We had the best customer service for my sons 1st birthday. They were kind and laughed along with us when our 1yr old got his smash cake everywhere (mainly his face, highchair and the floor). We wanted to clean it up but they kept offering to. They were absolutely fantastic. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

Took the family to have some pizza the other day. The food was hot. The restaurant was clean. The staff was very friendly. The manager came to the table to see if we needed anything. I think his name was Kevin. Great work will be back.

This cicis buffet is absolute amazing. Manager Torrance and his team is always welcoming, professional and keeps this cicis running super smoothly. Their value and hospitality can’t be beat! There are always plenty of yummy pizzas available, the salad bar is super fresh, and the soup is always steaming hot and topped off. It’s a great place for families and friends to hang out because a large arcade area and amazing value. The restaurant has modern decor and looks nothing like some of the other dated cicis around town. The staff keeps everything looking immaculate, including the kitchen area and the drinks area. The cleaning staff is also constantly making rounds to keep the eating area and washrooms spotless despite all the young kids making messes and running around.

Great food. Lots of variety and all of it was tasty. I got a big salad and tried all the types of pizza, but pepperoni can't be beaten. Very kid friendly (college kids too!). One thing, the bathrooms were very clean but they seemed haunted, cracked tiles and the like.

A very good Cici’s - for the price, you get good food - pizza is good (you can ask them to make whatever you want), salad bar is good and, of course, the desserts (cinnamon rolls are my favorite) are awesome. There is a little arcade and games to play at this location on Coit - pretty clean bathrooms, nice people working - overall a good experience at Cici’s.

The quality of the pizza was better but the selection sucked. They only had like 5 pizzas to pick from and it's smaller than other locations

I've been to many cicis and this place is nice and clean however the staff seems to only make the easy-to-make pizzas and doesn't revolve the other types of pizza for variety, at least for the later half of the day.

Patch Custom Airbrush (PATCH)

So I thought you were always asked if you want a to go cup or the lil red dine in cup when ordering. Took a couple of friends to eat here yesterday(Sept 20,25). When she said the total, it was a lil higher than I usually pay for 3 people at other CiCi's locations but thought for the area it was ok. But I noticed she gave us the big to go cups instead of the lil red ones. Didn't think about it much but then when I saw other people with the red lil cups, I said to my friends,"she didn't even ask us what cups we wanted she just gave us the more expensive ones, huh?" So in other words, is it cool for the counter person to do that?? Just charge customers for the higher item without giving us the option? I didn't think so...... Patch

This place sucks I asked for a pizza to be made special it was put on buffet I had to ask for the pizza there was nothing hot on buffet place just trash

Came to this location, and the food looked like it was sitting out for over two hours, the service was terrible. We ordered a pizza, and the staff let it sit on the counter for over 20 mins.

They lied about not having a regular drink option and claimed that the smaller cups are only for water. Despite their menu stating that there is a regular-sized drink, I’ve been told that there isn’t one! Reading through other reviews reveals a pattern of their willingness to lie for an extra $0.50. I will never visit this location, not because of the $0.50, but because I don’t like to be deceived.

We loved this place for a long time. Always had a good memory in Cisis pizza with our family. That day, when customers were asking for $4.99 pizza, the manager was asking for a coupon.He didn't explain how we could get the coupon. I saw some customers leave the restaurant when they heard that. When I found the coupon on Facebook withe code he didn't know how to use it. After a few times of trying, he finally called his manager to find out. It's very nice to spend more time training an employee. Then losing the customers...
