 2 chimichangas carne asada and carnitas but both tasted of nothing but salt and the boxes were mislabeled with the carnitas in the asada box and vice versa. I'll give one star for portion size but that's really the only thing I can compliment apart from being open 24 hours.
Don't order a torta unless you want a mushy soggy mess in a wrapper. The bread was torn all over and couldn't stay together at all, everything was cold like it came out of a fridge, tried to eat the meat out of the mess and was disgusted to find 2 long black hair mixed in. My wife's super nachos were decent enough she said, but come the evening and she had the worst food poisoning in her life. My wife and I remember when we first met, when el forestero used too be good, now it's just a sad excuse of Mexican food with disappointment every time.
They gave us the wrong order. When we asked to have it corrected, they brought out the food that we originally asked for. As we were leaving, they informed me I had to pay for the mistake being replaced. Will not be going back, there are other Mexican restaurants near by
Food's good but they've raised their prices so much it's not worth it. It's in the double digits now. Fast food is supposed to be CHEAP CHEAP, PEOPLE. CHEAP. THIS AIN'T CHEAP, THIS IS IN THE DOUBLE DIGITS FOR EVEN THE SMALL STUFF.
Wow this is literally the smallest $13 breakfast burrito I've ever seen in my life!!! this place is a total scam
El Forastero off of Forni Road likes to steal money from their customers. Yesterday I decided to buy lunch for me and my family.. They did not give me my card back & I had a fussy baby with me so I didn’t notice. This morning they charged my card & that’s when I realized I didn’t have my card. Went back there to pick up my card & the girl working at the front refused to give it back to me at first until I demanded my card back numerous times. I don’t know what their intentions were … taking money for their business or an employee buying themselves breakfast? Extremely unprofessional & will not be going back. Very unfortunate as we frequented there often. Lost my trust. Be careful.
Tried this place while waiting for my vehicle at the shop. They over charged me for my food. I was given a receipt for the correct amount but after I got home I checked my account, it was more than double. When I called to talk to a manager, they refused to give me a name. This place is an hour from home so I couldn't just go in to take care of it. I was on the phone more than 30 minutes trying to get this resolved. Burrito was dry and tasteless. Didn't even finish half of it. If you are desperate and still decide to go, pay by cash so they don't have a way to over charge your account. There was no excuse for this except for dishonesty.
Prices are going up and they're starting to put less and less food bad enough that this place it mediocre to start with. If you looking to spend a lot of money on a little bit of food this is you place to go
Ordered two crispy tacos today have been at this restaurant before liked it, but today was a whole different story complete turnaround charge for extra cheese on a taco and I felt like I got maybe a gram of cheese on both tacos went to approach the clerk counterperson and asked hey where’s my cheese? It’s right there I just walked away. I said poor service won’t go there again. Didn’t offer any more cheese at all.
We go to this restaurant frequently but today was probably the last time we'll eat there. Got 4 combination plates that are outrageously priced for the amount you get and they don't come with drinks. My wife got the fish tacos that were burnt to a crisp. The refried beans look like they've been watered down and the guacamole looks like water and has no avocado in it at all. Paid $70.00 for maybe $25.00 worth of food. Would not recommend.
Terrible service. I ordered in the drive threw today and waited for over ten minutes. While someone inside just talked to some standing in the drive thru. I ended up having to leave with out my food that I ordered as they made me late for work.
Charged my card three times for one visit. When contacted about the triple charge got the 'no comprendo, no speak english' response. Had to contact card company to reverse two of the three charges. This is the second time this has happened. The first they tried charging my card over $600 on a $35 meal order. Won't be giving them a third chance
If I could give zero stars I would. I made my order online and it gave a window of 15-20 minutes to pick up. I got to the drive thru 20 mini from when I ordered and then had to wait an additional 30 minutes in the drive thru until I got my order. I ordered a fish burrito that had the most pathetic looking ring pieces of fish, 2 pieces to be exact and the rest of the burrito was cabbage and tomatoes. The tortilla was hard in some places and mushy in others. My husband threw away his food. I also ordered the beef burrito that consisted of 2-3 little shreds of beef and the rest was peppers and a carne asada burrito that was missing the avocado and pico de gallo that I paid for …and at the end of it all…our food was cold. $36.00 for absolutely nothing. All of us went hungry that night.
We placed an online order at El Forastero Mexican Food in Placerville and were really disappointed. When we arrived, there was only one car ahead of us in the drive-thru, but it still took about 30 minutes to get our food. I figured maybe the car ahead had a big order, but when they handed it over, it looked like a small meal for one. We stayed patient and waited. We live just five minutes away, but by the time we got home, the food was already completely cold. Most of the order was wrong. I had a fish burrito, which had barely any fish in it—and what was there had zero flavor. It was so poorly wrapped that it fell apart the second I picked it up. My wife's order was also incorrect, and what she got was just as bad—cold, sloppy, and falling apart after one bite. We spent almost $50 for two meals, and honestly, the food was just bad all around—from flavor to preparation to overall quality. Definitely not worth it.
Horrible experience, got the food drive home to take two bites to find hair in my food. I have blonde hair no one in my house has black hair. The place wouldn’t even refund without us driving all the way back to show them even though I said I will send pictures. Horrible practice after bringing home food to eat and losing my appetite then them being horrible about the situation. Nasty place with horrible customer service.
