Sometimes the wait is a bit long. However, the food is always hot and fresh. The nachos are particularly good. Plus taco bell is the only place to get a baja blast.

I like tacos especially when I'm pressed for time, which is often. I'm glad that their tacos taste good, with or without their sauce. When pressed for time, Taco Bell is the place to go for their tasty tacos. You can't go wrong with Taco Bell's tacos. Plus, there is not much fat so it's good even for those trying to lose weight. I have never been to a fast food place where the service was so prompt and courteous. The place was clean, our order was right and the staff was friendly. Only Taco Bell we'll ever go back to.
Many options of food and quality and great staff
The staff is generous and cordial no misinterpretation and the service was very nice. They took enough time to prepare the food and it was perfectly cooked. Try the cinnamon twist, its basically some kind of fried stuff with cinnamon powder over it but the taste was really good. Will definitely recommend anyone for a quick bite and also for a complete meal.
Only fast food where I get complete respect from the employees. Always treated with a smile and taken care of quickly. The food here is amazing always made fresh and its never sloppy where its falling apart as i unwrap it. Can't wait till my next visit its always a wonderful experience when i come by to eat here.
This Taco Bell in Hicksville is one of the better ones. They have a guy Aaron who works there and always gets your order right and whomever is making the food does a good job too. It's fast food, but as long as your order is correct and your food is prepared correctly, then this place gets the job done. Unfortunately, some other Taco Bells do not get this simple process correct.
What a great Taco Bell. Was helped by a very nice employee who was very attentive to my needs. The dining area was clean and the self-service was well-stocked.
This Taco Bell is in a great location. It wasn’t too terribly busy during the lunch rush, but it was also a rainy Monday. Regardless, the establishment is very clean and service was fast and efficient. Food was served hot and freshly prepared. Great place to go if you are looking for a quick lunch.
1:27 pm. July 19, 2025 Had a lovely transaction at the drive thru. The young man at the window looked me in the eye, provided a friendly smile and pleasant conversation for the few moments I was at the window. In a generation where I find pleasantries and eye contact is lacking, this gentleman is well above the bar! Kudos to you young man!
Shout out to all in the restaurant! Excellent service and food is delicious. Believe it or not, it was my first time ever coming to a Taco Bell and I'm 43 hahaha. I just started to live. I loved the interface to put the order in.
Olivia is the sweetest! It’s not very often that you experience exceptional customer service at a Taco Bell, but she makes this one stand out. This location is genuinely lucky to have her!
It being a Taco Bell / Pizza Hut allows for great meal diversity. A cheese pizza with a nachos bell grande? That's what I'm talking about. Staff is very kind, too: When my wife was pregnant, she had a craving for chalupa bread ONLY. So, when I asked for it here, at first, they were a little befuddled. But, as soon as I told them it's for my pregnant wife, without hesitation, they made some real quick and charged me a quarter for them. That's called service. :)
This location is always open until at least 4am so it's great for late night food. If you get an order with over 4-5 items check your bag before leaving. There is 50% chance something will be missing.
I like Taco Bell for its menu. The $5 Box offerings are great. Have the breakfast crunchwrap often. Also they offer a 10% senior discount for us "old" folks, but you have to ask for it.
This location is the one I visit most people. Quick, efficient and hardly ever get the order wrong. Except the sauce packets - ALL locations never get the hot sauce right, which is why I always go inside to pick up my order rather than use the Drive-thru when open.
I had a Burrito w rice and beans that I enjoyed. I'm not a lettuce and salad person, but their menu had a good variety. I have a sensitive stomach so I had to be careful what I ordered. The staff was helpful and friendly.
I went to the drive-thru Taco Bell and Plainview New York. Hadn't been there for over 2 years and I will tell you that the young guy taking the order was excellent. he was multitasking and had everything correct in my order. Food is still really pretty good for fast food at Taco Bell. however the nachos have become much larger in size and are almost 1,000 calories! not a good healthy choice but there were more bean and vegetable choices so I was very happy with that. calorie-wise you know it's certainly a lot better than a greasy burger
Everything is getting a makeover in our town. We were about to go through the drive-thru, but we saw that the inside looked different. Looks a lot cleaner and even more modern? Fancy taco bells... I feel silly writing about it. However, I just wanted to say the people who work there are great! Really nice people. My friend attempted to get the free taco and finally succeeded. The guy gave us an extra taco because we entertained him for a little.

Try to customize the process, for example order ahead for a later delivery or order on the app and pick up in store and you’ll likely find the experience less than perfect.
It’s Taco Bell, it is what it is. The order was done correctly which is very much appreciated. The young lady who was helping me at the drive thru window was professional and polite, however as I looked into the food prep area the staff had very dirty clothing on shirts were not tucked in facial hair without nets to cover them. I don’t expect much at any fast food restaurant I do expect cleanliness.

The food is actually quite good, but i've been there a couple of times and both times i've had to wait like 10 minutes to order my breakfast because there wasn't anybody in register.
It's okay for convenience, but for the price you're better off going to Qdoba or Chipotle. There isn't that much of a price difference.
Usually good...drive thru always faster than goin in. a few times things have been cold in the middle. I went in once to say something and they didn't really care....hey, I guess what do you expect from daBELL.
Taco Bell has figured out a way to charge you more than Chipotle. When you order through the app and customize everything, you're done.
Taco Bell service has definitely improved. Used to go and always get the wrong order. Prices seem to have really gone up but maybe that's just inflation. Food is tasty but pretty unhealthy I think
I had a fairly medium size order, like 5-6 combo boxes but it took about 35-40 minutes to make. But the workers put one of the combo boxes items in the other boxes separately. So one item was in another box and another item in another box. It was very confusing and they didn't tell us this at all. One of the male managers isn't that nice and talks loud to customers, however the female manager was very nice and calm when talking to us.
Food was great as always while experience was miserable. I sat inside waiting for my food for 20 minutes while the employees clearly catered to the drive thru customers, completing 5 of their orders to every one of the in store customers. After waiting my ridiculous amount of time to get my food I was given my food to open it up and find missing food items. Absolutely unacceptable. Employees too busy socializing to really care, talking to each other while customers waited on line to order.
Taco Bell doesn't allow you to order from a person. I totally hate that. Where is the customer experience??? After struggling with the kiosk and ordering my food and the number of packets and type of sauces I wanted, when I got home, there were NO SAUCES and I ordered two cinnatwists and only received one. No wonder the fast food industry is struggling.
Jul 2021 Friend wanted something to eat after a workout so we ordered from here. After receiving order, my friend finds a bobby/mesh hair net pin in her food. Staff was professional upon request of a refund. Photos attached. Leaving 3 star. 2017 Your basic Taco Bell. Standard late night hours, tends to get busier at drive thru at night with lobby closed. Located next to a mini strip mall.
Charged me for my order but left half of it out. I get home missing half my order. The signs were not correct on drive thru. I'm owed money since you charged me for food I never got. Cmon get with the program!
Under staffed and very slow. Today it took 10 min to take our order and another 25 mins to complete our order. When I asked a worker he said he doesn't want to work their and he was complaining about his job. They locked there doors at 7:20 PM while I was in there so only the drive thur was open. The drive-thru was completely backed up.
I have certain expectations when I obtain Taco Bell via drive-thru. Low expectations. Really, I just want my order to be filled correctly, and to be acknowledged as a fellow Human by the staff. OK, so maybe the staff knows that they're working at a Taco Bell, and they mistake my chipper "thank you" as a form of sarcasm that deepens their sense of shame at not having planned their lives properly. I don't eat Taco Bell often, but when I do, this is the TB to which I go. A good 50 percent of the time, they will succeed at failing to fill my order properly. They have one of those fancy LCD order display screens, too! So I know that what I yell into the void of the order box is, in fact, being interpreted correctly by the curt and impatient girl with the headset. Yet when my bag comes, my chalupa or my nachos will have been (possibly) intercepted by some unseen force (a demon!?) or it will have sublimated in some highly improbable way. Fire sauce means fire sauce, not hot sauce. And why is it sometimes 50,000 packets and other times it's 2 packets? It's always way too many or way too few, never anything near the amount of sauce that I'd want to use. There's a sign on the window saying something to the effect that "you don't get sauce unless you ask for it". Nonetheless they ask me what sauce I want, every time! WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE SIGN? Maybe I only get the _correct_ sauce if I ask for it preemptively. Maybe they just don't care. I know I wouldn't, if I worked the night shift at Taco Bell.
Ive been to many taco bells and they always served me lunch at breakfast time. This guy working at this taco bell just turn me away didnt want to serve me food. What ever i just went to burger king where i can get lunch at breakfast. The thing that got me mad is that every other taco bell never gave me this problem
food was stale, i ordered chicken chalupa combo 6, the shell was hard and old. i couldnt eat. lady at the window asked if wanted sause, i said hot sause, she didnt even include it, and no receipt either. sent a complain to taco corp.
Horrible experience the cashier stole $20 from me without shame and had to nerve to forget my sister whole order. He had a horrible attitude when I was ordering not helpful at all.

One off the worst service this is my 2nd time in a week that my orders r messed up and just giving them money for nothing on the receipt it says chees quasadias with onions but I get only cheese and 2nd time I get chicken and I think people working at drive thru only play around they dont listen to customers and the person who prepares the food they need too look at the orders care fully and prepare and make sure that I get my $60.00 back I had to throw away food for 2 times a
Just ate there tonight. 9/24/21. It has to be one of the worst taco bells. No Baja sauce on the cheese Gordian crunch. Did not include the fire or hot sauce requested. Drive through cashier was rude and didn't even acknowledge me at window. Will not be back
Ive been coming to this tacobell for 20 years. But lately they have been messing up my order and giving me meat in my orders when I don't eat meat and I specifically order from the vegetarian menu. I had recently ordered a Bean Grilled cheese burrito which was the only thing I ordered. Before the meal was handed to me the 2 women were handing the bag to each other nervously cause they were scared to give me that steak Grilled cheese burrito that was in the bag which i did not order. When i got home I checked and saw that it was steak.They clearly did that on purpose. This Tacobell also has a large man working there thats very rude and and has yelled at me more than once because he didn't have changed for a 50 and another because a bill I gave him had a small rip. There is also a Asian girl that works there that is also extremely rude and disrespectful to me for no reason. The Delco Tacobell is way cleaner they always gets the orders right and are NOT disrespectful or rude

The gentleman that serves you through the drivetrough, maybe the owner or manager, is plain nasty and rude. He doesn't smile, say thank you or anything to acknowledge you as a customer. He looks at you like you are a burden. The place is understaffed, and I can see while another location has multiple people working inside, this one location, has him a few more which clearly is not enough. The quality of the food is not nearly as good as the other locations I visit. This was not the first time this gentleman acted this way but it took several times and bad consistency for me to finally write this review. I am not going to this location again, as the saying goes: "fool me once, shame on you, fool...". In addition, if staff is always changing and quickly, something is wrong with the way he's managing this place. If he's the owner, he should be thankful that he's got a good location and great potential rather than ruining it.
My wife last night had the unpleasure of visiting here. Ordered food on mobile app and when she got to window it wasn't ready. Manager Asad or similar name very disrespectful. After waiting 25 minutes she left without the order. Today they do not pick up the telephone. I will be reaching out to corporate Monday as soon as possible. Stay away from this nasty uncustomer friendly place. My wife by the way is a Nyc journalist and I am in finance so we are not difficult. Asad should not be in hospitality.
I'll never go there again. Unless you like overflowing garbage cans, and dirty rubber gloves in your hot sauce container after they just cleaned the bathroom. Their staff is rude and make obscene gestures. There was something metallic in my beefy fritos burrito and for 2 months my tooth hurt like hell.
My drive through order was HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered 3 chicken chalupa’s and all 3 had no chick in them just barely a sprinkle of cheese and some lettuce!!!!! Horrible wasted $20 !!!! And of course I don’t find this out till I’m home…… terrible just disgusted
I eat at the taco bell in roslyn city for lunch atleast 3 times a week and they give you a different cup when you want a refill because of COVID. They said it's their policy. They even give you your refill and your drink at the same time so you don't have to come back in. I come to this location just for a drink and ask for my refill so I dont have to come back inside and the manager tells me I have to use the same cup or i don't get a refill. Then gets an attitude when I told him that Taco bell in Roslyn told me that Taco Bell's policy doesn't allow them to use same cup due to COVID. Says he has to pay for each cup and he doesn't care what other locations are doing. he's not wasting cups like that. Definitely will be reaching out to corporate office on this matter, not becuase of a refill, but because he got an attitude about something that should be taken very seriously.
Ordered on door dash. Meat on vegetarian pizza which the vegetarian had bitten into! & the quesadilla has no cheese in it?!!! Just chicken and sauce?! Like seriously was the order ticket even read?
This taco bell location contains the most inept staff of all taco bells in existence. Simple orders are made wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. They have to be doing it on purpose there is no other explanation. Avoid this location at all costs!
Every time I order from here they make my food wrong how hard is it to do exactly what the slip says. Or wrap the food so it don't fall apart in the bag. This is what happens when the entire crew is from another country and not one of them can read English smh it's sad I pay for the food it should come how I order it
GO ELSEWHERE. THERES A MUCH BETTER LOCATION 5 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD. i asked very nicely 3 times in the drive thru for chipotle sauce. the ai machine couldn’t figure it out, so the team member put in in, and confirmed it twice because at the end i confirmed it. I my quesadilla with sour cream! so i politely go in, say i hate to complain but i asked 3 times for chipotle sauce. the woman gave me a blank look, and said so you wanted both swapped or just one of them. no apology, no sorry, nothing. just a rude girl and no accountability.
Paying cash vs kiosk makes the wait 3x longer then the drive through window. Watched multiple people get served before me due to only paying cash. I guess paying people a living wage equals no human service.
I waited to have my order taken inside. Witnessed the cashier take someone's order at the register after they had trouble finding what they wanted to order. After that I stood around for 5 minutes no exaggeration. Was asked if I ordered and said no but I would like to. She told me "I can't place and order with her that I must use the kiosk." I said "I'd rather order with you." She told me "no they don't do that." I actually witnessed with my own eyes her doing exactly this. She then told me "go to McDonald's it's the same thing there." Apparently McDonald's doesn't take orders at the register in this town. I've never been to McDonald's in this town but I also have never in my life had an issue ordering at the register at any other toco bell location including the one in Lindenhurst commack west Islip central islip.... I don't like the touch screens and I prefer to place my order with someone due to me liking to remove/add ingredients. Being told that she absolutely cannot help me place an order told me that she would rather me walk out the door then help. I don't know why she refused to help me but helped the previous customer order an item. The worst part of it all was having her talk about me in Spanish to her coworkers after I told her "I just won't place an order then." Never was rude or raised my voice. Only informed her that I've never had a problem ordering at the register at any other location previously mentioned. Then when I was told "go to McDonald's and I'll see" I told her "I go to McDonald's frequently across long island and I've never had an issue neither." Never expected to have a problem placing a simple order. Really am disappointed at how the staff behave. I didn't feel that I deserved that response as well as the comments made to each other as I was leaving. Some people who aren't Spanish can speak Spanish.
Waited for an hour for my mobile order and asked for status. The manager ignored me until I yelled loudly. The app stated the food was ready for pick up but my order was not in the pick up shelf. They don’t value your time and I was late for work.
The food is usually good and accurate. The staff is busy working, However the systems in place suck at turning out orders with any speed. 6 drive through orders are processed before a single one from in the store. Ordered online 45 mins ago for a simple order and still waiting in the store right now. Only one woman on staff speaks or reads English so she’s the only one who can hand out orders from the names on the stickers. There’s always confusion behind her with the 4 people on the line, and everything just takes FOREVER. What is the point of ordering ahead when it’s STILL 45 mins to get a few tacos?!
Drive thru experience is an absolute joke. They always get the order wrong, they can’t hear you ever. When you think the order is right, they STILL manage to screw it up. Just up the street to the other Taco Bell. Less mess ups there.
I ordered a taco with onions and after fishing on the sides of the taco there weren't any. I asked the counter for a few more and instead of just giving me some more onions - she decides to run her fingers through to prove that she put onions in. There were about 3 small pieces in there. wouldve been faster to just give me onions instead of abusing my taco. Absolutely terrible service. I know service work is hard as I've done it before, but treating people like this and dismantling my food without a replacement is ridiculous. Drive 3 mins down the road to the Taco Bell on broadway. They are much better. These good reviews must be relatives of the owner because there are no kind words for this place.
Girl at take out window has huge attitude. Was given my box with condiments open and it all spilled out on to the seat of new car. Now I gotta take to to get it detailed. Avoid this place and their crew of f ups.
We went and picked up food by drive thru. Oder # edf0db. Cashier Name was Kevin B. Address for store 638 South Oyster Bay Rd, Hicksville, NY. We both Mexican pizzas. Tortilla on Mexican pizza test very bitter today. They were not fresh. Usably we go back and complain at store. They will give us new one with fresh Tortilla. Today they were very bed. I did not fill like to go back at store and get exchange. My kid's and we could not able to eat Mexican pizza. We through in garbage. I felt my self today i should wright review for that store. They should look in for food quality. If they are sheeting too long and expire they should not sell to customer.
The last three times I’ve ordered from here they forgot half of my order. Since it was ordered through the app, I couldn’t get the food or refund theyre the worst! I will not be ordering again from this taco bell. Oh also they have a phone number listed but it doesn’t work :)
I've lived near this Taco Bell for 10 years and can't belive how the large old guy (looks like he's the manager) still works here. He has no work ethic nor knows how to interact with costumers. He's the rudest fast food worker I know. Tonight I did drive thru, when I got my food at the window saw I was missing an item and told him. He told me he didn't charge me for it and that I didn't order it and that I had to go around if I wanted the item I was missing. This guy does not belong anywhere near a customer service job.
The older large man who took my order has to be the rudest, slowest person ever. Had him once before and same thing so I stopped going to this one for awhile. All other staff is good and tonight I got him again and horrible once again. I believe he might be a manager and He should not even work with the public.
I never complaint about Taco Bell, which is one of my favorite place. Today I ordered drive-in take out, and the woman who took my order, couldn't find my receipt. She had 10 receipts on her hands, and she couldn't find the right one for my take out. She is obviously not being trained well.
Food was ordered on Mobil app, food wasn’t ready when I went to pick up and then when I received the food, drove literally 2 min down the street to my home. The food was COLD. Nacho fries were stale and felt super old. Ridiculous.

Beware…they constantly miss part of your order when ordered through app and pickup at restaurant. They add a sticker to seal the bag when they give you the order and you won’t know that your order is incomplete until you get home!! Happened many times…not sure if it’s intentional or incompetence.

No help from employees despite waiting for 10 minutes at counter for pickup. Not even a look in my way. Ridiculous for courier pickup service. How am I supposed to deliver food 8 miles away in 10 minutes when I can't even pick it up until after delivery time???? Same thing for months now. Every time same lousy service
I order from Taco Bell quite a bit either to pickup or delivery. This location handled my Uber Eats while staying at a local hotel and the quality of the order horrible. If I can rate less than 1 star, I certainly would. First off , food was cold and ice melted in the drink. Ok it happens every now and then , one of the pitfalls of food delivery. But this order many more issues beyond temperature. The food looks like it was prepared by a 1 year old. Presentation is important and this order failed. Next the food wrappers were ripping because of the grease and nastiness soaking thru and that sepped into the bag. You can imagine what almost happened… bags ripping and loosing the entire order as it falls onto the ground. Just pathetic. Oh and they did not any special request correct and of course no napkins, utensils, or hot sauce/fire packets. Just inexcusable for the amount of money we pay for the convenience of food delivery.
Went through the drive thru. When I got home, the nacho bell grande had NO sour cream when I even asked for extra sour cream and my tacos looked like they were thrown in the bag. The taco insides were at the bottom of the bag. This happened before, but I didn't complain. This time I tried calling the store 3 times and the phone kept ringing then after the 10th ring, I got the message memory full. No one answered. My guess is all the complaints and they don't care about customers!!! Corporate needs to investigate this and employees need to be trained correctly!!!!!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!
I ordered a veggie bowl from Taco Bell online at uber eats, Received it and it had beef in it which is against my religion as I am a Hindu, I called Taco Bell and the lady on the phone was being super disrespectful saying “have u ever worked in a fast food restaurant” not owning up to her mistakes and saying a simple sorry. Train you staff.
I placed an order on line for in store pickup. When arrived(a little early) there was nocars in the Drive-Thru line and when I entered the store with the idea more items I was ignored by the two girls behind the counter who were looking at their cellphones the entire time and never acknowledge my presence. When my food was finally ready they placed it on the grab-and-go shelf, turn their backs on me and went back to looking at their cell phones. Wow...

This may be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The food isn’t good - but the service is atrocious. It’s not clean and the staff is not practicing a basic level of hygiene. (Yesterday the lady taking my order finished tapping on the screen, throwing trash out, and handing bags of food to another person and put her finger in my burrito and was extremely upset when I asked for a new burrito). Anyway weird place. Took over 30min for an order of 4 items.
Everyone, when you pick up your order, please make sure to check your bag and see if everything is there. This place often leaves things out of the order and hands it to you. It's 20 minutes away from my home, and it's crazy for me to have to go back to fix this issue. I've never experienced this at any other taco bell, but it's only this place, Plainview, that does this. It makes a person who is already hungry go insane.
If I could I would give this place minus stars! I mean if I’m paying almost $6 for a crunchwrap then I should be getting a nicely well made crunchwrap. However, I got an almost empty crunchwrap with very little ingredients! This isn’t the first time this has happened. The staff needs some serious retraining!
I always go to this location since it’s near my house 2 time a week . I keep going back thinking they would do better but they always give you the food a mess . Either missing sauce on the taco or fries hard and old . They should better . I usually don’t say nothing but the last month or two it’s been the same thing .
Disappointed my order was all wrong & missing items. they let the automatic system at the drive thru do all the work. Just lazy that’s why I everyone was complaining
This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The employee I spoke to was rude, unhelpful, and started arguing, yelling, and screaming instead of calmly resolving the issue. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it and lied about being the manager. When the real manager finally came out to help, I thought things would get better — but while the manager was assisting us, that same employee started bad-mouthing me to other workers and even to customers. It was humiliating, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. No customer deserves to be treated like that. Taco Bell really needs to hold their staff accountable and retrain them on professionalism, honesty, and basic human decency. I’ll definitely be thinking twice before coming back.
I placed order 15 minutes prior to pick up and still they made me wait 30 minutes . Literally 45 minutes just to prepare 3 soft tacos. There were other people too who were waiting this long . They have 0 management actions to take care of this .
I ordered a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito with black beans, and once again this Taco Bell got my order wrong. Instead of black beans, they gave me regular beans. This keeps happening at this location. They might get it right one time, but the next visit it’s wrong again. It’s beyond frustrating to constantly double-check your food because they can’t follow a simple customization. Accuracy and consistency clearly need serious improvement here.
OK it's time to vent… I'm sick of this place! They charge so much and if you order extra meat they charge a ton more, it literally takes me like 25 bucks to get full here unless I just want to eat bread and beans… oh and by the way, when I order extra meat I could swear it's the same amount even though I paid for extra. As far as service, it takes too long, and they don't have cashiers anymore! You have no choice but to place your order on the kiosk, and then call them over and wait for them to come to ask a basic question. No napkins or sauces in the condiment area, when I asked for napkins she gave me a few and 20 minutes later when I was still sitting there they still hadn't filled the napkins… Meanwhile three people were sitting at a table on break… By the way, their app doesn't give you any extra bonuses either so don't bother signing in.
The worst taco bell, and I've been to pretty bad ones. Ordered on the app for in store pick up, arrived and it wasn't on the shelf, saw a bag sitting on the counter and when I finally was asked what I was waiting for the girl handed the bag over that had been sitting there for a bit. Finally I go to eat and the rice in my burritos was not cooked at all. Wasted so much time for nothing. Will never go back here again. I'd suggest driving the extra distance to another one or getting something else.
